가임기 기혼여성의 피임경험 (Experience of the Married Women on Contraception)

  • The study is to reveal what the married women has experienced while they were on the contraception. Data were gathered for four mothers beginning on October, 1996. Interviewees were 22 women. Data were analyzed by Colaizz's phenomenological data analysis method. Three basic structures of contraception experience were derived. Those are 'Conflict in choosing contraceptive methods', 'Dilemmar in sexual relationship', and 'Responsibility concerning contraception'. Contraception was a major task of the married women, and they difficulties, because sexual relation was usually initiated by husband and contraception by husband was negatively perceived in Korea culture. Conflict were caused by inavailability of information, side effects of contraceptive methods, and limitation of the contraceptive methods. Interviewees perceived that responsibility of contraception was on them, but they expressed feeling of anger against they burden by contraception. Most interviewees took initiation of contraception to keep their body healthy. Some of the interviewees got husband's cooperation through negotiation and shared responsibility with husband. Suggestions were as follows ; (1) Sex education, especially on communication about sex, is necessary to the married women. (2) Informations on contraception should be provided in the private environment. (3) Studies on husband's contraception experience are required to promote husband's cooperation.

경제위기 상황에서의 경제적 스트레스와 부부갈등 및 생활의 질 (Economic Stress, Marital Conflict, and the Quality of Life under Economic Crisis)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived economic stress & marital conflict on the quality of life under economic crisis in Korea. Data were collected from 236 couples during May and June 1998, when the Korean economy was under the control of International Monetary Fund (IMF). Many couples reported the unstability of job and the experience of economic strain events. However, the perceived level of marital conflict and the quality of life were not so bad. Husbands perceived economic stress and quality of life higher than wives did. The path analysis showed gender difference in the perceived economic stress as well as in the indirect effect of economic strain events on the quality of life through economic stress and marital conflict. In addition, family income directly affected the quality of life for husbands, but not for wives.

배달앱 서비스 실패요인이 소비자 갈등과 소비자의 불평행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Delivery App Service Failure Factors on Consumer Conflict and Consumer Complaint Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the factors of delivery app service failure on consumption well conflict emotion and complaining behavior targeting consumers with experience using delivery apps, and the results of the study are summarized as follows. First, when looking at the demographic analysis, the proportion of men was 58.1% and women were 41.9%, and the age group was the highest with 91.9% in their 20s. Second, as a result of testing hypothesis 1 that the factor of delivery app service failure will have a significant influence on consumer conflict emotions, failure to provide app information and failure to deliver/food service showed a significant positive (+) relationship. Third, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 2, that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on the consumer's continued use intention, it was found to be insignificant and rejected. Lastly, hypothesis 3 that consumer conflict emotions will have a significant effect on consumer complaints behavior is that negative word of mouth behavior, complaint behavior from service providers, and complaint behavior from service managers were adopted, but the complaint behavior was rejected by third parties.

