건설사업관리 제도개편에 따른 기업의 대응방안에 관한 연구 - 건설기술진흥법 시행과 관련하여 - (The Actions by Enterprise along the Reforming Construction Management Regulations)

  • The structure of construction management service in the Construction Technology Management Act has changed recently. The new Construction Technology Promotion Act becomes effective to support and promote the development of related construction industries and construction technology for domestic and overseas markets. The purpose of research is to analyze the main contents of Construction Technology Promotion Act and to investigate corporate status, problems, and issues. The research is conducted to improve as reorganization of the CM service system based on the interviews with experts. Accordingly the research is to derive countermeasures of CM enterprises. The research results are presented in the following categories of contract awarding, project management, human resource management, general administration and staff education management as countermeasures of enterprises.

건설신기술의 현장활용 분석을 통한 개선방향 (Improvement through Analysis of Field Utilization of New Construction Technology)

  • This study analyzed the performance of new construction technology in construction site. The main results are as follows. First, 83.6% of the new technologies developed by SMEs(joint development by large enterprises) account for the majority. Second, new construction technology is mainly applied to construction and civil engineering, but it is mainly applied to four major types of work(waterproofing, soil and foundation, reinforced concrete, bridge). Third, the number of on-site applications with a construction value of less than 500 million accounted for 89.5% of the total, which indicates that new construction techniques are mainly applied to small-scale construction.

Factors Affecting the Implementation of Environmental Accounting by Construction Companies Listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange

  • The study investigates Environmental Accounting Information (EAI) as well as factors affecting the environmental accounting implementation by the construction firms listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE), Vietnam. After eliminating seven enterprises that lacked data, the authors selected a sample of 112 observations from 28 construction businesses listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. This study uses research data extracted from the companies' annual reports. Then, the data are analyzed by Stata 13 software, including descriptive statistics, correlation coefficient analysis, regression analysis of table data using estimation methods (Pooled OLS, REM, FEM), and testing of model defects (heteroskedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test). The results show that construction companies listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange have out factors affecting the environmental accounting implementation by these enterprises, including independent audit firm and listed time. While the independent auditor firm has a positive and significant impact, the listed time has a negative influence. In addition, our study has confirmed the role of institutional factors affecting the disclosure level of EAI on the implementation of environmental accounting by construction enterprises listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange.

  • 세계적으로 지적재산권에 대한 권리획득의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이에 따른 국가간, 업체간의 노력이 치열해지고 있다. 국내 건설업체들의 해외시장 개척을 위해서는 원천기술의 확보가 절실하며 이를 위한 국가적 기술개발노력이 필요하다. 국내의 건설기술개발은 매년 지속적으로 증가하는 추세이며, 특히 PQ제도 도입이후 두드러진 증가세를 보이고 있다. 이에 현재 국내 업체들의 건설개술개발실태에 대한 분석과 국가적 기술개발장려제도 및 입찰제도에 대한 비교분석을 통해 국내의 제도적 문제점과 기술개발 실태를 파악하고 이를 토대로 기술개발 촉진과 활용성 향상 방안제시를 위한 연구를 수행 하였다.

  • In recent years, environments of business are changing due to epoch-making development of information technology and the advent of digital economy ages. It is an active confrontation as to the environments for information. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

VRIO 모델 기반의 기업역량평가 프레임워크 제시에 관한 연구 - 플랜트 사업을 중심으로 - (VRIO Model Based Enterprise Capability Assessment Framework for Plant Project)

