Experimentation using computer plays an important part in education and research in graph theory. The purpose of this paper is to develop the CAS techniques for the hands-on approach in graph theory specifically on the topic of constructing the spanning tree. This paper discusses the advantages of CAS as the software system for doing graph theory and introduces the software solutions integrating multimedia user interface developed by the author, which extend the functionality of the existing CAS-based graph theory software package.

Various education programs using cyber education in the age of knowledge informatization were introduced to schools, corporate education, military service, lifelong education facilities as well as public employee education and training system. In the case of the national government officials, the education and local civil servants are organized by 15 cities and provincial public officials training institutes, which are organized by the national civil service personnel development center cyber education center. The purpose of this study is to find out the development plan through questionnaires of the students who are in charge of cyber education in the chungcheongnam-do local civil servants.

In our technology-driven world, various methods for teaching in an educational venue or in a simulated environment have been suggested especially for computer and coding education. In particular, IoT related education has been made possible owing to the industrial developments that have occurred in various fields since the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The proposed model allows various IoT systems to be indirectly built; it provides an inexpensive learning method by applying a simulation system in a 3D environment. The model is implemented on Virtual Remote IO based on the Arduino platform, thereby reducing the cost of building an education system. In addition various education-related content can be provided to learners through such an indirectly developed system. Test code was written to check the consistency of an operation between the real system and the virtual system.

A remote cooperative studying system based on the Internet consists of a matching system of connecting remote class room with the others, a community system of making practical cooperative study by student's various. compensation and interaction, and a report system of sharing studying results and evaluating of studying achievements for individuals, groups and class. This paper describes the development of an interactive computer graphic software for the education and training of the power system fault analysis. The developed software is designed to increase the understanding of the fault analysis with ease and it is composed of the windows, graphic icons, and graphic representations for user-friendly environments. Specially an interactive scheme is given for user to simulate the fault analysis under the variety conditions. With this function, user can acquire the basic concepts of the power system fault study as well as the understanding of the impacts on the system by some faults. The proposed software is tested on a 16-bus sample system. The software will be useful for the education and training and training of the power system fault analysis.

A project learning is the model to solve the problem in cooperation with the members of a group. The purpose of this study is to make a new learning model using a web on the traditional project learning model. A Web has the proper nature for students to make their learning environment, so that this study embodied Student Directed Web based project learning system to allow them to expand their abilities. All action of students, that is, suggesting main subject, making plans, activating and adjusting them, and evaluation can be happened in this system. According to the result of applying the system, participants in Students Directed Web based Project Learning intend to implement learning activities more positively, affirmatively and cooperatively than the existing ones.

It can be said that the feature of elementary education on Society studies is localization of all curriculum. Among them, the social curriculum of 3rd grade emphasizes on character of local and living experiences. Also the Society studies of 7th curriculum reform focused on new types of localization materials and way of practical using because of development on internet and computer communication, To correspond this need, this paper suggests regional learning system based on the web. which is designed for social studies of 3rd grade student to study Pyeongtaek-City, in Gyeonggi-do. Also, current school field education materials which is elementary 3rd grade localization supporting text can be used as well as it can be provided through the web educational system to support the needed localization materials for the students.