산재병원 구성원들의 직종별 이직의사에 관련된 영향요인 (Factors affecting the turnover intention of Industrial Accident Hospital Employees by Job Category)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of socio-demographic, organizational conflict and job satisfaction, and to examine the interrelation of influential factors in the intention of turnover. The data for this study were collected through a self-administrated survey with a structured questionnaire to 1,027 subjects from several medical doctor staff members, nursing staff members, administration staff members, pharmacist, and technical expert of eleven hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire from July 29 to September 7, 2002. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression were used. The main results of this research is as following; 1. According to socio-demographic characteristics of the respondent's level of the intention of turnover was higher in a doctor staff members than others, for females than males, and had worked for 5-10 years in hospitals. Also, the intent to turnover was generally higher younger workers than long terms workers. 2. According to the organizational conflict characteristics as the respondents who got less conflict experience in the organization, their level of the intention of turnover was higher. And, technical conflict experiences were expressed greater than hierarchical conflict experiences. 3. According to the job satisfaction characteristics as his or her satisfaction that is about the promotion, working itself, salary, and fellowship in the organizational was higher, the level of the intention of turnover was lower. 4. According to the result of Multiple Regression for the doctor staff members in general hospitals rather than special hospitals was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of working itself while hierarchical conflict factors in the organizational conflict characteristics was positively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the nursing staff members the job satisfaction for the working itself, salary were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the administration staff members as the job satisfaction for the working itself was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For medical and pharmacy staff members as more working experience, correlation with the intention of turnover was negative. Besides, as the job satisfaction for the working itself and the fellowship was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the skill and technicians, the job satisfaction for the working itself, promotion were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. The above indicate that job satisfaction and promote their ability and form a good relationship with organization members were very important to decrease the intention of turnover. This study identified the major effective factors of the intention of turnover and analyzed the differences among the job category. In that respect, it is significant for the study to be able to provide a reference for managing hospital of industrial accident and organizational development. However, this study has a problem, which is not to identify a valuable model for examining the relationship between organizational factors such as organizational conflict, job satisfaction, and intention of turnover. Therefore, further study is needed and strengthened in the field of intention of turnover for hospital for industrial accident.

인구사회학적 특성 및 방문행태에 따른 등산객의 산악자전거에 의한 상충인지 - 무등산도립공원을 대상으로 - (Hikers' Perceived Conflicts about Mountain Biking by Socio-demographic and Visiting Characteristics in Mudeungsan Provincial Park)

  • 지금까지 하이킹 활동이 주를 이루어 왔던 산림휴양지역에 산악자전거 활동(MTB)이 도입되면서 휴양지역의 이용행태에 변화를 가져오고 있으며, 또한 MTB 활동의 증대는 휴양지역의 생태적, 사회적 문제를 초래할 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 인구사회학적 특성 및 방문행태에 따른 상충인지를 포함하여 MTB에 의한 등산객의 상충인지를 조사하였다. 자료수집은 2010년 9월중 무등산도립공원 등산객을 대상으로 현장설문조사를 통해 이루어 졌다. 설문조사에 참여한 388명 중 374명의 응답이 본 연구의 분석에 이용되었다. 응답자의 30.2%가 무등산도립공원내에서 MTB를 보거나 만난 것(평균: 1.7회/조사당일)으로 나타났으며, 응답자의 77.1%는 무등산 도립공원 내 MTB활동이 문제가 있다고 생각하였다. 응답자의 73.5~83.2%가 산악자전거인의 4가지 주요 행동(예, 등산로 상에서 너무 빨리 달리는 산악자전거, 등산로를 차지하고 있는 산악자전거, 등산객 옆을 너무 가까이 지나가는 산악자전거, 등산객에게 불쾌한 행동을 하는 산악자전거인)에 의하여 상충인지를 느끼는 것으로 분석되었다. 응답자의 48.5~62.4%가 "사회적 가치 상충", 11.1~32.4%가 "상호간 상충", 16.8~26.6%가 "상충 없음" 유형에 속하는 것으로 각각 나타났다. 상충유형은 인구사회학적(예, 성별, 연령, 교육수준) 및 방문(예, 방문횟수, MTB와의 조우경험) 특성과 관련이 있었다. 그러나 그러한 관계는 "MTB와의 조우 경험"을 통제하였을 때 대부분의 경우에서 성립되지 않았다.

인지갈등 상황 제시유형에 따른 고등학생들의 역학 개념 변화 (The Change of High School Students' Mechanics Conceptions by the Types of Cognitive Conflict Situations)

