부산지역 대형 커피전문점 선택속성에 따른 소비자만족도와 추천의도 및 재방문의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Consumer Satisfaction, Recommendation Intention, and Revisit Intention According to the Selection Attributes of Large Specialized Coffee Shops in Busan)

  • This study aimed to determine consumer satisfaction according to selection attributes of specialized coffee shops and also understand the effects of consumer satisfaction on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Through positive analysis, the study produced the following results. In the factor analysis of selection attributes of specialized coffee shops, there were six factors: 'quality', 'brand image', 'economic feasibility', 'menu diversity', 'the atmosphere and convenience of the shop', and 'service'. Among these factors, 'brand image', 'economic feasibility', and 'menu diversity' were found to exert a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. Second, consumer satisfaction had a significant influence on recommendation intention and revisit intention. Third, consumer intention to revisit specialized coffee shops showed a significant influence on recommendation intention.

패밀리 레스토랑의 소비자-브랜드 관계의 질이 재방문의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향: 마산지역 대학생을 대상으로 (Effect of the Consumer-Brand Relationship Quality on the Revisit Intent and Recommendation Intent in the Family Restaurant in Masan, Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the consumer-brand relationship quality on revisit intent and recommendation intent in the family restaurant. The questionnaires were distributed to 320 students in the K University located in Masan, who were sampled by convenience-sampling method. The surveys were conducted from November,10 to 24,2005. The 287 questionnaires were responded, and 15 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 272 were used for the final analysis(response rate: 85.0%). The result of this study showed that 3 constructs(self-connective attachment, satisfaction and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality have significant effects on the revisit intent(p<.01) and 2 constructs(satisfaction and intimacy) of consumer-brand relationship quality had significant positive effects on the recommendation intent in the family restaurant(p<.01) It meant that as consumer-brand relationship quality became stronger, the customer's revisit intent and recommendation intent became greater. As a conclusion, the foodservice manager in the family restaurant should focus on the marketing strategy to strengthen the quality of consumer-brand relationship especially emphasizing on satisfaction and intimacy in order to increase the revisit intent and recommendation intent of customers.

소비자의 감성과 소비유형을 이용한 협업여과기반 콘텐츠 추천 기법 (A Contents Recommendation Scheme Based on Collaborative Filtering Using Consumer's Affection and Consumption Type)

  • 협업여과 기법은 추천 시스템에서 널리 사용되는 기술이지만, 소비자의 참조그룹을 선정하는 방법에 따라 추천의 정확도가 달라지는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 추천의 정확도를 높이기 위하여 소비자의 감성과 소비유형을 참조그룹으로 하여 협업여과기반으로 콘텐츠를 추천하는 기법을 제안한다. 소비자의 감성을 기쁨, 슬픔, 혐오, 행복, 이완 다섯 가지로 구분하고, 소비유형을 저실용/저쾌락, 저실용/고쾌락, 고실용/저쾌락, 고실용/고쾌락 네 가지로 구분하여 콘텐츠 추천 기법의 성능을 분석한 결과, 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법으로 콘텐츠를 추천한 경우가 소비자 감성과 소비유형을 고려하지 않은 전체 참조그룹으로 추천한 경우보다 정확도가 향상됨을 확인하였다.

다수의 대중추천인가? 소수의 지인추천인가? : 소셜 네트워크 기반의 구매의사결정 (A Large Number of Consumer Recommendations? or A Small Number of Friend Recommendations? : Purchasing Decision Making based on SNS)

  • 최근 SNS상에서 소비자들이 지인의 추천을 통해 구매를 하는 현상이 많이 벌어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 지인추천이 새로운 구매 휴리스틱 유발 요소로서 영향력을 갖는지 살펴본다. 이를 위해 구매 휴리스틱에 대한 지인추천의 영향력을 대표적 휴리스틱 유발 요소인 대중추천의 영향력과 신뢰성, 전문성, 적합성 측면에서 비교해 본다. 나아가 정보원천의 영향력뿐만 아니라 정보 빈도의 효과도 살펴본다. 즉, 지인의 추천이나 대중의 추천이 구매의사결정에 영향을 미침에 있어 정보원천으로서의 우위가 있다면, 그 효과가 상대적 빈도에 의해서는 어떻게 달라지는지도 살펴보는 것이다. 이는, 다수의 대중추천보다는 한정된 지인추천이 양적인 열세를 가질 수 있다는 현실에 착안한 것이다. 따라서 지인추천이라는 새로운 정보원천이 가지는 구매 휴리스틱 영향력에 있어 빈도의 제한성에서 오는 현실적 효과를 살피고자 한다. 연구 결과, 동일한 빈도에서는, 지인추천이 대중추천보다 구매 휴리스틱 유발에 있어 월등한 효과를 가지고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 지인추천 또한 대중추천처럼, 아무런 추천이 없는 경우에 비해서는 구매 설득력이 우월한 것이 확인되었으며, 신뢰성 면에서는 대중추천보다 높이 평가되었다. 또한, 지인추천이 대중추천보다 강력한 구매 휴리스틱 요소가 되기 위해서는 절대적 빈도 우위가 필요함도 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 소비자의 구매 휴리스틱에 대한 이해를 넓힘으로써, 구매에 보다 적절한 정보를 제공하고, 효율적인 구매를 지원할 수 있도록 기업관점의 함의를 제공해 줄 것이다.

