Life cycle Health Promotion Programs using Traditional Korean Medicine (HaPPs-TKM) and Activation Plan

  • Background : The Life cycle Health Promotion Programs using Traditional Korean Medicine (the Life cycle HaPPs-TKM) are the on-going 3rd stage projects that have centered on the development and dissemination of the standard life cycle HaPPs-TKM in the local community. The purpose of the study was to introduce the development background of the standard life cycle HaPPs-TKM and to suggest its activation plan. Methods : Academic and government research reports on the life cycle HaPPs-TKM were analyzed to introduce the development process, development backgrounds and the details of KM-HPP for each life cycle, such as infants and toddlers, adolescents, pregnant women, adults and the elderly. Results : We reviewed the development process of the standard life cycle HaPP-TKM consisted of a series of diagnosis on community members' health problems, establishment of project purpose, research on the involvement of KM intervention in a project, and final development of the project model. And we rediscovered that in the development backgrounds of KM-HPP, there were beneficial goals to manage and promote public health conditions for each life cycle. Conclusion : To activate life cycle HaPPs-TKM, we would recommend that activation plan should include six factors through systematic analysis of research reports. These factors consist of diversified goals for each life-cycle, competency reinforcement of local project manager, diversified Korean Medicinal modalities to enhance Sasang Constitution and Qigong, development of standard Outcome Index, periodical holding of performance contest, and improved guidance of government and associated entities through whole process of HaPP-TKM.

과학 영재 핵심 역량 기반의 과학영재교육원 교육 내용 분석 (Analysis of the Curriculum for the Science Gifted Education Center Based on the Core Competency of Gifted Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 과학 영재 핵심 역량을 바탕으로 대학부설 과학영재교육원 교육과정을 분석하고, 이를 통해 영재원 교육의 개선 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 과학교육 및 영재교육 전문가의 설문을 통해 다음과 같은 12개의 핵심역량을 선정하였다. 선정된 핵심 역량은 기초 및 전문지식, 창의력, 과학적 사고력, 탐구능력, 문제해결능력, 융합능력 등의 인지적 역량군과 과제 집착력, 자기주도 학습능력, 동기강화 및 도전, 의사소통능력, 협업능력, 리더십 등의 비인지적 역량군이었다. 과학 영재 핵심 역량을 기반으로 한 영재원 교육과정의 분석 결과, 인지적 역량군, 비인지적 역량군의 여러 역량들이 교육과정에 모두 반영되어 있었다. 그러나 몇 개의 역량들은 프로그램이 진행되는 과정에 잠재적으로 포함되어 있는 수준이었다. 본 연구에서는 역량별로 영재원 교육 사례를 제시하였고, 영재원 교육의 발전을 위한 의견을 추가로 제시하였다.

공무원 대상 모의법정을 통한 갈등관리 상황학습 경험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Experience of Conflict Management Situation Learning Through Mock Court for Civil Servants)

  • 교육훈련은 전인적 차원에서의 교육과는 달리, 한정된 특정 영역에서의 지식, 기술 습득을 통해 개인차원에서의 지식·기술 등 업무역량의 잠재력 뿐만 아니라, 조직적 차원에서의 직무성과에 영향을 미친다. 수원시 시민배심법정 모의상황학습에 참여한 공무원 교육훈련 프로그램에 대한 효과성 검증은 CIPP모형을 활용하여 분석하였다. 학습참여자는 교육프로그램에서 어떤 해결책을 도출하는 결과보다는 과정(process)에 대한 중요도를 높게 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 사전·사후평가를 비교·분석한 결과, 모의법정 실습을 통한 교육효과 및 향후 업무활용도에 도움정도가 교육 전에 비해 높게 나타나 그 효과가 입증되었다. 학습기획자 평가 결과와 더불어 학습프로그램에 대한 함의점으로, 다양한 학습자 상호간의 학습 상호작용을 위한 성별, 근무기간 등을 고려한 참여자 구성이 필요하며, 다양한 지역문제와 갈등상황에 대한 정보습득 교육 및 숙의학습 병행이 필요하다. 또한 학습의 실효성을 위한 현안사업과 관련된 맞춤형 갈등관리 교육을 통해 보완할 수 있다.

국내 상급종합병원 신규간호사의 실무적응지원 프로그램 개발 (Development of Korean Nurse Residency Program for Tertiary Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a Korean Nurse Residency Program (KNRP) in order to facilitate new nurses' transition to clinical practice working at tertiary hospitals in Korea. Methods: The KNRP was developed through a literature review, investigation of NRP cases in United States, two rounds of expert consultation, and appropriateness survey. For appropriateness survey of the program, a questionnaire with 118 items and 14 subcategories including overview and operation of KNRP, education programs, staffing criteria for new nurses' education, preceptor supporting strategies, evaluation standards for new nurse's education, infrastructure, and KNRP benefits was used. Data were collected from 369 nurses including nurse educators, nurse managers, preceptors, and new nurses working at 43 tertiary hospitals in Korea from February 16, 2021 to March 22, 2021. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. Results: Appropriateness score of KNRP was 3.42±0.31 (out of 4) and those of 14 subcategories ranged from 3.18±0.47 to 3.58±0.46. The final version of the KNRP postulated is a one-year program, which is composed of off-job training and on-site training including preceptorship over 3 months, and competency reinforcement and adaptation supporting programs. Conclusion: The application of the one-year KNRP will facilitate new graduate nurses' transition to clinical practice. In order for effective application of the KNRP, cooperative efforts of the government, professional associations, and hospitals are needed.

