An Empirical Study of the Influencing Factors of Management Consulting Performance on Application Intend mediating the consulting deliverables and satisfaction (컨설팅 산출물과 컨설팅 만족도를 매개로한 컨설팅 활용도에 미치는 성과 영향요인에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this study is aimed at policy proposal to increase the management consulting application intend, investigating the factor that influence the application intend in terms of consultant side, consulting diagnosed small and medium sized enterprises side by means of consulting satisfaction and consulting deliverables. The results of this study showed that consultant capacity and consulting performance have positive impacts on the consulting deliverables and satisfaction, but the collaboration of diagnosed SMEs have no significant effect on consulting deliverables. In addition, verifying the mediating effect of consulting deliverables and consulting satisfaction for the consulting application intend, consultant capacity and consulting performance was mediated fully by the consulting deliverables and satisfaction. The collaboration of diagnosed SMEs was not mediated by the consulting deliverables, but particialy mediated by the consulting satisfaction.

  • This study was carried out to verify application motive for consulting upon the path between quality perception and use of results in the government-supported convergence consulting service on SMEs. A survey was conducted on SMEs which went through government-supported consulting, with the following results of the study. First, it turned out that the perception of the quality of consultant's performance and the perception of the quality of the government support have a positive impact on the perception of the quality of consulting results. Second, the perception of the quality of consultant's performance has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Third, it was proved that the perception of the quality of the government support has no impact on the use of consulting results. Fourth, it was demonstrated that the perception of the quality of consulting results has a positive impact on the use of consulting results. Fifth, it turned out that there is a difference in paths of non-voluntary application group and application group and application group for consulting service. This study implies that it is necessary to reinforce consultant's competence, government support system and voluntary application for consulting.

  • This paper is for the influence of consulting character how to affect on the word-of-mouth intention and repurchase. Consulting characters consist of expertise, reliability and application. The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, Application except expertise and reliability have a positive effect on word-of mouth intention influence. Secondly, expertise and application except reliability have a positive effect on repurchase intention influence. This study shows that the company marketing performance would be greatly improved by an application of consulting experience and an expertise of consulting need.

  • In this study, User intention also factors that Consulting application and Subjective norm, Task media fit factors also impact on User intention was examined. In this process, especially Subjective norm and Task media fit of SNS in each dimension to User intention about the impact of Consulting application was in each carried out to examine the mediating effect. The test result used in this study the Subjective norm, Task media fit and Consulting application in a significant positive(+) User intention also was effective. And verifying the results of the mediating effect of Consulting application, Subjective norm and Task media fit has proven to be effective in all parameters. The results of such individuals or companies with Consulting application of SNS. SNS Subjective norm and Task media fit are aware of the factors influencing the Strategy envisions an appropriate response, such as to provide Suggestions.

Application of Instruction Consulting to Improve the Elementary Preservice Teachers' Professionalism for Inquiry-based Classes (초등 예비 교사들의 탐구 수업 지도 전문성 향상을 위한 수업 컨설팅의 적용)

  • The purpose of this study is to diagnose difficulties and problems that the preservice teachers experience when teaching inquiry-based classes in elementary science and to improve their professionalism through prescriptive instruction consulting utilizing PDRE (preparation, diagnosis, reflective implementation, evaluation) model. The result of this study was as follows. First, preservice teachers considered themselves to be lack of scientific knowledge, but this study confirmed that the application of instruction consulting improved their understandings in scientific concepts and principles and corrected their misconceptions. Second, preservice teachers experienced difficulties in variables that might influence the results of experiments, cautions for the experiments and unexpected results of experiments, and this consulting allowed them to gain instruction ability to cope with such circumstances and solve problems effectively. Third, preservice teachers experienced difficulties in applying instructional model into their classes and preparing lesson plans, but consulting actually made limited but positive changes in their abilities. However, from a longer-term perspective, quantitative increase in their teaching opportunities, the development and distribution of example manuals, and the utilization of various class materials provided by the assistant centers for teaching and learning should be achieved side by side.

  • at the design phase and the effective design phase VE application, it is not sufficient to implement VE study at the design phase in the domestic construction industry. The method for estimating design phase VE consulting Fee regulated in current guideline and the insufficient incentive system according to the result of design phase VE application are major problems among the problems related to the roadblock of the active implementation Design phase VE. In this paper, firstly the current methods for estimating Engineering business consulting fee analogous to design phase VE and the domestic and foreign design VE consulting fee were examined, and detailed problems related to the method for estimating design VE consulting fee were indicated, and the Improvement direction were established. Secondly, the estimating strategy for the design phase VE consulting fee and the payment strategy of incentive according to the result of savings were proposed. Finally, the strategies were verified by interview with the experts.

A Study on Elements and Procedure of Instruction Consulting for Successful Flipped Learning (성공적인 Flipped Learning을 위한 수업컨설팅 요소 및 절차 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify core elements required of instruction consulting and to develop a systematic consulting procedure for successful Flipped Learning. The main contents of this study to achieve its purpose are as follows. First, core elements required of consulting are deduced by analyzing cases of instruction implemented with Flipped Learning. Second, consulting procedure is constructed based on core consulting elements of Flipped Learning. Based on the study results, the 3P process is suggested as the elements and procedure of instruction consulting for Flipped Learning. The 3P process has the following characteristics. The first stage Preparation involves guiding students to have an objective viewpoint about the lesson beginning with building a relationship with the instructor. Also, a lesson plan and source materials for lesson are selected and developed. The second stage Performance involves implementing lesson coaching oriented towards cooperative problem-solving to find better direction. The last stage Post-review involves introspection necessary for continuous quality improvement of lessons. The validity of the instruction consulting elements for Flipped Learning applied to deduce the aforementioned results has been verified after specialist review and field application.

  • The purpose of this study was to apply the instruction consulting model for elementary science lesson with novice teacher. In this study the PIE(Preparation, Implementation and Evaluation stage) instruction consulting model was used. This model was introduced and offered during the electromagnet unit for sixth graders. The results of this study were as follows. First, in the assessment of the teacher's satisfaction with the instruction consulting the client teacher was found to be very satisfied. Second, the inquiry and scientific achievement for the students of the client's class were to increase in the experimental group, which demonstrated a statistically significant difference. Given the above results, the instruction consulting applied with the PIE model for novice teachers, who desire to raise the success rate of the experiment for students in the electromagnet unit of the elementary science class, helped the teachers to teach the students.

  • This study was conducted with 92 people who participated in the online self-introduction consulting program operated for 3 weeks in August, 2020 at a university. This is a study to find out whether the application of the online self-introduction consulting program helped prepare for employment. As a result of the study, there was not enough self-introduction to be written in advance or the employment target organization was not clear. After participating in the online self-introduction consulting program, it was very helpful in preparing for employment, and the service utilization of the related self-introduction program was high. They responded that a series of questions about the templates in the program helped to write the self-introduction letter. It was said that the interview preparation process is necessary as a necessary job support education
