본 연구는 직업교육훈련제도를 고찰하여 직업훈련기관에서 시행하고 있는 교육훈련의 실태를 조사 $\cdot$ 분석하여 직업교육훈련의 활성화를 위한 기초적인 자료를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 현재 시행되고 있는 직업교육훈련제도는 건설업의 특수한 고용구조를 반영하지 못한 채 시행되고 있어 건설관련직종에 대한 기능인력양성에 부응하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 또한 건설일용직근로자들의 직업교육훈련에 대한 부정적 시각으로 인해 대다수의 직업교육훈련기관에서는 교육생의 모집에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 건설업의 특수성을 고려한 직업교육훈련제도의 개선과 건설일용직근로자들이 직업교육훈련을 기피하는 근본적인 원인파악 및 이에 대한 대응방안의 수립이 필요하다.

Nowadays, according to the interests in the environmental infinity for the housing complex, there are various studies going on for setting general ideas and plans of them. And in some of the leading places are applied by the infinity of the natural environment. So, by this study, I analyzed the classification and the system of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater and then suggested the problems about these and the studies for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater based on my real investigation of the center of infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the Kiheung, Sangal Kum Hwa Village designed and builded by the Korea Housing Corporation for building housing complex with the infinity of the natural environment. I grasped the realities based on subject investigations and designs and found out the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater in the subject. Those are the porous concretes, pebbles and cobbles. The problems in the subject are supervision of these places and a shoddy and fault constructions by the ignorance and lack of recognition for the construction. These will be solved by reconsidering of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater. The system of the infiltration is that the rainwater of the top of the building flows into the brook in the subject through the field of the subject. There must be going to be leading studies on the effect of these facilities and influence on the environment for the generalization of the infiltrated facilities for the rainwater of natural environment.

전기공사비지수는 실적공사단가의 합리적인 시간차 보정과 물가변동 등에 따른 계약단가조정을 위한 자료로 활용된다. 전기공사비지수는 전기공사업계 산업구조의 변화, 신기술공법의 변화, 새로운 상품등장 및 퇴장 등을 반영하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 고정방식 전기공사비지수는 이러한 변화를 즉각적으로 반영에는 가중치 및 기준연도 가격지수의 장기간 고정으로 인한 이론적으로 한계가 있다. 그리고 전기공사업 특성상 노임비중이 높아 특정 월을 중심으로 주기적으로 급격한 변동이 발생되는 문제점이 있었다. 이러한 문제점과 이론적 한계를 보완하는 대안으로 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수를 개발하여, 이를 건설공사비지수, 고정방식 전기공사비지수와 비교분석을 하였다. 그 결과에 의하면, 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수는 이론적 특성상 고정방식에 비하여 현실 상황을 잘 반영하며, 특히 전기공사지수의 활용취지 등에 부합하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 연쇄방식 전기공사비지수는 고정방식에 비하여 상대적으로 우월하고는 말할 수 없지만, 최소한 고정방식의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 하나의 대안으로 생각하여 볼 수 있다.

It is undertaken systematization of results of satellite and ground observation parameters characterizing a current condition and climatic variability of two selected geographical areas. One of them covers territory of Azerbaijan and another covers a wide area of Caspian See region. Average values and mean square deviations of following values are investigated: outgoing long wave radiation during a day and night (in nebulosity and cloudless). absorbed within a day of the stream of a sunlight of the system in "a terrestrial surface-atmosphere". degree of a covering by clouds of the selected areas during a day and at night, ground temperature values of air. pressure and speed of a wind. Monthly average values of corresponding parameters create a basis of suggested investigations. It has been presented features of a time course of investigated parameters for each month and year in the whole due to the continuously observations since 1982-2000. The scientific problem consists that there are no existed models which authentically would be cover the main aspects of a realities specified changes: they are identified by economic activities. growth of the population and other features of development of a human society or internal fluctuations of biogeophysical/climatic system. Possibilities of predictability of biosphere and climate changes depend on available timely supervision. adequacy of construction of appropriate models. understanding of mechanisms of direct and feedback influences in such complicated systems.

This study has presented construction planning data or material. which can maximize the efficiency of school facilities; in other words, to utilize school facilities as local continuing education facilities in terms of use rate, as well as to make school facilities to accommodate the 7th education curricula. This study has been carried out through questionnaire survey on currently executed various curricular operation types, targeting people in charge of drawing up and operation of the curricula in liberalarts high school. The questionnaire survey has also been conducted on ideal teaching-learning type by subject, targeting teachers in charge of individual subject. The expansion of specialized curricula rooms and classrooms, as well as classrooms by level and ICT-related rooms, are required to invigorate continuing education, which utilizes smooth operation of the 7th education curricula and school facilities. I also assume that implementation of school curricula and the role as local continuing education facilities can be fulfilled, through activated deployment type and operation programs with which management of the facilities becomes easy, in order to utilize those classrooms to be used for continuing education.

This paper provides a social knowledge for pragmatic application guidelines of the interior finish materials within apartment houses, based on both the awareness of practitioners and as it applies to the realities. For this purpose, a series of the questionnaires survey on the awareness of interior finish materials in recently-constructed and remodeled apartment houses was performed, which has extended its probe into the awareness of architectural practitioners. The questionnaires asked practitioners how much they desire sustainable finish materials and the difference in various parties were analyzed and compared, formulating the pragmatic solution in the determination of interior finishes. Comparative analysis of the awareness of construction specialists, interior designer, architectural environmental researchers on environment-friendly finish materials showed that all parties were right to recognize the significance of sustainability in interior finishes. Practitioners believed that occupants must bear the additional expense for the environment-friendly finish products. Also, the results tell that the amount used of environment-friendly products increases as expertise on sustainability in interior finishes rises.

