Objectives: Nail has been a substitute DNA source for genotyping. To investigate the integrity and consistency of nail DNA amplification for biomarker study, nail clippings from 12 subjects were collected at monthly intervals. The possibility of longer amplification and existence of GAPDH RNA/protein, were also investigated with three nail samples. Methods: Three primer sets were designed for quantitative amplification of nuclear and mitochondrial genes and analysis of their consistency. The mean threshold cycles in amplification of the target genes were compared to test the consistency of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) performance among individual factors including age groups, sex, family, the nail source, and by the size of the amplification segments. Results: The amplification of the target genes from nail DNA showed similar integrity and consistency between the nail sources, and among the serial collections. However, nail DNA from those in their forties showed earlier threshold cycles in amplification than those in their teens or seventies. Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) showed better DNA integrity and consistency in amplification of all three targets than did nuclear DNA (nucDNA). Over 9 kb of mtDNA was successfully amplified, and nested quantitative PCR showed reliable copy numbers (%) between the two loci. Reverse transcription PCR for mRNA and immunoblotting for GAPDH protein successfully reflected their corresponding amounts. Regarding the existence of RNA and protein in nails, more effective extraction and detection methods need to be set up to validate the feasibility in biomarker study. Conclusions: Nail DNA might be a feasible intra-individual monitoring biomarker. Considering integrity and consistency in target amplification, mtDNA would be a better target for biomarker research than nucDNA.

본 논문은 현재 출간된 아동영문어휘책의 현황분석을 통해 그림과 문자의 관계적 속성을 이해하고 사용자인 아동을 고려해 시각적 심상을 얼마나 잘 활용하고 있는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 아동영문어휘책에 사용된 그림의 유형과 그림의 활용도, 그림과 문자의 결합 형태, 그림과 문자와의 의미일치도 정도를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 그림의 활용도는 일러스트, 만화, 일러스트와 만화의 혼용 순으로 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그림과 문자의 결합 형태에서는 그림+어휘형, 일러스트가 없는 문자형, 그림문자형 순으로 나타났다. 특히나 그림과 문자의 의미일치도가 높을수록 학습에 효과적인데 반해 의미일치도는 전반적으로 낮게 나타났다. 의미일치도가 높게 나타난 5개의 그룹 중 그림문자형이 가장 높은 결합형태 빈도를 보이고 있었다. 따라서 현재 출간된 아동영문어휘책에 나타난 그림과 문자의 제시형태는 비슷한 형태로 출판사별로 출간되고 있음을 알 수 있었고 아동의 다양한 수준을 바탕으로 한 효과적인 디자인연구가 필요하다고 보아진다.

본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정에서 처음으로 고시한 <경제수학> 과목의 교과서에 대한 분석 연구이다. <경제수학> 교과서는 상경계열을 지원하는 학생을 위해 개발된 최초의 교과서라는 면에서 교육적 의의가 매우 높다. 이에 본 연구에서는 <경제수학> 교과서가 교육과정 개발자가 제시하고 교과서 인정 기관에서 구체화한 교과서 편찬상의 유의점과 일관성이 있는지 분석하고, 국가에서 고시한 수학과 교육과정과 일관성이 있는지 분석한다. 본 연구에서의 일관성에 대한 분석 결과 <경제수학> 교과서의 내용은 부분적으로 일관성이 있지만, 그렇지 않은 부분도 다수 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과로 볼 때, 향후 고등학교 선택과목의 검·인정에 있어 보다 철저한 기준 마련과 일관성을 유지하기 위한 구체적인 기준의 제시가 요구된다.

본 연구는 그릿과 열정 구인이 변별되는지를 검증하고 동, 서양 문화 간 두 구인의 관계성에 차이가 존재하는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국 대학생 208명과 미국 대학생 251명을 대상으로 다집단 요인분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 형태동일성과 부분측정단위동일성이 성립하여 한국과 미국 모두에서 그릿의 두 요인인 흥미의 지속성 및 노력의 꾸준함과 열정의 두 유형인 조화열정 및 강박열정 각각이 서로 잘 구별되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 단, 미국 대학생 집단에서는 흥미의 지속성이 적응적인 조화열정과는 정적인 상관을, 부적응적인 강박열정과는 부적인 상관을 보인 반면에, 한국 대학생 집단에서는 노력의 꾸준함 뿐만 아니라 흥미의 지속성도 조화 및 강박열정 모두와 상관이 유의미하지 않았다. 이는 그릿의 개념적 정의와는 달리 한국의 대학생 집단에서는 그릿이 열정과 관련이 높지 않음을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 그동안 개념적으로 유사함에도 불구하고 이론적으로만 설명되어 왔던 그릿과 열정 간의 변별성을 경험적으로 밝히고, 서구에서 주로 논의되어 온 그릿과 열정이 문화적 토양에 따라 가질 수 있는 차이를 확인하였다.

