  • The restaurants have been forced to inform the origin of ingredients to consumers due to the origin obligation policy enacted in 2008 October. However, it is difficult to trust the policy because the origin is represented by a manager's conscience. Therefore, in order to provide consumers with reliable information, we have designed, and embodied the agricultural management system using RFID and USN technology. By installing system on agricultural plantations this system not only manages environmental data such as temperature, illumination and humidity collected in real time but also offers consumers the information of fertilizers or pesticides sprayed on the crops. Before purchasing, consumers will be able to check raw flesh process and the fertilizer and agricultural chemical scattering scene of the crops as an image by using RFID tags with a leader, which more increase the reliability.

  • 1. Purpose and Methode of study This study is that How to connect the characteristics of Sasang constitionion with Aptitude Test. To know the characteristics of each individual in modern times Generally, Psychological Aptitude Test is used. So, According to Sasang constitional groups classified with QSCC II, KIPAT occupation aptitude test ( total 55) and KAT-A aptitude test(total 260) was used. 2. Result of study 1) KIPAT occupation aptitude test rest of Sasang constitional groups Taeumin Group appeared high than another Group in investigative occupation and there is the significant difference between Taeumin Group and Soeumin Group Taeumin Group appeared high than another Group in technological occupation and there is the significant difference between Taeumin Group and Soyangin Group Taeumin Group appeared high than another Group in control aptitude and there is the significant difference between Taeumin Group and Soeumin Group Soyangin Group appeared high than another Group in instigation aptitude and progressive aptitude and there is the significant difference between Soyangin Group and Soeumin Group Soeumin Group appeared high than another Group in utility aptitude and there is the significant difference between Soeumin Group and Taeumin Group, between Soeumin Group and Soyangin Group. Soyangin Group appeared high than another Group in guilty conscience and there is the significant difference between Soyangin Group and Taeuwun Group. When classified male and female, in the case of male, It showed that Soyangin Group is lower than Other Group in vacabulary ability and there is the significant difference between Soyangin Group and Taeumin Group , between Soyangin Group and Soeumin Group but there is no significant difference in the case of female.

The Splitting of MKhAT and Collapse of Soviet Theatre (므하트의 분리와 소비에트 연극의 해체)

  • This paper is focused on splitting of the first Soviet theatre, MKhAT and collapse of Soviet theatre. A close attention has been paid to Art Theatres's circumstances leading to splitting, critical conscience about division between ideal and real theatres and other concrete situation before the verge of collapse. Administrative reform of the Soviet theatre at the period of Perestroika and Glasnost', its results and conflicts, occurred in the process of transition into market system. These are considered under the premise of that the problems of MKhAT were not so different to the other soviet theatres at that time. As it is known that Moscow Art Theatre is a symbol of Russian theatre. And the status of MKhAT as a symbol of Russian theatre had formulated not only the well-known Stanislavsky' system and his legendary performance The Seagull, Three Sisters etc. It was made by party's effort to make MKhAT as the first Soviet theatre and by directors, artists and critics, they had believed and tried to protect idea of MKhAT as the 'battlements' of Soviet theatrical art. One of them is O. Yefremov, a former leader and artistic director from 1970 to 2000. Actually from the periods of Sovremennik Yefremov knew that does not exist the ideal MKhAT, excepting myths, legends and administrative attitudes. Nonetheless he chose the duty of MKhAT's artistic director to construct ideal MKhAT, theatre as the best moral institution, theatre as union based on common belief. It is same motive that he had led split of MKhAT. But split of theatre did not bring the expected results. After spliting MKhAT has become almost collapsed under collapse of USSR and subsequent turmoil at 1990's. And as soviet theatre disappeared into history, Russian theatre became lost its special significance, the super-theatre's idea.

The Cyclical Structure of "Life and Death" in "Snowstorm-Plot" Reflected in "Snowstorm" of M.A. Bulgakov ("눈보라 슈제트"에 구현된 삶-죽음의 순환구조: M.불가코프 단편 「눈보라(Вьюга)」를 중심으로)

  • In this article, we tried to introduce a little-known work of M.A. Bulgakov "Snowstorm" and provide some various clues for reading this short story. This study is focused on "snowstorm-plot", grasping the structure and the theme of the present work. To this end, in the Chapter II we tired to seek for the meanings of Bulgakov's "snowstorm" based on intertextuality shown from the works by those writers such as Pushkin, Gogol and Tolstoy. In this short story "snowstorm" is presented not only as a natural phenomenon but as a "participant" which provides young doctor-narrator with short time break and let him go to a dying bride, and at last place him on the crossroads of life and death. Indeed "snowstorm" plays a role of the framed structure of Bulgakov's text. In the Chapter III we observed the creative expression of Bulgakov's work which is comprised of overlappings with dream and reality. In other words, in the short story "Snowstorm" the outside and the inside story of frame are described as a dream of the one same night. We can guess that the Shermetievo story is a kind of dream of young doctor who fell asleep in Tuesday night, asking himself "how many patients will come tomorrow?". By the way the Shermetievo story unfolds as an incident which is happened on Wednesday. In this way in Bulgakov's "Snowstorm" it is hard to draw clear lines of demarcation between dream and reality. Therefore existential themes like these "Life and Death", "Professional calling and personal conscience", "The great nature and the week human being" are resonated with original structure "Dream in Dream".

