본 연구에서는 정책정보서비스를 제공하기에 적합한 분류체계를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 BRM분류체계분석, 문헌분석, 정책정보제공사이트 분류체계분석, 분류전문가논의과정, 정책정보수요자대상 설문조사 및 면담조사, 정책정보자료의 실제적 구축을 통한 경험적 검증과정을 거쳤다. 최종적으로 BRM 분류체계를 수정 보완하여, 정책정보관련 정보자원을 제공하기에 적합한 분류체계를 제안하였다. 전문가 논의 과정을 거쳐 정책정보서비스에 적절한 BRM 분류 단계를 3단계로 확정하였다. 국내외 정책정보제공사이트를 제공하고 있는 기관의 분류체계와 서비스 조사를 통해 BRM 분류체계가 정책정보자료 제공을 위해 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다. 실무자 면담 조사를 통해 BRM의 적절성 확인과 개선점을 도출하였다. 설문조사를 통해 정책정보서비스를 위한 BRM 분류체계 사용의 적절성과 BRM 주제분야별 보완요구사항을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 경험적 검증을 통해 정책정보서비스를 위한 BRM 분류 체제의 주제 내용을 확정하였다.

This study assessed citation analysis results in light of their usefulness for national scientific and technical information (STI) policy formulation and review in Korea. using electrical and electronics engineering field as a case. After brief summary of citation analysis results was presented. current Korean STI policy was reviewed. which aims at establishing national STI sharing system by constructing many STI databases and information networks. Citation analysis results were discussed in light of their significance for Korean databases and information network construction and for use of informal networks such as E-Mail and invisible colleges. The problem of access to current information was also reviewed. Some recommendations were made to policy makers. which include creation of a centralized national STI center: development of guidelines for effective utilization of STI networks and STI; and. standardization of information processing technology and support for the automation of information centers and libraries. Based on the literature review. the best possible way of presenting recommendations to policy makers was examined. It was concluded that citation analysis could be a useful methodology for STI policy formulation and review when reliability and validity of the study is assured and the samples well represent the population of scientists and engineers. Finally recommendations for further research were offered.

The regional development strategy of China is involved basically with national macro economical development policies. In general, the development process were The procedures of 'balancing development-unbalancing development- rebalancing development'. The first restructuring is a balancing development strategy represented as the three-district construction and the second restructuring is the unbalancing development strategy represented as the preferential development of the east area after reformation & development. The third regional development strategy making current progress is a new regional balancing development policy including the great development of the west district. The study grasped how much the regional balancing development policy contributed to bridge the gap among other areas with coefficient of variation to analyze changes of regional development related indexes among the areas before/after the regional balancing development policy which had been progressed after 1991 with harmonious development among areas as its goal was carried out. It was also analyzed that the Chinese government's goal of regional development policy was how well-suited to the Chinese reality through regression analysis, so far. However, the results obtained of the study were summarized in Table6, Table7 and Table8.

This study investigated the policy instruments pertinent to the establishment of a regional innovation system in the Mekong Delta that facilitates the development of a countermeasure towards various issues of industrial and technological nature. First, we conducted the research with regard to the status and environment of the region. Second, a field visiting survey was implemented to analyze the results of international efforts and regional capacity to solve the problems attendant upon introducing technologies related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Third, we derived the key policy issues and challenges from the results of the field visiting survey and experts' conference with a deep focus on technological transfer and international cooperation to enhance the capability in the science and technology field. Fourth, we conducted the opinion survey of the experts from Korea and Vietnam to converge local opinions from both countries and analyzed the results. The range of research subjects is responding to climate change, managing water resources, coordinating energy and industrial structure, making a resilient Mekong regional ecosystem, smartification of local cities, and improving the life quality of citizens, and so on. The results of this study are expected to be the beginning of fundamental research in the mid to long-term view of the Mekong Delta region innovation system of Korea and Vietnam and to evaluate the master plan.

Up to now, most the fenestration industry is consisted of glazing and window frame in Korea. According to the Fenestration Energy Consumption Efficiency Rating System and Energy Saving Design Standards of Buildings, u-value of fenestration is defined as the value of calculation with glazing and frame. For this reason, when applying for a building permit, in most cases, the official approval test report of the set of windows and doors is used. Nevertheless, in windows construction progresses, most construction manager take delivery of the glazing and frame separately. For those reason, windows and doors are constructed regardless of the report of the Fenestration Energy Consumption Efficiency Rating System in most construction fields. From now on, the research of the connection method between reality of policy and reality of construction fields should be carried out.

Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

건설시장의 개방과 함께 보다 다양화되고 국제화된 건설문화를 받아들이게 된 시점에서 우리나라 건설문화수준 및 정책은 아직 국제기준에 미치지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그 예로 시공자 귀책사유로 인한 공기지연시 위약금 성격의 지체상금 산정방법은 손해배상금 성격의 국제기준과 차이를 보여 추후 잠재적 클레임의 가능성을 지닌다. 이에 본 연구는 지체상금 산정방법을 국제기준 및 공기연장비용과의 비교 ${\cdot}$ 분석을 통해 실제 발생되는 항목을 선정하여 손해배상금 성격의 지체상금 산정방법 개선방안을 위한 기초연구를 진행하였다.

The construction method for Foamed-Concrete has not been important due to following process of construction work. However, according to the code about enhance of energy saving design policy and impact noise, noised isolation has been used in construction site so that the resistance for cracking and capability for insulating of Foamed-Concrete has been required. Therefore, new alternatives are demanded. Optimum mixing design, which can get the improvement of insulation and resistance of crack for Foamed-Concrete adding EVA chip, was derived and also the device, applying to construction site, was invented to equalize quality. This device can measure quantity of all input and placement, and show up the sum of placement and mixing design on a touch screen. This valuable construction method is friendly environment and recycling method because of using EVA chip, by-product of an EVA insole scrap burned or embedded, as a light-weight aggregate.

최근 국내 건설시장은 내수시장의 침체와 포화상태로 인해 위기를 겪고 있다. 이와 같은 위기를 기회로 수많은 건설업체들은 해외로 눈길을 돌리고 있다. 이미 1965년 이후 해외진출은 시작되었지만, 현재까지의 진출 특성을 살펴보면, 플랜트에 치우친 공사수주와 정부의 근시안적인 전략 마련으로 인해 장기적인 시장 확보가 불가능한 상태이다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 국내건설업체의 해외건설시장 진출 특성을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 SWOT 분석을 통하여 새로운 전략을 제안하고자 한다.

Based on assessing the impact of factors on the business efficiency of construction enterprises, the research team proposes policy implications to improve the business performance of listed construction enterprises in Vietnam in the coming time. The study used secondary data collected from the audited financial statements of 25 enterprises listed on Vietnam's stock market in the period 2015-2021 to estimate the factors affecting the business performance of construction enterprises. After collecting, the data will be encrypted and checked. The article uses a quantitative research method by using a linear regression model on Eviews 10 to analyze the data and analyze the impact of factors on the business performance of construction enterprises listed on Vietnam's stock market. The research result shows that firm size and growth rate positively affect business performance while capital structure, receivable management, fixed asset investment, and economic growth have a positive impact on the business performance of construction companies listed on the Vietnamese stock market. Based on this result, the paper also makes recommendations to the Vietnamese construction companies to enhance their business performance.
