  • The purpose of this paper is to research the effect of a reflection journal on self motivated-learners' study. The learners were divided into experimental and control groups, we carried out the pre- and post- surveys, and compared the groups' academic achievements. As a result, their persistent learning, self-efficacy, learning attitude somewhat improved and their academic achievement as well.

  • This paper presents a navigation error compensation scheme for Strap-Down Inertial Navigation System(SDINS) using electro-optical sensor. The proposed scheme uses the position or the attitude information from the sensor. For each case, Kalman filter model is derived and implemented. To show the effectiveness of the present compensation scheme, computer simulations have been carried out resulting in the boundedness of position and attitude errors.

  • Previous studies on user training have largely focused on assessing models which describe the determinants of information technology usage or examined the effects of training on user satisfaction, productivity, performance, and so on. Scant research efforts have been made, however, to examine those effects of training by using theoretical models. This study presented a conceptual model to predict intention to use information technology and conducted an experiment to understand how training for computer skill acquisition affects primary variables of the model. The data were obtained from 32 student subjects of an experimental group and 31 students of a control group, and the information technology employed for this study was a university's electronic mail system. The study results revealed that attitude toward usage and perceived behavioral control helped to predict user intentions; outcome expectations were positively related to attitude toward usage; and self - efficacy and perceived behavioral control. The changes in those variables suggest more causal effects of user training than other survey studies.

  • In this study, we developed a Hedonic Model for Retargeting Advertising Based on Consumer-centerd IoT space for offering useful, interest, and interactive information to consumer. And most existing relative researches about Internet of Things but, this paper focusing on the Type of information, humor, and interactive and analyze the attitude and clicks intention to Retargeting Advertising Based on Consumer-centerd Internet of Things. According to the results, humor Advertising is positively related to attitude and click intention toward Internet of Things Advertising. But information Ad and interactive Ad affect positive to click intention. This is mean that click intention is more immediate reaction of consumers in the IoT space. Therefore Future research will be designed in a more interactive elements that can lead to positive reaction of consumers on the Internet of Things be more effective if you advertise advertising.

  • In this paper, we implemented a flight posture simulator that intuitively understands aircraft flight posture and visualizes the principle of motion. The proposed system operates the 6 - axis motion platform according to the change of the navigation information and transmits the flight attitude to the simulator using the gyro sensor. A gyro sensor and an acceleration sensor are used together to analyze the attitude of the aircraft. The reason is that the gyro sensor has a cumulative error in the integration process. And the accelerometer sensor was compensated by using the complementary filter because noise was serious due to short term vibration. Using the compensated sensor information, the motion platform is operated by calculating the angle to be transmitted to the 6-axis motor. And visualization result is implemented using OpenGL. The results of this study can be used as teaching materials for students related to aviation in the future.

  • Empirical studies of superior's ethical leadership on organizational effectiveness of organization member have been done in various fields. However, it is difficult to find the previous research on civil servant in public sector. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyse causal relationship of ethical leadership and organizational effectiveness and to suggest theoretical and political implication for enhancing the level of civil servant's organizational citizenship behavior. As the result of analysing the causal relationship of superior's ethical leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, the factor of organizational effectiveness as the public attitude, this study shows that normative behavior, communication, reinforcement, and right decision-making have significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these results, this study suggested theoretical and political implication and the limitations of study.