  • The objective of this article is to emphasize the importance of French grammar and apply effective ways in the course considering the results of investigations conducted by teachers and learners. In the first part, we observed different types of the theory of grammar teaching. The key point in choosing a theory of grammar is to adopt a learning objective defined by the level of learners. To do this, the teacher must find methods that enable learners to achieve a gradual grammatical knowledge. In the second part, we focused on the conscience of the learners et teachers in respect of the grammar's importance. Learners and teachers agreed on the importance of French grammar. However, it is essential to find effective methods that can not only attract the interest of learners but also give students the motivation towards learning French grammar. Regarding the correlation between the learning of linguistic communication and the teaching of grammar, it is very important to familiarize learners with the following facts: - The grammar is not an independent component of the other with regard to the teaching of French. - You can get a satisfactory result on learning grammar provided that it takes place in the course of linguistic communication. What we have proposed in this article is not an absolute solution to improve the course of French, with regard to learning grammar. However, we hope that this study could help to facilitate the teaching of French grammar.

  • The The ROK military announced a reform proposal for the National Defense Reform 2.0 in 2018 in order to substantially guarantee the constitutional rights and human rights of the soldiers and to meet the demands of the military judicial reform. In order to establish a fair and independent military judicial system through such reforms, the Supreme Military Court was abolished to eradicate the controversy in the army and to abolish the system of the judges' And professionalism is systematically ensured so that judges can be judged only by law and conscience. This military reform proposal is so dramatic that it has a vocal voice of opposition, but the military should no longer be an exception to democracy and should try not to get caught in the stigma of human rights blindness.

  • This paper aims for a study on the theory that mind is Li(principle). The method of research is laid emphasis on searching for the historical development of the perception Theory in late Cho-Sun. First of all, I investigated a meaning of the perception theories of Ho-Rak school, that were criticized in the Cho-Sun academic world. The next, I investigated the theory of Li-ju-Ki-ja that was raised by Yi Sang Jung. He thought that Li is supervisor and Ki is assistance. And he put a construction on the Perception Theories of Toegye school. Yi Jin sang's theory of perception is the result of criticism against Ho-Rak school, and a fresh and in-depth construction of Yi Sang Jung's perception theory. His viewpoint was contradiction to the theory of Sim si Ki(the theory that Mind is made of Ki). And he rediscovered the human conscience that was born endowed from Heaven.

The structural relationships between organizational ethical, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of private security guards (민간경비원의 조직윤리, 직무만족 및 조직시민행동의 구조적 관계)

  • The purpose of this study is to establish the structural relationship among organizational ethical climate, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior. It was intended for the private security guards who work in the security companies in Seoul and Gyeonggi from Jan. 1st, 2014 to Apr. 1st, 2014 to achieve the purpose like this. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method according to this and sampling of 400 persons was done. However, the samples of 372 persons were finally used in the analysis through the process to check faithless answers, double answers, and abnormal data. The collected data was analyzed according to the purpose of the study by utilizing STATA 13.0 and AMOS 17.0. And for statistic techniques, frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, multivariate normality, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), Pearson's correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were carried out. The conclusion gotten from this study through the data analyses according to the methods and procedure like this is as follow: First, organizational ethical climate has found to have the positive effect on job satisfaction(Non-standard $B=1.427^{***}$). That is, it can be interpreted that organizational ethical climate positively affects superiors, fellow employees, pay, current duties, and chances of promotion. Second, job satisfaction has found not to have the significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. That is, it can be interpreted that job satisfaction does not affect altruism, conscience, and participation behavior. Third, organizational ethical climate has found to have the positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior (Non-standard $B=.361^{***}$). That is, it can be interpreted that organizational ethical climate positively affects altruism, conscience, and participation behavior. Fourth, the relationship between organizational ethical climate and organizational citizens has found that there is no any indirect effect in the bootstrapping estimation result to establish the indirect effect of job satisfaction. Fifth, the relationship between organizational ethical climate and job satisfaction has found that there are the moderating effects in the analytical result of the moderating effects of person-organization fit. That is, the effects of organizational ethical climate on job satisfaction have found that the groups with higher person-organization fit are more positive than those with lower person-organization fit. Sixth, the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior has found that there are moderating effects in the analytical result of person-organization fit. That is, the effects of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior have found that the groups with higher person-organization fit are more positive than those with lower person-organization fit.

