Attention has been focused recently on the concept of shared cognition which encompasses the notion that effective team members hold knowledge that is overlapping and complementary with teammates. This shared cognition is expected to improve team effectiveness. In contrast to the continued efforts in developing theoretical approach of shared cognition, empirical studies are meager. Thus, we conducted an empirical study to investigate the role of shared cognition on team effectiveness. This study classifies shared cognition into two types, team mental model and transactive memory system, by shared meaning. A total of 121 new product development teams in the IT industry were surveyed for the data collection. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows: first, team mental model has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect. And the relation with team mental model and team performance is moderated by the similarity of knowledge structure among the expert. Second, transactive memory system has a positive influence on team performance, team innovative behavior and team learning effect.

본 논문은 사업체 패널자료를 이용하여 간접고용의 고용성과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 파견근로와 사내하청/용역근로와 같은 간접고용의 활용은 고용성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 특히 간접고용 중 사내하청/용역의 활용은 정규직 창출률과 직접고용 순고용증가율과 통계적으로 유의한 부(-)의 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증 결과는 간접고용과 직접고용의 활용 간에 대체효과가 존재한다는 주장을 지지하는 것이다.

IGZO thin films were prepared on n-type Si substrates to research the interface characteristics between IGZO and substrate. After the annealing processes, the depletion layer was formed at the interface to make a Schottky contact owing to the electron-hall fair recombination. The carrier density was decreased by the effect of depletion layer and the hall mobility decreased during the deposition processes. But the annealing effect of depletion layer increased the hall mobility because of the increment of potential barrier and the extension of depletion layer. It was confirmed that it is useful to observe the depletion effect and Schottky contact's properties by complementary using the Hall measurement and I-V measurement.

기업가정신이론을 비롯하여 많은 혁신이론들이 경영자의 혁신능력을 혁신의 출발로 보고 있다. 본 연구는 경영자의 혁신DNA라는 역설적 은유를 통해 혁신에 미치는 영향과 환경의 적합성 관계를 규명함으로써 학습과 노력에 의해 후천적으로 혁신역량을 높일 수 있는 구체적인 방향을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해서 대구경북 110개 제조기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석 결과 혁신DNA는 혁신에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 특히 발견DNA는 실행DNA보다 제품전략에 더 강하게 작용하는 반면에, 실행DNA는 공정혁신에 더 강하게 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신DNA와 환경의 적합성에 따른 혁신의 영향의 경우, 발견DNA와 기술격변성은 상호적합성을, 시장격변성은 보완적합성을 통해 제품혁신을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 실행DNA와 시장격변성의 상호적합성을 통해 공정혁신을 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다.

Objective: Rhus verniciflua Stokes (RVS) has anticancer effect confirmed by preclinical studies and historical records. We thus tried to evaluate retrospectively the effect of RVS as a complementary medicine for patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) showing refractory to conventional chemotherapy. Patients and Methods: From June 1, 2006 to June 30, 2007, patients with advanced NSCLC who received both the standardized RVS extract and a standard course of second or more line therapy such as pemetrexed ($Alimta^{(R)}$), erlotinib ($Tarceva^{(R)}$), and gefitinib ($Iressa^{(R)}$) were checked. A total of 13 patients were eligible for the final analysis after fulfilling inclusion/exclusion criteria. Time to progression (TTP) of these patients treated with the standardized RVS extract was checked in the aftercare period. Results: Patients received RVS treatment for a median period of 296 (range 84-698) days. The median TTP was 220.5 (range 36-489) days, and three patients (23.1%) had TTP values of 15 more months. No significant side effects from RVS treatment have been observed. Conclusion: The standardized RVS extract might have synergetic effects by assisting apoptosis in advanced NSCLC with concurrent standard therapy agents, since it prolonged TTP without significant adverse effects. This study suggests that the standardized RVS extract is beneficial to patients with chemotherapy-refractory NSCLC. Further clinical trials and preclinical studies are necessary to determine the efficacy and safety of the standardized RVS extract in NSCLC.

Objective: This study is designed to compare the effects of Sulguanjul-Bang No.1 on osteoarthritis in knee joint according to formulation. Methods: 47 patients with symptomatic osteoarthritis of the knee joint were enrolled in a open clinical trial. The 47 patients were devided into two groups at random and taken Sulguanjul-bang No.1 with decoction type, suspension type respectively for8 weeks. After 8-week treatment period, the following parameters were analyzed ; Visual analogue Scale(VAS), Lysholm index score, patients' global assessment. Results: Sulguanjul-bang No.1 treatment led to significant improvement in the pain and symptoms of osteoarthritis as determined by all efficacy measures. After 8 weeks of therapy, there was significant improvement in VAS, Lysholm index and patients' global assessment. But there is no significant difference between two groups. Conclusions: Sulguanjul-bang No.1 was very beneficial pain relief effect and functional improvement irrespect of formulation, decoction type or suspension type.

