In this paper, we would be searching for the complemental aspects in industrial relations of Korea compared with that of Japan. It is very reasonable that historical, geographical, and especially gene analysis data are almost identical, considering that the general evaluations to the motive of Japan's industry are $\ulcorner$the modernization of the tradition$\lrcorner$. Although it is reported Korea accomplished the high economic growth rate, the economic growth rate(efficiency) could not be continued. This reason looks like that Korean proper(eigen) traits(:Gene-ware) have been oppressed and concealed by social climate such as jealousy, stratagem and hatred, we can find one of this facts in the criminal and complaint numbers as social trust measurement. There are many cases that Korean industry was distorted by the superiority/inferiority relations, for examples, the loss of the native(eigen or proper) resources, a distorted introduction of the production method and the unfolding of the industry which be not related to the characteristics of region. In this reasons, Korean industry could not play the role of Human-ware function which activates Gene-ware or, Gene-Nascence. In this Human-ware aspects, Japanese characteristics, such as $\ulcorner$Getting the basic right$\lrcorner$ and $\ulcorner$Tendency to the origin$\lrcorner$, are to be useful in the Nascence of Gene-ware in Korean industry.

A 5-year-old male Shih-Tzu dog was referred with the primary complaint of scrotal swelling after surgery of urethrotomy 1 week ago. A diagnosis of the patient was made based on history taking, physical examination, laboratory examination, radiography, and ultrasonography. In the blood analysis, increase of leukocyte was seen. And there were enlarged and heterogeneous parenchyma of right testis in ultrasonic evaluation. The case was diagnosed as periorchiepididymitis and followed by treatment with bilateral orchiectomy and postoperative antibacterial agents. And conditions of patient were good.

This research investigated consumer's usage of, evaluation on and satisfaction of the Auction Site, with a view to analyze the key factors influencing a commission paid Auction Site. The findings of results from the analysis are summarized as follows. First of all, the consumer group at the age equal to and less than 20 years old showed the highest purchasing frequency, and the consumer group with a household income less than 2,500,000 won showed the highest number of hours on the site. Secondly, the evaluation index showed that consumers think highly of the complaint resolution process, and, especially, the aged consumer group respected the Auction Site's level of confidentiality of transaction and privacy. Thirdly, among consumers' satisfaction, subdivided by types, price satisfaction was the highest followed by quality satisfaction, settlement satisfaction, delivery satisfaction, information satisfaction and AS satisfaction, in that order. Fourthly, in the event consumers used the commission paid Auction Site, the number of times it has been used, evaluations related to information provision and evaluations on confidentiality of transactions and privacy are influential parameters.

Management Information System(MIS) User satisfaction, which was introduced at the earlier 1990's, has become a core way of strategic method. But domestic companies have little experience toward this concept and the methodological knowledge was not cumulated yet. So the definition of User satisfaction, as well as the validity and objectivity toward the estimation, is being under discussion In this report we will contain the contents as follows, 1) investigate limitations of exposed theories about Methodology, 2) look into the situations and handicaps of User satisfaction estimation which is being used in practical domains on company, 3) search for the better way in application through comparative analysis between case study of customer satisfaction structure by structural equation model and by ordinary estimation model. We have conclusions through model that Index values like GFI AGFL RMR are accepted as within limited range for estimating validity of used model. so we can expect to use the results for deduce accurate User satisfaction index. Therefore satisfied Users became lesser at complaint behavior instead higher at repurchase likelihood, while unsatisfied Users became lower. Results as above are accordance with the previous studies, and that proves ACSI model to be applied toward local MIS Users' case. Even though the scopes of this research are restricted in domestic market of MIS Users, ACSI model itself has developed with the purpose for compatibility toward inter-company and inter-industry. So this model can be applied beneficially in the future study to analyse the extent that latent variables affect to User satisfaction.

Purpose: This report intend to provide basic materials of Musculoskeletal diseases prevention program development and preventive measures establishing by surveying Musculoskeletal symptoms. Musculoskeletal disease and Musculoskeletal disease prevention act about dental technician in Daegu. Methods: From October. 2012 to November. 2012 by conducting self - survey using questionnaire and use unit490 final analysis data. Results: In dental Technicians, as the musculoskeletal symptoms back or waist pain rate appear such as 28.2% and as the musculoskeletal disorders, the shoulder region pain complaint rate appear highly such as 87.4%. Musculoskeletal disease prevention act was highly appeared man more than women, the married than the unmarried, over 10 years dental experience, fewer working hours per day, the average monthly income is greater regular medical check-up dental technician than technician who do not. As working environment, In case working in laboratory whch dust is well ventilated and with a barrier, Musculoskeletal disease prevention act rate was highly appeared more than another technician who do not. Conclusion: We must prepare an effective preventive measures. To development Musculoskeletal disease prevention program suitable for dental technic working and make obliged to practice.

