This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

This study is based on a survey of welfare counselling services provision, including best practice, current issues and suggestions for ways to improve housing welfare. For this study, 20 facilities providing housing welfare consulting and 26 people actually doing the consulting at those facilities were surveyed. The high-level findings of this study include: 1. Lower level local governments should be the frontline in providing housing welfare consulting services as they have the capability to provide greater accessibility to such services for those in need and deliver sustainable housing welfare benefits responsibly; 2. Housing welfare consulting has a wide scope and requires a high level of expertise. For this reason, the Counseling Service Providers have a great need for field training and capacity building. In this regard, certified housing welfare professionals may offer a viable solution. 3. In terms of best practice, the qualities required for Consulting Service Providers include professional knowledge, communication skills, understanding of those seeking Consulting, and the capability to check the progress in consulting and follow up.

본 연구의 목적은 특히 사서교사가 배치되어 있지 않은 학교도서관의 컨설팅을 활성화하기 위한 현실적인 방안을 제안하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 학교도서관 지원단을 통한 컨설팅은 자발성, 전문성, 자문성 그리고 독립성이 부족하다. 그리고 교육청이 마케팅 차원에서 운영하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 오늘날 학교 컨설팅의 중요한 목적은 단위학교 공동체 중심의 자주적 문제해결능력을 신장하는 것이다. 따라서 학교도서관 컨설팅의 성공을 위해서는 연합운영체제 구축, 표준업무지침서 개발, DLS를 활용한 온라인 컨설팅 체제 구축 그리고 컨설던트의 직무분석과 교육훈련 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

건설엔지니어링 기업은 대표적인 지식기반산업으로서 무형자산의 평가 및 관리가 더욱 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기업 특성을 고려하여 무형자산 분류체계를 작성하고, 설문과 인과지도구축을 통해 주요요소를 추출하여 건설엔지니어링 기업의 무형자산 측정을 위한 요소분류체계를 제시하였다. 기업가치 상승을 위한 무형자산 관리는 각 무형자산 세부요소 간 인과관계에 대한 이해가 뒷받침돼야 하므로, System Dynamics 분석을 통하여 인과관계를 파악하고 제시된 방법론을 검증하였다. 제시된 방법론을 통하여 건설 엔지니어링 기업의 특성이 고려된 무형자산을 인식하게 되어 건설엔지니어링 기업의 무형자산을 합리적으로 평가하는데 기여함으로써 건설엔지니어링 산업의 발전을 도모할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper examines the validity of the newly developed IT consulting SERVQUAL measurement tool. In an attempt to measure Ire IS customers' expectations and perceived quality of the services they received, the researchers developed a diagnostic tool of SERVQUAL based on the solid theoretical background, which can specifically be applied to the IT consulting service sector. This on-going research so far, has been applied to six (6) different organizations that have received IT consulting services over the past years. From the preliminary data collected, the correlation and the factor analyses were conducted to understand the underlying concept and refinement of the measurement tool. Although the correlation analysis showed a little tendency of collinearity among some of the variables, all showed sound relationship of the proposed hypotheses. The exploratory factor analytic approach was chosen because it does not set any priori constraints on the estimation of components or the number of components to be extracted. The number of different factor solutions was extracted and tested to see which solution represents better grouping of the variables. The Crombach's Alpha was computed on different combinations of the factor solutions to ensure validity. The results show 8-dimensional IT consulting SERVQUAL measures which they are, assurance, knowledge & skill, customer relationship, support, empathy, process management, expertise, and education, seem more appropriate than the originally proposed 6 dimensions. The study approach was non-experimental cross-sectional research design. The longitudinal design of follow-up studies to periodically revise and refine current measure is strongly recommended for fine tuning of the tool.

지속가능한 경영과 직무전문성을 확보하는 것이 현대 조직의 지상과제가 되고 있다. 이런 전문성 연구는 전문가의 구성 요소에 중점을 두는 것이 대다수인 반면, 지속가능경영을 목표로 구체적으로 수치화하여 측정하고 가야 할 목표를 제시할 수 있는 전문성 진단 측정요인과 방법에 대한 연구는 극히 부족한 편이다. 이에 따라, 이 연구는 객관적이고 신뢰성이 높은 전문성 진단 측정 요인 발굴과 측정요인들 간의 관련성을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 전문가 및 전문성 정의, 전문성 구성 요소의 재정립, 전문성 구성요소의 기준 정보와 측정요인들의 가중치 결정 방법 등을 통해 전문성 진단 측정 방법을 제시하였다. 이 진단방법에 의해 나타난 결과는 기존 역량평가 및 진단도구와 상당한 상관성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, 내용타당성을 충족하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과와 함께 사회적 전문성 구성 체계를 국가차원에서 수립할 것을 시사점으로 제언하고자 한다.