본 연구는 OECD 14개 회원국을 대상으로 복지체제와 생산체제의 조정전략과 이들 사이의 제도적 상보성이 소득 불평등에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 분석에 포함된 기간은 1980년에서 1997년이며, 분석방법은 벡과 카츠(Beck and Katz, 1995)가 제안한 PCSE(Panel Corrected Standard Errors) 방법이 사용되었다. 제도적 상보성은 분배조정과 생산조정 변수의 상호작용 항으로 분석된다. 본 연구의 결과 제도적 상보성 수준이 높을 경우가 그렇지 않을 경우보다 소득불평등 수준을 낮추는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 조정전략의 관점에서 볼 때, 분배조정 영역과 생산조정 영역이 모두 전략적 조정을 지향하도록 제도가 구성될 때 소득 불평등 정도를 더 낮추는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 복지체제 영역에서 전략적 조정을 지향하는 정책 변화는 생산체제 영역에서 전략적 조정을 증가시키는 정책 변화가 같이 진행될 때 소득 불평등 수준을 더 낮출 수 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

Measurement of deflections of certain bridges is usually hampered by corruption of the GPS signal by multipath associated with passing vehicles, resulting to unrealistically large apparent displacements. Field data from the Gorgopotamos train bridge in Greece and systematic experiments revealed that such bias is due to superimposition of two major effects, (i) changes in the geometry of satellites because of partial masking of certain satellites by the passing vehicles (this effect can be faced with solutions excluding satellites that get temporarily blocked by passing vehicles) and (ii) dynamic multipath caused from reflection of satellite signals on the passing trains, a high frequency multipath effect, different from the static multipath. Dynamic multipath seems to have rather irregular amplitude, depending on the geometry of measured satellites, but a typical pattern, mainly consisting of a baseline offset, wide base peaks correlating with the sequence of main reflective surfaces of the vehicles passing next to the antenna. In cases of limited corruption of GPS signal by dynamic multipath, corresponding to scale distortion of the short-period component of the GPS waveforms, we propose an algorithm which permits to reconstruct the waveform of bridge deflections using a weak fusion of GPS and RTS data, based on the complementary characteristics of the two instruments. By application of the proposed algorithm we managed to extract semi-static and dynamic displacements and oscillation frequencies of a historical railway bridge under train loading by using noisy GPS and RTS recordings. The combination of GPS and RTS is possible because these two sensors can be fully collocated and have complementary characteristics, with RTS and GPS focusing on the long- and short-period characteristics of the displacement, respectively.

Rooftop greening is the alternative of urban heat island. The purpose of this study is selecting Sedum to the effect of temperature reduction of the rooftop greening. Since the state of growth is excellent, Sedum kamtschaticum, Sedum takesimense and Sedum middendorffianum surveyed as coverage. It was investigated that there is the effect of reducing the temperature. The effect of temperature reduction of Sedum counted compound was found to be associated with state of growth. When you construct a rooftop greening, planting Sedum kamtschaticum, Sedum takesimense and Sedum middendorffianum is helpful to the effect of temperature reduction. Also, the ingredients various types of Sedum in order to reduce the effective temperature, it must be densified. It must demonstrate an additional effect of temperature reduction of Sedum through complementary and continuous monitoring of the future temperature monitoring method.

In order to evaluate the effect of fish oil on lipid drogenase(G6PDH), malic enzyme(ME), glucose-6-phosphatase(G6Pase) activities were measured in liver and adipose tissue of rats fed 13 days supplemented fish oil at the level of 10% (W/W). Two other groups of rats were fed 10% soybean oil or lard to compare with the effect of fish oil. In all groups, activities of hepatic G6PDH and ME were depressed from the beginning of feeding. This effect was greatest (50%) in fish oil group. Hepatic G6Pase was highest in rats fed lard. When the level of fish oil was reduced to half, as total fat content was maintained at the level of 10% by complementary lard, lipogenic enzyme depressing effect of fish oil was as significant as shown in 10% fish oil diet. Hepatic G6PDH was depressed significantly(14%) in rats fed fish oil as low as 2％. On the other hand, changes in adipose tissue G6PDH and ME activities were small. Adipose tissue G6Page activity increased slightly in rats fed with increasing fish oil(above 0.5%). It is suggested that fish oil alter, more markedly than either soybean oil or lard, cellular lipid metabolism by reducing activities of hepatic lipogenic enzymes.
