  • This paper introduces the development process of mobile home CCTV that enables remote control and object recognition using unused smartphones and Arduino. Clients can control motors connected to Arduino through button, enable bidirectional voice communication between client-server and receive video from the server in real time. The server sends a PUSH notification to the client when its battery is low. When the server recognizes the charger, the client's remote control allows the server to dock to the charger and charge it. It was confirmed that video and voice delivery between client and server works well without any problems, and that object recognition works smoothly.

  • We can monitor home from any remote location using our existing telephone line. We have already some technologies to perform these types of application such as: Bluetooth, IR. But these are used in a limited area which we can easily come over in our system. Our propose system has two sections one is Remote Section (RS) where the client will place the request and another is Local Section (LS) where the telephone line is connected with an Input Interfacing Circuit (IIC). Input Interfacing Circuit (IIC) receives the frequency and converts frequency to machine language. Output Interfacing Circuit (OIC) sends voice signal to the client as acknowledgement through modem then the client proceeds for the next steps. This system can be used in commercial or industrial purposes such as controlling computer from remote locations, home monitoring system instead of man or any kind of switching.

  • The purpose in this study was to develope the concept maps of sub-units included in 'resource management and environment' area of Home Economics(HE) as an advance organizer after analyzing the overlapped and connected contents between HE textbooks and those of other subject matters(Ethics, Social Studies, Sciences, and Physical Education) taught in the middle schools. The results of this study were as follows. First, the unit of 'resource facilitation and environment' of HE is dealt in Ethics. Specifically the overlapped content in this unit between HE and Ethics is the content of the savings of resources, recycling, and environment conservation. The unit of 'work and time of youth' is dealt in Ethics and Science. The overlapped content of this unit is that of the concept of 'work'. While Ethics focuses on the general concept of work, Science focuses on the scientific concept of work. Home Economics doesn't focus on the concept of work but on how to manage the work. In the unit of the 'adolescents and their consumption', there are many overlapped contents among three subject matters, HE, Ethics and Social Studies. Second, the 7 concept maps were developed by following the steps: (1) confirming the learning objectives presented in the 'resource management and environment' area of HE; (2) identifying the overlapped and connected contents between HE and other subject matters(Eethics, Social Studies, Sciences, and Physical Education); (3) organizing the overlapped and connected contents between HE textbooks and those of other subject matters.

  • Because of a security problem and not enough IPv4 address space, the home network has been made up of private network, and it has been separated from Internet. This fact prevents people in Internet from controlling and monitoring home appliances. So, this paper designs and Implements the UPnP Proxy System which offers functions for users to control and monitor home appliances. When users are in the outside of the home network, they do not know which devices were connected in the home network because the advertisement messages of UPnP devices would not be delivered to the outside of the home network. Also, users cannot access devices directly, and their control messages are not delivered into the home network. So, this paper designs and implements the UPnP Proxy System to solve these problems. The merit of the system is that users can control and monitor home appliances in realtime using presentation web documents with the HTTP push technology.

  • The most of patients and protectors point that the Home Visting Physical Therapy is necessary and compulsive. A Public Health Center and a Welfare Center have to help a home visiter for treatment cure to ask for professional medical services in general hospital. On getting a name lists of patients a treatment of doctors, they must remark the conditions of the patients to keep the mutual relation general hospital. A home visiting physical therapists in the welfare center and public health center need to discuss a main doctors in a same center for revaluation of patients. The system in a general hospital consists of the medical department and the administration with the doctor of hospital as the central figure. A department of home visiting physical therapy has a physical therapy team closely connected with various medical office in hospital. The system in a public health center is composed of the health executive office, health direction medicine office, and the community health office. Department of home visiting physical therapy belongs to community health office. Home visiting physical therapy in a welfare center belongs to home visiting service office. The qualifications of a physical therapist is intended for people who have received clinic experience of three years and regular education. • The purpose of this study is to develop a management model to effectively provide hospice service of nursing home. In a method of study to achieve this purpose, a positive research and literature study have been performed at the same time. Concerning contents to be examined as a definition of notions and patterns about hospice for the aged, foreign hospice and structural elements of hospice management, a literature study to support a theoretical background has presented leading studies as an analysis form of this study through analyzing domestic and foreign literature, thesis, journal and so on. In order to attain the purpose of this study, the positive research is to carry out a survey of demand and desire of people who have already got hospice service in the first place as a fact-finding survey related to the subject of hospice service, investigate organizations to operate nursing home and hospice and relevant experts in the second place as a survey of supply system to provide hospice service, and develop an appropriate management model to connect the demand and supply of nursing home through it. Therefore, this study has developed a delivery system and a chart of the practical trend to be done minutely, presenting a model to manage a hospice of nursing home based on the above results. The management model externally has connected medical team of hospital with hospice team of home based on a community, and internally is composed centering on five elements such as administrative organization, manpower, program and contents of service, finances. In practical model of hospice management of nursing home, in order to plan a program, provide service and give a high-quality service to the aged, this study has presented a trend chart of service management on the basis of five structural elements, an analysis form of this study. In conclusion, this study could present data to develop a hospice in the field of nursing home for the aged by showing a model concerning a hospice management of nursing home, but in my opinion, a following study to be detailed and developed even more than this study should be continued.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore status of mathematical interactions between parent and child and use of mathematical materials at home. For this purpose, questionnaires were developed. The framework of the questionnaires consisted of mathematics education content domains. 276 parents(4-5 year old children) in J Province responded to the questionnaires, which were analyzed according to the level of home income, the mother's work conditions and the mother's level of education. The results were as follows: First, between parent and child mathematical interaction at home showed a 2.84 score in average and frequency of mathematical interaction expressed in the domains of 'Understanding of regularity', 'Measurement', 'Growing number sense', 'Space and shapes', 'Organizing data and showing results'. The domains of 'Growing number sense', 'space and shapes', and 'measurement' showed significant difference only by mother's level of education. The higher the mother's level of education, the more frequent the mathematical interaction between parent and child. Second, the use of mathematical materials showed an average score of 1.18, which means mathematical materials were practically not used at home. Also, the use of mathematical materials showed a slightly significant difference when measures against the levels of home income and the mother's level of education. The results showed a significant difference in parent-child mathematical interactions, and the possession and use of mathematical materials when measures against by level of home income and the mother's work conditions. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that the parent education program for mathematical interaction to apply at home and mathematics curriculum to be connected early in childhood education institution and home should be developed for parents.

  • Mobile IP is designed to provide IP services to roaming nodes. Mobile users take advantage of this protocol to obtain the services as if they were connected to their home network. In many cases mobile users is connected through a wireless link and is protected by corporation's firewall in virtual Private network. In order to have a successful deployment of Mobile IP as an extension of a private network, security services should be provided as if the mobile node were attached to its home network. In this paper, we propose the security mechanism of combining Mobile IP and IPSec tunnels, which can provide secure traversal of firewall in a home network. The simulation results show that the proposed mechanism provides the secure and efficient communication.