현재 농촌지역개발 민간컨설팅회사는 농촌개발과 관련된 거의 모든 영역에 걸쳐 참여하고 있다. 상향식 사업을 강조하는 정책 환경은 이들의 참여를 더욱 확대시키는 계기로 작용할 것이다. 초기 기대를 안고 시작된 민간컨설팅회사에 대한 평가는 부정적 입장으로 선회되고 있는데, 민간컨설팅회사에 대한 논란의 중심에는 전문성이 자리 잡고 있으며, 컨설팅회사 내부문제로 한정하는 경향이 강하다. 그러나 본 글은 이 같은 문제가 정책의 결과라는 시각에서 출발하고 있다. 정부는 정책을 개발뿐 아니라, 정책집행과정에서 관리 감독의 책임도 있기 때문이다. 정부가 갖는 문제는 정부정책기조에 편승하여 성급하게 민간컨설팅을 도입하고 상향식 농촌지역개발의 목적이 주민의 의식변화를 수반한 내생적 발전의 이념에 있음에도 불구하고, 단기간의 성과를 요구하는 정책 환경 등이 현재의 컨설팅회사의 문제를 출현시킨 출발점이다. 민간컨설팅회사의 문제점이 컨설팅시장에 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는가를 현황자료를 이용하여 업체의 경영성과를 토대로 유형을 분석한 결과 시장을 리딩하는 9개 업체를 포함하는 최우수유형(9개), 우수유형(36개), 보통유형(34개)로 구분되었고, 유형별 업체의 경영성과와 업체가 보유한 전문성 등의 경영자원과의 관련성을 분석한 결과 우수유형의 지역개발관련 인적보유 정도만이 관련이 있을 뿐, 다른 유형에서는 관련성이 전혀 없었다. 이와 같은 결과는 민간컨설팅회사 선정기준에 업체의 전문성과 같은 역량이 아닌, 다른 외적요인이 크게 작용하고 있는 결과로서, 민간컨설팅도입에 대한 충분한 정부당국의 대응방안 마련이 시급하다.

According to result of this paper, shipping companies tend to choose a third party logistics company that is able to provide consulting services that is the core of the administration of distribution. Shipping companies expect that the consulting services would be able to increase the efficiency through utilizing not logistics functions of shipping, unloading, storage, and information but performance indices of logistics activities. Because shipping companies generally regard that third party logistics not only has no expertise but also is small, in order to activate third-party logistics industry, the consulting services should be improved.

무한 경쟁 시대의 중소기업은 직면한 다양한 문제를 해결하는데 기업의 자체역량의 부족으로 외부전문가의 도움은 반드시 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 효과적인 컨설팅의 요인들을 알아보고자 서비스품질의 전문성과 컨설턴트의 지식과 태도를 컨설팅서비스특성이라고 정의하고 흡수역량과 혁신의지를 바탕으로 경영성과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구는 경영컨설팅 수진 경험이 있는 중소기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 총 131부의 설문답변지를 SPSS 22.0과 SmartPLS(3.3.2)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과에서 컨설팅서비스특성 중 전문성과 컨설턴트의 지식은 수진기업의 흡수역량과 혁신의지를 활용하여 경영성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 다만, 컨설턴트의 태도는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이로써 컨설팅서비스특성이 기업의 경영성과에 미치는 인과관계를 실증 분석하였고, 컨설팅효과를 극대화하기 위한 컨설팅기업과 수진기업이 갖추어야 할 요인들을 제시하였다. 향후 연구에서 컨설팅의 다양한 속성과 경영성과를 높일 수 있는 심리적 변수를 고려하고 분석하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 초등학교에서 SW교육 관련 내용을 지도하는 교사들의 수업 전문성 개발을 위해 참여하는 활동들에 대해 유형별로 분류하고, 최근 3년간 전문성 개발 활동 참여 정도, 활동 후 성과 등 전문성 개발 활동 형태 및 특성들에 대해 분석하였다. 초등 교사 276명이 설문에 참여하였고, 그 결과 집합으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%), 원격으로 이루어지는 직무연수(96%)에 가장 많이 참여하였고, 컨설팅 장학 멘토링 동료관찰(82%), 관련부처 및 시도교육청 주관 강좌 워크숍 세미나(69%), 교과연구회(66%)등이 그 뒤를 이었다. 한편 비공식적 활동 중 독서가 가장 많았고, 유튜브, 깃허브 등 웹사이트 정보 활용(80%), 교사들의 전문성 계발 네트워크(76%)순으로 많이 참여 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 활동에 참여하는 이유로 대다수가 수업 전문성 향상을 위해서 활동에 참여하는 것으로 나타났으며, 활동 후 수업 전문성 향상 도움도, 직무역량 향상도, 현업적용도 및 수업 효능감, 긍정적 효과 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과가 SW교육 관련 교과 지도를 위한 초등교사의 수업 전문성 개발 활동의 교육적 가치를 증진 시킬 수 있는 지속적 전문성 개발 방안을 마련할 수 있는 토대를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
