산약(山藥)의 품질인증(品質認證) 방안(方案) (Quilitative certificational plan of shanyao)

  • Now many sustitution and false articles is used in korea instead of shanyao. To use shanyao correctly, we will make a quilitative certificational plan of shanyao to investigate all of lieraturea, records and documents. And we could reach conclusions as folloews. 1) Source About a source of shanyao, though korea and china has a each other source, we think there is no problem in use of both. 2) Process In our country producing shanyao as medical use is a 'duanma', we can divide into peeling and non-peeling, drying at bulks and at briquets, steaming shanyao and fresh shanyao. Regardless of existence for peeling and steaming, a distributing shanyao is received a proper judgment. Like this result was expressed by insufficiency of standards about medical components or indicating components. We detected a reminding S02 more than 10 ppm. And this expresses that there ia a problum at a drying method. To suggest proper processing methods, a standard of quility will have to be made which the existence of peeling, difference of quility between 'changma' and 'duanma', drying method and exudation test with cutted thickness are adaptable. Besides, 'maoshanyao' and 'guangshanyao' of china is processed by various methods which decrease a medical effect such as too much soaking shanyao in water, steaming with a sulfur, too much peeling, So we must process shanyao like the next methods. (1) When harvesting, dig deeply not to cut off roots. (2) Not to peel, wash shanyao in a washing machine. (3) Dry to 50-60% degree at sunny place or drying machine. (4) To be easy for drying and exudation, cut off a thick piece with 5 mm (5) Dry perfectly at ding machine. 3) Quality3) Quality (1) Functional standards It is not Proper that 'guangshanyao' is used in china because it has a problem with quility on process of working, If they did not soak shanyao in water or heat with steam, it is the real situation that they cannot cutt off shanyao evenly. In conclusion, shanyao must be heavy, powdery with a perfectly non-peeling surface, section surface is yellow-white color, unequal and has no holes. (2) Physicochemical standards It is the real situation that we can not distinguish into quility of shanyao with established test because various workings which decrease medical effects is used. Therefore we suggest a testing standard of S02 which is used in bleaching. And testing standards relatived with decrease of medical effects must be established at once. It must that Dry on loss is less than 14.0%, content of ash is less than 6.0%. Content of acid-nonsoluble ash is less than 0.5%. Contens of heavy metal has to detect less than 30 ppm and there is no reminding agricultural medince.

호텔 종사원의 직원가치와 직무순환 중요도가 경력성공에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Employee Value Proposition and the Importance of Job Rotation on the Subjective Career Success)

  • 본 연구는 호텔산업에서 종업원이 차지하는 중요성에 기초하여, 기업의 제안된 직원가치(EVP: Employee Value Proposition)와 직무순환의 중요도가 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 설문조사는 서울 지역 특 1, 2급 호텔에 근무하는 종업원을 대상으로 편의표본추출을 하였고, 유효표본 379명의 자료가 실증분석에 사용되었다. 요인분석결과, EVP의 요인으로 '성장개발,' '상호신뢰,' '근무환경,' '역량인정' '급여와 보상' 등 5개 요인이, 직무순환의 요인으로 '개인의 발전과 효용성,' '운영절차,' '경력관리' 등 3개 요인이 각각 도출되었다. EVP와 주관적 경력성공에 대한 가설검증 결과 EVP의 5개 요인 중 '급여와 보상'을 제외한 모든 요인이 주관적 경력성공에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 EVP가 직무순환에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과도 '급여와 보상'을 제외한 EVP의 요인이 주관적 경력성공에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 직무순환이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과, 직무순환의 하위 요소인 '개인의 발전과 효용성', '운영절차', '경력관리' 모두 주관적 경력 성공에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 주관적 경력성공 및 직무순환의 인식에 있어 종업원들은 금전적인 보상 보다는 비금전적 보상에 의해 영향을 받는다는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구결과가 갖는 학문적, 실무적 시사점(예, 조직문화의 창출)이 결론 부분에 제시되었다.

