In this study, we have developed a calculation system for BIM-based quantities, 4D process, and 5D construction costs, by integrating object shape attributes and the standard classification system which consist of Cost Breakdown System(CBS), Object Breakdown System(OBS) and Work Breakdown System(WBS) in order to use for the 4 dimensional process control of roads and rivers. First, a new BIM library database connected with the BIM library shape objects was built according to the CBS/OBS/WBS standard classification system of the civil engineering field, and a integrated database system of BIM-based quantities, process(4D), and construction costs(5D) for roads and rivers was constructed. Nextly, the process classification system and the cost classification system were automatically disassembled to the BIM objects consisting of the Revit-family style elements. Finally, we added functions for automatically generating four dimensional activities and generating a automatic cost statement according to the combination of WBS and CBS classification system The ultimate goal of this study was to extend the integrated quantities, process(4D), and construction costs(5D) system for new roads and rivers, enabling the integrated use of process(4D) and construction costs(5D) in the design and construction stage, based on the tasks described above.

The purpose of this study is to propose different construction costs based on the number of kindergarten classrooms. Literature review reorganized the space program for kindergartens. For suggesting the room sizes of each spaces, this paper collected the three types of analysis; 1) the previous researches, 2) field survey, and 3) construction drawings. Based on the results, building sizes for the individual class sizes were presented. And, this paper made a standard priced BOQ(Bill of Quantity) through analysis on the existing priced BOQ. Finally, the recommendable construction costs were proposed by applying the building sizes to the standard priced BOQ. The practitioners of school districts and government organizations can make appropriate budgets considering the building sizes.

Normally, monetary penalties for breach of agreement will be stipulated in the contract. The contractor parties, who fail to fulfill the agreement, are required to pay the other parties a certain amount or proportion of money as a fine. However, it is worth our study - whether or not the scope of monetary penalty implementation and bases for determination of a fine will cover the losses of social and administrative costs incurred by the interruption of the contract. This research is about the best timing for government to cancel the freeway repair work contracts. Under the goal of the maximum social welfare, the limitation of government spending for the social and administrative costs invoked by interruption of contracts will have to be considered to attain the best timing of contracts' suspension or deferment. According to the factors of social and administrative costs, the best time point is calculated to reduce the loss of the aforesaid costs, which can also be used as theoretical basis for the future road-widening construction at home.

건설사업은 복합, 중장기적인 사업특성상 프로젝트의 기획부터 시공 완료 단계까지 정확한 공사비 예측 및 확인, 정산 절차가 매우 중요하며, 기획에서 실시설계, 물량산출의 전 단계에 이르기까지 공사비와 관계된 리스크요인의 검토와 판단이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 공공주택의 입낙찰 금액의 심사 및 실행예산 편성 시 실적데이터에 의한 공사비 초과요인에 대한 검토와 조치, 공사비 리스크의 적절한 대응이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 2004년~2010년 준공분 공공주택 40개 현장의 준공정산서를 대상으로 세부공종별 실적공사비 항목을 사업초기 실행예산을 기준으로 비교하여, 실적공사비의 변동관계에서 나타나는 편차 및 변동 폭을 분석함으로써 불규칙적 공사비 리스크요인을 파악하고 정량적 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 연도별, 연면적별, 지역별, 공사금액별, 분양/임대방식별 다양한 공사비 리스크 요인 및 결과를 도출하였다. 연도별 정책과 경기 변동에 따른 공사비 리스크를 알 수 있었으며, 지역별, 연면적별 공사특성에 따른 공사비 리스크 항목을 도출하였다. 공사금액별 리스크 분석에서는 최저가낙찰제의 문제점을 알 수 있었으며, 공사비 초과 리스크 비중은 외주비와 자재비 항목에서 가장 크게 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 직접공사비 중 외주비 리스크는 지붕공사와 타일공사가 높게 나타났고, 자재비 리스크는 철근, 시멘트가 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 공공주택 실행예산 편성 시 분류 방식에 따라서 공사비 리스크 검토 공종 및 관리요소 분석을 위한 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

건설안전사고 발생을 근본적으로 축소하기 위해 설계단계 설계안전성 검토를 도입해 시행하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 안전을 고려한 설계를 위해 선정된 공법이 안전사고를 줄일 수 있으나 공기와 공사비에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 여러 측면의 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 추락재해 요인을 내포하고 있는 건물외벽 마감재 바탕 구조물 시공공법을 안전을 고려해 선정한 후 공기와 공사비 측면에서 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 안전뿐만 아니라 공기나 공사비 측면에서도 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 설계단계 설계안전성 검토에 의해 선정된 공법이 프로젝트 전체에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다.