The purpose of this study is to identify the types of consumer problems involving the use of online game services in Korea. This study analyzed the consumer damage cases by age and type that were reported to the Korea Consumer Protection Board (KCPB). The results of this study are as follows: The online game complaints varied by age. In the case of children, most complaints involved phone charging online game fees without parents' consent. There were similarities in the victimization of teens and children according to reason for complaint, handling result and type of damage. However, based on method of charging, mobile phone and credit card payments were causes in the case of teen victimization. Meanwhile, complaints among adults showed more complexity than the previous two groups such as cases relating to online game companies illegally seizing game items and game accounts, and charging fees for unused services caused by identity theft. By type of charging method, most complaints involved phone and mobile phone payments. According to the analysis result of online game victims, the monetary damage of consumers did not differ among socio-demographic variables such as age, residence, gender and occupation but there was difference in the method of charging. In the handling period, differences could be seen by age, year, gender and type of damage.

The purpose of this article was to determine how the current auto mechanic's coverall restricts movements, to develop prototype coverall, and finally, to improve working efficiency. To investigate the problem and complaint of current coveralls, 35 mechanics were interviewed. Video captured method was used to analyze the representative movement. Based on the previous investigation, the prototype coverall was developed. Pleats and band were inserted on each side of the back, under the armhole, and the back waist area for flexibility. To analyze the mobility of current and prototype coveralls objectively, range-of-motion of selected movements was measured by Leighton flexometer and goniometer. Also, wearer acceptability scale was tested to investigate subjective preference of current and prototype coveralls. As subjects, 10 auto mechanics were participated. Order of testing was randomized. ANOBA and LSD were used for statistical analysis. As a results, prototype coverall was significantly different from current coverall at all test movements. Also, prototype coverall was significantly different from current coverall at 13 scales among 23 subjective scales. The results identified that prototype coverall design improved auto mechanic's body movement and subjective acceptability.

Objectives: This study was to investigate clinical usage of Guibi-tang based on actual application in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods: This study investigated the number of patients who were prescribed Guibi-tang-gami-bang and what herbal medicines were adjusted according to their chief complaint from January 1st, 2007 to August 31th, 2008. Results: The number of patients who were prescribed Guibi-tang for obstetrics and gynecological diseases at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology was 721. Guibi-tang has been used to treat menstrual irregularity, postpartum general weakness, postpartum pantalgia, perimenopausal symptoms and postmenopausal syndrome most frequently. And Guibi-tang has been widely used in obstetric and gynecologic diseases such as general weakness after abortion or gynecological surgery, pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, uterine myoma, endometriosis, infertility, premenstrual syndrome, urinary incontinence and breast disease. Conclusions: Guibi-tang can be used in obstetric and gynecologic diseases as described in classical oriental medicine literatures, and it is necessary to research clinical usage of Guibi-tang through randomized controlled trial.

In order to analyze possible effects of senior hospital selection factors and service satisfaction on senior hospital patients' revisit of senior hospital, this study surveyed guardians of total 204 patients hospitalized in major 4 senior hospitals in Busan. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions: First, it was found that guardians considered appropriateness of medical treatment cost as the biggest factor of choice, which was followed by kindness of doctor and hospital employees, locational accessibility (traffic convenience), and doctor's medical capacity. Second, the factor analysis about patients' satisfaction showed that the influential factors consisted of satisfaction at medical staffs, satisfaction at nursing and care, and satisfaction at facilities. Third, there was not significant difference in the overall impression of hospital and the intention of revisit depending upon sociological variables. Fourth, satisfaction at nursing and care and satisfaction at facilities had significant effects on better satisfaction at overall impression of hospital, and it was noted that the shorter admission period and the less complaint led to the higher intention of revisit. Therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction at medical staffs, nursing and care, and facilities rather than patients' own sociological characteristics.
