The purpose of this study is to investigate existing world economic science theories and concepts of sustainable development as well as create original system of criteria and indicators to assess potential and conditions for sustainable development from a regional perspective and based on the above justify proposals for public authorities to improve methods of economic regulation for regional development. To achieve the goal evolution process of existing theories and concepts of sustainable development and "green growth" have been studied in terms of its adaptation to the spatial development of Kazakhstan, comparative dynamics of natural resources consumption in the Asia-Pacific region and Kazakhstan were investigated as well. Methodology. World best theory and practice methods for assessment of the level of sustainable development of the country and some of its territories were also studied. We selected the best system of criteria and indicators for assessment of economic, social and environmental sustainability of regional systems. Methods offered in this article are based on traditional and new factors of economic development and conditions for operation of regional systems. Indicators are chosen with a glance to basic goals for future development of regions in Kazakhstan. It is recommended to use two levels of methodology offered by author, namely national and regional, and at the local level later (districts, municipalities, cities). The results. Method offered by the author has been tested based on materials and statistics of regions in Kazakhstan. Suitability and usability of the proposed system of criteria and indicators for measuring of economic, social and environmental sustainability of regional systems was proved. Based on this analysis it was found out that there are regions in Kazakhstan that differ from each other by most of key indicators of sustainable regional development and this tendency is increasing. Conclusions and recommendations. As a result of this analysis, the authors have substantiated a number of proposals on methods of analysis to be used, improvement of methods of regional development, implementation of institutional reforms, as well as improvement of regional statistics. This article provides recommendations that can be successfully used in the management practices by public authorities to implement a new regional strategy focused on sustainable development in future.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the structure relationship through the empirical analysis between the factors that affect the perception of the consumer for the fair trade products. Most of the previous research on consumer reactions associated with fair trade products are limited to certain situations that are characterized as exploratory look. Specifically, this study suitability as a key factor associated with consumer awareness of the fair trade products through review of the literature, reliability, consumption values, attitudes and purchase intention presentation, and was to examine the effect relationship. Although most of the theories are employed through empirical analysis, the relationship between reliability and purchase intention (H5), there was no statistically significant effect relationship. The results of this study are expected to provide significant implications in the establishment of the company's marketing strategy to sell fair trade products with the comprehensive understanding of the consumer recognition of the fair trade products.
Purpose - Competition among cities around the world are rapidly shifting from competition of production factors such as labor costs and quality of raw materials to competition between the consumption factors such as quality of life, settlement environment, culture, and place. The entry into the era of competition between consumption factors is not only attracting investment for strengthening city competitiveness, but also actively inducing urban image reconstruction and new image making. Therefore, various studies related to urban marketing are being carried out. The object of this study is to investigate the effect of city brand image on city brand recognition and city loyalty based on the questionnaire of external citizens about Changwon city. Research design, data, and methodology - The data were collected from 200 Seoul and Busan citizens. Reliability and exploratory factor analysis were conducted through the SPSS program, and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted by using the AMOS program. Results - As a result of the hypothesis test, six hypotheses were adopted among the nine hypotheses. In summary, pleasant image, dynamic image, and good administrative image have a significant positive impact on city brand recognition. The magnanimous image did not have a significant effect on city brand recognition. In the impact of city brand image on city loyalty, magnanimous image and good administrative image had significant positive impact on city loyalty. Pleasant images and dynamic images did not significantly affect city loyalty. In addition, city brand recognition positively influenced city loyalty. Conclusions - First, it is possible to say that there is an academic significance of this research in its contribution to regional revitalization by investigating mutual influences in urban aspect by combining place marketing with image, recognition, and loyalty. Secondly, kinetic images such as pleasant image and dynamic image have more influence on recognition, and static images such as magnanimous images have more influence on loyalty. So, further research will be necessary to establish theories. Finally, In order to increase city brand recognition and city loyalty to local city, efforts should be made to improve urban images such as pleasant image, magnanimous image, dynamic image, and good administrative image.

The recent globalization of the consumer market has highlighted the importance of a brand; subsequently, brand extension is strategically used to launch of various products and services. Especially, various and new services based on information and communication technology for the convenience of consumers have been provided continuously. This study examined consumer's evaluation for brand extension centered on the brand extension as a mobile payment service through consumer propensity and familiarity as well as attitude toward a brand. The research is as follows. First, it shows that self-efficacy and implicit theories among consumer characteristics positively influence familiarity and attitude toward a brand. Second, it shows that the planned consumption tendency among consumption characteristics of a consumer positively affect familiarity toward a brand. Third, it is confirmed that the brand extension on parents brand affects the attitude towards brand extension, and the attitude towards brand extension is connected to a willingness to recommend through the purchase intention. This study empirically confirms the importance of consumer propensity, the consumer's perception, and evaluation towards the brand extension of the company as well as the continuous efforts and required company activities to build and form a positive attitude and familiarity of consumers for the brand. This study can be used as basic data for the strategy development of brand extensions in service companies.
In spite of economy has a critical cycle such as, production, distribution and consumption, we hardly concentrated our study to distributional system and behavior. Especially in Korea, Traditional idea had tried to ignore the people who work in this economic value at all. Manufacturers, other than retailers and wholesalers, had a belief that the manufacturing can control distributional channels forever. Unfortunately, technological and educational advances caused the quality equalization among developing and developed countries as well as among big and small manufacturers in their products. By this reason, economists are searching the economists dark continet' mentioned by Peter Drucker as a new source of wealth. According to a report by well-known economic research institute in Switzerland, Korea has classified in the lower level group in terms of international compatitive power. At the same time, business firms complain that they are suffering from lack of SOC and infrastructures. As an important mean to overcome the economic bottleneck, economists suggest in improve our distributional atmosphere. Basically, distributional study has two sub-fields as: commercial and physical distributions, Distributional system mainly concerns about to shorten the distances of time and space between production and consumption. The closer the distances, the higher efficiency can be achieved. Building distributional system will cost, but tile results will save social costs. Based on this idea, economists proposed several ways to cut the distances and to save costs, Naturally, they hope their beliefs can be adapted by business firms and governments. But frequently, their theories doesn't make any fruit. This paper has studied about the composition of joint transportational and distributional systems. And, even though there's no Marshall in tile real world at this point authors are trying to define the transportational and physical distributional costs, the most powerful factor that can impact to economic decision making.