신체정보 기반 사이즈 추천서비스에 대한 소비자 평가가 소비자 반응에 미치는 영향과 정보탐색정도의 조절효과 (The Effect of Consumer Evaluations of Size Recommendation Services Based on Body Information on Consumer Responses and the Moderating Effect of the Level of Information Search)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effects of consumer evaluations on size recommendation services based on body information on consumer responses and the moderating effect of the level of information search. To analyze the research model, a total of 200 data were collected from August 18 to 24, 2022, targeting consumers who had experience with using size recommendation services based on body information. As a result of the research model analysis, it was confirmed that the compatibility, reliability, and convenience of the size recommendation services based on body information influenced attitude, which, in turn, influenced usage intention. In addition, In the case of the group subject to a low level of information search, the path through which compatibility and reliability influenced attitude was significant, but that of convenience was not. In the group featuring a high level of information search, the path through which reliability and convenience influenced attitude was significant, but that of compatibility was not. This study is meaningful in that it expanded research related to size recommendation services to the field of consumer behavior.

은행서비스 질이 소비자만족도 및 긍정적 구전에 미치는 영향 : 성별, 연령집단에 따른 비교 (The Effects of Banking Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction andPositive Word-of- Mouth: With Special Comparisons according to Genderand Age Groups)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of banking service quality on consumer satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth. A total of 330 bank consumers were investigated between Sept. 11 and Oct. 11, 2006. After sorting through the data, the responses of 299 consumer ( > 24 yrs old) were used for analysis. SERVPERF, the performance component of the Service Quality scale (SERVQUAL), was used to measure the four dimensions of reliability, responsiveness/empathy, assurance, and tangibles. Responses were partitioned by age and gender. The major findings were as follows; The effect of service quality by SERVPERF on consumer satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth did not differ according to gender. However, positive recommendation in males was directy related to the technical quality evaluate. In females, higher the functional quality evaluate was directly related to higher positive word-of-mouth recommendation. The effect of service quality by SERVPERF on consumer satisfaction was not revealed differently according to age. However, with respect to respondents under the age of 45, tangibles and assurance had a positive relationship with word-of-mouth recommendation. Furthermore, the higher the functional quality evaluate, the higher the level of positive word-of-mouth. Responsiveness/empathy was the most significant factor on positive word-of-mouth recommendation in respondents over the age of 45. In this age group, the higher the technical quality evaluate, the higher the level of positive word-of-mouth recommendation. These results have implications for banking service managers, particularly in improving service quality to increase consumer satisfaction and positive word-of-mouth. Future research is needed to replicate this study using more broad and representative samples in order to test the generalization of these findings.

한방화장품 소비자의 구매행동이 브랜드태도, 쇼핑만족 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Purchasing Behavior on Brand Attitude, Shopping Satisfaction, and Recommendation of Herbal Cosmetics Consumer)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of purchasing behavior on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation of herbal cosmetics consumer. Through judgment sampling method, selected 304 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from herbal cosmetics consumer. With the collected data, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed by SPSS 14.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, level of education no significant difference on purchasing behavior, but age, marital status, average income, and job type showed significant difference on purchasing behavior. Second, level of education and average income no significant difference on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation, but age, marital status, and job type showed significant difference on brand attitude, shopping satisfaction, and recommendation. Third, the reasonable purchase, conformity purchase, and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence, but impulse purchase impacts negatively(+) influence on brand attitude. Fourth, the rational purchase and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence on shopping satisfaction. Fifth, the conformity purchase and conspicuous purchase impacts positively(+) influence on recommendation.

  • This study proposes an AI-based shoe recommendation model based on user clothing image data to solve the problem of the global fashion industry, which is worsening due to factors such as the economic downturn. Shoes are an important part of modern fashion, and this research aims to improve user satisfaction and contribute to economic growth through a generative AI-based shoe recommendation service. By utilizing generative AI in the personalized consumer market, we show the feasibility, efficiency, and improvements through an accessible web-based implementation. In conclusion, this study provides insights to help fulfill consumer needs in the ever-changing fashion market by implementing a generative AI-based shoe recommendation model.

온라인 구매후기 작성동기가 패션제품 재구매의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Review Writing Motives of Internet Shopping on Repurchase Intention and Recommendation Intention about Fashion Merchandise)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the online review writing motives of online shopping on repurchase intention and recommendation intention about fashion merchandise. The questionnaire was administered to 279 people who had experience in online shopping. The data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and t-test. The results of this study were as follow. First, the online review writing motives were divided into three categories such as benefit pursuit/hedonic shopping value, information transmission and evaluation. Second, the consumer who has experience of writing review prefers to repurchase other products in that online shopping mall and to recommend those products more than the consumer who doesn't have that experience. Third, the benefit pursuit/hedonic and information transmission had an effect on repurchasing intention and recommendation intention.

친환경 농산물의 선택결정요인이 소비자신뢰와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 (This Effect of Eco-friendly Agricultural Product Selection Criteria on the Degree of Consumer Trust and Recommendation Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 친환경농산물 선택결정요인이 소비자신뢰와 추천의도에 미치는 영향요인들과 그 요인을 이용한 앞으로의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 총 220부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 10부의 설문지를 제외한 나머지 210부의 유효한 설문지를 실증연구에 사용되었다. 조사연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 선택결정요인에 대한 측정항목의 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 3개 요인으로 KMO 값은 0.735, 총분산비율 79.373%, 소비자신뢰에 대한 요인분석은 총분산비율 75.431%, KMO 값은 0.695로 나타났다. 추천의도에 대한 요인분석은 총분산설명력 68.428%, KMO 값은 0.694로 나타났다. 변수들 간의 상관관계가 다른 변수에 의해 설명되는 정도가 좋게 분석되었고, 유의확률이 0.000으로 나타나 전반적으로 변수들 간의 상관관계는 유의적이다. 따라서 선택결정요인에 따른 소비자신뢰는 추천의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설은 채택되었다.
