The purpose of this research was to provide basic data to childcare consulting scholarship which will be expanded completely in the future by examining awareness on childcare consulting, requests for childcare consultant, operation method of childcare consulting and tendency and meaning of childcare consulting for 500 early childhood pre-service teachers who are attending senior classes of departments related to childcare teachers in Busan. The results of research, obtained by the above process, are as follows. In the awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers on childcare consulting, they replied that they know concept and method of childcare consulting well. Also, qualifications of childcare consultant are actual knowledge and technology related to childcare process, they wanted consultants to provide ideas about class technology and problems which are expected among the consultants are lack of time by heavy works, etc. As expanded in the aspects of educational necessities and qualitative and quantitative system as the awareness or publicity of childcare consulting is insufficient.

There is urgent for defect consulting work to standardize the investigated method, repaired and reinforced method, and estimated cost about defect in increasing a defect lawsuit of apartment building. For the purpose of developing the standard process of defect consulting work, the review that a used process in law and institution should take precedence. There is not prepared the national standard for defect consulting but is dependent on an experience and a practice of consultants. This study analyzes defect consulting case, defines main steps for developing the standard process, and draws phased work factors. As systemizing this, it is expected to apply to basic structure for developing the standard process of defect consulting work for the next.

The purpose of this study is to create and present a formalized module of ISP (Information Strategy Plan), a smart factory consulting method that is helpful to companies or consultants who will build smart factories. Order of study is First, the theoretical research direction is established through the investigation of related papers. Second, ISP policy research practices are compared to derive practical implementation methods. Third, in order to derive a standardized module method related to the final smart factory ISP, related cases of the government and individuals are compared. As a result of previous research, ISP (Information Strategy Planning), a consulting methodology, is similar to Deming's PDCA, and is regarded as Plan (environment and current status analysis), Do (establishment of future model goals), Check (establishment of implementation plan), and Act (follow-up management). As a result of the study, we obtained the following results. The first step is to analyze the current status and identify the purpose of introduction and problems in plant operation. In the second step, establish a consulting plan and derive a proposal description, strategic task, and master plan. Step 3 establishes detailed action plans, evaluates consulting outputs and consulting, and reports performance. Step 4 is established as follow-up management consulting. The limitation of the study is that although related data were compared to develop the consulting methodology into a standardized module, FGI analysis through experts or Delphi survey were not conducted, so there is a limit to the reliability of the mapping results.

This study is aimed at analyzing vocational high school teachers' recognition of school consulting and educational demand for securing professionalism from school consultant training, to offer basic information for training school consultant. The survey was intended for vocational high school teachers who participated in the vocational high school teacher training course. The result of this study is as follows. First, vocational high school teachers have sympathy with the necessity of school consulting for 'change and survival' of vocational high school in the future, and recognize that successful school consulting will be possible when, in the first place, teachers and principal/deputy principal who are able to show leadership change for their recognition. Second, as the result of analyzing educational demand for school consultant training, demand for consulting business and case and experience area, like 'School consulting method and procedure', 'Sympathy creation technique', 'Case of innovation through consulting', was higher than for consulting theory. Third, as the result of surveying difference of importance recognition of school consultant training contents, according to experience of joining school consulting, 'Environmental change and necessity of consulting', 'Consulting status of domestic corporation and vocational high school', 'Consulting method and procedure', 'School status analysis technique' showed significant difference, and teachers who have experience showed higher average of importance than those who don't have experience. In conclusion, rather than consulting theory, education for consulting business and experience area and various cases-centered school consultant training program according to experience of joining school consulting should be developed.

