품행장애 청소년에서의 우울, 불안 증상과 부모양육특성 (RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DEPRESSION/ANXIETY AND PARENTAL REARING PATTERNS IN ADOLESCENTS WITH CONDUCT DISORDER)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 품행장애를 보이는 청소년에서 우울및 불안의 정도를 알아보고 또한 자신의 부모가 보이는 자녀 양육 방식에 대해 그들이 어떠한 지각을 하고 있는가를 살펴봄으로써, 품행장애 환아들에서 흔히 동반되는 우울, 불안 증상과 부모양육방식 사이에는 어떤 상호관련이 있으며 이는 또한 품행장애의 임상경과와 어떤 관련이 있는지를 알아보는데 있다. 이러한 목적하에 저자들은 DSM-Ⅳ의 진단기준에 부합되는 품행장애 입원환아 30명과 정상대조군으로 30명의 중학생을 선정하였으며, 이들에게 소아우울척도(CDI), 소아 상태-특성 불안척도(STAI), 부모-자녀 결합형태 검사(PBI)를 시행한 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 품행장애 환아들은 정상대조군에 비해 증상면에서 상태불안(state anxiety)이 높았으나 우울과 특성불안(trait anxiety)은 의미있는 차이를 보여주지 않았다. 2) 품행장애 환아들은 부모의 양육태도에 있어서 아버지와 어머니 모두에 대해 돌봄이 적고 과보호가 많다는 부정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 어머니의 돌봄은 우울 및 품행문제의 심각도와 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 4) 어머니의 과보호는 특성불안과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 품행장애 환아에 있어 아버지 양육태도의 특성은 그다지 의미있는 결과를 보여주지 않아 아버지보다는 어머니의 부정적인 양육 방식이 품행장애 소아청소년의 우울, 불안 및 품행문제의 심각도등의 임상경과와 보다 밀접한 관련성을 갖는 것으로 보인다.

품행장애 청소년과 정상 청소년의 자아방어기제에 관한 비교 연구 (A Comparison Study of Ego Defense Mechanisms between Conduct Adolescents and Normal Adolescents)

  • Objectives : This study explored the differences in their ego defense mechanisms between adolescents with conduct disorder and normal adolescents. Methods : Subjects were 35 adolescents with conduct disorder and 44 normal adolescents. The Ewha Defense Mechanism Test (EDMT), consisting of 200 items and 20 scales, was administered, to examine the defense mechanisms of both groups of adolescents. Results : Normal adolescents presented statistically significantly higher scores on the reaction formation, controlling, suppression, anticipation, dissociation, and distortion scales than did adolescents with conduct disorder. Zn addition, adolescents with conduct disorder used neurotic defense mechanisms of both neurotic and mature levels less frequently than normal adolescents did. Factor analysis revealed that, normal adolescents had higher scores on ego-expansive factor scales and behavior control factor scales thanadolescents with conduct disorder did. Conclusion : The results suggest adolescents with conduct disorder use mature and ego-expansive defense mechanisms less frequently than do normal adolescents.

과잉운동 품행장애의 내용 타당도에 관한 연구 (A STUDY OF THE CONTENT VALIDITY IN HYPERKINETIC CONDUCT DISORDER)

  • ICD-10의 진단 기준에 새로이 포함된 과잉운동 품행장애(hyperkinetic conduct disorder)의 내용 타당도를 검증하기 위한 연구를 시행하였다. 이를 위한 구체적 방법으로, 주의력결핍 과잉 운동장애 환자군에서 품행장애가 공존한다는 기존의 연구 결과가 있으므로, 반대로 품행장애 환자군에서 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애가 공존하는 정도를 측정하였다. 대상군은 품행장애로 진단된 29명을 환자군으로 삼았고, 정상 대조군으로 41명을 비교하였으며, 각각에게는 Conners의 부모평가 척도의 DSM-III-R에 의한 부모 평가 척도를 시행하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 품행장애 환자군에서 대조군에 비하여 Conners의 부모 평가 척도와 DSM-III-R에 의한 부모 평가 척도에서 주의력 결핍 과잉운동장애의 정도가 의미 있게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 2) 품행장애 환자군에서 대조군에 비하여 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애의 공존율이 의미 있게 높았다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 품행장애 환자군에서 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애의 공존이 의미있게 높다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 따라서 과잉운동 품행장애의 내용 타당도가 인정되었다.

