Modern cities' paradigm is rapidly changing to evolve into multi-functional spaces including living space, culture, welfare and environment. Therefore, upon these changing needs, the cultural images and the quality control became major issues in this area. This thesis will examine cultural contents development, a successful case-study, and the analysis of complex space development plan. Thereby each development case in cultural contents area will be extracted and it will seek to find out how they could make a complex cultural space. Moreover, the role and boundary of each Project Management case and Project Manager will be analyzed. The analysis showcases the importance of comprehensive and systematic management system. As a result, along with the recognition of the strong ground for Project Management and Project Manager, comprehensive planand the most effective management system for various complex cultural space development plans would be PM application which is expected to be new alternatives to improve complex space development quality.

This paper studies changes in people's social security awareness during Lee Myung-Bak government, and based on the result, suggests future Park Geun-Hye government's social-security-related administration management plan. In specific, the changes in people's social security awareness in the period of 2008 ~ 2012 have been analyzed, and the result has been utilized to draw suggestions on the future social-security-related administration management plan The result is as the following: First, comprehensive social-security-related policy must be continuously pushed. In terms of the fact that social security is closely related to people's daily lives and life itself, every major component of social security cannot be overlooked. Therefore, comprehensive administration management and policies on each of those components are necessary. Second, social security policies must be reinforced enough for people to actually witness. In case of crime rate, 57.1% of people are pointing it as one of the main causes of social unrest; therefore, this national anxiety must be met with focusing awareness on the subject nation-widely and with thorough national defense preparedness. Third, mutual cooperation between social-security-related branches, and systematic management within the each branches are required. In order to systematically manage every aspect of social security, not only the big agencies - such as Ministry of Security and Public Administration, Ministry of National Defense, Prosecution Service, or National Police Agency -, but most of other parts of administration must cooperate as well. Fourth, consistency in social security policies is necessary. As Park Geun-Hye government's administrative slogans are, "secure and integrated society," "establishing a foundation for happy unification era," which are similar to that of previous administration, the administration should be consistent on its social-security-related politics, rather than differentiating themselves from the previous administration.

Many techniques have been applied to comprehensive regional planning through the processes of goal-building, research and analysis, plan-establishing, implementation-scheduling, and evaluation. Operations research(OR) is one of those techniques. OR has been developed in such fields of military operations, industrial engineering and business management during the last three decades in several developed western countries. It is a recent tendency for public administrators and researchers to be interested in OR for their scientific decision making. Therefore, we see that OR has not only a weak basis on, but a few practical applications to urban and regional planning. Such situation is worse in developing countries. This paper aims at investigating the possible basis and limitations or obstacles of OR application to public decision making, especially regional planning. A practical example of OR application to regional planning in Korea and its evaluation will be introduced.

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to implement the comprehensive linking system centered on identifiers in order to provide seamless academic information services to researchers. To achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with 17 researchers from five centers and one secretariat belonging to KISTI. The contents of the interview are about the establishment and management status of the identifier of the academic information service DB. As a result of the interview, it was found that the identification rate for identifiers such as KOI was high in the case of domestic articles DB, but the identification rate for global identifiers such as ORCID was low in the case of foreign articles DB except for DOI. To solve this problem, this study proposes the council for joint use of a comprehensive linking system to build the comprehensive linking system model centered on identifiers. The joint use council will be organized around domestic academic information distribution institutions, and the council is expected to discover and implement new services through ID linkage by collecting foreign identifiers.

The incidence of pediatric-onset inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is on the rise, accounting for up to 25% of IBD cases. Pediatric IBD often has extensive bowel involvement with aggressive and rapidly progressing behavior compared to adult IBD. Because IBD has a high morbidity rate and can have a lifelong impact, successful transition from pediatric to adult care is important to maintain the continuity of care. Furthermore, successful transition facilitates appropriate development and psychosocial well-being among patients, as well as comprehensive and harmonious healthcare delivery amongst stakeholders. However, there are various obstacles related to patients, family, providers, and organizations that interfere with successful transition. Successful transition requires a flexible and tailored plan that is made according to the patient's developmental abilities and situation. This plan should be established through periodic interviews with the patient and family and through close collaboration with other care providers. Through a stepwise approach to the transition process, patients' knowledge and self-management skills can be improved. After preparation for the transition is completed and the obstacles are overcome, patients can be gradually moved to adult care. Finally, successful transition can increase patients' adherence to therapy, maintain the appropriate health status, improve patients' self-management, and promote self-reliance among patients.