  • 학생들의 개념 변화을 촉진하기 위하여 인지갈등상황을 제시하는 것이 필요하다는 주장이 여러 연구자들에 의하여 제기 되어왔다. 본 연구자들은 문헌 분석을 통하여 인지갈등을 유발할 수 있는 상황은 크게 세가지로 구분할 수 있었다. 이 연구의 목적은 이들 세가지 상황이 학생들의 과학개념 변화에 미치는 영향의 차이를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구 대상으로 참여한 학생은 경기도 소재의 인문 고등학교 2학년 72명이다. 갈등상황으로 체험을 제시할 때 직접 실험할 수 있는 인원의 한계성 때문에 한 반에 26명씩 선정하였다. 먼저 역학의 중요 개념에 대한 여섯 가지 문항을 이용하여 학생들의 사전 개념을 조사한 후, 갈등상황을 현상, 논리, 체험 등 3가지로 나누어 제시하고 수업을 한 다음 사후 검사를 실시하였다. 개념 변화의 지속성을 보기 위해서 1주일 후와 1개월 후에 같은 문항으로 검사를 실시하였다. 이 검사 결과를 바탕으로 각 문항별 응답 유형을 분석하여 학생들의 개념이 과학적으로 변화하였는지 조사하였다. 연구결과, 각 문항에서 과학적 개념으로 변화되는 학생 수는 체험제시 집단이 다른 두 집단에 비하여 많았으며 그 다음은 현상제시 집단이었다. 제시 특성별로 보면, 근운동을 통한 강한 체험이 가능한 문항에서는 체험제시의 효과가 높게 나타났으며 다른 문항들에서도 체험이나 시각적으로 명확하게 관찰이 가능한 정도에 따라 논리제시에 비하여 체험제시와 현상제시가 개념변화에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학생들의 과학개념 변화를 위해서는 개념특성에 맞는 적절한 갈등상황을 제시해야 한다고 본다. 또한, 효과적인 개념 변화를 위해 갈등상황을 제시할 때, 모든 문항에 대해 현상이나 논리, 체험제시 중 어느 하나가 더 효과적이라고 구별하기보다는 문항의 종류와 갈등상황 제시의 특성, 학습자의 상태 등을 고려하여 제시해야 한다고 본다.

노인일자리 참여 노인의 갈등 경험에 관한 근거이론 연구 : 고령친화마을 만들기를 중심으로 (A Study on the Grounded Theory on Conflict Experiences of Elderly Participants in a senior Employment Promotion Program : Focused on Creating an Aged-friendly Village)

  • 본 연구는 고령친화마을 만들기를 위한 노인일자리 참여 노인의 갈등경험을 탐색하여 갈등해결을 유형화하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 질적 연구방법인 근거이론을 적용하였으며, 자료수집을 위해 서울시 ◯◯구 ◯◯동에서 노인일자리 참여자 5명을 표본 추출하여 FGI를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 Strauss & Corbin(1998)의 패러다임 모형에 맞추어 분석하였다. 분석결과, 인과적 조건은 사회적, 경제적, 심리·신체적 참여동기로, 맥락적 조건은 경제적 어려움, 사회적 단절, 삶의 경험 차이가 갈등유발에 영향을 미쳤다. 중심현상은 '경험과 역할의 차이'와 '심리·사회관계 기술의 차이'에 의해 갈등이 시작되고, 중재적 조건은 갈등해소를 위한 의사소통을 통해 대인관계 활성화, 능력 활용을 통한 사회통합, 규칙적인 사회활동으로 나타났다. 상호작용 전략은 교육하기, 신뢰감 형성을 위한 상호지지, 성공적인 고령친화마을 프로그램 운영으로 노인일자리 갈등해소 전략으로 나타났다. 결과는 자신의 삶 찾기, 지역사회교류 활성화, 성취감 증가, 공동체 의식이 성장함으로써 노인일자리 갈등이 완화되는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 노인일자리 갈등 해결 유형은 교육 해결형, 상호지지 해결형, 성공 경험 해결형으로 유형화되었다.

