The World Wide Web is a very large distributed digital information space. From its origins in 1991, the web has grown to encompass diverse information resources as personal home pasges, online digital libraries and virtual museums. Some estimates suggest that the web currently includes over 500 billion pages in the deep web. The ability to search and retrieve information from the web efficiently and effectively is an enabling technology for realizing its full potential. With powerful workstations and parallel processing technology, efficiency is not a bottleneck. In fact, some existing search tools sift through gigabyte.syze precompiled web indexes in a fraction of a second. But retrieval effectiveness is a different matter. Current search tools retrieve too many documents, of which only a small fraction are relevant to the user query. Furthermore, the most relevant documents do not nessarily appear at the top of the query output order. Also, current search tools can not retrieve the documents related with retrieved document from gigantic amount of documents. The most important problem for lots of current searching systems is to increase the quality of search. It means to provide related documents or decrease the number of unrelated documents as low as possible in the results of search. For this problem, CiteSeer proposed the ACI (Autonomous Citation Indexing) of the articles on the World Wide Web. A "citation index" indexes the links between articles that researchers make when they cite other articles. Citation indexes are very useful for a number of purposes, including literature search and analysis of the academic literature. For details of this work, references contained in academic articles are used to give credit to previous work in the literature and provide a link between the "citing" and "cited" articles. A citation index indexes the citations that an article makes, linking the articleswith the cited works. Citation indexes were originally designed mainly for information retrieval. The citation links allow navigating the literature in unique ways. Papers can be located independent of language, and words in thetitle, keywords or document. A citation index allows navigation backward in time (the list of cited articles) and forwardin time (which subsequent articles cite the current article?) But CiteSeer can not indexes the links between articles that researchers doesn't make. Because it indexes the links between articles that only researchers make when they cite other articles. Also, CiteSeer is not easy to scalability. Because CiteSeer can not indexes the links between articles that researchers doesn't make. All these problems make us orient for designing more effective search system. This paper shows a method that extracts subject and predicate per each sentence in documents. A document will be changed into the tabular form that extracted predicate checked value of possible subject and object. We make a hierarchical graph of a document using the table and then integrate graphs of documents. The graph of entire documents calculates the area of document as compared with integrated documents. We mark relation among the documents as compared with the area of documents. Also it proposes a method for structural integration of documents that retrieves documents from the graph. It makes that the user can find information easier. We compared the performance of the proposed approaches with lucene search engine using the formulas for ranking. As a result, the F.measure is about 60% and it is better as about 15%.
The standardization of marketing has been one of the most focused research topics in international marketing. The term "global marketing" was often used to mean an internationally standardized marketing strategy based on similarities between foreign markets. Marketing standardization was discussed only within the context of traditional physical marketplaces. Since then, the digital "marketspace" of the Internet had emerged in the 90's, and it became one of the most important drivers of the globalization process opening new opportunities for the standardization of global marketing activities. On the other hand, the opinion that a greater adoption of the Internet by customers may lead to a higher degree of customization and differentiation of products rather than standardization is also quite popular. Considering this disagreement, it is notable that comprehensive studies which focus upon the marketing standardization especially in the context of global e-commerce are missing to a high degree. On this background, the two basic research questions being addressed in this study are: (1) To what extent do companies standardize their marketing in international e-commerce? (2) Is there an impact of marketing standardization on the performance (or success) of these companies? Following research hypotheses were generated based upon literature review: H 1: Internationally engaged e-commerce firms show a growing readiness for marketing standardization. H 2: Marketing standardization exerts positive effects on the success of companies in international e-commerce. H 3: In international e-commerce, marketing mix standardization exerts a stronger positive effect on the economic as well as the non-economic success of companies than marketing process standardization. H 4: The higher the non-economic success in international e-commerce firms, the higher the economic success. The data for this research were obtained from a questionnaire survey conducted from February to April 2005. The international e-commerce companies of various industries in Germany and all subsidiaries or headquarters of foreign e-commerce companies based in Germany were included in the survey. 118 out of 801 companies responded to the questionnaire. For structural equation modelling (SEM), the Partial-Least. Squares (PLS) approach in the version PLS-Graph 3.0 was applied (Chin 1998a; 2001). All of four research hypotheses were supported by result of data analysis. The results show that companies engaged in international e-commerce standardize in particular brand name, web page design, product positioning, and the product program to a high degree. The companies intend to intensify their efforts for marketing mix standardization in the future. In addition they want to standardize their marketing processes also to a higher degree, especially within the range of information systems, corporate language and online marketing control procedures. In this study, marketing standardization exerts a positive overall impact on company performance in international e-commerce. Standardization of marketing mix exerts a stronger positive impact on the non-economic success than standardization of marketing processes, which in turn contributes slightly stronger to the economic success. Furthermore, our findings give clear support to the assumption that the non-economic success is highly relevant to the economic success of the firm in international e-commerce. The empirical findings indicate that marketing standardization is relevant to the companies' success in international e-commerce. But marketing mix and marketing process standardization contribute to the firms' economic and non-economic success in different ways. The findings indicate that companies do standardize numerous elements of their marketing mix on the Internet. This practice is in part contrary to the popular concept of a "differentiated standardization" which argues that some elements of the marketing mix should be adapted locally and others should be standardized internationally. Furthermore, the findings suggest that the overall standardization of marketing -rather than the standardization of one particular marketing mix element - is what brings about a positive overall impact on success.
The unique teaching and learning difficulties of speed-related units in elementary school science are mainly due to the student's lack of mathematical thinking ability and procedural knowledge on speed measurement, and curriculums and textbooks must be constructed with these in mind. To identify the implications of composing a new science curriculum and relevant textbooks, this study reviewed the structure and contents of the speed-related units of three curriculums from the 2007 revised curriculum to the 2015 revised curriculum and the resulting textbooks and examined their relevance in light of the literature. Results showed that the current content carries the risk of making students calculate only the speed of an object through a mechanical algorithm by memorization rather than grasp the multifaceted relation between traveled distance, duration time, and speed. Findings also highlighted the need to reorganize the curriculum and textbooks to offer students the opportunity to learn the meaning of speed step-by-step by visualizing materials such as double number lines and dealing with simple numbers that are easy to calculate and understand intuitively. In addition, this paper discussed the urgency of improving inquiry performance such as process skills by observing and measuring an actual object's movement, displaying it as a graph, and interpreting it rather than conducting data interpretation through investigation. Lastly, although the current curriculum and textbooks emphasize the connection with daily life in their application aspects, they also deal with dynamics-related content somewhat differently from kinematics, which is the main learning content of the unit. Hence, it is necessary to reorganize the contents focusing on cases related to speed so that students can grasp the concept of speed and use it in their everyday lives. With regard to the new curriculum and textbooks, this study proposes that students be provided the opportunity to systematically and deeply study core topics rather than exclude content that is difficult to learn and challenging to teach so that students realize the value of science and enjoy learning it.

