Crack on concrete surface allows more rapid penetration of chlorides. Crack width and depth are dominant parameters for chloride behavior, however their effects on chloride penetration are difficult to quantify. In the present work, the previous anisotropic (1-D) model on chloride diffusion in concrete with single crack is improved considering crack shape and roughness. In the previous model, parallel-piped shape was adopted for crack shape in steady-state condition. The previous model with single crack is improved considering wedge shape of crack profile and roughness. For verifying the proposed model, concrete samples for nuclear power plant are prepared and various crack widths are induced 0.0 to 1.2 mm. The chloride diffusion coefficients in steady-state condition are evaluated and compared with simulation results. The proposed model which can handle crack shape and roughness factor is evaluated to decrease chloride diffusion and can provide more reasonable results due to reduced area of crack profile. The roughness effect on diffusion is evaluated to be 10-20% of reduction in chloride diffusion.
In this paper, the effect of non-persistent joints was determined on the behavior of concrete specimens subjected to biaxial loading through numerical modeling using particle flow code in two dimensions (PFC2D). Firstly, a numerical model was calibrated by uniaxial, Brazilian and triaxial experimental results to ensure the conformity of the simulated numerical model's response. Secondly, sixteen rectangular models with dimension of 100 mm by 100 mm were developed. Each model contains two non-persistent joints with lengths of 40 mm and 20 mm, respectively. The angularity of the larger joint changes from $30^{\circ}$ to $90^{\circ}$. In each configuration, the small joint angularity changes from $0^{\circ}$ to $90^{\circ}$ in $30^{\circ}$ increments. All of the models were under confining stress of 1 MPa. By using of the biaxial test configuration, the failure process was visually observed. Discrete element simulations demonstrated that macro shear fractures in models are because of microscopic tensile breakage of a large number of bonded discs. The failure pattern in Rock Bridge is mostly affected by joint overlapping whereas the biaxial strength is closely related to the failure pattern.
The elderly are faced with unique problems in regard to their clothing life, which require solutions from various perspectives. Given these facts, this study was aimed at reviewing and comparing the clothing behaviors of elderly people in order to provide some basic data which apparel businesses targeting the elderly might find useful. The elderly people aged 55 and older and living in Seoul were sampled at random for a survey. The survey used the methods of interview and self-administered questionnaire. 418 questionnaires were distributed to women, and 504 to men. The collected data were processed using SPSS/PC for factor analysis, correlation, single-factor ANOVA and T-test. The results of the survey can be summarized as follows ; 1. Among 8 factors determining the clothing behaviors of elderly people, the importance of clothes and manageability of clothes scored highest on average, while conformity with one's peers scored lowest. 2. The clothing behaviors of elderly people differed significantly depending on their demographic variables. 3. The level of satisfaction with one's life and appearance differed significantly depending on their demographic variables. 4. Clothing behaviors of elderly people were closely correlated with their level of satisfaction with their life and appearance.

This study proposes an RCS composite damping device that can achieve seismic reinforcement of existing buildings by dissipating energy by inelastic deformation. A series of experiments assessing the performances of the rubber core pad, hysteretic steel slit damping device, and hybrid RCS damping device were conducted. The results showed that the ratios of the deviations to the mean values satisfied the domestic damping-device conformity condition for the load at maximum device displacement in each direction, at the maximum force and minimum force at zero displacement, as well as the hysteresis curve area. In addition, three analysis models based on load-displacement characteristics were proposed for application to seismic reinforcement design. In addition, the validity of the three proposed models was confirmed, as they simulated the experimental results well. Meanwhile, as the shear deformation of the rubber-core pad increased, the hysteretic behavior of super-elasticity greatly increased the horizontal force of the damping device. Therefore, limiting the allowable displacement during design is deemed to be necessary.
The purpose of the study is to research unisex clothing attitude and clothing behavior and to compare the former with the later according to the different sex, the other walks of life and their professional occupations. The factors that one sex clothing has changed to the other sex clothing are illustrated in its attitude and then there are five distinguished parts such as aesthetics, utility, status symbol, conformity and modesty. A common questionaire is introduced for the way to survey them and the sources to measure them are gathered from the former studies for them but some of them are corrected, collegians in the city of Seoul, Sum total ; 578 students including 291 male students and 287 female students are investigated for this research. The date is analyzed by correlation, percentage, mean, analysis of variance and t-test. RESULTS : 1. The affirmative response to the questionaire is reflected stronger by the part of female's cloths changing to male's clothing than by the part of male's cloths changing to female's clothing. 2. Unisex clothing is more affirmative in the group of the same sex persons' living than in the group of the different sex people. 3. A unisex clothing goes for the characteristics of a person but it goes against the modesty. 4. The opinions from the negative group about Unisex clothing show us conspicuous viewpoints compared with them from the affirmative group about it. 5. The number of the group to describe the agreed opinion about Unisex clothing and to point out the trait of any person are so many. 6. While the number of the male group to be right view about Unisex clothing in becoming more and more female style shows us high interesting in status symbol for persons, the female group to agree with female Unisex clothing show us their high concerns at the utility.

