사내(社內) 및 자사관련(自社關聯) 외부자료를 효율적으로 관리하여 사내(社內) 직원(職員)에 제공하여, 사내(社內) 보유정보를 공유함으로써 효과적인 기업활동(企業活動)을 지원하는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스 구축사업은 크게 개념설계, 데이터베이스 포맷설계, 색인초록작성, 데이터베이스 운영 및 유지보수 등의 단계로 분류할 수 있다. 본고(本稿)에서는 사내(社內) 데이터베이스를 본격적으로 구축하기에 앞서 사내(社內) 정보유통지원체제 및 활용자원 등을 체계화시키는 개념설계 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

As issued the development of energy resources, EPC work process through the IT technology is essential for efficient business management, and systematic management of data generated in this process is needed. In domestic, the research related to system development for the collection and management of construction data detected in the field has been done continuously, but pipeline business target the long-distance in extreme cold weather, almost no cases have been studied up to now. Therefore, this research is aimed to derive the data item for efficient management in EPC Stage of pipeline business in extreme cold weather. WBS system of EPC work are classified easily at two levels, data items can be divided based on the type of document. In the future I will be expected to be the foundation of the systematic management of data generated in the EPC step-by-step of pipeline business.

In this study, Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) construction schedule delay risk assessment methodology is developed and the construction delay risk is assessed for turnkey international NPP projects. Three levels of delay factors were selected through literature review and discussions with nuclear industry experts. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the basis of an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Relative Importance Index (RII) methods and the schedule delay risk is assessed qualitatively and quantitatively by severity and frequency of occurrence of delay factors. This study assigns four main delay factors to the first level: main contractor, utility, regulatory authority, and financial and country factor. The second and the third levels are designed with 12 sub-factors and 32 sub-sub-factors, respectively. This study finds the top five most important sub-sub-factors, which are as follows: policy changes, political instability and public intervention; uncompromising regulatory criteria and licensing documents conflicting with existing regulations; robust design document review procedures; redesign due to errors in design and design changes; and worldwide shortage of qualified and experienced nuclear specific equipment manufacturers. The proposed combined AHP-RII methodology is capable of assessing delay risk effectively and efficiently. Decision makers can apply risk informed decision making to avoid unexpected construction delays of NPPs.

In this paper, development of TIM Module for constructing PDM will be introduced. Technical information relevant product data influences cost, quality, precision and productivity. One of the very important feature of product data is organizing not by oneself but very closed to many technical information such as document, file, image and analysis sheet. To manage various technical information, several kinds of management system are used in multi level of production system. PDM and TIM systems are being developed for suitable purpose and are in need of Network technology, Information Technology, Database, sharing and distributing information. Developed TIM system is based on Web environment. By using this system, we can manage systematic technical information and reduce cost for constructing PDM system. And also we will put to practical use another technical information management system for mold plant.

In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.

건설사업정보시스템은 국토교통부에서 건설사업정보화(CALS)의 일환으로 구축된 정보시스템으로 건설사업 전 업무단계의 디지털화, 정보 공유 등을 통해 건설사업의 생산성과 효율성 향상 및 투명행정을 실현하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 건설사업정보시스템은 국토부 내부 업무시스템 중 하나로 업무처리 위주의 기능과 데이터 관리에 중점을 두고 구축되어 운영 중에 있다. 하지만 구축된 지 10년 이상 경과된 정보시스템으로 주로 텍스트 및 문서위주의 건설사업정보로 이루어지고, 시각화 된 공간정보(Geographic Information System, 이하 GIS)와 결합되지 못해 정보 공유 및 전달과 전체적인 현황 파악에 한계를 가진다. 본 연구는 기존 건설사업정보시스템의 한계 및 문제점을 해결하고 시스템을 보다 고도화를 위한 방안으로 국내외 GIS 기술동향 및 관련 정보시스템을 살펴보고, 건설사업정보시스템의 현황 및 문제점을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 건설사업정보시스템의 고도화를 위한 전체적인 GIS 적용방안을 제시하였다. 또한 건설사업정보 단위시스템별 세부 활용 및 적용방안을 도출하고 향후 GIS 적용에 따른 고려사항을 분석하여 제시하였다.

최근의 인터넷 정보검색은 방대한 정보의 수용과 지능적이고 개인화된 검색 결과 요구라는 사뭇 상반된 요구를 만족시켜야 한다. 기계적으로 키워드를 매칭시켜 나오는 문서를 사용자에게 맡기는 식의 검색은 더 이상 환영을 받지 못한다. 우리는 이러한 추세에 맞추어 의미기반 정보검색에 필요한 개념망과 정답문서집합으로 구성된 지식베이스를 제안한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 방대한 구조의 개념망과 연결되는 정답문서집합을 유동적인 인터넷 환경에 적용하기 위해 자동으로 구축하는 시스템을 제시한다. 자동구축은 문서분류(document categorization) 기술을 활용하여 개념어에 문서를 할당하는 방법과 속성에 문서를 할당하는 방법으로 나누어 이루어진다. 제시한 방법은 실험을 통하여 기본적인 속성 할당에는 상당한 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되었고, 일부 미할당 문서에 대해서는 클러스터링과 같은 다른 알고리즘이 필요하다.

The command of Subway is intended to adjust and control the train operation, and to play a key role of the total passenger transport and all kinds of affairs related to the safe train operation. Also, this can be considered as affairs to be controlled and operated by Total Traffic Control. For the purpose of developing the ATO system in using the new control technology by substituting the conventional ATS equipment, this technical document includes the technical points resulted from doing the replacement construction in the entire section of Subway Line 2 by Seoul Metro. The replacement work with the new ATO System should neither stop nor affect the system under operation while operating the current ATS System. The different systems should not interfere with each other while performing their individual affairs, and be composed to share the important data for the parallel operation. This technology is needed to proceed in assurance of a high degree of reliability.

Comprehensive landscape architectural services provided from schematic design through construction document for this 22,000 square foot, linear, urban rooftop garden situated on top of an in-ground parking garage. The Butterfly Garden serves as a green buffer between a fully renovated historic, seven story condominium building and 15 newly constructed luxury town houses. The park was developed with the cooperation and input from the Washington Butterfly Society during an intensive design charette. The garden will one day soon serve as an ecological amenity to the residents of Alban Towers as well as the surrounding community.

For the systems engineering process-based development, all requirements of 'Smart UAV Development Program' have been constructed as the database of CORE(R), computer aided systems engineering tool. In this paper, the construction and application of model-based test & evaluation system using those database is described, which prevents omitting essential tests and performing unnecessary rests and enables automatic reflection of database changes and standardization of document formats.