연구원의 연구윤리강령 모형에 대한 통계적 분석 (Statistical Analysis of Ethical Conduct Model in Scientists and Engineers)

  • This study is designed to prove the role and effect of ethics codes in professional societies, especially for scientists and engineers working in R&D project groups. The hypotheses of influence on ethical conduct within the sample groups are tested and analyzed by statistical methods. Results show that the age of researchers and the integrity factor among the ethical conduct factors have significant influence on ethical conduct of research groups. The regression model of the ethical conduct factors also indicates a meaningful reference in an application or development of new ethics code in research organizations.

또래지지가 청소년의 품행행동과 위축에 미치는 영향력 : 부정적 자동적 사고의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Peer Supports on Conduct Behavior and Withdrawal of Adolescence : Focusing on Mediating Effect of Negative Automatic Thoughts)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of peer support on conduct behavior and withdrawal and to investigate the mediating effect of negative automatic thought. The subjects included 461 students(boys 51%, girls 49%) from the 1st to 3rd grades of middle school in Seoul. Conduct behavior and withdrawal was measured by the Korean Youth Self Report and the Conners-Wells'-Adolescent Self Report Scales. Negative automatic thoughts were measured by the Korean Children Youth Automatic Thoughts Scale. Using Amos 20, structural equation modeling was conducted. The findings of the structural equation modeling was that peer support had an impact on conduct behavior and withdrawal. Peer support contributed to a reduction of negative automatic thoughts. Negative automatic thoughts had a mediating effect between peer support and withdrawal or conduct. We suggest that peer support affects conduct behavior and withdrawal through negative automatic thought. We also found gender differences; compared with girls, boys received less support from peers. They also had lower levels of negative automatic thoughts and withdrawal than girls. The further study should be considered to provide more correlation factors of peer support.

여성 핵의학 방사선종사자의 관련 피폭요인 분석 (Radiation Exposure Analysis of Female Nuclear Medicine Radiation Workers)

  • Purpose In this study, radiation workers who work in nuclear medicine department were analyzed to find the cause of differences of radiation exposure from General Characteristic, Knowledge, Recognition and Conduct, especially females working on nuclear medicine radiation, in order to pave the way for positive defense against radiation exposure. Materials and Methods The subjects were 106 radiation workers who were divided into two groups of sixty-four males and forty-two females answered questions about their General Characteristic, Knowledge, Recognition, Conduct, and radiation exposure dose which was measured by TLD (Thermo Luminescence Dosimeter). Results The results of the analysis revealed that as the higher score of knowledge and conduct was shown, the radiation exposure decreased in female groups, and as the higher score of conduct was shown, the radiation exposure decreased in male groups. In the correlation analysis of female groups, the non-experienced in pregnancy showed decreasing amount of radiation exposure as the score of knowledge and conduct was higher and the experienced in pregnancy showed decreasing amount of radiation exposure as the score of recognition and conduct was higher. In the regression analysis on related factors of radiation exposure dose of nuclear medicine radiation workers, the gender caused the meaningful result and the amount of radiation exposure of female groups compared to male groups. In the regression analysis on related factors of radiation exposure dose of female groups, the factor of conduct showed a meaningful result and the amount of radiation exposure of the experienced in pregnancy was lower compared to the non-experienced. Conclusion The conclusion of this study revealed that radiation exposure of female groups was lower than that of male groups. Therefore, male groups need to more actively defend themselves against radiation exposure. Among the female groups, the experienced in pregnancy who have an active defense tendency showed a lower radiation exposure. Thus, those who have never been pregnant need to have a more active defensive conduct for the future possibility of pregnancy.

