The intensification of the processes of the digital economy development is leading to the transformation of the higher education system. Universities are forced to digitalize their own educational, research, international, marketing, financial and economic activities in order to maintain a competitive position in the global market of educational services. The purpose of the article is to study the role of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system and to ensure its adaptability to modern challenges of digital economy. To achieve this goal, methods of content analysis, logical generalization, systematization and a structural-functional method are used. In the article, the authors substantiate the urgency of forming a holistic strategy to ensure the adaptability of higher education to the challenges of digital economy. In the structure of this strategy, the information-technological block is singled out and described. The authors specified a set of positive synergetic effects from the introduction of modern information and communication technologies in the activities of universities. The main information threats to the digitalization of higher education related to the protection of personal data and university systems from cyberattacks and fraudulent schemes are identified. In conclusion, the authors detail the measures for the strategy implementation to ensure the adaptability of higher education to digital economy.

The article identifies the features of the digital culture of modern society in the dynamics of its impact on the education sector, identifies the main directions of digitalization education, an objective analysis is presented, the possibilities of examination as a scientific assessment are determined "Digital reforms" of education, the role of traditional values of educational culture in expertise and improvement digital innovations in the education system, identified the main contradictions in the development of digital culture, to determine the directions of its improvement. The article describes the three main components of information technology as a complex of hardware, software and a system of organizational and methodological support; the description of analog and digital information technologies is presented. The authors list the most common multifunctional office applications and IT tools; the advantages of using IT in the educational process are highlighted.

프로그래밍 교육을 위한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 문제해결력 향상을 위해 교수 학습 모형을 기반으로 동료 에이전트를 개발하였다. 문제해결력에 대한 하위 요소를 학습내용 이해, 문제해결 전략, 자기조절 영역으로 구분하였고, 문제해결력 하위 요소에 대한 프로그래밍 교수 학습 방법을 제시하였으며, 교수학습 모형을 수행할 수 있도록 동료 에이전트를 개발하였다. 개발된 동료 에이전트 시스템의 교육적 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 프로그래밍 수업에 적용한 결과, 전통적 수업 방식이나 동료 프로그래밍 수업 방식에 비해 문제해결력 하위 요소에서 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 이는 동료 에이전트가 학습자의 문제해결력을 향상시키는데 교육적 효과가 있음을 의미한다.

학습효율의 향상을 위해 본 논문에서는 웹기반 가상실험시스템과 원격실험시스템을 적절하게 통합하여 전기전자회로에 대한 하이브리드 실험시스템을 구현하였다. 먼저, 전기/전자회로 실험에 대한 웹기반 가상실험실을 개발하여 개념학습, 가상실험, 평가등의 3개의 주요 세션과 그에 대한 관리시스템으로 구성하였다. 다음으로 가상실험을 진행하는 동안 발생할 수 있는 현실감의 부족성 문제를 해결하기 위해 전기전자회로에 대한 원격실험시스템을 구현하였다. 제안된 가상/원격실험시스템은 독립적인 형태로 사용될 수도 있지만, 학습효율을 극대화하기 위해서 두 개의 시스템을 통합하여 하이브리드 전기전자 실험시스템을 구현하였다.

In order to occupy educational furniture market that grows by the day and to meet demands for alternative product for the current market, this study took business features and productivity of Sinil Furniture Co into consideration, and developed computer desk for education by group, which is new among educational furniture. The scope of the study ranges from data research based on design process into creation of prototype. By improving the condition where, despite that electrically-powered computer desk for anti-theft system is high priced, it sees frequent malfunction, the study suggested low-priced, non- electrically-powered anti-theft system which has more solid structure. Furthermore, in order for the user to be more free and comfortable while studying on it, it differentiates from other products by locating PC main body to the back of the monitor and lowering it below the altitude of monitor to prevent it from interfering with studies. We've made the higher board of the desk in a soft curved-shape in order to lessen the stress from studying. And as space for the monitor's lower mount was decreased, we've put the lower mount below the higher board; so that lacking space can be recovered while functioning as anti-theft system. Moreover, we've covered the PC main body with steel cover so that it would add color and formal luxuriousness to the appearance of the desk. Considering ease of mobility and productivity, knock-down system was introduced.

본 논문에서 제안하는 멀티미디어 플랫폼에서의 다중 사용자를 위한 오디오/비디오 입력제어장치는 멀티미디어 교육에서 개인당 시스템이 꼭 있어야 상호참여를 위한 발언모드 진행할 수 있는 문제점을 보완하여 하나의 시스템에 여러 사람이 상호 참여할 수 있는환경을 물리적인 장치를 접속함으로써 시스템 하나 당 다중 사용자가 발언권 모드를 사용 가능하게 하는 오디오/비디오 입력제어장치 개발에 관한 연구이다. 또한 멀티미디어 데이터를 동반한 다수의 공동작업 환경에서의 시뮬레이션의 내용을 같이 제시하고 있다. 본 개발은 개인 당 하나의 시스템이 있어야 가능한 영상회의 및 원격교육의 발언권 모드에서 일부의 시스템만을 가지고도 똑같은 효과를 냄으로써, 저렴한 영상회의 및 원격교육의 장비를 구입할 수 있어 최고의 가격 경쟁력을 가질 수 있다. 또한 본 개발은 일반 프린터 포트에 쉽게 장착이 되어 별다른 작업이 필요치 않은 호환성과 범용성을 가지고 있다

