The study aimed to assess the state of electronic security for the website of the Deanship of Library Affairs at Northern Border University, as one of the university's electronic portals, which provides distinguished knowledge services to faculty members, through the Saudi Digital Library, and the integrated automated system for libraries (Symphony) with the definition of cyber security of the university, and the most important threats The study sought to analyze the opinions of a wide sample of faculty members, towards evaluating the state of electronic security for the Deanship of Library Affairs portal, through the use of both the analytical method, as well as the survey, using the questionnaire tool, and the study sample consisted of 95 A faculty member of all academic categories and degrees, and university faculties, and the study concluded that it is necessary to work to overcome the relative slowness of the university's Internet, with the faculty members notifying the information security services through e-mail and SMS service, with the continuous updating of operating systems, Apply and use the latest anti-spyware, hacking, and antivirus software at the university, while conducting extensive research studies towards information security services, and contracting It aims to introduce information security risks, and ways to combat and overcome them, and spread the culture of information security among faculty members.

The article reviews the issue of formation of information culture of social work bachelors in the process of their professional training. The main internal / external factors that determine the need for the information culture formation of social workers-to-be have been identified. To determine the levels of information culture formed in bachelors of social work criteria and their indicators have been substantiated. The model of information culture formation in BSW has been developed and implemented in Ukrainian universities under the following pedagogic conditions: organized informational environment; interconnection between general and professionally-directed courses; curriculum includes course directed on IC formation. The model contained interconnected components: aim - to achieve higher level of information culture formed; specific principles; content, interactive methods and forms of organization of educational process, methods of control and correction; components of information culture. The implemented mastered learning procedure has contributed to the leveling up of information culture formed in social work bachelors.

The study aimed to realize one of the basic requirements for designing and building the integrated automated system for scientific research at Northern Border University, which includes the establishment of an automated interconnected system to manage all academic and financial operations of scientific research. From receiving the budget of the funded research courses, then the regular financial regulation of all the research team's rewards, the cost of publishing, translation and equipment, then receiving the research plans and linking them financially, preparing the total and detailed financial value for all stages, then financial disbursement operations, financial closure of research when published, and preparing financial reports The research team used the analytical approach to build the main and subsidiary requirements for designing the financial system, and the study concluded that all the elements required for the stages of financial management for scientific research at Northern Border University can be met based on sufficient by sequencing these processes and how they are sequenced as e It is designed in the research study.

최근 2015개정 교육과정의 적용으로 소프트웨어 교육이 학교 현장에서 이루어지고 있다. 소프트웨어 교육의 목적은 컴퓨팅 사고력 신장에 있으며, 이를 위해 언플러그드 활동, 교육용 프로그래밍언어, 피지컬 컴퓨팅 등의 방법을 활용하고 있다. 이 중 언플러그드 활동과 관련된 국내 73편, 해외 85편의 연구물들을 시맨틱 네트워크 분석 기법을 활용하여 비교 분석하였다. 주제어 분석 결과 해외에서는 1998년부터, 국내에서는 2006년부터 연구가 시작되었으나, 4차 산업 혁명의 이슈와 맞물려 전 세계적으로 컴퓨팅 사고력이 미래 사회를 위한 핵심역량으로 인식되면서 국내외 모두 2016년 이후 연구가 급증하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 국내 연구에서 소프트웨어 교육에서 활용되는 '언플러그드 활동', '로봇 활용', '교육용 프로그래밍 언어' 등의 수단적 요소에 관한 주제어가 많이 나타난 것으로 분석되었다. 언플러그드 활동이 컴퓨팅 사고력을 함양시키기 위한 방법으로 활용되어야할 것이며 이를 위해 컴퓨터 과학의 목적인 '컴퓨팅 사고력' 에 대한 고찰을 바탕으로 연구가 진행될 필요가 있다.

본 논문에서는 비전공자들을 위한 교양과정으로, 기초 인공신경망 과목 커리큘럼을 설계하기 위해, 지도학습 인공신경망 매개변수 최적화 방법과 활성화함수에 대한 기초 교육 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해, 프로그래밍 없이, 매개 변수 최적화 해를 스프레드시트로 찾는 방법을 적용하였다. 본 교육 방법을 통해, 인공신경망 동작 및 구현의 기초 원리 교육에 집중할 수 있다. 그리고, 스프레드시트의 시각화된 데이터를 통해 비전공자들의 관심과 교육 효과를 높일 수 있다. 제안한 내용은 인공뉴런과 Sigmoid, ReLU 활성화 함수, 지도학습데이터의 생성, 지도학습 인공신경망 구성과 매개변수 최적화, 스프레드시트를 이용한 지도학습 인공신경망 구현 및 성능 분석 그리고 교육 만족도 분석으로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서는 Sigmoid 뉴런 인공신경망과 ReLU 뉴런 인공신경망에 대해 음수허용 매개변수 최적화를 고려하여, 인공신경망 매개변수 최적화에 대한 네가지 성능분석결과를 교육하는 방법을 제안하고 교육 만족도 분석을 실시하였다.

