환경의 문제는 전세계적으로 인류가 꼭 해결해야 할 문제로 급박하게 다가오고 있다. 특히 우리나라는 중국과의 지정학적인 위치로 인한 대기, 해양 오염의 직접적인 피해를 입고 있으며, 국내적으로도 공기, 물, 토양, 기상 등으로 인한 수많은 오염 가능성에 노출되어 있다. 이런 상황 속에서 국가 환경관련 관리 도메인/서비스(시스템) 간 연계성 단절로 인해 환경오염이나 재해 발생시 신속한 원인 규명 및 상황 대처 능력이 취약하고, 중복 투자 발생 등의 과제를 안고 있다. 스마트 환경재해 관리를 위한 서비스 플랫폼 개발은 국가 차원의 스마트 환경재해 관리 및 환경관련 계측 및 자동측정 데이터의 국가적인 표준 프로토콜 정의를 통하여 융복합적인 스마트 환경관리를 통해 환경재해를 조기에 감지하고, 신종 복합 환경재해를 예측할 수 있는 방안이 될 것이다.

Web technologies are gaining increased importance in automation and control systems. However, the choice of Web technologies depends on the use cases in the application environment. In industrial systems, the data can be got not only from many different field systems and devices but also from different OPC (OLE for Process Control) Servers. Current OPC Client might be able to read simple data from OPC Server, but there are some problems to get structured data and to exchange structured information between collaborating applications. Therefore, OPC Foundation has defined interfaces to OPC XML-DA (OPC XML Data Access) and OPC Complex Data that aim to solve those problems. The OPC XML-DA can facilitate the exchange of plant data across the internet, and upwards into the enterprise domain. In addition, the OPC Complex Data will extend the OPC DA specification to allow the OPC Client to read and decode any type of data from measurement and control systems on the plant floor. This paper will describe the concept of OPC XML-DA and OPC Complex Data. And then it proposes a mechanism to implement the OPC Complex Data into OPC XML-DA Server. Additionally, the paper also discusses the security aspects.

지능 로봇은 복잡하고 동적인 환경 내에서 상황의 변화에 적절히 적응하여 사용자에게 다양한 서비스를 제공하는 지능 시스템이다. 따라서 로봇은 행위를 수행하는 동안 지속적으로 상황의 변화를 감지하여 변화에 적절히 반응해야 하며 주어진 상황에 대해 최선의 행위를 결정하여 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 또한 때때로 임의의 행동을 결정하여 보다 지능적인 행위를 수행할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 지능 로봇의 복잡한 행위를 효과적으로 정의하고 구현하기 위해 Structured Circuit Semantics(SCS)에 기초를 둔 프로그래밍 언어(Structured Programming for Reactive Intelligent Tasks, SPRIT)와 SPRIT으로 작성된 프로그램을 다양한 로봇 환경에서 실행하고 검증하기 위한 작업 실행기(Task Executor)를 제시한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of physical and social servicescape of apartment community facilities on residential satisfaction and quality of life among newlyweds who have been married for less than 7 years. Methods: In this study, a survey was conducted among 361 Newlywed Hope Town residents who have been married for 7 years or less, and frequency analysis, reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS 22.0. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, the physical service environment (spatiality, convenience, aesthetics, and comfort) has a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Second, social service landscape (human service, customer similarity, customer suitability) has a significant effect on residential satisfaction. Third, the physical service landscape has a significant effect on quality of life. Fourth, the social service landscape had a significant impact on quality of life. Finally, residential satisfaction has a significant effect on quality of life. Conclusion: This study found that community facilities in Newlywed Hope Town, an apartment complex for newlyweds who have been married for less than seven years, affect residential satisfaction and quality of life in both the physical and social environments. The significance of the study is that the community of the Newlywed Hope Town apartment was approached as a physical environment such as spatial organization and facilities and a social environment of human services, and the relationship between the effects on residential satisfaction and quality of life was examined. In the future, it is necessary to study the effects of communities for young couples such as the Newlywed Hope Town apartment on residential satisfaction and quality of life.

본 연구는 종합검진센터의 물리적 환경이 의료서비스가치와 의료서비스만족도를 매개변수로 하여 전환장벽에 미치는 영향 연구를 통해 종합건강검진센터의 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 종합검진센터에서 건강검진을 받은 고객을 대상으로 총 324부의 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 가설검정 및 인과관계를 확인하기 위해 공분산구조분석을 하였다. 연구결과 물리적 환경이 의료서비스가치 및 의료서비스만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 의료서비스가치도 의료서비스만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 의료서비스가치는 전환장벽에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 의료서비스만족도는 전환장벽에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 연구의 시사점으로는 물리적 환경이 의료서비스가치 및 의료서비스만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 종합검진센터의 현대화를 통한 정확한 검진과 오진을 최소화할 수 있는 최신 의료장비를 갖추어야 한다. 또한 의료서비스가치가 전환장벽에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로, 의료서비스가치를 제고할 수 있는 방안을 구축해야 한다. 경쟁 업체보다 차별화된 검진항목과 비용우위를 통해 지속가능한 고객유지 및 신규고객 창출을 도모해야 한다. 종합검진서비스와 함께 의료커뮤니케이션의 강화, 의료복합문화공간과 같은 서비스가치 향상을 위해 노력함과 동시에 우수 인력배치 및 끊임없는 교육을 통해 고객 우선의 종합검진센터 조직문화를 구축해야 한다.