This study conducted an analysis of the regional status and characteristics of Uiwang City, library status, and other library vision analysis, major strategy SWOT analysis, civic discussions, library experts, and staff meetings to explore and present management strategies for the development of the Libraries in Uiwang City. The analysis results led to the establishment of the vision "Uiwang, which connects books and life, citizens who become happy in the library," and provided sufficient library infrastructure to citizens along with the core values of growth, togetherness, daily life, companionship, inclusiveness, and communication. The policy goals were set to provide customized knowledge information activities and support the realization of Uiwang City as a prestigious city. Expansion of library infrastructure, innovation to open the future, improvement of library service level, strengthening of cooperation with the local community, promotion of reading culture and promotion of 'Book Reading Uiwang', five Uiwang promotion strategies that continue the tradition of Hangeul, revision of library-related ordinances, library management Twenty-nine detailed tasks were presented, including system improvement and expansion of reading services for the information-underprivileged. In order to establish a comprehensive library development plan and ensure the effectiveness of its implementation, it was proposed that local governments disclose their library development plans and that city areas with a population of 500,000 or more and offices of education be required to establish comprehensive library development plans.

This study deducted institutional improvement factors for respond of heavy snowfall disaster and performed AHP analysis for choosing the priority. The result of Analysis, establishment of plan concerned heavy snowfall respond was represented most important factor(Importance : 0.461), this is meaningful establishment of plan is more important than facilities, sources, policies for building system of heavy snowfall respond. Establishment of plan concerned respond was represented most important element(Comprehensive Importance : 0.175) in plan for heavy snowfall respond, it is suggested that establishment of respond plan of heavy snowfall has to need for improving law and institution about heavy snowfall. The result of this study will be useful when the central or local government establish institutional improvement plan for respond of heavy snowfall disaster.

Information is a valuable asset regardless of the size of the enterprise and information security is an essential element for the survival and prosperity of the enterprise. However, in the case of large corporations, Security is ensured through rapid introduction of information security management system. but In the case of SMEs, security systems are not built or construction is delayed due to complex factors such as budget constraints, insufficient security guidelines, lack of security awareness. In this paper, we analyze the actual situation of information security management of SMEs through questionnaires, and We would like to suggest a comprehensive security plan for SMEs in free or inexpensive ways. We believe that by applying the method presented in this paper, SMEs will be able to implement the lowest cost basic information security and will benefit SMEs who plan to establish an information security plan.

This study proposes a new model of tourism destination management based on the tourism management program using information and communication technology provided by LBS. The personalized tourist information service can enhance the satisfaction of tourists. Sustainability can be expanded through management based on the capacity of the tourism destination. Increased satisfaction leads to more diverse tourism activities. Various tourism activities increase the consumption expenditure, which satisfies the local tourism destination management purpose. The tourism destination management plan of the central and local governments is a comprehensive system in which detailed policy support plans are formulated from the perspective of the three requirements for sustainability-economic, socio-cultural, and environmental-and concerned parties are connected and resources are supported through detailed processes in which the sources of disparities in accessibility are identified and the roles are delegated at the national, community, and regional levels.

Purpose: Suggests measures to improve the construction company's safety management system according to the enforcement of the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Method: The effectiveness of practice-oriented disaster prevention activities was analyzed through safety and health diagnosis of the level of safety and health management system for the countermeasures against the Severe Accident Punishment Act implemented at the construction site and headquarters. Result: The effect of reducing the accident rate and the advancement of the safety and health management system were analyzed by linking the Severe Accident Punishment Act with the safety and health management system, and a plan to improve the safety and health management system was presented through the analysis of the comprehensive results of safety activities before and after the implementation of the Severe Accident Punishment Act. Conclusion: The effect of practical performance measurement was manifested through the improvement of business owners' awareness, the expansion of investment for disaster prevention, and the quantification of disaster prevention activities according to the enforcement of the Severe Accident Punishment Act.