The mechanics of woven fabric-based laminated composites is complex. Then, many researchers have studied woven fabric CFRP materials but fracture resistance behaviors for composites have not been still standardized. It also shows the different behavior according to load and fiber direction. Therefore, there is a need to consider fracture resistance behavior in conformity with load and fiber direction at designing structure using woven CFRP materials. In this study, therefore, the tensile strength and resistance for plain-weave CFRP composite materials were investigated under various different angle condition(load to fiber angle: $0^{\circ}$, $15^{\circ}$, $30^{\circ}$, $45^{\circ}$). Tensile strength and fracture toughness tests were carried out under mode I transverse crack opening load by using compact tension specimens.

The purpose of this study is to investigate experimentally the effects of aspect ratio of polyethylene fiber on the compressive strength and tensile behavior of alkali-activated cementless composite. Two mixtures were determined according to aspect ratio values of polyethylene fibers, and the compressive strength and tension tests were performed. Test results showed that the effect of aspect ratio of fiber on the compressive strength was negligible and the tensile strength, ductility, and number of cracks of the mixture including the fiber with high aspect ratio were higher than those of the mixture including the fiber with low aspect ratio. On the other hand, the crack spacing and crack width were low in the mixture including the fiber with high aspect ratio.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between surfer's experience, lovemark, flow and customer behavioral intention. The model's goodness-of-fit test was conducted to analyze the mediating effect of experience, lovemark, flow and consumer behavioral intention. The result is as follows. First, As a result of the conformity test of the research model, all the fit indexes met the criteria for goodness of fit to predict the causality of experience, lovemark, flow, and customer behavioral intention. Second, experience factors positively effected the lovemark. Experience factors had a positive effect on the flow. Flow had a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Lovemarks had a positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Experience factors did not have a positive effect on customer behavioral intention.
Due to the nature of teenage students' common tendency of being drawn to consumption conformity engendered by popular trends, and further expanding their unique collectivist culture, this study presumes that middle and high school female students as well have an influential factor that creates their distinctive trait. This study is intended to investigate the students' personal characteristics and effects of social reference groups, and further scrutinize how these influences transcends to deviant make-up behaviors. A total of 297 subjects, middle and high school female students, participated in a survey, using questionnaires focused primarily on the degrees of color makeup and the influences imposed by classmates. The findings of the study are as follows. First, regarding makeup behavior displayed by middle and high school female students, social self-esteem had positive influence on innovation and peer pressure. Second, perceived visibility conversely had negative impacts on innovation and peer pressure. This indicates that if perceived visibility is at a salient level, this already signifies lack of innovation. Third, makeup innovation and peer pressure demonstrated by middle and high school students all showed positive influence on their makeup behaviors. Additionally, peer pressure, in comparison to innovation, had greater influence on makeup behaviors, which indicates that peer pressure play a great role in makeup behavior of middle and high school students. Fourth, makeup behaviors showed strong impacts on makeup satisfaction and rendering deviant behaviors, which indicates that a new direction and perspective regarding middle and high school students' makeup behavior is critical.

From the perspective of compliance with security policies by members of the organization, which is a major cause of security incidents, this study presented biased thinking as factors that affect compliance with security policies and verified the following: First, the impact of biased thinking on security policies on compliance with security policies is verified. Second, the participation of management, perceived risk, education and punishment of management will verify the adjustment effect of increasing or decreasing biased thinking. Finally, we have verified that compliance attitudes have a significant impact on compliance behavior. To this end, 157 people were surveyed, statistical analysis of research models and structural equations, and conformity analysis were conducted. Studies have shown that biased thinking has a negative effect on the attitude of compliance with information security. In addition, it was analyzed that the attitude of compliance with information security policy increases policy compliance behavior. On the other hand, the higher the perceived risk of information security, the lower the bias was the adjustment effect, but management's participation, education and punishment were found to have no adjustment effect.