Purpose: This study was intended to examine the effects of a telephone consulting program on self-efficacy and self-care in NIDDM patients. Method: Sixty-eight NIDDM patients participated. Thirty-six were assigned to the experimental group and received the telephone consulting program from one to two times per week for 4 weeks. This program was undertaken by base on small booklet relating to diabetic disease summary, diet, drug, exercise, foot management, prevention and treatment of complications, and insulin injection methods. Result: 1. Hypothesis 1 that "the experimental group who receives the telephone consulting program will have higher self-efficacy score than the control group who does not have the telephone consulting" was supported (t=5.12, p= .000). 2. Hypothesis 2 that "the experimental group who receives the telephone consulting program will have higher self-care score than the control group who does not have the telephone consulting" was supported(t=5.29, p= .000). Conclusion: The telephone consulting program improved self-efficacy and self-care in NIDDM patients. Accordingly, this program can be adopted as an effective nursing intervention in the care of the diabetic patients.

Exposure of personal information that is held by hacking accident near the company has led to severe water level. And, it has changed security threat elements generated according to businessenterprise. Therefore, in this paper, I looked at security threat elements and proposed the way of appropriate information security consulting according type of company. First, In the financial and insurance industries, and should not have been compromised by a worm virus infection due to lack of awareness inside of members, by collectively apply in the same way the internal security standards of the organization to members, the risk of customer information. It shall be provided in advance that the security accident occurs due to a higher job group. Therefore, information security consulting method based on people and information is applied. Secondly, in industry of company, to perform consulting information security based on the attributes of the case industry groups.

The research tried to solve the problem by IDEAL method of process software improvement methodology. As a result, receipt account program for credit sales could be developed; the program was applied to the actual business work and operated.

This study compared and validated consulting satisfaction analysis between consultants and participating companies in relation to consulting. The objective was to analyze the different perspectives on what consultants think of satisfaction and how businesses think of satisfaction to achieve the optimal improvements and to improve the quality of consulting. To explore ways to improve the quality and satisfaction of consulting, this study evaluated five service quality measures. After consulting, the research method aimed to determine what is required by the enterprise based on the SERVQUAL perspective, find key factors for how to address these requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and measure the satisfaction of consulting. The results revealed no statistically significant differences in the detailed measurement item type, reliability, responsiveness, reliability, and empathy for the quality of consulting by enterprises and consultants. Comparative analysis of the consulting satisfaction on the SERVQUAL items by companies and consultants showed that companies and consultants had different opinions to improve the consulting quality and satisfaction. Therefore, it would be important to narrow the differences on this and establish a structure, in which consultants and businesses cooperate with each other.

The method for estimating design phase VE consulting Fee regulated in current guideline and the insufficient incentive system according to the result of design phase VE application are major problems among the problems related to the roadblock of the active implementation Design phase VE. In this paper, firstly the current methods for estimating Engineering business consulting fee analogous to design phase VE and the domestic and foreign design VE consulting fee were examined, and detailed problems related to the method for estimating design VE consulting fee were indicated, and the Improvement direction were established. Secondly, the estimating strategy for the design phase VE consulting fee and the payment strategy of incentive according to the result of savings were proposed. Finally, the strategies were verified by interview with the experts.

'Consulting', which is the main research topic of the knowledge service industry, is a field of study that is essential for the growth and development of companies and proliferation to specialized fields. However, it is difficult to grasp the current status of international research related to consulting, mainly on which topics are being studied, and what are the latest research topics. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of academic research related to 'consulting' by applying quantitative analysis such as topic modeling and statistic analysis. In this study, we collected statistical data related to consulting in the Scopus DB of Elsevier, which is a representative academic database, and conducted a quantitative analysis on 15,888 documents. We scientifically analyzed the research trends related to consulting based on the bibliographic data of academic research published all over the world. Specifically, the trends of the number of articles published in the major countries including Korea, the author key word trend, and the research topic trend were compared by country and year. This study is significant in that it presents the result of quantitative analysis based on bibliographic data in the academic DB in order to scientifically analyze the trend of academic research related to consulting. Especially, it is meaningful that the traditional frequency-based quantitative bibliographic analysis method and the text mining (topic modeling) technique are used together and analyzed. The results of this study can be used as a tool to guide the direction of research in consulting field. It is expected that it will help to predict the promising field, changes and trends of consulting industry related research through the trend analysis.