요양병원 간호사의 역할갈등 경험 (Experience of the Role Conflict of Nurses in Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 요양병원 간호사의 역할갈등 경험을 기술하기 위함이다. 연구 참여자는 요양병원에 근무 중인 간호사 9명이었으며, 자료 수집은 심층면담을 통해 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학 연구 방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 12개의 주제모음과 5개의 범주가 도출되었다. 5개의 범주는 '과중한 임무,' '불명확한 규정의 간호업무 위임,' '보호받지 못하는 의사영역의 업무수행,' '비체계적인 간호 보조 인력관리' 그리고 '업무능력의 한계'로 구성되었다. 본 연구결과는 한국의 보건의료 환경을 고려한 요양병원 간호사의 업무환경 개선과 직무만족도 향상을 위한 전략 개발의 근거를 제공함으로써 요양병원 간호사의 역할정립과 업무의 질적 향상에 기여할 것이다.

신설 대학병원 행정직원과 기존 대학병원 행정직원의 갈등수준 비교 분석 (Comparison of Conflict Level among Administrative Department Staff between Newly Established and Existing University Hospitals)

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the cause and level of conflict arising within and between departments among administration office workers who work in a recently established tertiary hospitals of a major cooperation or related non-profit cooperation: The study also aimed to find methods for resolution of such conflicts by comparing with other existing university hospitals. The subject population included 299 business administration office workers randomly selected from two cooperate related tertiary hospitals of less than 3 years in its existence and two university hospitals over 700 beds in Seoul and Kyong In area. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire. To define related factors for the level of conflict among departments in each hospitals multivariate regression analysis was conducted. Independent factors were characteristics of subjects, conflicting factors within and between the departments. The results are as follows: 1. Those in the 30-39 rears of age group demonstrated significantly higher level of conflict between departments. Those working in the new hospitals, who were older and had long-term tenure, and those with short-term job experience at current working hospital had higher level of conflict between the departments with statistical significance. 2. Concerning the involvement of conflicting factors and the level of conflict in the administration there was statistically significant positive correlation between reliability and job-related intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict in existing hospitals. There was a significant positive correlation between intradepartmental conflicting factors of mutual dependence, difference in goal/orientation and intra- and interdepartmental level of conflict. 3. In multivariate regression analysis, women more than men, and those who had worked for many years in hospitals had statistically significant influence on factors involved in interdepartmental level of conflict, explaining 51.0% of the model. 4. In existing hospitals, gender was a significant factor with women showing a higher level of interdepartmental conflict compared to men. Among the interdepartmental factors, mutual dependence had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospitals, job position was a significant factor which showed that those in high position such as section chief or above, compared to those in managerial or general position had higher level of conflict. Among the interdepartmental characteristics, factors of mutual dependence and goal/orientation had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the new hospital setting efforts to reduce conflict in areas among workers with high position, old age, and long tenure and those in Purchasing, Material and Computer Department should be made and prudent management and planning for improved manpower and increased budget or efficient allocation and clear definition of job description are necessary to adequately assess and make improved efforts for rapid stabilization of the premature hospital system from its inception, In the existing hospitals a lack of conflict within and between departments may give rise to stagnation or inefficiency of the organization. Future study are needed with respect to the relationship between interdepartmental level of conflict and the effectiveness of the hospital organization for improved resolution of conflict in the organization and hospital management.

갈등해결전략이 관계학습과 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Conflict Resolution Strategies on Relationship Learning and Performance)

  • 갈등에 대한 다양한 연구가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고, 갈등해결을 통한 관계학습의 관점에서 조직적(interorganizational)으로 접근한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 갈등해결 매커니즘을 통해, 유통경로 구성원들이 어떻게 관계학습을 구축할 수 있는지, 그리고 이것들이 경로관계의 성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고 있다. 이와 같은 목적으로 국내 유통업체의 협력업체 영업담당자 490명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 갈등해결에 있어 협력행동은 관계학습의 세 가지 과정인 정보공유, 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억 모두를 강화한 반면, 회피행동은 정보공유만 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 공동이해와 해석, 관계특유기억은 유통경로의 성과인 효과성과 효율성을 강화시킨 반면, 정보공유는 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았다.
