As Operating System is a course about computer system resource management, it is very important to the computer related major students. Asynchronous concurrent processes in a Operating System class is rather difficult to understand. Because most students are not able to understands the part with the explanation and the pseudo code in a text, they need to execute the concurrent programs which are implementing the pseudo code. In this paper, we implemented executable programs using Java thread for the code and proposed those programs to apply to the Operating System education.

The advantages of Web Based Training(WBT) are flexible delivery of training, easy distribution, security through registration and ease of content update. And WBT also provide a powerful instructional environment. An obvious instructional advantage of WBT is the ability to provide for the delivery rich multimedia to learners. In this paper, we have proposed the curricula for the Subjects of Computer Education in University. And We implemented the Web Based Training System for the Subjects of Computer Education including the proposed curricula. The Proposed system are composed of student's learning part, lecture's teaching part, and operator's management part. And we show the Effectiveness and Weakness of proposed system, based on the students answering about various questions related proposed system's effectiveness.

Industrial safety management program can be divided three part that is education, technology, and management. The performance assessment is being importantly recognized and enforced in the education evaluation recently. It is not able to analyze learners synthetically because learners are assessed separately in every subjects and the other activities. On the basis of this problem, we designed and implemented the multi-dimensional processing tool. In this tool, the evaluation results of one subject area have an influence on the other related subject areas. In addition, this system helps teachers to establish and process performance assessment plan by providing all subjects database. And all of the information is processed as a whole and can be used in the counseling and school record. This system is based upon windows and can be extend to web based system later. We expect the performance assessment task can be simplified by using this system and students' ability can be assessed by various methods. This system will contribute to ensure the confidence of public education.

Humanity education is the urgent and final problem of education all over the world. This study tries to promote intimate relationship, reliability, and openness between children and teacher which lack in intensive class, and establishes "Class Management System for Humanity Education" to experience an affirmative human relationship with children' s mutual group activities. "Class Management System for Humanity Education" is an integral system guiding a humanity factor only not presenting data, and is an appropriate system model for meeting information-oriented society actively as well as applying computer.

Today, further education of adults in the UK is one of the developing areas of continuing education. The Open University with distance learning, in the process of which innovative forms and methods based on computer and telecommunication technologies are used, is particularly successful in the organization of additional education of the adult population. The advantages of distance learning, multimedia - the latest information technologies, which provide the combination of graphic images, video, sound with the help of modern computer tools, are noted. The basic principles and forms underlying the technologies and forms of work with the elderly are defined. The international experience of implementing "Universities of the Third Age" is summarized. The most widespread approach in adult education in Great Britain is informational. The use of computer technologies motivates a new paradigm in educational methods and strategies, which requires new approaches, forms of learning, and innovative ways of delivering educational materials to adult learners. Information technologies have gained great popularity in such activities as distance learning, online learning, assistance in the education management system, development of programs and virtual textbooks in various subjects, online search for information for the educational process, computer testing of students' knowledge, creation of electronic libraries, formation of a single scientific electronic environment, publication of virtual magazines and newspapers on pedagogical topics, teleconferences, expansion of international cooperation in the field of Internet education. The information technology of synchronous distance learning "online" has gained considerable popularity in the educational process today. A promising direction is the use of multimedia technologies in educational activities to create a design of a virtual computer environment by decoding audiovisual information.

This study developed a system model to provide teachers unskilled in counseling with contents and methods of counseling so that they can counsel students addicted to the Internet. The system is composed of three modules, which are counseling contents module that provide contents and methods of counseling, counseling support module that maintains and provides information about students and the results of counseling, and evaluation support module that is for the diagnosis of Internet addiction and questionnaire evaluation. The system was applied to 30 elementary and secondary school teachers in their counseling of students addicted to the Internet. According to the result, we analyzed the problems of the developed system. Based on problems and suggestions raised by teachers participating in counseling, we modified this system model.

오늘날 SW 중심사회에서 컴퓨팅 사고력은 꼭 필요한 핵심역량으로 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 이에 따라 2015 개정 교육과정에서는 소프트웨어(SW) 교육, 정보 교육을 강화하였다. 온라인 채점 시스템은 학생들이 문제해결 소스코드를 제출하면 이를 평가하고, 적절한 피드백을 제공하므로 자기주도적인 문제해결학습 경험과 프로그래밍 스킬을 향상시키는데 도움을 줄 수 있어 사용이 확대되고 있다. 그러나 채점시스템에 탑재된 문제들은 반구조화된 형태로 되어 있어 학생들이 컴퓨팅 사고단계 중 1단계인 문제공식화(추상화) 단계를 충분히 연습하지 못할 가능성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 보완한 문제해결학습 학습모형을 제안하고, 논의한다.

본 논문에서는 최근 주목을 받고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 시스템 중 구글 앱스를 초등학교 현장에 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지 그 방안에 대해 모색해 보았다. 구글 앱스는 구글의 다양한 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 중 SaaS(Software as a Service)에 해당하는 것으로써 캘린더, 메일, 문서도구, 사진, 사이트 도구, 유튜브, 지도 등의 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 구글 앱스에서는 구글의 동일한 아이디 하나로 모든 서비스에 로그인이 가능하며 웹상에서 작업한 내용은 모두 웹에 저장되므로 언제 어디서나 네트워크에 연결된 디바이스만 있다면 활용이 가능하다. 그 뿐 아니라, 스마트폰, 태블릿 PC가 확산되고 있고 가격이 낮아짐에 따라 학생들도 활용하게 된 지금, 구글 앱스는 모바일 디바이스에도 서비스를 최적화시켰기에 학생들의 접근성이 더욱 높다. 앞으로 온라인 교육 등도 포함되면 적어도 국내에서는 교육계에 파급력이 상당하리라 생각하며 교육분야에 본격적으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 도입되기를 기대한다.

It is time to put our top priority on the computer education to cope with rapid chage in technology and expansion of information. With 6th educational reform plan, from 1995 computer courses will be offered as elective subjects in the most of middle schools. However, detail planning for training of computer courses will be offered as elective subjects in the most of middle schools. However, detail planning for training of computer teachers and providing facilicles for computer education hasn't been adequately prepared yet, This will bring about confusion in computer education. The purpose of this study is to propose how to renovate the ordinary classroom into computer classroom. Followings are the suggestions for the educational specification for the renovated computer classroom for middle school in the urban area. 1) Purpose of computer classroom, 2) Size of computer classroom, 3) Curriculum design and class hour, 4) Facilities, 5) Environments, 6) Equipment and media(lighting and electric system, acoustical treatment, cooling/heating and ventilation system), 7) Activity area(Teacher workstation, Student workstation, Support area, Display surface). For the promotion of computer education, the legal, financial and administrative supports by concerned authorities should be established ahead of discussing the contents of computer education.