건설공사 표준품셈 기계경비 부분은 1960년대 초 일본 및 미국의 자료를 근간으로 하여 제정된 이후, 극히 부분적으로만 제 ${\cdot}$ 개정되었을 뿐 그 동안의 건설기계와 공법의 발전을 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 표준품셈 기계경비 중에서 기계손료의 관리비(금리, 격납보관비, 보험료, 세금)를 조사하였으며 합리적인 관리비 산출을 위해 국내 ${\cdot}$ 외 문헌조사, 건설현장 16개소 실사, 그리고 건설기계장비 임대업체 20개사를 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 수집한 자료와 현행 표준품셈의 관리비 산출에 적용되는 수치들을 비교분석한 결과를 토대로 관리비를 새롭게 정의하였다. 관리비의 구성 면에서 금리, 격납보관비, 보험료와 세금 등을 고려하여 6종건설기계와 일반기계를 구분하였고 현실적인 수치를 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하고 있는 각종 자료 및 수치들은 적정한 공사 예정가격을 산정할 수 있는 기초가 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 관련 연구의 토대가 될 수 있으리라 기대한다.

In the highly competitive construction industry, a slight inaccuracy of estimation can easily cause the loss of a project. Erroneous experience-based cost estimates or allocations of on-site supervisory manpower often offset the profit gained from the project and may jeopardize the management processes. To counter these types of problems, we develop a model using mathematical analysis and case-based reasoning to automate the allocation of on-site supervisory manpower and estimate construction site costs. The method is founded upon laborious data collection processes and analysis by matching statistical assumptions, and is applicable to construction projects. In the modeling the costs and allocation of on-site supervisory manpower are quantified for both owners and contractors before initiating or bidding on the projects. The findings confirm that the degree of variation of the model predictions has an accuracy rate at 88.47%. Single-site construction projects can be accurately predicted and the assignment of supervisory manpower feasibly automated.

국내의 수로교는 쌀문화로 상징되는 농업용수를 공급하는 교량으로서 수로교를 개보수하기 위해서는 기본설계를 실시하는 것이 바람직하나 현재 생략되고 있는 실정이므로 이에 소요되는 공사비를 산정할 필요가 있다. 이 연구에서는 2003년 이후 교체한 RC구조 수로교에 대한 실적자료를 기초로 개략공사비 산정 회귀분석(RA) 모델과 사례기반추론(CBR) 모델을 개발하였다. RA 모델의 경우 단순회귀 모델이 다중회귀 모델보다 오차율이 낮았다. CBR 모델의 경우 유전 알고리즘을 이용하였으며 영향요인의 가중치, 편차, 순위조건을 최적화 대상으로 하였고 특히 영향요인 가중치의 범위를 제한하여 수로교 개보수 공사비의 예측 정확도를 제고하였다. RA 모델과 CBR 모델 사이의 오차율은 통계적 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 논문에서 제시된 수로교 개보수 개략공사비 산정방법은 개보수사업의 시행에 따른 신속한 의사결정을 하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In order to calculate construction costs properly, it is necessary to add the weight that reflects different worksite conditions. The implementation of the weight, however, is difficult because it is impossible to determine whether wight should be added in basic work or whether weight values are overlapped. Special worksite conditions further complicate the matter. Furthermore, overlapping implementation of weight values result in overestimation of construction costs. The current study clearly analyzed the weight value items in the current construction cost calculation standards, and analyzed the weight value items included under the basic productivity category to propose an improvement of weight standards. Basically, the estimating standards provide 140 weight value items, with different levels of weight given to each item. Among 1,333 items in the estimating standards, 140 include weight values. Some items have two types of weight values.

Standard safety management costs can not be applied to each site with same rate, it is very difficult, because it depends on the experience, work method, work kind, work progress schedule, and hazard level of each construction company. Therefore, this study is to find out hazard level of each work kinds through questionnaire and interview and investigate analyze the status which standard safety management costs have been used. Also, this study is to show reasonable rates of standard safety management costs in construction industry and to set up countermeasures against those problem after reviewing its status in korea with in Japan and Europe. The domestic system of standard safety management costs is not considered in the foreign country, while only related subjective items have been investigated and evaluated for this study. This study is to investigate eleven project kinds of domestic system, first, and to investigate eleven items of apartment bldg, office, civil work such as bridge, tunnel, dam, plant etc, secondly. Additionally, three items of gymnasium, railway, particular steel tower are investigated in this study. Also this study is to investigate and analyze performed costs of presently processing worker finished work so that it shows a new reasonable rate against standard safety management costs in construction industry, in order to make basial data and material to be systemized.
