It is not easy to find desired information in the world wide web. In this research, we introduce a notion of concept network that is useful in finding information if it is used in search engines that are specialized in domains such as medicine, law or engineering. The concept network that we propose is a network in which nodes represent significant concepts in the domain, and links represent relationships between the concepts. We may use the concept network constructor as a preprocessor to speci-alized search engines. When user enters a target word to find information, our system generates and displays a concept network in which nodes are con-cepts that are closely related with the target word. By reviewing the network, user may confirm that the target word is properly selected for his intention, otherwise he may replace the target word with better ones discovered in the network. In this research, we propose a detailed method to construct concept net-work, implemented a prototypical system that constructs concept networks, and illustrate its usefulness by demonstrating a practical case.

본 논문은 모바일 클라우드에서 급격하게 증가하는 정보 검색을 위한 키워드 기반의 개념 망을 이용한 데이터를 효율적으로 검색 가능하도록 한 모델을 제안한다. 키워드 기반의 개념 망은 온톨로지를 적용한 방식이지만, 사용자가 효율적인 정보 검색을 하도록 지원하기 위해 개념 사이의 연관성을 추가한 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 키워드 중심의 개념 망, 전문가 그룹이 추천한 분야 개념 망 그리고 프로세스 개념 망으로 구성한다. 이러한 3가지 종류의 개념을 이용하여 사용자는 모바일 클라우드 내에서 키워드 기반으로 정보를 검색하고, 검색된 결과에 따라 연관성 있는 정보를 검색할 수 있다.

사회복지 서비스 부문에서 최근 상호조직간 네트워크의 필요성이 증가하면서 상호조직간 네트워크 사업이 활성화되고 있다. 이와 함께, 네트워크 성과에 대한 책임성의 요구도 증가하고 있다. 네트워크 성과를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서는 성과에 관한 상호조직 간의 공통된 이해의 틀을 갖추는 것이 필요하며, 성과 개념에 관한 합의 도출이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 사회복지 실천현장에서 각기 다른 이해관계에 놓인 조직들이 네트워크 성과측정을 기획하기 위한 기초 작업으로서 성과의 개념적 틀을 개발하고 개념적 합의를 도출할 수 있도록 돕는 concept mapping(개념도 연구법)을 적용한 사례를 소개하고 실천현장에서의 활용가능성을 모색해 보았다. 개념도 연구법을 적용한 결과 협력적인 수행과 지속적인 의사결정 과정 속에 놓여 있는 네트워크 조직에서의 성과측정 기획을 위한 실천적 함의를 발견할 수 있었으며, 사회복지 실천에의 적용 유용성을 향상하기 위한 대안들을 제시하였다.

In this paper, we propose a method to detect concept drift by applying Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) in a data stream environment. Since the conventional method compares only the final output value of the CNN and detects it as a concept drift if there is a difference, there is a problem in that the actual input value of the data stream reacts sensitively even if there is no significant difference and is incorrectly detected as a concept drift. Therefore, in this paper, in order to reduce such errors, not only the output value of CNN but also the probability vector are used. First, the data entered into the data stream is patterned to learn from the neural network model, and the difference between the output value and probability vector of the current data and the historical data of these learned neural network models is compared to detect the concept drift. The proposed method confirmed that only CNN output values could be used to reduce detection errors compared to how concept drift were detected.

일반적으로 기존 검색엔진은 다수 사용자의 동일한 질의에 대하여 일률적으로 같은 검색 결과를 제공하는데, 이는 사용자 개인의 특성을 고려하지 않는 단점을 가진다. 이를 극복하기 위해서 사용자가 가지고 있는 검색 의도를 파악하여 그에 부합하는 결과를 제공하는 개인화 검색이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 프로파일 기반 개인화 검색을 위한 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템에서는 개인화 검색을 이루기 위해 개념 네트워크 형태의 사용자 프로파일을 구성하며, 이는 사용자가 과거에 질의했던 질의어와 탐색했던 웹문서를 분석하여 자동 생성된다. 그리고 사용자가 웹문서에 대해 태그를 지정한 폭소노미 데이터를 이용하여, 개념 네트워크를 확장함으로써 개념 네트워크의 정확성을 더욱 높일 수 있다. 이 개념 네트워크를 이용하여 사용자가 부여한 질의어를 확장시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 검색결과의 중첩도를 고려하여 사용자별 검색 결과의 순위를 재산정 함으로써 개인의 특성을 반영한 검색 결과를 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, production system is implemented with the inferential neural network model using semantic network and directed graph. Production system can be implemented with the transform of knowledge representation in production system into semantic network and of semantic network into directed graph, because directed graphs can be expressed by neural matrices. A concept node should be defined by the state vector to calculated the concepts expressed by matrices. The expressional ability of neunal network depends on how the state vector is defined. In this study, state vector is overlapped and each overlapping part acts as a inheritant of concept.

The advent of KM(knowledge management) concept have led many organizations to seek an effective way to make use of their knowledge. But the absence of right tools for systematic handling of unstructured information makes it difficult to automatically retrieve and share relevant information that exactly meet user's needs. we propose a systematic method to enable content-based information retrieval from corpus of unstructured documents. In our method, a document is represented by using several key terms which are automatically selected based on their quantitative relevancy to the document. Basically, the relevancy is calculated by using a traditional TFIDF measure that are widely accepted in the related research, but to improve effectiveness of the measure, we exploited 'concept network' that represents term-term relationships. In particular, in constructing the concept network, we have also considered relative position of terms occurring in a document. A prototype system for experiment has been implemented. The experiment result shows that our approach can have higher performance over the conventional TFIDF method.

The article first presents a broad overview of the design and management for survivable network. We review the concept of network survivability, various protection and restoration schemes. Also we introduce design architectures of Quantitative model and a Survivable Ad hoc and Mesh Network Architecture. In the other side of study like these(traditional engineering approach), there is the concept of the survivable network systems based on an immune approach. There is one sample of the dynamic multi-routing algorithms in this paper.

This paper proposes a way of constructing modern concept of geographic network by interpreting historical geography recorded in old archives such as the Tongdian(通典, Comprehensive Manual) which is one of the important materials in studying old concept of Chinese administrative geography. it is proposed a way of producing geographic network by constructing base network, and by combining and adjusting the constructed networks. The proposed way of construction has been applied for generating a geographic network around Bohai gulf and Sandong peninsula, by using descriptions recorded in the administrative division(州郡典) of the Tongdian.

Purpose - On the basis of discussing the network economy concept and the commentary of the marginal revenue decreasing of traditional economic theory, The concept of network economy has just been put forward in recent years. The reason why such a concept appears is that the information technology, marked by computer network, plays an increasingly important role in economic activities. Some people define network economy as an economic form based on network technology and human capital. this paper points out network economy existing the marginal revenue increasing and analyzes the reasons that influencing the marginal revenue increasing. Research design, data, methodology - The network economy has fundamentally changed the traditional economic laws. The economic basis of industrial society is the law of incremental marginal cost, which reflects the socialization of high cost in industrial society. Results - As the number of network members increases, the value of the network increases explosively, and the value increases attract more members to join, resulting in more returns. Conclusion - In conclusion, network economy has changed many aspects of traditional economy, resulting in decreasing marginal cost, decreasing transaction cost in and out of enterprise organizations, and making the effect of increasing scale compensation more prominent. This is of great significance to the information construction in China.
