건축설비 기계실의 벽체 투과손실에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Wall Sound Transmission Loss at Construction Equipment Machinery Room)

  • The equipment noise of machine room that generates at the building where human-being is living, is becoming to an object of strong civil appeal, and because it influences to the residential space through the floor or wall, its damage is very serious level. Accordingly, while an efficient forming of the sound insulating measures is earnest, as most of the transmission loss data was the material measured in laboratory, in case when it was applied to the job site, due to the precision difference of constructing work and the influence of detoured transmitting sound, the case of disaccord is the most. Therefore, this thesis has intended to present a fundamental data for an efficient establishment of sound insulation measure, by means of comparison analysis with the existing transmission loss data, after measurement of the transmission loss on the object of various walls, at the construction equipment machinery room.

트리즈를 이용한 재난대응 특수목적기계의 양팔용 작업장치 설계 (Design of Attachments for Dual Arm of Disaster-Responding Special Function Machinery by TRIZ)

  • This paper presents the design of attachments for dual arms of disaster responding heavy machine. The heavy machine handles a variety of tasks such as cutting, shredding, picking and moving in unstructured environment. Despite the need for rapid response, the heavy machine has difficulty in repeatedly replacing the attachment depending on the task. Thus, we propose a method to solve this physical and functional contradiction relation by using TRIZ separation principles. Above all, the existing equipment and the required working scenarios were surveyed and summarized in order to separate the attachments functionally for right-handed, left-handed and two-handed operation. Then, we proposed the design directions and conceptual design as following: multi function type attachment A, for precise operation and various operations; grab type attachment B, for grasping irregular objects and auxiliary device for both arms to handle bulky objects.

  • The maintenance and repair work of sidewalk block pavement is a construction that requires a large amount of budget to be invested every year. It is important to establish an appropriate standards for estimating construction cost to ensure proper budgeting and quality. In this study, the standards for estimating the cost of maintenance and construction work for sidewalk blocks that can be applied to the construction volume classified according to the site conditions, construction type, and equipment use differentiated from new construction was established. As a result, the daily construction volume was presented by reflecting excavator and truck as equipment in the combination of paver and common worker. The re-installation was applied by separating the construction volume of sections with general blocks and induction/raised blocks based on the installation of sidewalk blocks after demolition. Generally if block cutting is necessary, the precision construction conditions using a cutting machine were taken into consideration to secure the construction quality. In addition, it has been revised to apply classified construction volume into A and B-Type depending on the park and site conditions.

DEMATEL 기법을 적용한 건설재해 영향요인 구조 분석 (An Analysis of the Causal Relations of Factors Influencing Construction Accidents Using DEMATEL Method)

  • 2017년 기준 우리나라 산업재해자의 28.5%, 산업재해 사망자의 29.6%를 건설업이 차지하고 있어 국내 산업재해율 저감을 위해서는 건설업에 대한 우선적 재해 저감 방안 모색이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 건설재해 영향요인을 대상으로 DEMATEL 분석을 수행하여 이에 기반한 건설재해 저감을 위한 개선방향을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 4M 요인 중에서는 관리적요인, 4M 세부요인 별로는, 작업자의 개인특성, 기계·설비의 자체결함과 미흡한 기계·설비의 점검 및 정비, 미흡한 안전관리 계획, 부적절한 작업지시가 가장 근본적이고 중심적인 요인인 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 DEMATEL 분석을 통해 건설재해 개선방향 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

토픽 모델링을 이용한 건설현장 추락재해 분석 (Falling Accidents Analysis in Construction Sites by Using Topic Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 기계학습 기법 중 토픽 모델링을 활용하여 건설현장에서 발생하는 추락재해에 대한 토픽을 분류하고 각 토픽에 따른 재해요인을 분석하였다. 잠재 디리클레 할당 기반의 토픽 모델링을 적용하기 위해 텍스트 데이터의 전처리를 하였고 Perplexity 점수로 평가하여 모형의 신뢰성을 높였다. 각 토픽에서 공통으로 도출된 추락재해의 대부분은 소규모 사업장에 속한 일용직 작업자들에게 발생하였다. 추락재해의 대부분의 원인은 안전장비 미착용, 현장 정리 정돈 미흡, 안전장비의 성능 및 착용 상태로 인해 제대로 작동하지 않은 것으로 판단되었다. 추락재해를 예방하고 절감하기 위해서는 소규모 사업장에 맞는 안전교육과 작업장의 정리 정돈과 개인 안전장비의 적절한 착용 상태 및 성능을 확인하는 것이 중요한 것으로 도출되었다.