Effects of Morus alba L. and Natural Products Including Morusin on In Vivo Secretion and In Vitro Production of Airway MUC5AC Mucin

  • Background: It is valuable to find the potential activity of regulating the excessive mucin secretion by the compounds derived from various medicinal plants. We investigated whether aqueous extract of the root bark of Morus alba L. (AMA), kuwanon E, kuwanon G, mulberrofuran G, and morusin significantly affect the secretion and production of airway mucin using in vivo and in vitro experimental models. Methods: Effect of AMA was examined on hypersecretion of airway mucin in sulfur dioxide-induced acute bronchitis in rats. Confluent NCI-H292 cells were pretreated with ethanolic extract, kuwanon E, kuwanon G, mulberrofuran G, or morusin for 30 minutes and then stimulated with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) for 24 hours. The MUC5AC mucin secretion and production were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results: AMA stimulated the secretion of airway mucin in sulfur dioxide-induced bronchitis rat model; aqueous extract, ethanolic extract, kuwanon E, kuwanon G, mulberrofuran G and morusin inhibited the production of MUC5AC mucin induced by PMA from NCI-H292 cells, respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest that extract of the root bark and the natural products derived from Morus alba L. can regulate the secretion and production of airway mucin and, at least in part, explains the folk use of extract of Morus alba L. as mucoregulators in diverse inflammatory pulmonary diseases.

RN-BSN과정 학생들의 아동간호학 교육내용에 대한 교육 요구도 조사 (A Survey of the Educational Demand for the Pediatric Nursing Curriculum in RN-BSN Students)

  • Considering the rapid change of modern nursing knowledge, it is necessary to make changes in the curriculum of nursing education periodically according to the patient-nursing needs and the students' needs. This means that nursing education has to provide opportunities for the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Also, as the students of the RN-BSN program being all registered nurses, the education program for them is planned differently from the general undergraduate program. This study was conducted to establish the scope of educational contents of pediatric nursing in RN-BSN program. The contents of the pediatric nursing curriculum and its necessity was identified and reviewed. From June 5 to June 30 2000, data were collected from 309 RN-BSN students in 5 nursing schools. The questionnaire used for this study was developed by their researchers and the Korean Nursing Association and consisted of items according to the curriculum contents of pediatric nursing. The data were analyzed through frequency and percentages and was analyzed using SPSSWIN 10.0 programs. The results were as follows: 1.In the section surveying on the credits of pediatric theory and clinical practice, 3 out of 5 schools had 2 credits in theory (60.0%), and 2 credits for clinical practice in 2 schools, and 2 credits were given to the elective practice in 2 other schools. 2. In analyzing the degree of demand for lecture and clinical practice, 52.1% of students preferred lectures to be given by professors and 53.7% preferred their level of undergraduate knowledge updated and finally most of the students (81.9%) didn't want to do the clinical practice. 3.The students weighted the importance of current curriculum contents as follows : sex education of adolescence(60.8%), high-risk infant(59.5%), sex education of school age children(59.2%), the handicapped children (55.7%), health assessment(52.4%), children with pneumonia(51.5%), children with asthma (47.1%), children with burns(41.1%). In conclusion, there is a need for research to measure the degree of education satisfaction and needs in RN-BSN students and to improve the curriculum contents in pediatric nursing.

1/1,000 수치지형도의 세계측지계 변환에 따른 정확도 비교 (Accuracy Comparison as World Geodetic Datum Transformation of 1/1000 Digital Map)

  • 측량법 개정으로 측량의 기준이 세계측지계로 변함에 따라, 1/1,000 수치지형도를 세계좌표계로 전환이 필요한 시점에서 측지기준의 전환에 따른 혼란과 오차를 최소화하기 위해 통일되고, 표준화된 전략이 요구 된다. 본 연구에서는 부산광역시의 UIS 사업당시 1/1,000 수치지형도와 지역측지계 및 세계측지계 좌표를 확보하여 공통점으로 사용하여, 좌표변환프로그램인 KASM Trans Ver2.2를 사용하여 왜곡량 분석을 실시하였다. 부산지역 전체에 대한 왜곡량을 계산한 결과, 0.05m 이상의 차이를 나타내는 부분이 X(E) 35점, Y(E)이 43점 발생하였다. 왜곡량이 발생하는 부분을 고려하여 A,B,C 3개 지역으로 분할하여 왜곡량을 분석한 결과 0.05m 이상 오차를 나타내는 부분이 B지역 Y(E) 1점,C지역 X(N) 1점, Y(E) 1점으로 크게 줄어들었다. 따라서 부산광역시의 세계좌표계 변환은 왜곡량을 고려하여 지역별로 나누어 변환하는 것이 좋을 것으로 사료된다.

