유아의 기질, 사회적 유능감, 감성지능, 도덕성 및 부모양육태도와 유아의 문제행동간의 관계 (Relationships Among Children's Temperament, Social Competence, Emotional Intelligence, Morality, Parents' Child Rearing Attitudes and Children's Behavior Problems)

  • The purpose of this research was to study the effects of children's temperament, social competence, emotional intelligence, morality and parent's child rearing attitudes on young children's internalizing and externalizing problem behavior. Subjects were l34 five-year-old children attending day-care centers and kindergartens in Seoul, Korea. Analysis of the relationships among these variables was by correlation and stepwise multiple regressions. There were statistically significant correlations among the variables of temperament, social competence and parents' child rearing attitudes and young children's behavior problems. Variables influencing young children's internalizing behavior problems were children's temperament and parents' child-rearing attitudes; variables influencing children's externalizing behavior problems were children's temperament, their social competence, and parents' child-rearing attitudes.

간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 전문직 자아개념 및 임상수행능력 (Critical Thinking Disposition, Professional Self-Concept and Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationships among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept and clinical competence in nursing students. The participants were 291 nursing students in Gwangju Province. A questionnaire survey was conducted from March 02 to 16, 2013. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 20.0 version. There was a significant positive correlations among critical thinking disposition, professional self-concept, and clinical competence. The variable predicting clinical competency were professional self-concept and critical thinking disposition. These factors accounted for 44.1% of the variance. The findings of this study suggest that the most influential factor for clinical competence was professional self-concept. Therefore it is necessary to improve professional self-concept through effective education program.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among maternal behavior, their children's social competence and the variables related to maternal employment. The subjects were 245 4th-6th grade elementary school children and their working-mother. Park, and Lee(1990)'s KMBI and Pease et al.(1979)'s ISCS were used to measure maternal child-rearing behavior and children's social competence respectively. The major findings were as follows : 1. The significant differences in children's social competence were found according to mother's satisfaction with job and preference to job, the degree of father's support, birth order, income level, and father's educational level. 2. The significant differences in mother's child-rearing behavior were found according to mother's preference to job and the motivation of employment, the degree of father's practical support, and parental educational level. 3. Through the path analysis, maternal employment variables related directly or indirectly to each factor of social competence were identified.

아동이 지각한 또래관계와 사회적 능력과의 관계 (The Relationship between Children's Social Competence and Perceived Peer Relations)

  • This study examined sex and grade difference in perceived peer relations and the relationship between children's social competence and perceived peer relations. The subjects were 365 children and their mothers. Instruments were the Children's Social Competence Questionnaire (Lee, 1993) and the modified version the of Social Network of Relationships Inventory (Han, 1996). Data were analysed by F-test, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression analysis. Perceived peer relations differed by sex and grade in some sub-domains. The social support, intimacy, and companionship of perceived peer relations were positively associated with social competence. The social support of perceived peer relations was the most influential factor affecting children's social competence.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between mothers' parenting behavior and preschoolers' attachment security to their mother and preschoolers' social competence. The sample were 44 mothers and their 49-56 months old preschoolers. The instruments for this study were the modified IPBI(Iowa Parent Behavior Inventory: Mother Form), the Attachment Q-set by Waters and the modified ISCS(Iowa Social Competence Scales: Preschool Form). The data were analyzed by frequency, t-test, Pearson's r, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Major findings were that the responsive maternal parenting behavior was positively related to the preschoolers' attachment security. The guidance of maternal parenting behavior was positively related preschoolers' social activator of social competence. And there were significant correlations between the preschoolers' attachment security and social competence. The attachment security was positively related to the socially activating and cooperative competence.

유아의 영재성과 또래유능성 및 자아지각과의 관계 (Analysis of the Relationships among Preschoolers' Self-Perception,Peer Competence, and Giftedness)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between preschoolers’ self-perception, peer competence and giftedness. The subjects in this study were 101 preschoolers between the ages of 4 and 5 who attended childcare centers and private kindergartens in Pohang city area. The major findings of this study were as follows: Firstly, there were significant negative correlation between cognitive ability variables of self-perception and aggressive and asocial variables of peer competence. Secondly, there were significant positive correlation between cognitive ability variables of self-perception and humor variables of giftedness. Furthermore there were significant positive correlation between mother acceptance variables of selfperception and logical thinking, task commitment and humor variables of giftedness. Finally, there were significant negative correlation between hyper-distractible variables of peer competence and independence variables of giftedness.

