To take the Far-infrared(FIR) ray which is a optimized wavewlength and strength, at first, it is to be induced the characteristic algorithm and the computerized programing of FlR radiating materials. In this study, we induced that the formular of optimized FIR with physical, mathematical logic and theory, especially, Plank, Kirchhoff, Wien, Stefan-Boltzmann's logic and law. In the long run the formular was induced with mathematical integration. since we had to know the molecular wavelength. Base on the induced formular as above, we programmed the optimized FlR radiating computerized program, it would be useful to design semiconductor( VLSI) as the FlR instrument center control system.

In these days, large construction companies computerize safety management function and use softwares but small and medium ones do not have any or little in Korea, although it is much mote necessary for the latter having high accident ratios than for the former to make efforts to develop computerized safety management tools. That is, a reason why no safety management program has been developed and construction accident are required to be reduced outstandingly, computerized safety management systems are much needed to be developed. Thus, safety management software named SAFETY PLUS has been developed in this research that has 4 management scopes classified by the size of construction project. The utilization of SAFETY PLUS will be able to increase both effectiveness and efficiency of safety management efforts and result in drastic decrease of construction accidents.

오늘날 기업의 업무지원 시스템은 웹 환경을 지향하고 있다. 하지만, 현업에서는 웹 프로그램 개발을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 툴의 부재로 인해 어려움을 격고 있다. 특히, 관계형 데이터 베이스 시스템과 연동된 웹 관련 프로그램의 개발에 어려움을 격고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 프로그램 개발시 데이터베이스의 후보키(Candidate Key) 속성을 이용하여 웹 개발 과정을 자동화하고, 효율적으로 웹 프로그램을 개발 할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper we introduce the Failure Management System for AREX's Signalling System which is applied by RAMS management. The corrective action report is classified into 3 group, scheduled maintenance, non-scheduled maintenance and the reported failure maintenance. The scheduled maintenance is for the failure detected by periodic inspection and it is concerned as the Preventive Maintenance. The reported failure maintenance is for the failure reported by non-maintenance staff and non-scheduled maintenance includes all corrective action except the works of the previous 2 group. RAMS analysis is based on the FRACAS data connected with the corrective action reports. AREX computerize the all process by the Facility Management System of Integrated Information System.

Multi-Rater Feedback valuation is a way that guarantees an impartial personnel administration which can cut normal valuation by superiors. The Multi-Rater Feedback committee which is made of seniors, colleagues and minors. In this study, we build the computerize system with Multi-Rater Feedback which is very important factor on valuation. With this system provide data continuity, objectivity and equity, further convenience to members of the participation and efficient work management.

부인봉쇄 서명 기법은 서명자의 동의 없이는 서명을 검증할 수 없는 기법이다. 일반 서명기법이 적용될 수 없는 많은 사회적 영역의 컴퓨터화에 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 여러 서명자를 필요로 하며 지정된 검증자에게만 다중 서명을 검증할 수 있도록 하는 부인봉쇄 다중서명 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 다중서명 기법은 부인봉쇄 성질을 만족하며 서명자에 의한 다중서명 부정 및 변조 공격에 대해서 안전하다. 또한 디지털콘텐츠 공동 저작권 보호를 위한 제안한 기법의 적용 방안에 대해서 살펴본다.

An expert system for a ship medical manager is presented in this paper where it si planned to improve the medical environment of the crew. The proposed system includes a information retrieval system that is based on the knowledge database organizing important experiences of first-aiders and is intended to be used effectively by the inexpert member. Moreover, this system of which the purpose is to computerize the medical work of each ship medical manager that the third officer give an affirmative guide for the execution of their duty from the medical treatment database of the disease occurring frequently on many crews.

The computer can be used to display a continuously updated list or plot of vessel position. The computer that accept input data from a number of different navigation systems, e.g., Loran , Satnav, Radar, Decca, Compass, Sextant with electrical output etc., can compute the position of a vessel relative to prerecorded objects. The celestial navigation system requires the computer to do not much calculation. Calculation are for trigonometeric, linear systems, finding roots of nonlinear equation and least square estimation etc, . In order to computerize the celestrial navigation system, these calculations must be programmed. The purpose of this thesis is to study the formulation, the design and the test of calculations of the coordinates of celestial bodies, the altitude correction and the solution of the navigational triangle processes.

In this paper, checking out a various problems in the accounting and the allocation of the common cost in the management of apartment in order to find out the right way of the management, I have tried to build a standard management system for the apartment and study the effect expected by the computerizing. To develop the software to computerize the management of the apartment, which is the main task of this paper, I have checked out a various problems and then computerized a standard system to better the unreliable management and somewhat doubtful accounting process and correct the inaccuracy in the allocation of the common cost.

DSM Investment Programs are accomplished by KOGAS and KDHC, based on 'Article 15, Rational Energy Utilization Act'. By this act, suppliers are accomlishing DSM Investment Programs with much budget and contribute national DSM. However, there was no assessment systems for the quantitative evaluation of DSM Investment Programs in natural gas and district heating domains, yet. In order to overcome this problem, we constructed the assessment system which select quantitative programs, analyze impact factors, develop logic and equations and computerize this system. With this system, we can give objective and reliable output of DSM Investment Programs and evaluation tool to promote them efficiently. In this paper, we write the development process, method and utilization of this assessment system.