A Study on the theory of Mind in LüZuqian(呂祖謙) philosophy (여조겸(呂祖謙) 심론(心論) 연구(硏究) : 여조겸과 주희의 사상적 대립과 절충)

  • $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) was one of the famous philosophers during the Southern Song period, and is called one of DongNamSanXian(東南三賢) together with ZhuXi(朱熹) and ZhangShi(張?). With his profound knowledge transmitted and uphold by JiaXue(家學), $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) established his learning system, interacting with scholars of those days. Principally, $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙)'s XinLun(心論) was based on Mengzi(孟子)' theory of LiangXin(良心) and BenXin(本心). $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) explained the meaning of such a conscience through ChuXin(初心) and Inner NeiXin(內心). According to $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙), ChuXin(初心) arouses when one encounters external things, and this one's intention enables us to make the right judgments over the outside objects. NeiXin(內心) means LiangXin(良心) and BenXin(本心) that recovered the ability of moral awareness. The important significances of $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙)'s XinLun(心論) are XinWai WuDao(心外無道), and XinWaiWuTian(心外無天). Through these, $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) emphasized that Tian(天), Dao(道), and Li(理) are one. $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) arranged a meeting of EHuSi(鵝湖寺), and exerted efforts to negotiate the academic differences between ZhuXi(朱熹) and LuJiuyuan(陸九淵). However, compared with LuJiuyuan(陸九淵) who asserted FaMingBenXin(發明本心), $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) put the emphasis on DaoWenXue(道問學) with self-awareness of conscience. Meanwhile, $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) valued much of Jing(敬) like ZhuXi(朱熹). But, to $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙), Jing(敬) meant WuJianDuan(無間斷) of ChunYiBuZa(純一不雜) DaoDeXin(道德心), and implied the same as Cheng(誠). $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙) stressed the reading and pursuit of study, however, he also asserted that Li(理) could be understood and realized through self-awareness of one's mind and its reflection, and working without interruption. $L{\ddot{u}}Zuqian$(呂祖謙)'s academic tradition of the XinXueDe XueFeng(心學的 學風), which reveals through compromise and confrontation with ZhuXi(朱熹), can be said that it will have a significant meaning of idealism of dispute in the Southern Song period.

Research on the Ethical Characteristics of 'Mutual Beneficence' Shown in the Principle of 'Guarding against Self-deception' in Daesoon Thought: in Comparison to Kantian and Utilitarian Ethical Views (대순사상의 무자기(無自欺)에 나타난 상생윤리 - 칸트와 밀의 윤리관과의 대비를 중심으로 -)

  • This research is an attempt to detail the multi-layered ethical characteristics of 'mutual beneficence', shown in the principle of 'guarding against self-deception' in Daesoon Thought while focusing on its major differences as well as the similarities with Kantian and Utilitarian ethical views. In these Western ethical perspectives, the concept of self-deception has received a considerable amount of attention, centering on the context of natural rights and contract theory. Meanwhile, in Daesoon Thought, 'guarding against self-deception' is presented as one of the principal objectives as well as the method or deontological ground for practice. It further encompasses the features of virtue ethics oriented toward the perfection of Dao. Here, the deontological aspect is interlinked with the concept of cultivation and the pursuit of ethics and morals. Hence this makes it a necessary condition for achieving the perfection of Dao, and likewise renders the practice of 'guarding against self-deception' more active through facilitating mutual relations based on the expansion model wherein human nature is characterized as possessing innate goodness. With regard to the tenet of 'resolution of grievances for mutual beneficence,' this concept is presented as a positive ground for practicing virtues toward others without forming grudges. Furthermore, as long as it reveals the great principle of humanity built on conscience, it will come to harmonize practitioners with others and spirits in an expression of beneficence. Moreover, originating in the Dao of Deities, guarding against self-deception is expressed as a form of life ethics and can be suggested as a new alternative for the model of virtue ethics proposed by Nussbaum. All in all, there is a natural causal relationship by which 'guarding against self-deception' in accord one's own conscience and the principle of humanity as a pursuit of perfect virtues in Dao result in the fulfillment of mutual beneficence. This readily akin to how gravity causes water to flow from high ground to low ground. Consequently, these relational features of mutual beneficence can serve an effective alternative to the Western ethical views which also address the need to overcome the egoistic mind which is liable to self-interest and alienation.
