  • Construction labor provider system is requested system by professional construction companys of profitless caused by directly hire of construction labor and labor management of difficulty after construction participants system abolition. Complemental laws which occured problems of Payment of wages, illegal subcontracting In construction participants system is prepared and no complemental point included in revised bill. but Construction labor groups oppose introduction of Construction labor provider system because groups concern to occurr before problem in construction participants system. The purpose of this study is drawn satisfactory system to Specialty contractor and construction worker.

  • With the social demands for tall building, the level of techniques for construction become high and there are various building materials. Also, the construction system become very complicated with the increase of worker. In spite of above facts, the method of construction management depends on the experimental capacity of a construction manager, and there are many unreasonable elements. These elements prevent well-going in construction process. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make a new system of construction management which is adequate for the condition of company and the contents of construction. In this study, the characteristic of production system and the present condition of construction management were investigated with the help of survey. Thus, the new method of construction management which can clear the previous problems was proposed.

  • In construction work, there is often a difference between the estimated construction period and the actual construction period. Accordingly, the project may be delayed from the scheduled date, leading to huge losses due to problems such as increased costs during construction. In this way, it is important to calculate the appropriate construction period at the project planning stage in construction work. To solve this problem, we would like to study a model that will increase the accuracy of the scheduled construction period at the project planning stage. This study compared and analyzed linear regression, Lasso regression, Ridge regression among the types of regression analysis to select an appropriate construction period prediction model to secure an appropriate construction period at the project planning stage to reduce problems during construction.

  • BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) 사업의 목적은 종래 BTO(Build-Transfer-Operate) 방식과는 달리 학교, 사회복지시설 등 최종 이용자로부터 이용료를 부과할 수 없는 공공시설에 대하여 민간자금을 유치함으로써 정부의 재정부족을 해결하고 사회기반시설의 조기 확충을 위한 방안으로 도입되었다. 하지만 BTL 사업은 그 진행과정에서 다양한 문제점을 발생시키고 있으며, 이를 개선할 수 있는 실질적인 접근이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 BTL사업의 문제점에 대한 연구 자료와 국내보다 앞서 BTL 사업을 활용하고 있는 국외 자료를 분석하여 문제 영역을 도출하였다. 그리고 이를 체계적으로 관리하기 위해 친화도 기법, 매트릭스 비교분석, AHP 기법을 활용하여 중요도를 분석하였다. 분석된 결과는 BTL 사업의 실질적 문제 영역 및 중요도 제시를 통하여 관리 기준을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

  • Construction plans for large construction projects are problems such as Incompatibility of information, omissions due to technical limitations of 2D CAD. In addition to, Plan established for the validation such as process, cost and construction technology plan is difficult. By occurring Frequent changes in the course of business, Inefficiency of management has occurred. In the construction process, there is occurred costs and construction delays due to reconstruction or communication error. In this study, It was deemed BIM will complement Existing 2D CAD problem. And, BIM case studies in the construction phase of domestic construction were analyzed, How to apply BIM in the construction phase investigated.

  • Compared to the other industries, construction industry depends many parts of production activities on manpower. And also 3D perception on construction industry and the shortage of motivation in construction workers are the biggest reason to reduce construction productivity. So to solve this problem, the research of factors which affect more to improve the construction workers attitude in construction site will be needed. This research has investigated that the productivity and important factors was divided to economic factors, social factors, psychological factors. The result show that economic factors remain pre-eminent in influencing productivity, but that social factors and psychological factors appear to be of increasing importance in this construction industry.

  • The construction industry is a representative high levels of hazardous work environment, and the number of disasters in the construction industry is the highest compared to other industries. Information & Communication Technology(ICT) convergence technologies are being introduced worldwide, and this study considers ICT-based safety management cases at domestic and foreign, resulting in a list of technologies to recognize and resolve to construction site hazards. Technologies such as 「Development of hazard map considering cause, age, proficiency, type and timing of accident in construction industry」, 「Development of hazard map-based accident prediction platform using AI」, 「Development of smart safety management plan for whole construction work cycle」, 「Development of intelligent safety devices and smart safety equipment for mitigating hazard factors」 were derived as smart construction technologies that could solve this problem.

  • Recent research has been ongoing for modular buildings in the country, and interest increases. However, in accordance with legal restrictions in the country with regard to Project Delivery system of Modular Building, the activation of modular buildings industry is obstructed. In Korea, in accordance with national contract law, the construction contract is apply to the project delivery system of modular buildings, and in accordance with Framework Act on the Construction Industry, The project delivery system of modular buildings has to be a separate order. The definition of separate order in contract as defined in the law is that the electric work and Communication work and digestion facility work has to be separate each contract in order to be ensured professionalism. In accordance with law, the project delivery system of modular buildings is that the contract for construction is concluded with the Owner and the Construction Contractor and the contract for goods is concluded with the construction Contractor and modular manufacturer. Due to these project delivery system, the domestic factory production rate when making a modular unit is significantly reduced compared to the rate of factory production abroad and the domestic factory production rate is estimated to 10-20%. Due to the factory production rate is also low, despite what can be done at the factory the workload in construction field increases. According to the workload in field increases, the effect of the schedule reduction can be reduced. It resolved to form a consortium with a modular manufacturer and construction companies or the contract is concluded with Owner, modular manufacturer and construction companies in each. In this paper, we propose a specific project delivery system for modular building to solve the problem of the low factory production rate and the problem of schedule reduction. Through this paper, due to the variety of project delivery system on modular buildings is expected to contribute to the activation of modular buildings.
