정부에서는 선진국들에 비해 높은 국가물류비와 기업물류비를 낮추기 위해서 다양한 물류정책을 수립 추진하고 있으며, 물류기술과 관련하여 여러 방면에서 추진되고 있으나 아직까지 미비한 실정이다. 또한 물류관련 정보기술은 여타 첨단기술과 물류기술 간의 유기적인 융합이 미진하여 우리나라의 물류기술 경쟁력은 아직 선진국에 비해 취약한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가전반에 대한 산업경쟁력의 안정적인 유지와 일관된 물류기술정책의 수립, 새로운 물류 R&D 과제발굴과 지원 등을 위해 국내에서 개발 중이거나 개발되어야할 물류기술 분야별 우선순위를 계층화분석법으로 도출하였다. 또한 물류기술 수요자와 개발자에게 설문조사를 실시하여 현재 국내 물류기술의 이용 실태 및 물류기술 수준과 현황을 살펴보았다.

China has experienced repid economic growth since it opened its economic market. Apparently, China tends to follow the worldwide trends and it plans to play a leading role in the world. As China has become a global manufacturing center as well as a manufacturing powerhouse with its high economic growth rate, China's logistics industry has entered a stage of fast growth and the demand of logistics infrastructure and third party logistics service are increasing rapidly. This study is to present some efficient entering strategies of Korean logistics firms in China by examining the current situations of logistics industry in China and some business strategies of international logistics firms in China. From the research which sees consequently investigated a various policy, a system and a law about chinese logistics industry and present condition of the Chinese goods enterprise and instance analysis of the large Chinese corporation that branch out to undeveloped markets led and a Chinese logistics industry and problem point escape hereafter the heightening of competitiveness plan which is rational under presenting boil.

The Purpose of this study is to examine logistics characteristics related to electronic commerce and to suggest improvement of logistics Service in electronic commerce. This paper concerns the logistics functions which are essential for completing a commerce process even under the EC environment and provides ways to improve the logistics performance. Electronic commerce have introduced two scenes; dramatic change of the existing distribution surroundings and noticeable achievement of the economic advance and social efficiency. But, in the same scene, electronic commerce can be a threat to business condition, especially logistics management. It suggests that for activation of EC it is necessary to strengthen the strategic alliances, introduce GPS and use the third party logistics positively to prepare for the settlements of traffic problems, support the introduction of integrated logistics service and logistics information system.

The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistics management which means simple recycling tends to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made some case studies about advanced environment conscious logistics system. To examine Korean companies,' environment-conscious logistics practices we made a survey form which contains 81 questions and asked companies to respond. Thus we have the analysis from the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistics system in Korea.

In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

Nowadays, to change our country into advanced economy, the factor of growth obstacles was to be eliminated, or it is so important that the logistics base establishment enlarges to improve potential productivity. The best strategy to enforce the competition power is that we should be ready for some condition which can do cooperations and association very well. Also it is necessary for actors, government, firm and logistics field, to part their role. The national effort that firm supported by government and community participates in is reduced to achieve rational logistics system because logistics is complicate action flowing to final consumer. That is, self effort is needed for logistics competition system, adjustable arrangement of logistics field, the establishment of comprehensive informations system, logistics rationalization.

The global halal market is forecast to grow at an annual average of 5.2 percent from 2017 to $3.07 trillion in 2023 due to the high growth rate of the world's Muslim population, the spread of halal-certified food consumption and the economic growth of the Muslim world. Through this study, the difficulty of obtaining halal certification can be overcome through accurate understanding of the general supply chain and other halal supply chain. Also, by examining the trends and requirements of halal logistics standards in countries with advanced halal logistics systems, halal logistics certification agencies, and halal port logistics, we can help establish our own halal logistics system by finding areas that can be benchmarked in Korea and differentiated from those that can be found. For the safe supply chain management of halal products between logistics Supply Chain, an integrated logistics system shall be developed to manage customs and customs as one-stop, while maintaining a complete halal condition on a series of logistics processes such as storage, transportation, customs clearance, etc. Korea, entry into the halal logistics market through halal integrity guarantee solution or platform development can also be considered, taking advantage of the strength of IT and packaging.