  • 건설사들은 국내 건설 경기 침체에 따라 해외 사업을 물색하고 건축, 토목, 플랜트 등 다양한 사업을 수주하여 진행해오고 있다. 해외 건설 공종 중 플랜트 공종은 지난 10년간(2005년~2014년) 전체 수주금액 중 평균 68.9%를 차지하며 국내 건설기업의 주력 공종으로 자리잡고 있다(해외건설협회). 그러나 플랜트 사업은 저가수주로 인해 최근 10년간 해외플랜트 수주 상승세와는 다르게 수익률은 저하되고 있으며 최근 미 금리 인상과 유가하락 장기화로 인해 플랜트 사업의 발주량은 더욱 저하될 것으로 예측되고 있어 향후 플랜트 사업 수주 경쟁은 더 심화될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이러한 상황 속에서 기업이 지속적인 경쟁우위에 서기 위해서는 먼저 현재 국내 기업의 강점과 약점을 파악하여야한다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 플랜트 사업 수행 내부역량을 분석하기 위해 자원기반이론을 바탕으로한 VRIO모델을 기반으로 사업 내부역량 평가 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 사업 내부역량 평가 프레임워크는, 문헌고찰을 통해 사업 수행단계 별(사업기획 및 계획, 설계, 구매조달, 시공) 지표를 도출하고 각 지표를 자원기반이론을 바탕으로 한 VRIO모델을 기준으로 전문가의 설문을 통해 우선순위 및 경쟁력수준을 도출하는 절차로 개발되었다.

Critical Factors Affecting Construction Price Index: An Integrated Fuzzy Logic and Analytical Hierarchy Process

  • Nowadays, many construction engineering and technology enterprises are evolving to find that prosperity is driven and inspired by an open economy with dynamic markets and fierce multifaceted competition. Besides brand and product uniqueness, the ability to quickly provide customers with quotes are matters of concern. Such a requirement for prompt cost estimation of construction investment projects with the use of a construction price index poses a significant challenge to contractors. This is because the nature of the construction industry is shaped by changes in domestic and foreign economic factors, socio-financial issues, and is under the influence of various micro and macro factors. This paper presents a fuzzy decision-making approach for calculating critical factors that affect the construction price index. A qualitative approach was implemented based on in-depth interviews of experts in the construction industry in Vietnam. A synthetic comparison matrix was calculated using Buckley approach. The CoA approach was applied to defuzzified the fuzzy weights of factors that affect the construction price index. The research results show that the top five critical factors affecting the construction price index in Vietnam are (1) consumer price index, (2) gross domestic product, (3) basic interest rate, (4) foreign exchange rate, and (5) total export and import.

베리-허핀달 지수를 활용한 해외건설의 다각화 전략 (Diversification Strategies of Overseas Construction using the Berry-Herfindahl Index)

  • 본 연구는 베리-허핀달 지수를 활용한 글로벌 주요 국가의 해외건설 지역별 및 공종별 다각화 및 다변화 지수를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 글로벌 설계 및 시공기업의 해외비중이 높고, 공종별 및 지역별 다각화 정도가 높은 국가들은 유럽 선진 국가들이 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 한국은 시공기업의 공종별 전문화를 통한 다각화를 추진하고 있고, 설계기업은 공종별 및 지역별로 전문화 및 일부 지역에 편중되어 있다. 향후에는 한국의 글로벌 건설기업은 선진국과 같이 해외사업 지역 다변화 및 공종 다각화로 해외경쟁력을 강화할 필요가 있다.

건설현장 관리기사의 안전관리 효과에 대한 인식도

  • As the goal of enterprises is to pursuit benefits, the goal of safety management is not only preventing accidents but also promoting benefits and productivity. However, enterprises have failed to realize the necessity of safety management, partly because they didn't grasp any appropriate evidences advocating effectiveness of safety management. This study aimed to survey construction-site engineers' consciousness on safety management contributing to cost reduction, construction period and quality enhancement. The result of this study showed that constriction-site engineers recognized the ratio of direct cost to Indirect cost as 1:2. The proportion of repliers who thought that safety management is contributable to cost reduction was 35%, to construction period was 20%, and to quality enhancement was 48%. The construction sites with excellent safety accomplisments also had good work and selling amounts.

  • Recently construction enterprises involves more occurred with increase of size and complxity of construction works. Risk management is one of the key project management process. Numerous tools are available to support the various phases of the risk management process. We present the results of a study designed to identify the tools that are most widely used and those that are associated with successful project management in general, and in effective project risk management in particular. The study is based on a questionnaire administered to a sample of project managers from construction enterprises. The response data was analyzed in order to find which tools are mon likely to be used in the those organizations that report better project management performance and in those that value the contribution of risk management processes.