Review of Energy Saving Technology of Hybrid Construction Machine

  • This study focuses on the energy saving of construction machinery, especially excavators and wheel loaders coming on a backdrop of energy shortage and environment pollution. Due to the problem of the low energy efficiency and the pollution of conventional hydraulic excavators, hybrid hydraulic excavators were developed to solve this challenge. Firstly, this paper discusses the different configurations of the hybrid hydraulic excavator and recent research trend of hybrid hydraulic excavator is reviewed. Secondly, the productions and research of the construction machine companies were analyzed and finally, the future challenges of hybrid technology to the hydraulic excavator were discussed.

3D 프린팅 실무 적용을 위한 건설 관련법 제도적 개선 방향 (Institutional Improvement of Construction-Related Laws for Practical Application of 3D Printing)

  • Then 3D printing is used practically at construction sites, there is a serious lack of studies on the conflict with construction-related laws and expected operational problems. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to present obstacles and directions for improvement in construction-related laws (Building Act, Construction Technology Promotion Act, Housing Act, Construction Machinery Management Act, etc.) for practical operation of 3D printing. The important results are as follows. Amending existing construction-related laws for 3D printing is irrational and inefficient in terms of structure and material. This study proposed a method of satisfying performance required by laws or standards based on the performance design method presented in existing laws and systems through structure and material performance certification procedure. In addition, inclusion of 3D printing equipment in the Construction Machinery Management Act results in various restrictions such as equipment inspection and certification of machine parts. As such restrictions can block vitalization of 3D printing, a long-term and step-wise approach was suggested.

콘크리트 표면절삭 장비의 품질관리를 위한 머신비전 알고리즘 개발 (A Study of the Machine Vision Algorithm for Quality Control of Concrete Surface Grinding Equipment)

  • 콘크리트 표면절삭 작업은 콘크리트 표면의 평탄성 및 부착성을 필요로 하는 공사에서 빈번히 사용되고 있으나 작업형태가 노동집약적이며, 유해한 작업환경을 보유하고 있다. 또한 장비를 다루는 기능공의 숙련도에 따라 생산성 및 절삭품질의 편차가 큰 경향이 있다. 그러므로 주변 환경오염 방지와 장비 조종자가 위험에 노출되지 않도록 하기 위한 원격조종 콘크리트 표면절삭 장비 개발이 요구된다. 그러나 원격 조종 시스템에서 조종자가 절삭면의 품질을 측정하기 난해하고 품질에 대한 객관적인 판단을 내리기가 어려우므로, 본 연구에서는 머신비젼시스템(Machine Vision System)을 적용하여 네트워크 카메라로 촬영한 절삭면의 이미지를 디지털 영상처리(Image Processing)과정을 거쳐 그 결과를 그래픽 MMI(Man-Machine Interface) 프로그램에 표현함으로써 품질관리 시스템을 구축하였다. 머신비전 알고리즘은 콘크리트 절삭면의 디지털 영상처리 알고리즘을 의미하며 본 논문에서 제안된 알고리즘을 적용하여 콘크리트 절삭면의 객관적인 품질관리 기준을 제시하고자 한다.

  • A loader is construction & road or agricultural machinery for lifting, moving, and mixing. This study deals with the agricultural mini loader for stock raising farming. The performance of the machine is established by pulling power, working lifting capacity, and minimum circling radius, etc. Also, driving easiness and endurance are very important in manufacturing. Thus, this study has developed the loader with the 4-wheel driving equipment by gear transmission, the 4-wheel steering equipment by power handle steering type, and the equipment making four wheels touch simultaneously on the rugged ground. The developed loader having these functions was very fit in a small cattle shed or a rugged ground. This study is divided into two parts; (I) development of 4WS transmission and (II) construction of the loader by 4WS system and other equipments.

  • Recently, the trend in architectural forms has been toward taller and larger building. The building materials, therefore, are getting larger and heavier as wall. Most of the construction projects are, however, dependent on outdated equipment and human resources. Construction processes up to now face a number of problems, including dangerous work, high construction cost and heterogeneous construction quality. In various construction sites, automation in construction has been introduced to address these problems. This paper proposes a human-machine cooperative system in the construction site; the system utilizes construction of a curtain wall in tall buildings. The use of automation system at construction sites can reduce the need of human involvement. Construction time and cost can be reduced as well. The most important aspect of the use of automation system at construction sites is prevention of accidents.
