The concept of expectation rights considers 'the expectation' that the patient should be given proper medical treatment as the benefit and protection of the law, so it would be the benefit and protection of the law due to personal rights different from 'the legal principle that has the possibility to a considerable extent' being in an extension of life and body. However, the problem how the patient's expectation of medical service sets up in order to make it the benefit and protection of the law would be still left in the vague concept of the patient's 'expectation', thus, in the first place, the medical practice following formed medical standard in every particular medical institutes should be the standard because these medical services are normally within a range of the patients' expectations. In addition, it should be naturally constituted as mental profit to get the subjective circumstances such as 'the patient's expectation' to be an object, and also, different from the profit and protection of the law such as life and body that should be absolutely protected, the origin of violation behavior should be regarded simultaneously to define the denotation of expectation rights. Therefore, the expectation rights violations would be problematic in case it fails to reach the medical standard that is expected for common doctors to practice properly. This is the concept of expectation rights that gets subjective matters such as the patient's expectation to be objectivity as medical practices that can be expected by generalized abstract doctors. This standard should be defined as the minimum standard that is naturally expected for doctors to practice, different from medical standard that decides the level of doctors.

산업보안 관련 연구는 지난 10여 년 간 빠르게 증가하는 추세를 보이고 있다. 산업보안 관련 학회가 만들어지고, 대학에 산업보안학과가 신설되면서 산업보안에 대한 학문적 관심과 연구 또한 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있다. 이와 같이 학문적 관심과 연구가 양적으로 크게 성장한 반면에 학문적 체계화의 기초가 되는 이론 분야에 대한 연구는 극히 미미한 실정이다. 개념화를 비롯한 이론적 바탕에 대한 고민 없이 특정 현안에 대한 문제 제기와 실무적인 해결 방안 제시에만 관심이 집중되어 있는 형편이다. 때문에 대부분 연구에서 산업보안 개념은 선행연구에서 적용한 개념을 그대로 수용하는 수준에 머물러 있다. 산업보안 연구 대부분이 '산업기술보호'라는 특정 주제로 집중된 이유가 산업보안 개념을 산업기술보호로 축소해 간주하고 있기 때문이다. 산업보안은 매우 다양한 영역과 분야로 이뤄져 있음에도 특정 분야를 산업보안의 전부로 인식하는 것은 매우 심각한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 이로 인해 산업보안 연구에서 산업보안 개념은 모호하고 부정확하고 편의적으로 사용되고 있는 상황이다. 산업보안 개념을 논리적 명확성과 경험적 타당성에 근거하여 정확하고 히 인식하여 제시할 필요가 있는 것이다.

IT 산업이 발달하면서 개인 정보 및 회사 기밀 등과 같은 정보의 보안 문제 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 하지만 최근 들어 침입의 기술이 고도로 발달되면서 단순한 침입탐지 시스템으로는 다양한 보안사양을 만족하기 힘들다. 침입탐지 시스템은 침입을 즉각적으로 탐지하며 보고, 대처하는 기술들을 포함하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 NSA(National Security Agency)의 IDS PP(Intrusion Detection System Protection Profile)와 국가기관용 IDS PP의 개념을 비교하고 TOE의 위협부분을 비교, 분석하였다.

고체모터 추력제어를 위한 플렉시블 셀 개념 설계를 수행하였다. 개념 설계를 통해 플렉시블 씰의 구동 점 위치, 플렉시블 씰의 형상, 고무 및 보강재 소재를 결정하였으며, 연소가스로부터 플렉시블 씰을 보호하기 위한 적절한 열 차폐 시스템을 선정하였다. 플렉시블 씰의 회전 중심은 노즐 후방에 위치하며, 단면 형상은 원뿔형 으로 설계하였다. 노즐의 구동 토크를 만족하기 위해 고무의 전단 계수는 약 0.6MPa 이하가 되도록 개발 하였으며, 전단 응력은 2.5MPa 이상이다.

Recent development of the digital computer and communication technology has made the concept of the adaptive protection possible, which is to adapt the operating parameters of the protective devices to the system changes, so that the best protection function can be maintained all the time. In order to achieve the adaptive protection, it is necessary to have the way to determine whether the change of the settings is needed under the certain system change or how good the current protection level is. This paper proposed the protectability index, which is a way to evaluate the protection level of the system under arbitary conditions and the operating strategy of the adaptive protection utilizing this index. It is based on an hierachical evaluation model and the evidence combination rule of the Dempster-Shafer theory.

Purpose: This paper is a report of an analysis of the concept of pro-environmental health behavior. Methods: Rodgers' method of evolutionary concept analysis was used to analyze the concept. A literature search using keywords 'pro-environmental health behavior, 'environmental health behavior', and 'eco-friendly health behavior' was conducted using PubMed, CINAHL, PsychINFO, and RISS and utilizing the results published from 1983 to 2011. Database and bibliographic searches yielded 84 records. Results: Four critical attributes of pro-environmental health behavior were identified as 'prevention and protection', 'internal process', 'altruism', and 'alternative'. Antecedents to pro-environmental health behavior were climate change, environmental pollution, and health risk. The consequences of pro-environmental health behavior were individual and social behavioral changes. Conclusion: The concept of pro-environmental health behavior developed in this project may offer information to be considered as the concept is further develop and efforts are made to measure the attributes of pro-environmental health behavior.

The protection of Design is very important issues in these days. Even though Interior Design is also one of important design sections, it is relatively unprotected by formal intellectual property laws, yet creativity and innovation flourish. The needs for protection of Interior Design have been creased. The aim of this study is to suggest the weakness of the system for protection of Interior Design. The proposed research is comprised of two themes. One is to research Acts related to protection of Interior Design. The second is to study the registered cases under the Design Protection Acts. These two theme is generated by the comparative review between ROK and U.S.A. Through these comparative results, this study propose some considerations for an effective protection for Interior Design. Design need to be registered in the hole image of the space not a partial element. The concept needs to be protected because it is more effective way to respond the copying. Exterior for facade and Interior Design need to be registered in one registration to use the protection system actively.

현대에 이르러 인터넷의 확산으로 인한 피해들이 매우 다양해지고 있다. 특히, 2008년 이후 K팝의 열풍으로 국내외 음악 시장의 다양해진 저작권 침해로 인한 피해는 인터넷 시장의 가장 큰 문제로 대두되고 있다. 그러나 계속 지능화되어 가는 이러한 범죄들을 해결하기 위한 경찰과 저작권 보호기관들의 인력은 부족한 상황이다. 따라서 공권력의 보완인력으로서 또, 음악저작권 침해 예방과 분쟁에서 피해자를 위한 합법적인 도움을 줄 수 있는 저작권 보호 기관의 대체인력으로서 공익적 탐정의 역할을 찾아보려 한다. 이 연구를 위해 먼저 음악저작권의 개념과 유형, 공익탐정의 개념, 음악저작권의 현황과 제도를 파악하고 보호기관의 제도운영 및 현황 분석과 문헌 고찰을 통하여 음악저작권 보호를 위한 탐정의 역할들을 찾아 보았다. 본 연구결과를 통해 음악저작권 보호라는 공익적 차원에서의 전문탐정의 역할이 앞으로 탐정 산업발전을 성장시키는데 좋은 토양이 될 수 있기를 바란다.