  • 품행장애의 아형분류는 사회화및 공격성여부, 발병의 시기등을 기준으로 이루어져왔다. ICD- 10 에서는 이러한 구분이외에 품행문제를 보이는 상황에 따라 가정에 국한된 품행장애라는 아형을 두고 있다. 저자들은 부모 및 형제에 대한 공격적인 행동 및 분노발작, 가정내의 기물파손등의 행동문제를 보이나 가정 이외의 장소에서는 뚜렷한 행동문제를 나타내지 않는 아동의 증례를 경험하였다. 자세한 병력청취 및 입원후 의 관찰 및 치료를 통해 환아의 부모에 의한 만성적인 방임 및 학대, 일관성 없는 양육태도등으로 인한 애착 형성의 문제가 환아의 행동문제 및 감정적인 어려움에 크게 기여함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 학대및 애착형성의 장애등의 부모-자녀관계의 병리가 품행장애와 어떤 상관관계를 갖는가를 알아보았고 치료적 제안에 대해 고찰하였다.

청소년 자아탄력성 수준에 따른 정신심리학적 특성 (Psychological Characteristics according to the Level of Ego-Resilience among Adolescents)

  • Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the level of ego-resilience and depression, anxiety, conduct problems and self-esteem in a large sample of Korean adolescents. Methods : A total 4508(2036 males and 2472 females) middle and high school students in Gwang-ju metropolitan city were included in this study. Subjects were asked to complete a self-reported questionnaire, including Ego-Resilience(ER) scale, Beck Depression Inventory(BDI), Beck Anxiety Inventory(BAI), Self-Esteem Scale(SES), 15 items in Korean-Youth Self Report(K-YSR) to measure conduct problems and demographic variables. Subjects were classified into three high, intermediate and low ER group according to total ER scale scores. Results : Total ER scores was positively correlated with total SES scores and negatively correlated with total BDI, BAI, and conduct problem scores. Using analysis ANOVA(analysis and variance) and post hoc test, significant mean differences in BDI, BAI, SES and conduct problem scores were observed among the three groups. High ER group showed that SES scores were significantly higher and BDI, BAI and conduct problem scores were significantly lower than that observed in middle and lower ER group. Using multiple regression analysis, the results showed that depression, low self-esteem were significant factors affecting ego-resilience in adolescents. Conclusion : Our findings indicate that depression, anxiety, behavioral problem such as conduct problems and low self-esteem are associated with low ego-resilience.

이야기치료 집단 프로그램이 품행장애 성향 청소년의 공격성, 우울 및 탄력성에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Group Narrative Therapy on Aggression, Depression and Resilience in Adolescents with Conduct Disorder Tendency)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of group narrative therapy on aggression, depression, and resilience in adolescents with conduct disorder tendency. Methods: Group narrative therapy was conducted from March 7, 2011 to May 3, 2011. The participants were 66 adolescents with conduct disorder tendency living in D city. The participants were divided into two groups, the experimental group (n=32) and the control group (n=34). The experimental group received a 8-session group narrative therapy intervention. Using the SPSS/WIN 17.0 program, data were analyzed by Qui-square test, t-test and ANCOVA. Results: After attending the group narrative therapy, significant differences were found in terms of aggression, depression, and resilience scores between the experimental group and the control group (F=2.77, p=.006; F=2.22, p=.027; F=2.67, p=.008). Conclusion: Group narrative therapy increased resilience and decreased depression and aggression in the experimental group compared to the control group. Therefore, it can be concluded that group narrative therapy programs are an effective nursing intervention for school adaptation in adolescents with conduct disorder tendency.

조선시대(朝鮮時代) 아동(兒童)의 효행교육(孝行敎育) (The Conduct of the Filial Education of Children in the Chason Dynasty)

  • This documentary study investigated the background, content and methods of the filial education of children in the Choson Dynasty; that is, the ways in which filial conduct was taught so that the child learned manners and learned to assist parents in everyday life. The subjects of this study were the upper class(sonbi) and ranged from 7 or 8 to 13 or 14 years in Korean age. The Confucian view of nature, ethics and the family system emphasized filial duty during the Choson Dynasty. The contents of filial education were the fundamentals of filial conduct, such as daily greetings, participation(in family events), and an affectionate and respectful attitude towards parent. The method for filial education was that parents and instructors were to be good model in everyday life so that children got accustomed to good conduct. It is difficult to apply the filial conduct of the Choson Dynasty to today's life, but its basic spirit, that is, loving and respecting human beings, is still invaluable for modern times. This spirit may be applied to childhood education today by amending some out-of-date contents, and the filial ethos universalized in daily life could become a prescription for today's chaotic society.