Due to high levels of integration and complexity, the Network-on-Chip (NoC) approach has emerged as a new design paradigm to overcome on-chip communication issues and data bandwidth limits in conventional SoC(System-on-Chip) design. In particular, exponentially growing of energy consumption caused by high frequency, synchronization and distributing a single global clock signal throughout the chip have become major design bottlenecks. To deal with these issues, a globally asynchronous, locally synchronous (GALS) design combined with low power techniques is considered. Such a design style fits nicely with the concept of voltage-frequency-islands (VFI) which has been recently introduced for achieving fine-grain system-level power management. In this paper, we propose an efficient design methodology that minimizes energy consumption by VFI partitioning on an NoC architecture as well as assigning supply and threshold voltage levels to each VFI. The proposed algorithm which find VFI and appropriate core (or processing element) supply voltage consists of traffic-aware core graph partitioning, communication contention delay-aware tile mapping, power variation-aware core dynamic voltage scaling (DVS), power efficient VFI merging and voltage update on the VFIs Simulation results show that average 10.3% improvement in energy consumption compared to other existing works.
As the world is in the age of globalization and information, we observe diverse changes in the market environment. Since wide-spread internet services and global networks made ubiquitous learning and business possible, equalizing consumers' ideology and preference, new trend and life style could be introduced easily. This study stipulates on the theoretical concept of the wellbeing consumer and LOHAS consumer. Consumers of LOHAS could be sampled out through pre-questionnaire targeting at selected food, clothing, and shelter based on companies of both wellbeing and general brands. Through this it is attempted to measure wellbeing emotion, recognition quotient of emotion and reason, affirmation and negation, mental emotion quotient, and preference in order to find out their value and to ultimately come up with what web design should be aiming at. Conclusions are as follows: Firstly, consumers easily recognize emotional identification from the web pages of wellbeing brand, rather than that of general brands. Secondly, what web pages of wellbeing brand recognize is reason, not emotion. Thirdly, the design of wellbeing brands scored higher than those of general brands in terms of positive aspects such as hospitality and familiarity, and high mental emotion quotient could not affect the consumers' preference toward web design. Fourthly, wellbeing brands win more preference than general brands do, and preference becomes higher after customers' visit to web pages basically. Lastly, sampled emotional adjectives toward the web designs of wellbeing brands marked a aesthetic graph figure, without leaning toward an active or stable one. It is expected that this study can serve as a groundwork to create proper strategies to actively involve consumers in industrial sphere.
Purpose. This study examines the effects of improving students self-esteem and sociability by conducting a Group Art Therapy Program for students with learning disabilities. This study focused on three students with learning disabilities, attending B middle school special education class located in K county. The study was conducted for two hours once a week (Friday) at B middle school during special education class from May 2, 2014 to July 18, 2014. Methods. For the tools of studying, Self-esteem and social strip forms/rubrics were filled, by students', before and after and data processing was inspected, paired t-Test using the SPSS / WIN (Ver.18.0) for quantitative analysis. Also, on the basis of content, analyzed data of the individuals' self-esteem social changes are shown in graph format. In addition, this qualitative study shows before and after of dynamic house, tree, person (K-H, T, P), dynamic family (KFD), dynamic school life of search phase (4-6 sessions) significant improvement of self-esteem and sociability in adolescents' with learning disabilities influenced by conducting a Group Art Therapy Program. Results. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, Group Art Therapy Program shows a statistically significant difference (p<.05) showing that self esteem average is 2.04 before Group Art Therapy Intervention but self esteem average is 2.92 after Group Art Therapy Intervention. Second, as a result of social strip pre-post, there wasn't statistically significant difference compared to self esteem pre-post result, although, post examination's average level was enhanced after Group Art Therapy Program in difference examination.(p>.05). Third, as a result of analysis the indicated pre-post change of Students' pre-post dynamic house, tree, person (HTP), dynamic family (KFD), a dynamic school daily life (KSD), students' family and interpersonal relationships, self-concept shows statistical significant changes. Conclusion. As the result of this study, Group Art Therapy Program shows effective improvement in students' self-esteem and social skills learning disabilities. However, a future study on larger and more diverse group of students' with learning disabilities are advised to be conducted in order to better understand the significance of the Group Art Therapy Program.