부엌 수납장 설계 기준 설정을 위한 기초적 연구 (An Experimental Study for the Design of Household-Storage Facilities)

  • What is attempted here is to find out an optimum method for the design of physical environments that could save human energy expenditures and safely perform household duties. There are, if any, very little amount of research done in this area. This is particulary so when the work relates to the designing of household storage facilities in the light of the energy metabolism of human body. The first step to this study, therefore, is to find out the ways by which we can determine the energy metabolism of human body accurately. To measure the volume and the concentration of human respiration continuously and automatically, a new apparatus is selected here. This includes the recording system with the Wright Respirometer and the Expired Gas Analyzer as well as the computer system to multiply volume by concentration of human respiration and to integrate them for a given time. Then, the author experimented on the reliability of this apparatus and came to the conclusion that this apparatus satisfied our need to research the energy metabolism of human body. Next, the general plan and procedures to experiment with this apparatus have been determined as follows: 1) subjects are three young and sound females. Their physical characteristics are shown in Table 1 and most approximates the standard characteristics of Japanese females, 2) height of open shelves is selected in such away as to correspond to the respective height of each subject(see Table 2), 3) utensils to be stored are box shaped object, which weight is 0.5kg, 1.0kg, 2.0kg or 3.0kg, 4) working motions are given while one or two hands as to place utensil on each shelf from the standard working board, 85 cm in height and then to place back it on the board from the shelf and repeated in constant velocity as 10 times per a minute, 5) each posture of motion is chosen by each subject in free, 6) procedures of measurement of human energy metabolism ard shown at(6), 1, Section 3 as specific methods for using this apparatus. Findings of this study are as follows: 1. Human energy expenditures for storing utensils on shelves by each subject are shown in quantity more accurately than in any other studies, under varying conditions about height of shelves, load of utensils and working motion with one hand and two hands (see Fig. 8~13 and Table 3). 2. Experimental formulae of human energy expenditure for that work are shown as formula (8), (9) and (10), to generalize results of 1. and to apply those for working motion under given conditions. 3. As results of analysis on gained data, we are able to show the standard model of human energy expenditures for storing untensils on shelves by the standard Japanese female (see Table 7 and Fig. 14).

포공영(민들레)의 동치미 발효에 의한 간세포 보호 및 면역증진 효과 (Effects of fermented Taraxacum mongolicum by Dongchimi on protection of liver cell and immune activity)

  • Objective : This study set out to combine the treatment efficacy of Taraxacum with Dongchimi fermentation and investigate Taraxacum's effects on protection of liver cell and controlling nitric oxide(NO) through experiments, thus checking whether it had values as a physiological active matter. The experimental materials include Taraxacum Dongchimi (TD) and Taraxacum fermented by Dongchimi (TDF). As for methodology, experiments were carried out to compare TD and TDF in components, protection effects for liver cells, anticancer effects on liver cells, and protection effects for brain cells in the aspects of liver function and immunity enhancement. Method : The experimental materials include Taraxacum Dongchimi (TD) and Taraxacum fermented by Dongchimi (TDF). As for methodology, experiments were carried out to compare TD and TDF in components, protection effects for liver cells, anti-cancer effects on liver cells, and protection effects for brain cells in the aspects of liver function and immunity enhancement. Results : As shown in the chromatogram results, each valid component content increased in Taraxacum fermented by Dongchimi (TDF) for each time section. Of them, the valid component content at 36.80 minutes was approximately 2.7 times higher in TDF at 21.8% than in Taraxacum Dongchimi (TD) at 8.28%. TDF generated more excellent protection effects against the toxicity that caused oxidative damage to the liver cell(HepG2) with t-BHP than TD. The survival rate was low in TD of $100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ and $300{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ and increased to 23.3% in TDF of $100{\mu}g/m{\ell}$. The survival rate was the highest at $300{\mu}M$ with a significant difference of 68.1%(P<0.05). Both TD and TDF showed effects of controlling nitric oxide production according to concentration with TDF recording a higher rate of controlling nitric oxide production than TD. There were significant differences(P<0.05) in the effects of controlling nitric oxide production at 200 ug/ml, 400 ug/ml in both groups. Especially the result TDF of $400{\mu}g/m{\ell}$ was thus similar to those of butein, the positive control group. Conclusion : The result of this studies is that Taraxacum fermented by Dongchimi (TDF) increased the valid component content compared with the simple mixture(TD). The findings clearly show that it is a material with the effects of improving immunity and liver cell protection. If fermentation methods are further developed to use it as a functional material, it will be subject to more opportunities of being used in other functional foods and make a contribution to integrated medicinal food development.

