HPLC를 활용한 천연염료 적합성 평가 연구 (1) (A Study for the Conformity Assessment on the Natural Dye by HPLC (1))

  • Due to environmental pollution and human hazards of some synthetic dyes, the global fashion companies are increasingly interested in eco-friendly products, especially natural dye. For the globalization of natural dyeing industry based on this concern, however, there are some deficiencies of standardization, specification, and conformity assessment on natural dyestuffs as well as natural dyeing process. These obstacles should be not only studied but also defined for a commercial transaction. Accordingly, a study for conformity assessment on commercialized natural dyestuffs (red) was conducted by HPLC analysis in this study. As the results of HPLC analysis, alizarin and purpurin, representative index ingredients, were detected in most of the samples, but the index ingredient content in each sample was different. In addition, some samples showed the variety of peaks including the index ingredients and others. It was inferred that the representative index ingredients could be used on the traceability of natural sourced dyestuffs. These results are related to the index ingredient consistency, standardization, and reproducibility of natural dyed products including such as yarns, fabrics, garments, and so on. Therefore, the present study was demonstrated that in order to determine the conformity assessment system for the satisfaction of all stakeholders, the offering of information on the origin, manufacturing process, and index ingredient content of natural dyes should be prioritized.

위험기계, 기구의 위험성 평가 및 안전인증 또는 자율안전확인의 적정성 (Risk Assessment of Industrial Machines and Devices and Appropriateness of Their Safety Certification and Self-Declaration of Conformity)

  • Severity and frequency of industrial accidents are typically used to assess the "absolute" risk associated with the industrial machines and devices ("items") which are subject to safety certification or self-declaration of conformity. However, the "relative" risk associated with a particular item can further be assessed based on unit severity and unit frequency where the total number of item in use is taken into account. This study first attempts to estimate the total number of each item in use which was recently selected for safety certification or self-declaration of conformity. The appropriateness of such selection is recapitulated based on the relative risk involved. Analysis results indicate that depending on items, the relative risk is differentiated from the absolute risk. Recent selection of items for safety certification or self-declaration of conformity is then revisited for its validity. The relative risk based on unit severity and unit frequency of industrial accidents, together with the absolute risk, may be used to further categorize items for safety certification or self-declaration of conformity in the future.

  • In relation to a certification system recently, it is coming out complains about make a rule of thumb certification, problems of after-service and duplication with government certifications. Also there is confusion in operating certification system to lack of properly rule to international standard. These impose a heavy burden on company in terms of times and costs and enhance competitiveness. Nevertheless, the survey was not built yet for the status and problems of the cooperation group standards certification System. So, this study purposes that research on the actual condition and development of operational guide for cooperation group standards certification system. In addition it ultimately improve the certification system for reliability and international competitive power. For more detail on this study, it would be considered conformity assessment, domestic/international conformity assessment and certification criteria. Also comparing survey result on the actual condition with international standards, develop operational guidelines to meet international standards.

고휘도 영역의 적합성 평가에 기반한 광원 보상 (Illumination Compensation Based on Conformity Assessment of Highlight Regions)

  • 본 논문에서는 이색성 반사 모델에서 분할 과정을 없애는 동시에 카메라의 잡음을 제거함으로써 광원을 보상하는 방법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 고휘도 영역의 화소는 광원에 대한 많은 정보를 포함하게 된다. 따라서 고휘도 영역을 분석함으로써 광원의 특성을 쉽게 분석할 수 있다. 이때 기존의 방법은 고휘도 영역 분할이 필요하고, 이로 인해 영역 분할의 정확성이 광원 추정의 결과에 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 논문은 고휘도 영역에 대해 안정도를 평가함으로써 영역 분할 과정을 생략할 수 있다. 또한 이 과정에서 잡음 및 센서의 불균일에 따른 정확성 감소의 요인들은 제거하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 화재발생 현황 및 용도별 건축물 통계데이터를 활용하여 전국의 용도별 건축물의 화재위험도를 정량적으로 분석하였다. 화재 및 건축물 통계는 최근 10년간(2008~2017) 데이터를 이용하였으며, 「건축법」과 「소방시설 설치유지 및 안전관리에 관한 법률 시행령」을 통해 용도를 분류하여 자연적 구분법(Natural breaks)으로 상대평가를 실시하여 리스크 매트릭스로 나타내었다. 또한, 본 연구에서 도출한 리스크 매트릭스의 적합성을 검증하기 위하여 2018년도 위험도 등급을 지난 10년 데이터와 비교·분석을 진행한 결과, 위락시설에서 위험도가 IV등급에서 II 등급으로 감소한 결과를 제외하고는 대부분의 시설이 유사한 위험도를 나타내고 있어 과거와 현재의 데이터 상관성이 유효한 것을 확인하여 분류방법이 적절한 것으로 판단하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 자연적 구분법을 이용한 화재위험도 평가방법은 화재예방에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 확인되었다.

  • 우리나라의 ICT 기기의 기술기준 및 적합성평가절차는 주요 교역 상대국가의 요청, MRA 2단계 체결, 적합성평가서비스시장 확대의 필요성 및 제조업체의 요구에 따라 혁신해야 할 시점이다. 주요 선진국은 이미 민간화 방안을 활용하여 혁신을 진행하고 있었으며, 그 수준을 비교 분석한 결과, 일본이 가장 높은 수준으로 민간화되어 있었고 한국이 가장 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 국내 민간기관의 시험 인증 능력을 조사한 결과, 우리나라는 현재보다 높은 수준의 민간화가 가능함이 나타났다. 아울러 설문 응답자는 '인증업무의 민간위탁', 'EMC의 민간임의표준으로 전환' 그리고 '적합성평가주체의 전환'에 대하여 긍정적으로 답변하였다. 나아가, '정책 수용성과 갈등 수준'의 관점에서는 '인증업무의 민간위탁'부터 시작하는 것이 바람직해 보이며, 민간화 이전에 인증심사원제도 마련 등 관련 제도를 사전에 개선해야 한다.

산업용 기계 및 기구 관련 재해강도 지표의 평가 (Evaluation of Severity Measures of Accidents Associated with Industrial Machines and Devices)

  • This study focuses on the evaluation of severity measures used for accidents associated with industrial machines and devices. In particular, duration of medical treatment, duration of work loss, number of deaths in an individual accident associated with industrial machines and devices are evaluated in various ways to assess the severity of the accident. The number of accidents with work loss of longer than 1 year as the severity measure and the number of accidents as the frequency measure appeared to be the most discriminating information and allow risk assessment based on these frequency and severity measures for grouping of industrial machines and devices. Results of such risk assessment further confirmed the re-classification of industrial machines and devices that are currently subject to safety certification (SC) and self-declaration of conformity (SDC) or selection of those machines and devices that are newly subject to SC and SDC.

  • Since 1997, JAB (The Japan Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment) had started the activity of accreditation for the laboratory based on U.S. PL101-592: the Fastener Quality Act that was signed by President Bush on 1990. The number of accredit laboratories are 69 in Japan, 21 in Taiwan, 2 in Korea and 189 in U. S. A, as of 09/10/1998. The JAB accreditation encompasses the requirements of the ISO/IEC Guide 25, and the relevant requirements of ISO 9002. The purpose of ISO/IEC Guide 25, also had been harmonized as JIS Z 9325 'General requirements for the competence of calibration and testing laboratories 'mainly facilitates and promotes acceptance of calibration and test results between countries to avoid barriers to trade through as 'one stop testing'. The features and differences between Guide 25 and ISO 9000 will be clarify in this report.