본 논문에서는 비전공자들을 위한 교양과정으로, 기초 순환신경망 과목 커리큘럼을 설계하는데 필수적으로 요구되는 순환신경망 SW 실습 사례를 개발하였다. 개발된 SW 실습 사례는 순환신경망의 동작원리를 이해시키는 데 초점을 두고, 시각화된 전체 동작 과정을 확인할 수 있도록 스프레드시트를 사용하였다. 개발된 순환신경망 실습 사례는 지도학습 방식의 텍스트완성 훈련데이터 생성, 입력층, 은닉층, 상태층(컨텍스트 노드) 그리고 출력층을 차례대로 구현하고, 텍스트 데이터에 대해 순환신경망의 성능을 테스트하는 것으로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서 개발한 순환신경망 실습사례는 다양한 문자 수를 갖는 단어를 자동 완성한다. 제안한 순환신경망 실습사례를 활용하여, 한글 또는 영어 단어를 구성하는 최대 문자 수를 다양하게 확장하여 자동 완성하는 인공지능 SW 실습 사례를 만들 수 있다. 따라서, 본 순환신경망 기초 실습 사례의 활용도가 높다고 할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 비전공자들을 위한 교양과정으로, 기초 합성곱신경망 과목 커리큘럼을 설계하는데 필수적으로 요구되는 합성곱신경망 기초 실습 사례를 개발하였다. 개발된 실습 사례는 합성곱신경망의 동작원리를 이해시키는 데 초점을 두고, 시각화된 전체 과정을 확인할 수 있도록 스프레드시트를 사용하였다. 개발된 실습 사례는 지도학습 방식의 이미지 훈련데이터 생성, 입력층, 컨볼루션층(합성곱층), 풀링층 그리고 출력층을 차례대로 구현하고, 신규 데이터에 대해 합성곱신경망의 성능을 테스트하는 것으로 구성되었다. 본 논문에서 개발한 실습사례를 확장하여 인식하려는 이미지 개수를 확장하거나, 고화질의 이미지에 대한 압축률을 높이는 합성곱신경망을 만드는 기초 실습 사례를 만들 수 있다. 따라서, 본 합성곱신경망 기초 실습 사례의 활용도가 높다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this survey study is to guide the direction of the RN-BSN program in Korea by analyzing (1) the philosophy and objectives (2) curriculum (3) and appraisal method, achievement test and self-directed learning. In this study, subjects consisted of 20 department of nursing in University and 20 RN-BSN programs in Korea. The Survey was conducted from September 1999 through May 2000 by mail and FAX. 1) Educational philosophy and objectives of 5 RN-BSN programs have curricular based philosophy. Most popular philosophies were revealed that nursing is oriented role function, human relation, and integrated application. 9 RN-BSN programs have curricular based objectives. There are including of knowledge, applying the new technology, under-standing of human being family community, application of nursing process, leadership, nursing ethics, and participation in research. 2) In RN-BSN programs, total mean credits through general college courses for earning the degree of BSN is 21.5 and total mean credits through the nursing area for earning the degree of BSN is 71.4. In RN-BSN programs, total mean credits through clinical practice for earning the degree of BSN is 5.94. 25.00 of mean credits was earned through achievement test(6.00~37.00). Therefore, this research suggests some recommendation for the development of curriculum of RN-BSN program that was required to do some alterations. And the various and other methods of earning credit should be developed. That is, the students will earn credits, accredited examination of University, advanced placement examination, case study, self-report, self-directed learning and achievement tests, portfolio review session and so on. And the RN-BSN courses are delivered to many areas by teleconferencing system, computer network(EdNet or Internet etc), CD-ROM Title, VOD (video on demand) and other methods.

최근 문헌정보학의 관련 분야로 주목받고 있는 데이터과학은 오랫동안 문헌정보학에서 해오던 정보의 수집, 저장, 조직, 분석, 활용 등의 활동을 데이터에 적용하여 그 가치를 이해하려는 학문이며, 통계학과 컴퓨터공학 등 다른 학문분야와의 연계가 필요한 분야이다. 이러한 데이터과학 분야의 연구 영역을 파악하기 위하여 동시출현단어 분석을 사용하여 Web of Science 핵심컬렉션에 수록된 문헌들 중 데이터 과학 관련 자료들을 수집하고, 그 주제범주를 활용하여 네트워크분석을 실시하였다. 총 667건의 자료에 대한 159개의 주제범주를 기술분석하여 데이터과학 관련 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있는 학문분야를 조사하였고, 네트워크분석을 통해 데이터과학 분야 연구영역의 지적구조를 시각적으로 파악하였다. 분석결과, 데이터과학 분야의 연구들은 2개 영역 9개 군집으로 구분되었으며, 주제범주의 용어들 중 중심성이 높은 용어들을 통해 각 군집의 대표적인 주제들을 선정하였다. 연구의 결과는 데이터과학 분야의 연구들에 대한 지적구조를 파악하는데 도움이 될 수 있고, 문헌정보학과의 연계융합전공으로서의 데이터과학 교과과정 개발에 방향성을 제시할 수도 있을 것이다.

4차 산업혁명 시대를 당면하며 다양한 정보통신기술이 일상생활에 자리를 차지하고 있으나, 초, 중등 교육과정에서의 정보보안에 관련된 내용은 개인정보보호와 관련된 내용이 주를 이루며, 급변하는 보안위협에 대한 내용과 대응방안에 대해서는 교과서에서 다루고 있는 비중이 낮으며, 변화에 많이 뒤쳐져있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하기 위해 초등학교 실과 및 중학교 정보 교과서에 정보보안과 관련된 교육 콘텐츠 수록하고, 사물인터넷 시대, 비대면 수업 등으로 발생할 수 있는 급변하는 보안위협을 대응하기 위해 무선 네트워크, PC보안과 관련된 교육 콘텐츠를 수록하며, 사례 중심형 정보 윤리교육을 구성하여 해킹에 대한 호기심을 근절할 수 있도록 제안한다. 본 논문을 통해 정보화 시대에서 기본적인 보안 대책을 스스로 세우고 보안 인식을 강화하여 정보보안 사고를 예방하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.