우리 나라 공동주택 외부 색채환경의 현황을 조사하고 문제점을 파악하며 바람직한 외부 색채환경 조성방안을 모색하고자 한다. 조사는 일산 신도시내 아파트 표본 16점을 선정하여 아파트에 적용된 색상을 시감 측색 방법을 통해 주조, 보조, 강조 색으로 구분하여 측색 하였다. 또한, 배색된 색채의 면적 비를 산출하여 적용색상의 구성비를 조사하고 이를 통해 단지 내 색채환경을 평가하였다. 일산 신도시에 적용된 색채계획 지침을 검토하여 계획안가 현재 시행 되어있는 색채 현황의 비교를 통해 계획상의 문제점, 시공상의 문제점을 유출하였다. 현재 우리 나라 아파트 외부색채환경은 열악한 상태이고 색채계획도 초기단계에 있어 미흡한 부분이 많으며, 시행에서도 오차가 크다. 바람직한 색채환경 조성을 위해서는 지역별 특성을 살린 색채계획수립, 철저한 색채심의를 통한 색채환경 관리, 외장 시공기술의 향상과 표준 색상 지 보급, 건축가들의 색채에 대한 이해 촉구, 색채의 중요성에 대한 교육과 홍보가 요구된다.

본 연구는 스포츠산업분야의 정보 체제를 통합한 정보인프라를 구축함으로써 수직적 수평적 네트워크 형성, 지식정보의 공유와 확산의 극대화를 목적으로 하였다. 스포츠산업 통합 정보망 구축 모형 및 방안 모색을 위하여 스포츠 산업 정보 시스템과 네트워크 시스템 현황에 관한 문헌조사와 전문가회의를 실시하였다. 스포츠산업 관련 정보는 국가 기술력의 기반으로 대용량화, 전문화된 스포츠산업 정보의 특성상 분산화, 고속화가 필수적이다. 이를 보장하기 위해서는 유기적인 정보 공유 및 교류가 가능한 인프라를 구축하여 국내외 스포츠산업 관련 기관의 개발자들에게 핵심 인프라를 제공하고, 사용자 중심의 통합정보망으로서의 선도적 역할이 필요하다. 이에 따른 결과로 첫째, 온톨로지(Ontology)를 반영한 스포츠산업 관련정보 DB구축단계이며, 시맨틱 웹(Semantic Web)을 고려한 DB설계가 필요하다. 둘째, DB 구축 이후 이들 간 유기적인 정보 교류를 가능하게 하는 RSS/Atom 기반 능동형 네트워크 구축이 필요하다.

The study was designed to investigate what effect of working time reduction which will be gradually expanded to corporate size from June, 2004 could give to medical industries, and to provide basic information for hospitals and government to prepare the policy. 276 hospitals were surveyed about medical service income and manpower realities during the first half of 2003, using a structured survey tool. Response rate was 8% and 20 hospitals were finally analyzed. The effect of working time reduction in hospital management was different to the size of hospitals and the alternative. Income to existing service income was decreased by $2.2{\sim}4.6%$ in tertiary hospitals, by $3.2{\sim}5.7%$ in general hospitals with more than 300 beds, and by $3.7{\sim}6.0%$ in general hospitals with less than 300 beds. In preparation against such decrease in income, government is required to raise insurance payment, to calculate added service charge for day-off on Saturday forenoon, to retain emergency care payment, to expand emergency care facilities, to secure duty doctors, and to support middle and small sized hospitals. Hospitals are required to give self improving efforts such as fortifying of weekday care, development of weekend care program, strengthening of care capacity and function of emergency care center, and making manpower operation efficient.

이 논문은 법을 소재로 한 TV 프로그램이 구성하는 현실과 법이미지에 대한 분석 연구이다. 법체계를 구성하는 법문화나 법규범은 배타적이고 폐쇄적인 특성 때문에 일반인들이 접근하기에 쉽지 않다. 그러나 이러한 법적인 내용이 미디어를 통해 방송 언어로 재현될 때는, 정보 제공 기능과 오락 기능은 물론 현실을 구성하고 교육하는 역할까지 수행하는 경우가 많다. 실제 일어났던 사건을 재연의 형식으로 되돌아보는 <실화극장－죄와 벌>도 그러한 사례 중의 하나이다. 이 리얼리티 프로그램은 현실의 사건을 재현하여 수용자들에게 오락과 정보를 제공하고, 드라마와 다큐멘터리의 기법을 혼합하여 법체계 및 법적 쟁점들에 대한 의미를 구성한다. 이때 미디어를 통해 재현되는 법은 현실적인 사회구조에 대한 인식과 연관되어 의미를 구성한다. <실화극장－죄와 벌>의 경우, 법의 권위를 강화한다는 소위 'CSI 효과'보다는 대립 구조로 사회를 파악하고 개인과 법의 관계를 고민하게 만드는 의미가 더 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 결국 TV 법정 프로그램은 법체계를 교육하는 상징체계의 역할뿐 아니라 현실의 법과 사회구조와 가치에 대한 의미를 구성하는 기구 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다.