강원도 도시재생사업계획 수립을 위한 정책 과제 진단 (Diagnosis of the Policy Tasks for the Execution of an Urban Regeneration Project Plan in Gangwon-do)

  • This study aims to establish the measures required for strengthening the internal stability of and executing the systematic plan for Gangwon-do in relation to the "urban regeneration preliminary project" launched by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport. The results of this study are as follows. The unit project carried out via the Gangwon-do urban regeneration preliminary project presented the tendency for the standardization of the H/W and S/W projects such as the establishment of the community anchor space and the resident competency reinforcement project. Further, rather than focusing on the contents that could objectively measure the effects of the project, it concentrated more on the performance indicators that are required for verifying the execution of unit projects like the establishment of buildings and operating programs. It was found to be insufficient with regard to the practicality of the project, the correlation with the New Deal Project, and the validity of the project contents. To improve these aspects, Gangwon-do would be required to highlight its distinguishability from the other regions and increase its practicality by operating the field-centered urban regeneration educational program, inducing the participation of experts in each of the areas in case there is a need to execute a project plan and discover a project with placeness. It also needs to focus on strengthening its connection with the urban regeneration new deal project by discovering the resident leaders and professional manpower, and establishing the performance indicators needed for systematically monitoring the regional changes in accordance to the urban regeneration preliminary project.

A Demand Survey on the Priority of Agricultural College Students' Core Competencies Required by Agricultural Companies: A case study on G University

  • Background and objective: As the agricultural industry becomes a more convergent industry, it is believed that the demand for human resources by companies will change. Therefore, a survey was conducted to investigate the human resources required by agriculture companies. Methods: In the survey on 77 agriculture companies, 98.7% of respondents answered that new employees with a college degree needed additional training to adapt to practical affairs. Results: The first priority of education was "community spirit" (22.1%) and the second priority was "convergence capability" (15.6%). The most important educational goal desired by agricultural companies was "cultivating human resources with community spirit and ethical judgment", followed by "cultivating human resources with serious communication and problem-solving skills", and "cultivating human resources with scientific thinking and unique creative imagination." Sub-competencies that companies want agricultural colleges to strengthen were "community spirit" 4.32(SD=0.96), "desirable values" 4.30 (SD = 1.05), "sympathy" 4.28 (SD = 0.95), "convergence capability" 4.16 (SD = 0.88), "creativity" 4.11 (SD = 0.83), "civic spirit" 4.10 (SD = 0.91), and "rational/critical thinking" 3.94 (SD = 1.04). There was a significant difference in sub-competencies that require reinforcement depending on the number of full-time employees. "Creativity" was most necessary in companies with less than 3 employees (4.39), and 4~7 employees (4.33), and "aesthetics"" in companies with less than 3 employees (3.94), and 4-7 employees (3.61) "Civic spirit" was most necessary in companies with 31 employees or more (4.33). Conclusion: The most important educational goal desired by companies was "cultivating human resources with community spirit and ethical judgment".

대학 정보공시 데이터베이스(DB)를 활용한 자율개선대학선정 예측에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Analysis Model for Self Powered University Selection using University Information DB)

  • Due to the decrease in the school-age population and government regulations, universities have made great efforts to secure their own competitiveness. In particular, the selection of universities with financial support based on the recent evaluation of the Ministry of Education has become a major concern enough to affect the existence of the university itself. This paper extracts three-year data from 124 major private universities nationwide, and quantitatively analyzes the variables of major universities selected as self-improvement universities, competency reinforcement universities, and universities with limited financial support. As a result of estimating the selection of self-powered universities using the ordered logit model by hierarchically inputting 12 variables, student competitiveness in the metropolitan area (1.318**), Educational Restitution Rate (4.078***), University operation expenditure index rate (1.088***) values were found. Significant positive coefficient values were found in the admission enrollment rate (45.98***) and the enrollment rate (13.25***). As a result of analyzing the marginal effects, the increase in the rate of reduction of education costs has always been positive in the selection of self-powered universities, but it was observed that the rate of increase decreases in areas of increase of 150% or more. On the contrary, the probability of becoming a Em-powered university was negative in all sectors, but on the contrary, it was analyzed that marginal effects increased at the same time point. On the other hand, the employment rate of graduates was not able to find direct significance with the result of the selection of Self powered universities. Through this paper, it is expected that each university will analyze the possibility and shortcomings of the selection of Self powered universities in policy making, and in particular, the risk of dropout of selection for the vulnerable field can be predicted using marginal effects. It can be used as major research data for both university evaluators, university officials and students.