Space division is need to process fast dynamically wide outside that is 3D MMORPG´s main detection target. 3D is constructed with tree construct individual that need collision using processing geometry dataset that is given through new graph. We may search individual that need in collision detection and improve the collision detection speed as using hierarchical bounding box that use it with detection volume. Octree that will use by division octree is used mainly to express rightly static object but this paper use limited OSP by limited space division structure to use this in dynamic environment. Limited OSP space use limited space with method that divide square to classify typically complicated 3D space´s object. Through this detection, this paper propose follow contents, first, this detection may judge collision detection at early time without doing all polygon´s collision examination. Second, this paper may improve detection efficiency of game engine through and then reduce detection time because detection time of bounding box´s collision detection.

In this study, mathematics education program was developed for the foreign students who entered the science and engineering college of Korea in order to improve their basic competency and to prevent dropouts. It is applied to 5 Chinese students, 4 male students and 1 female student. Three students are majoring in engineering college and two students are majoring in natural science college. Before applying the mathematics education program to foreign students, most students did not draw a graph of the 'irrational function' and the 'exponential function' and did not understand the concept of the 'limit' at all. However, after applying the mathematics program, all foreign students were able to draw graphs of the various function and the limit values were calculated accurately. Through the results of this study, the researcher proposes some of the following. When developing mathematics education programs for foreign students, it is very important to develop teaching materials suitable for their level. Textbook developers need to select and organize contents that are essential for learning in university mathematics and to present mathematical concepts and examples considering the Korean language level of foreign students. Moreover, it will be necessary to try to present mathematical terms commonly used in Korea in their native language or English.

Deep learning, a type of machine learning, performs learning while changing the weights as it progresses through each learning process. Tensor Flow and Keras provide the results of the end of the learning in graph form. Thus, If an error occurs, the result must be discarded. Consequently, existing technologies provide a function to roll back learning results, but the rollback function is limited to results up to five times. Moreover, they applied the concept of MLOps to track the deep learning process, but no rollback capability is provided. In this paper, we construct a system that manages the intermediate value of the learning process by blockchain to record the intermediate learning process and can rollback in the event of an error. To perform the functions of blockchain, the deep learning process and the rollback of learning results are designed to work by writing Smart Contracts. Performance evaluation shows that, when evaluating the rollback function of the existing deep learning method, the proposed method has a 100% recovery rate, compared to the existing technique, which reduces the recovery rate after 6 times, down to 10% when 50 times. In addition, when using Smart Contract in Ethereum blockchain, it is confirmed that 1.57 million won is continuously consumed per block creation.

In this paper, we propose a robustness sensitivity index (RSI) of highway networks to analyze the effect of congestion in a specific section on the entire highway. The newly proposed RSI is defined as the change in the total mileage of the transportation network per extended unit length when the length of a particular section is extended. When the RSI value is large, traffic congestion in the section has a worse effect on the entire network than in other sections. The existing network robustness index (NRI) simply observes changes in transportation networks with and without specific sections, but the RSI proposed in this study is a kind of performance indicator that allows quantitative analysis of the ripple effect of the entire network according to the degree of congestion in a specific section. While changing the degree of congestion in a particular section, it is possible to calculate how the traffic volume increases, decreases, and the size and location of the congestion section change. This analysis proves the superiority of RSI as it cannot be analyzed with NRI. Various properties of RSI are analyzed using data from the domestic highway network. In addition, using the RSI concept, it is shown that the ripple effect on other sections in which a change in the degree of congestion of a specific section occurs can be analyzed.