A Piston assembly is very important because it directly receives the energy generated during combustion process. Surely, the friction and lubrication of piston ring pack do an important role in the performance and fuel economy of an engine. in fact, the friction loss in piston ring pack is the biggest portion to the whole engine friction. Therefore, the improvement of lubrication quality and friction loss in piston ring pack will be directly related with the improvement in the performance and fuel economy of an engine. Meanwhile, the oil consumption and blow-by gas through piston-cylinder-ring crevices have to be controlled as less as possible. In these two aspects, the study on the optimized design of piston ring pack has to be carried out. In this study, for the efficient design of piston ring pack, it is focused to develop a basic computer program that predicts the inter-ring pressure, the motion of ring and the blow-by gas through a crevice volume model between adjacent rings, and the oil film thickness and the friction computed by lubrication theories.
As smartphones and tablets are drastically spreading, mobile IPTV service becomes very important emerging issue in addition to existing DMB broadcasting, and the consumption of personalized multimedia services is increasing in the mobile Internet environment. While the previous research focuses on influencing factors of the initial acceptance intention of the mobile IPTV Service, this study intends to find the factors that affect continuous use intention of the mobile IPTV service which has become one of core services in the mobile environment. The research model and the hypotheses of this study could be derived on the basis of four referent theories (that is, mobile service quality model (MOBISQUAL), post acceptance model (PAM), expectation confirmation theory (ECT) and extended technology acceptance model (ETAM)). In order to empirically test the hypotheses, the field survey was conducted for 278 respondents. Twelve ones of fifteen hypotheses were found to be statistically significantly adopted from the results of structural equation model analyses using Smart PLS 3.0. The theoretical contribution of this study is to empirically investigate the factors that affect the continuous use intention of mobile IPTV service. And the practical contribution is to provide the implementation guidelines of managing the service quality to enhance the competitive power of mobile IPTV business.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the use of material flow cost accounting (MFCA) in Vietnam's coal-fired thermal power plants. This study is based on the contingency and system theories to explain the application of management tools and analyze steps of input, output, and process in manufacturing. Costs in producing process-based MFCA include material cost, energy cost, system cost, and waste management cost. The exploratory case study methodology is used to describe and answer two questions, namely "How coal flow cost is recognized?" and "Why waste in material consumption can be harmful to the environment?". By analyzing the Quang Ninh and Pha Lai coal-fired thermal power plants that are the typical plants, this paper identifies the flow of primary material in these plants as a basis for determining losses for the business. The material flow of coal-fired thermal power plants provides the basis for the use of the MFCA. The manufacturing of electrical items in these plants is divided into four stages, each with its own set of losses. As a result, some phases in the application of MFCA are suggested, as well as some other elements required for MFCA application in coal-fired thermal power plants.

Recently it is supposed to be a shift to regional geography. To understand the emergence of the new regional geography, It must be remarked that the progress of capitalist production and consumption change our conceptional apparatus such as representation of space. Region is one of the important mode of representations of space and time. In the Fordist capitalism of 20th century, development is regarded as diffusion of capitalist expansion of western worlds. State must support capitalist growth through regional policies which include constructing of infrastructure and regionalization of spatial division of labour. The regional development theories contributed as ideology and policy tools for state intervention. The region was simply one of the most logical classification tools of organizing geographical informations. In the theories of regional development, the concept of region was reduced to the formal unit of classification. As the transition from Fordism to flexible accumulation, the region is again acquiring its 'identity' and 'authenticity'. In this tendency of the revival of region, it is expected that good achievement could be made in the field of regional geography through relevant research methods. It is also believed one of the available means are historical approaches to the cultural and ecological regions. The historical approaches to cultural and ecological regions are not only correspondent with cultural development strategies of local governments, but also could convey regional identities through both narrativization of place and aestheticization of landscape.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of start-ups by industry based on the theoretical background of entrepreneurship. For this purpose, regional industrial structure and local labor market structure are considered in order to focus on regional factors in addition to economic factors, income factors, and technological innovation factors. As an analyzed result, three theories of entrepreneurship generally agree with the determinants of industry - specific entrepreneurship. During the economic recession, the number of start-ups has increased. The intra-regional consumption and the local government expenditure per capita have also positive effects on the start-up. The incubation center has a positive effect on the start - up in the manufacturing sector. Therefore, the academic-industrial leading various incubation facilities should be activated in addition to the central or local government leading incubation centers, which is a part of the policy to support start-ups of central and local governments. In addition, population growth is a very important factor in terms of potential demand creation, and the characteristics of regional industrial structure and the effect of human capital within the region differ by industry. In the case of the manufacturing industry, the accumulation effect positively influences the start-up of the industry. In other service industries, the human capital variable had the greatest effect on the start-up when all other conditions are constant.