While some studies have examined the concave and convex regular polygons respectively, very little work has been done to integrate and restructure polygon shapes. Therefore, this study aims to systematically reclassify the regular polygons on the through a comprehensive analysis of previous studies on the convex and concave regular polygons. For this study, the polygon's consistency with respect to the number of sides and angles was examined. Second, the consistency on the number of diagonals was also examined. Third, the size of the interior and exterior angels of regular polygons was investigated in order to discover the consistent properties. Fourth, the consistency concerning the area in regular polygons was inspected. Last, the consistency of the central figure number in the "k-th" regular polygons was examined. Given these examinations, this study suggests a way to create a concave regular polygon from a convex regular polygon.

The competence of enterprise for managing information is evaluated not by the amount of information but by the quality of information such as response time, data consistency, and data correctness. The degradation of data quality is usually caused by the inappropriate process of managing the structure and value of stored data. According to the recent survey on the actual condition of data quality management, the correctness and consistency of data appeared to be the most problematic area among the six criteria of data quality management such as correctness, consistency, availability, timeliness, accessibility, and security. Moreover, the problem was more serious in case of small and medium-sized companies than large enterprises. In this paper, therefore, we attempt to propose a new data quality control methodology for small and medium-sized companies that can improve the correctness and consistency of data without consuming too much time and cost. To adopt the proposed methodology to real application immediately, we provided some scripts for as-is analysis and devised automation tools for managing naming rules of vocabulary, terminology, and data code. Additionally, we performed case study on the distribution service of a small-sized company to estimate the applicability of our tool and methodology.

일변량 자료의 경우 대표관찰치는 사분위수 등에 기초하여 자료의 분포와 변이를 함축적으로 표현하기 위한 목적으로 사용되는 소수 개의 관찰치이다. Jones와 Rice(1992)는 다변량 자료에 대한 대표관찰치를 선택하기 위해 주성분분석에 근거한 방법을 제시한 바 있다. 이 연구에서는 주성분의 자기일치성을 이용하여 대표관찰치를 선택하고, 이를 표현하는 방안을 고찰한다. 기존의 방법에 의한 대표관찰치가 자료의 표본변이에 민감한 한편, 여기에서 제안되는 방법의 결과는 자기일치성을 가진다.

Purpose: This study investigates the complex dynamics of consumer behavior in Vietnamese banking omnichannel environments, focusing on the roles of service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention. Research design, data and methodology: Using a sample of 422 Vietnamese bank customers, data analysis revealed significant relationships among the variables under investigation. Results: Firstly, service consistency was found to positively influence flow experiences and negatively impact perceived privacy risk, highlighting the importance of uniform service quality across channels in enhancing consumer engagement while mitigating privacy concerns. Similarly, service transparency was positively associated with flow experiences and negatively associated with perceived privacy risk, underscoring the importance of transparent information dissemination in fostering immersive consumer experiences while alleviating privacy apprehensions. Furthermore, both flow experiences and perceived privacy risk significantly influenced loyalty intentions, indicating the pivotal roles of engaging experiences and data security in driving consumer loyalty. Additionally, mediated relationships were observed, demonstrating the interplay between service consistency, service transparency, flow, perceived privacy risk, and loyalty intention in shaping consumer behavior in omnichannel contexts. Conclusions: These findings provide valuable insights for retailers and marketers seeking to optimize consumer experiences and cultivate loyalty in omnichannel environments by prioritizing consistency, transparency, and data privacy protection.

The aim of this paper is to investigate some acoustical characteristics of the voice quality features from the emotional speech database. Six different parameters are measured and compared for 6 different emotions (normal, happiness, sadness, fear, anger, boredom) and from 6 different speakers. Inter-speaker variability and intra-speaker variability are measured. Some intra-speaker consistency of the parameter change across the emotions are observed, but inter-speaker consistency are not observed.

A new display device is required, which has concepts of flatness and slimness. FED can be one of the solutions. When we use flat panel, we can save the raw material and reduce the production time by eliminating the printing process, drying process, and washing process. In this case, good panel flatness and consistency with panel flatness and black matrix is the precondition. Therefor, we analyzed process capability of panel flatness and regression between panel flatness and BM position by experiments.