디지털TV의 데이터 방송 서비스는 기존 아날로그TV에 비해 다양한 양방향 서비스 - 게임, 주식거래, 날씨정보 등을 제공하여 다양한 시청 경험을 제공하지만 방송 시청 행태를 복잡하게 변화시켜 TV 조작에 어려움을 느끼는 시청자들을 생산하고 있다. 이 에, 시청자들의 TV 조작을 편리하게 지원하는 음성 인식, 동작 인식 등의 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있는데 아직 시청자들의 IT 서비스의 친숙도, 적응도 등의 개인적 요인을 고려한 EPG 사용성 향상 방법에 대해서는 연구가 진행되지 않고 있다. 본 논문은 방송 네트워크가 시청자들의 개인적 요인을 기반으로 EPG 형상들을 설계하는 방법을 제안하고 이 방법을 지원하는 방안으로 시청자가 원하는 EPG 형상을 선택하면 수신 단말기에 탑재된 EPG가 그 EPG 형상을 동적으로 실현하는 환경을 제안한다.

본 연구는 시설원예단지의 경관개선점을 찾아보고 친환경적 조성방법과 생태계 서비스 기능이 최소화로 저감될 수 있는 방안제시를 목표로 했다. 연구결과 대부분의 평가요소에서 네덜란드, 일본 경관은 긍정적인 결과였으나 우리나라 경관은 다소 부정적으로 분석되어 비닐하우스는 일본을 유리온실은 네덜란드 경관으로 개선방향을 설정 할 것을 제안하였다. 따라서 미래세대에 지속가능한 농업경관을 제공하기 위한 방안으로 생태계서비스 기능 중 경관창출을 고려한 친환경 온실단지 조성을 제안을 제안하였으며, 앞으로 추진될 대규모 간척지 개발 사업에도 본 연구가 활용되길 기대하였다.

보행자도로의 서비스수준은 보행교통류율, 보행속도, 보행밀도의 보행특성으로 정의되고 있으며, 우리나라에서는 "도로용량편람"에서 이를 제시하고 있다. 그러나, 도로용량편람에서 제시한 서비스수준은 첨두시 출퇴근통행자를 대상으로 분석한 자료를 기반으로 하고 있어, 다양한 통행목적과 보다 쾌적한 보행환경을 고려한 서비스수준의 재정립이 요구되며, 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 시간대별 보행자의 특성을 조사 및 분석하고, 이를 통계적으로 검증하여 보행자도로의 평가기준을 제시하고자 한다. 보행자의 통행목적이 다양한 복합환승센터 인근도로를 대상으로 첨두시 및 비첨두시의 시간대별 보행속도 및 교통류율을 조사하고, 그룹간 통행특성이 다름을 통계적으로 검증하도록 한다. 이를 기반으로 보행밀도를 추정하는 모 형식을 구축하여 서비스수준 E에 해당하는 용량(67.3인/분/m)을 산출하였고, 기존 방법론에 따라 HCM의 서비스수준 단계별 범위를 적용하여 보행자도로의 서비스수준을 수립하며, 향후 보행자도로의 설계기준으로 활용할 수 있도록 제시하고자 한다.

모바일 디바이스의 기능이 강화되며 이의 사용이 빈번해 지면서 다른 서버 기반 어플리케이션과 더욱 복잡한 상호 작용의 필요성이 요구된다. 그리고 모바일 환경은 이동성에 의하여 웹 서버와 클라이언트인 모바일 디바이스 사이에 순간 단절의 문제가 발생하여 웹 서비스 지속성에 문제를 발생하고, 기존의 인증된 보안에도 영향을 미쳐 재 인증의 문제를 야기한다. 따라서 본 논문은 HTTP 기반 웹 서비스와 모바일 디바이스의 상호 연결성 확보와 보안성을 유지하며 지속적인 웹서비스를 위하여 모바일 웹 서비스의 표준 프로토콜 기반의 모바일 환경에서 WAP을 사용하는 모바일 디바이스의 웹 서비스 접근을 위한 프레임워크를 구현한다. 본 논문은 HTTP와 WAP의 접근을 기초를 둔 비교된 성능 지연, 데이터 전송 볼륨에 대하여 같은 기준의 조건에서 분석된다. 또한 상호 작용 프로세스가 가져오는 실행 오버헤드 증가를 조사한다.

The natural environment of the modern society does not simply reflect damage, but is a complex and grave reality that threatens the Earth. To solve this problem, various aspects related to the natural environment have been explored around the world, and a number of studies are ongoing to balance the development and preservation of the natural environment in Korea. However, no clear category exists for the natural environment and the related terms are ambiguous, rendering the overall evaluation system is in efficient. Therefore, the present study attempted to set the scope of application of a comprehensive evaluation system based on terms similar to the natural environment, concepts of the natural environment viewed from a value-based perspective and a capacitive perspective. In addition, by examining the concept of ecosystem services, a conceptual model for efficient application of the evaluation system of the natural environment through the association between categories of the natural environment is presented to derive implications for practical operation in the future.