길모어침에 의한 숏크리트용 급결제의 품질시험방법에 대한 고찰 (Study on the Testing Method for Setting Time of Set Accelerating Agent Using Shotcrete by Gilmour Needles)

  • KS F 2782(숏크리트용 급결제) 규격은 터널시공 또는 단면보수 보강 현장에서 사용되는 숏크리트용 급결제의 성능을 평가하기위한 규격이라 볼 수 있다. KS F 2782(숏크리트용 급결제) 규격에 의한 급결제의 품질시험방법은 단순히 급결제의 품질만을 확인하기 위해서는 많은 변수들이 존재하고 있다. 또한 현재까지 생산된 급결제 제품들은 실내시험에서는 거의 대부분 품질기준에 만족하지는 못하지만 현장에서 급결제가 숏크리트에 혼합되어 슈팅된 후의 품질은 상당히 만족하는 수준의 제품들이 다수이다. 즉 실내 시험을 통해 도출한 결과를 바탕으로 현장에 적합여부를 판단하기 위해서는 실내 시험과 실제 타설 시의 품질의 연관성을 확인하고 그에 맞는 시험방법을 찾아야 한다고 본다. 따라서 본 연구는 급결제와 숏크리트의 재료의 조건을 다양하게 하여 길모어침에 의한 시험결과와 압축강도를 비교하여 KS F2782(숏크리트용 급결제) 규격은 급결제의 품질을 확인하기 위한방법으로서 적합성에 대하여 분석하고자 한다. 그 결과로서 KS F 2782규격의 일부만 수정을 한다고 해서 해결될 수 있는 문제점은 아니며 전반적으로 처음부터 철저하게 검토를 하여 국내 현실에 적합하고 실내 시험의 균일성이 보장되면서 현장에 적용 시 충분한 연관성이 있는 보완책이 마련되어야 한다.

I-Shape 단면을 갖는 곡선 보의 지진 취약도 분석 (Seismic Fragility Analysis of Curved Beam with I-Shape Section)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구는 I-Shape 단면형상을 가지고 있는 곡선교량의 지진파 불확실성에 따른 안전성 분석을 위해 확률론적 기반 취약도 평가를 목적으로 한다 연구방법: 상용유한요소해석 프로그램(ABAQUS, ANSYS)구축된 모델의 검증을 위해 토크와 집중하중을 적용하여 정적해석에 따른 해석결과와 이론해를 곡선 보의 1/4L, 2/4L, 3/4L 지점에서 휨 모멘트를 비교한 결과 모든 지점에서 1%내로 오차가 발생하는 것으로 나타나 3차원 유한요소 모델에 대한 신뢰성을 확보 하였다. 곡선교량 구조물의 지진파의 불확실성을 위해 경주 및 포항 지진을 포함하여 세계각지에서 발생한 20개의 지진파를 0.2g부터 1.5g까지 5개의 Scale로 변화시켜 시간이력해석을 수행하였으며, Monte-Carlo Simulation을 기반으로 지진 취약도 평가를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 지진 취약도 분석결과 한계상태를 190MPa로 하였을 때 0.2g를 넘어가면서 파괴가 발생하나 한계상태를 315MPa로 하였을 경우 0.6g를 넘어서면서 파괴가 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구에서 이론해와 수치해석 모델을 비교함으로써 유한요소 모델을 검증하였으며 구축된 I-Shape 곡선 보 모델의 경우 고주파수 영역에 민감성을 보이며, 추후 연구에서 곡선 보의 주요 매개변수인 단면형상에 따른 지진 취약도 평가를 수행하고자 한다.

민간 시큐리티 종사자의 신임 교육에 따른 전이효과 분석 (The analysis of transfer effect through recruit education programs for security personnel)

  • 우리나라 민간 시큐리티 교육과 관련된 연구들은 지금까지 주로 교육현황과 문제점 파악 및 개선에 집중되어 왔으며, 교육 참여에 따른 전이효과에 대해서는 체계적인 분석이 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 현직에 있는 민간 시큐리티 종사자를 대상으로 경비업법 제13조 1항에 의거하여 실시되는 신임 교육이 전이효과에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 탐색적 연구를 실시하였다. 민간 시큐리티 종사자의 신임 교육이 전이효과에 미치는 영향을 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시큐리티 종사자의 사회인구학적 특성에 따라 개인적 특성 교육훈련특성 업무환경, 전이효과의 차이를 검증한 결과 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 종사자의 개인적 특성이 전이효과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시큐리티 종사자의 교육훈련특성이 전이효과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 시큐리티 종사자의 업무환경이 전이효과에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