The purpose of this study is to develop a computer system with data file and computerized programs for nutrition counseling. In this research, a 16 / XT personal computer (word : COBOL) compatible with IBM-PC/XT was used. Computer system developed for this study was as follows: Data files(food composition list, food exchange list, nutrition management comment, special diet therapy) were used for analysis the nutritional status and the ntrition education comment. (1) Programs for the nutritional status assessment 1) General information a) Name, age, sex, higher, weight, activity, disease and special diet b) Ideal body weight and Obesity assessment(Kaup index and Broca index) c) Rest and athletics status d) Biochemical data comparision with standard 2) Food Intakes 3) Nutrient Intakes a) Comparison of the amounts intaked with the recommended dietary allowances for present weight. b) Comparison of the energy composition rate intaked with the recommended dietary allowances for present weight. b) Comparison of the energy composition rate intaked with the recommended for present weight and ideal weight. c) Nutrient analysis by each meal and snack. 4) Food intakes from each food group and comparison with recommended 5) Special nutrient analysis. (2) Programs for the nutrition education based on nutritional status assessment. 1) Suggestion of number of food exchange group 2) Nutritional assessment and advise comments 3) Nutritional management comments 4) Special diet therapy In the study, the nutritioal status and nutrition education comments are based on individual data from nutrition counseling.

The article emphasizes the features of the modern education system in Poland, reveals the peculiarities of improving the professional competence of a specialist in Poland through the implementation of multimedia technologies. Various forms of innovations implemented in improving the professional competence of a specialist are listed: improvement (rationalization), modernization, innovation. The forms of professional improvement through the introduction of computer technologies in general and multimedia technologies, in particular, primarily include various professional courses, qualification, preparatory, methodological conferences, seminars, postgraduate studies, foreign and state internships. At the same time, the main direction is self-education. The subject of professional improvement in the application of computer technologies by specialists is the updating of existing knowledge, exchange of professional experience, planning, as well as discussion of innovative works in which specialists participate. Professional growth of specialists can occur both during work and in higher education institutions during their studies. Modernization of computer technologies, especially multimedia ones, is a necessary condition for the functioning of specialists in modern society, since specialists are at the center of the educational process, during the improvement of professional competence. The main functions of the educational process necessary for improving the professional competence of specialists through the implementation of multimedia technologies are revealed. These functions not only contribute to the professional improvement of specialists, but also affect their solutions and optimize the maintenance of contacts between specialists. The importance of creating conditions that are consistent with the modern needs of innovative education is emphasized.

최근에, 컴퓨터를 이용한 학습은 CAI 환경에서 WBI 학습 환경으로 옮아가고 있다. WBI 학습에 필요한 대부분의 웹 문서는 검색 엔진을 이용하여 얻는다. 교수자는 검색한 웹 문서의 사용가능성을 평가한 후 학습 자료로 사용한다. 그러나 이런 교수-학습 과정은 다음과 같은 문제점이 있다. 첫째, 교수자에 의해 선정된 웹 문서를 반복해서 검색한다. 둘째, 웹 문서를 학습자에게 제시하기 위한 별도의 교수 설계 과정이 필요하다. 셋째, 학습자의 평가 결과와 웹 문서 사이의 관련성 분석이 매우 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 WBI 학습에 필요한 웹 문서를 검색하고 학습자에게 학습 과정을 안내하는 WAILS(Web Agent Instruction Learning System)를 제안한다. WAILS는 웹 에이전트를 이용하여 WBI 학습에 필요한 웹 문서를 수집한다. 교수자는 수집한 웹 문서를 평가하고 교수-학습 생성기를 통해 학습자에게 제시한다. 교수자는 WAILS를 이용하여 웹 문서의 검색과 교수-학습 설계를 동시에 하게 된다. 이는 WBI 학습을 더욱 촉진시키게 된다.

아프리카를 비롯한 개발도상국은 균등한 교육기회 박탈, 열악한 교육여건, 선진국과의 정보화 격차 등으로 인적자원개발이 미미한 실정이다. 우수한 인적자원을 확보하지 못한 개발도상국은 선진국과의 세계화 경쟁에서 더욱 뒤쳐지고 있어, 개발도상국의 '인적자원개발' 문제는 시급히 해결해야 할 과제가 아닐 수 없다. 개발도상국은 교육 예산이 교육수요를 충족하고 의무 교육을 달성하기에 턱없이 낮은 수준이어서 양적으로 증가하는 교육 수요에 적절히 대응하지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 이러한 교육예산의 부족 문제는 교육 인프라 부족 문제로 연결이 된다. 본 연구에서는 NAS기반의 서버를 구성하여 교육 콘텐츠 및 학습관리 등의 기능을 구성하고, 클라이언트 영역은 태블릿, PC, 빔 프로젝터 등 다양한 미디어를 활용이 가능하도록 솔루션을 제시하여, 인트라넷 환경의 어학교육 지원을 위한 쾌적한 교육환경의 구성 및 SCORM 기반의 플랫폼을 구축을 통한 개발도상국의 최적화된 이러닝 서비스를 지원하고자 한다.
