The purposes of this review are that 1) what is the the concept of motor control, 2) what is the content of motor control assessment, and 3) which instruments or scales are used in clinical setting. Motor control is defined broadly the control of both movement and posture. And motor control focuses on understanding the control of movement already acquired. The purposes of assessment are screening, placement to apprpriate treatment program, program plan, evaluation, and progress assessment for individuals. The content of motor control assessment is included not only fexibility, tone, reflex & reaction, muscle strength, movement pattern, balance, gait, and functional ability, but also cognition, arousal, sensation, and perception. There ars many kinds of instruments or scales for assessing motor ability. Most of materials are tested the validity and reliability. But Korea has not own instrument for assessing motor ability. Therefore, Korea needs to develop the assessing tools for motor ability.

Engineering projects often run into "difficult" ground donditions which cause delays, failures, hugely increased costs or even abandonment with consequent disputes and claims. Pertinent questions are "what constitute difficult conditions\ulcorner" and "how might they be foreseen\ulcorner" and these questions provide the focus for this paper. Geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological models for engineering projects(simplified representations of the ground) need to be developed in a systematic manner. Within these models, the potential hazards associated with material (small) and mass (large) scale attributes of the geology, the environmental setting and the influence of the engineering works themselves need to be considered individually and in a progressive, systematic manner. This paper introduces the concept of a Geotechnical Hazard Review with reference to examples from various engineering works.

The purpose of this study is first, to find out what factors affect the cooperation and trust within the functions in the policy implementation network and in what mechanism these factors interact, second to investigate the whys to manage trust and cooperation successfully in the dynamic situation such as the network setting. For these purpose, this study reviews the concept and characteristics of policy implementation organizations, second, extracts the various factors affecting trust and cooperation in the network situation, third applies and analyzes the relationship among factors to system dynamics model based on the game theory. The results of this study could be summarized as follows: It was found that the utility change within the participants by persuasion ＆ mutual understanding and change of rule would be leading to success in policy implementation network. Also bureaucratic management such as power enforcement does not have any good impact in the managing network. In this study, system simulation method tried to analyze the hypothesis. Quantitative and case analyses were not accompanied and analysis was limited to two-person game theory. So there is some doubt this results could be generalized to actual situation which is N-person game.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the solutions for policy related to estimating the household work to be set up. In this study the damages to housewife are compared in the viewpoints of the insurance company and the victim. And this study criticizes the unfairness in judging wife's contribution to matrimonial property in case of divorce. So for the future studies decisions to the concept of housewife the survey method for time-use data and the substitute wage are needed. And for setting up the policy continuous and objective discussion about the matter interest of the parties concerned and consensus of public opinion and the reform of image about the family nd household work are needed.

This study aims to evaluate smartphone gaming controllers. Diffusion of smartphone makes its users to play smartphone games in ease and comfort and its built-in sensors deliver new gaming experience to the users. Based on the concept how the controller system is important, the current research also implies the importance of customizing service which gives users a selection to deploy a controller. To explore the interaction effect of controllers and customizing on interactivity, flow, usability, attitude, and intention, the research constructs 3(gyroscope, wheel, and button controllers) by 2(default and customizing setting) experimental design and forty college students played Gameloft's Asphalt 8: Airborne in a within subject design. The results showed that interaction effect and customizing main effect were not found, but controller main effect was statistically significant. Button controller is superior to those other two in more detail. It implies that it is still not useful to play new types of gaming controller, and a customizing service. It suggests that smartphone games should more focus on improving optimal user experience with built-in sensor controllers.

In this study, the characteristics of long period waves are analyzed by field observation at Sokcho harbor on the eastern coast of Korea. firstly. the pressure data obtained from field observation are transformed into water surface elevations and the wave by wave analysis is applied to the observed wave data. also, we select long period waves by setting up the range 30-200sec, and suggest the relationship between ordinary waves and long period waves using the concept of the significant wave height. and, we examine the effects oft he long period waves on the rate of the harbor operation. The observation results demonstrate that the long period waves with heights of 1.2-14.6cm and periods of 35.8-162sec exist at Sokcho harbor. also, we found the rates of harbor operation based on long period waves are 61.8%-99.5% lower than the usual rates of 93.8%-100%.

The objective of this study is to interpret a typical Korean traditional settlement for searching for planning criteria of ecological friendly housing estates. The interpreting framework is five environmental ecological ideas as the adaptation to the exterior of village, the eco-space in village, the interior of house, the cycling of material and the reasonable energy system, prevention of environment pollution and reduction of wastes. Through the interpretation, it has been found out that Bang chon village has been developed to an environmental ecological rational setting and has the meaningful elements for environmental friendly housing estates. Particularly, the spatial components of Bang-chon are characterized by the concept of multi-function, and diversity, which are worth of being considered as important planning of ecological friendly housing estates.

Science has developed along with human society and history. In today's society ruled by pluralism, an educational approach using the historical materials which represent their own cultures will make science education more effective. The purpose of this study was to search for the meaning of science education related with a history of science, and to suggest the possibility for science education based on Korean history of science. The conclusions of this study is below: (1) The history of science is useful to teaching science in K-12 setting. That is because it was helpful to make a scientific concept and to invite student's interest about learning science. Moreover, it was most suitable to teach the nature of science as well as the relation between science and society. (2) A model which consists of 15 types of science education materials using Korean history was suggested. This model plays a potential role as a R&D framework of developing teaching & learning materials based on the history of Korean Science.

^x Open space has become the subject o\ulcorner remarkable, new interest ; and many studies have been done recently. In urban pattern, the significance of open space is not its quantity but how it is arranged. The end of this article is to set up a plan for the open space system for Kyongiu city. This paper has three parts : first, a brief discussion of the concept and function of open space ; secondly, a review of open space system ; and finally, a case study of Kyongju City. Especially, this study is focuced on the methodology in conserving and using prototype plan for historic and cultural environment. The result of this study may be summed up as follows : 1) The open space network for kyongju city can be planned out as a belt and ripple pattern. 2) The linear element of open space must play an important role in connecting each element with the whole open space system. 3 ) The Hwangseong pork can be the focal element of the open space system.