전문가 설문조사에 근거한 소규모 사업장 안전보건 기술지원사업 내실화 방안 (Reinforcement Plan of safety and health technical support project for small-sized businesses by experts' survey)

  • 최근 정부는 산업재해, 사망만인율 절반감축을 목표로 산업안전보건법 전부개정, 중대재해처벌법 등의 시행을 통해 산업안전의 패러다임을 전환하려는 노력을 하고 있다. 특히 50인미만 또는 1억원 미만의 소규모 사업장은 안전보건관리 역량부족, 사업주의 의지부족 등으로 안전보건관리체계 구축에 어려움이 있으며 결과적으로 산업재해의 많은 부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정부의 정책 중의 하나인 소규모 사업장 안전보건기술지원사업의 전반적인 사업부분에 대하여 전문가 설문조사를 통해 문제점을 파악하고 개선대책을 제시하고자 하였다.

영유아 부모교육 프로그램 연구의 2001-2020년간의 국내 연구 동향 (Research Trends of Young Children's Parent Education Programs Children in South Korea from 2001 to 2020)

  • Objective: The purpose of the current research is to collect basic data to diagnose the current status and to foresee the future research trends of young children's parent education programs published in South Korea from 2001 to 2020. Methods: Data collection was made out of RISS of Korea. Excel 2016 was used to categorize 210 finally filtered and collected data which included academic journal articles, MA/PhD dissertations, and funded research reports according to analysis criteria by publication year/5-year-term, research theme, research method, and researchers' academic area. Results: Annual/5-year-term analysis shows increasing trends of parent education programs for young children. Quantitative research was the most frequently implemented method, followed by literature reviews, qualitative research, and mixed research method in order. In research theme, parent-competency reinforcement program was the most frequently implemented theme followed by parent education, socio-emotional issue, special education for young children with special needs, family support, early childhood sex education, and program analysis in order. Education area showed the most active participation in parent education program for young children in comparing with other academic areas in research field. Conclusion/Implications: Research trends of young children's parent education programs showed steady increase in their amount, frequency, and diversity as well. Minority parents need more attentions for providing the next young generation's educational equality. Parent programs during COVID-19 need to gain more research attentions as well as care-giving grandparents, social workers, and public health care helpers in child caring service areas in order to alleviate low-birth rate.

근거이론 접근법을 이용한 소셜벤처 창업 현상에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Social Venture Startup Phenomenon Using the Grounded Theory Approach)

  • 본 연구는 최근 늘어나고 있는 소셜벤처 창업 현상을 사회적기업의 관점과 영리기업의 관점에서 분석하여, 두 가지의 상이한 또는 대립적이기도 한 관점에서 공통적으로 설명될 수 있는 소셜벤처의 창업 현상을 근원적으로 탐색하여 설명하고자 한다. 소셜벤처에 대한 사회적 관심의 증가에도 불구하고 여전히 사회적기업과 영리기업의 두 가지 관점에 기반하여 접근한 선행연구가 부족하여, 본 연구는 연구 방법으로 선행연구와 인터뷰 자료를 바탕으로 현상을 분석하는 귀납적 연구 방법인 Strauss & Corbin(1998)의 근거이론 접근법을 사용하였다. 본 연구를 위한 자료 수집을 위하여 현재 안정적 매출이 발생하고 있는 소셜벤처기업의 대표 8인을 인터뷰하고 현상 분석을 진행하였다. 인터뷰는 추가적인 정보가 도출되지 않는 이론적 포화상태까지 단계적으로 진행하였다. 근거이론 접근법을 사용한 본 연구의 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 개방코딩과 축코딩의 결과 개념 147개, 하위범주 70개가 도출되었으며, 최종 추상화 과정을 통해 범주 18개를 도출하였다. 선택코딩에서는 핵심범주로'사회적 영역의 소셜벤처 진출 확대'와'영리기업의 사회적 기능 확대'를 선정하고, 이를 중심으로 스토리라인을 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 소셜벤처와 같이 두 가지의 갈등관계의 가치를 추구하는 기업이 경쟁력을 갖추고 생존하기 위하여 요구되는 경쟁요인에 대한 학문적 연구와 분석이 필요함을 보았다. 실무적으로는 영리기업과 협업, 가치 결합, 창업자 역량 및 성과 개선/사회적 가치 실행역량 강화, 소통전략, 영리기업의 가치 투자, 창업자 경영역량 등의 개념을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 소셜벤처 창업 현상에 대한 고찰은 소셜벤처 영역에 진입하고자 하는 사회적기업과 영리기업, 그리고 소셜벤처 창업자에게 현상의 사회적 맥락을 설명하고, 성공적 소셜벤처 창업 유인과 활성화에 필요한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