다문화 멘토의 역량에 관한 연구 (A Study on Multicultural Mentor's Capacity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다문화멘토들이 갖추어야 할 역량을 탐색하고 이를 통해 멘토 역량 중진을 위한 교육방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구기간은 2016년 6월부터 2016년 9월까지이며 다문화멘토링에 1년 이상 참여한 멘토 10명에게 자신이 다문화멘토링에 참여한 결과 다문화멘토들이 갖추어야 할 역량에 대하여 심층인터뷰한 후 전사하여 교육적, 심리적, 사회적, 문화적 역량으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 멘토가 갖추어야 할 학습적 역량은 멘티를 가르칠 수 있는 지적능력과 교수스킬이다. 둘째, 심리적 역량은 멘티의 말을 경청하려는 자세와 이를 상담할 수 있는 스킬이다. 셋째 사회적 역량은 대화 능력과 의사소통 기술, 그리고 책임감이다. 넷째, 문화적 역량은 다양성을 인정해주고 멘티의 상황에 대처할 수 있는 능력이다. 이를 바탕으로 멘토의 역량을 높일 수 있는 교육방안은 첫째, 멘토링 투입 전에 멘토의 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 멘토링을 통한 멘토들의 자기성찰이 이루어질 수 있는 자리를 제공한다. 셋째, 멘토들에게 주기적인 상담이 필요하다. 본 연구는 멘토의 역량에 중요성을 인식하고 멘토링의 효과성을 높일 수 있는 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

NCS 기반 교육과정 편성·운영에 대한 특성화고 전문교과 교사의 역량 및 교육요구도 (Analysis of Competence and Demands of Vocational Teachers in Specialized Vocational High Schools regarding Competence to Organize, Operate NCS-based curriculum)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 특성화고 전문교과 교사의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 운영 역량 보유도와 교육요구도를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 조사 도구로 설문지를 활용하였다. 설문지는 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 운영 역량 요인을 바탕으로 초안을 개발하여, 직업교육 분야 전문가 4명의 검토를 통하여 수정 및 보완하였다. 설문 조사는 경기도 특성화고 전체 71개교를 대상으로 설문지(온라인)를 배부하여 433부를 회수하고 340부를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고 전문교과 교사의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 운영 역량 보유도 전체 평균은 3.63이다. 영역별 역량 보유도 평균은 '요구 및 환경 분석' 3.59, '교육과정 편성' 3.54, '교육과정 운영' 3.74, '교육과정 평가 및 피드백' 3.57이다. 둘째, 특성화고 전문교과 교사의 NCS 기반 교육과정 편성 운영 역량 보유도는 3.63, 중요도 4.00이고 교육요구도는 1.47이다.

국내 응급전문간호사의 업무 수행빈도, 중요성, 자율성 및 지각된 수행능력 (Task Analysis of Emergency Nurse Practitioners: Frequency, Importance, Autonomy, and Perceived Competence to Perform)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the frequency and importance of task performance and the perceived competence to perform of the emergency nurse practitioners (ENPs) certified in Korea. Method: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 41 ENPs certified by March 2012. The questionnaire to identify frequency, importance, autonomy, and perceived competence to perform 131 typical ENP task elements was developed on the basis of the standardized role of an ENP defined by the Korean Accreditation Board of Nursing Education. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: The professional nursing practice showed the highest scores for performance frequency, task importance, autonomy, and perceived competence to perform as compared to other job categories. Clinical decision making was the most frequently performed duty. Data collection was the duty with highest levels of importance, autonomy, and perceived competence for the ENPs. However, the ENPs reported that research was the duty with the lowest levels of frequency, importance, autonomy, and perceived competence Conclusion: ENPs in Korea perform various tasks. In order to improve their position in the field, it is necessary to clarify their job description and enhance their competence to perform evidencebased professional nursing practices.

국내 캐릭터산업의 권역별 문화콘텐츠 역량과 R&D 성과 분석 (The analysis of regional Character industry - CT competence level and R&D performance)

  • 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠산업 중 캐릭터산업의 권역별 경쟁력을 권역별 산업체수, 종업원 수, 매출액에 기초한 LQ 입지계수로 분석하였다. 또한 세부적으로는 캐릭터산업의 R&D 역량 측면의 권역별 경쟁력을 파악하기 위해 기술, 인력, 인프라, 네트워크 역량을 기준으로 권역별 강점과 약점을 분석하여, 비교 우위의 경쟁력을 제시하였다. 권역별 입지분석 평균지수를 살펴보면 수도권이 포함된 경우 기업 매출에 있어 모든 권역이 LQ지수 1이상의 경쟁력을 보임에 따 라 평균적으로 모든 권역이 경쟁력을 보였다. 수도권을 제외한 경우는 제주권, 동남권이 경쟁력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 권역별 캐릭터산업의 R&D 성과를 분석하기 위한 기술, 인력, 인프라, 네트워크 역량에서는 서울 및 수도권 권역이고 경쟁력으로 분석되었다. 종합적으로 분석해 볼 때 권역별 캐릭터 산업의 경쟁력은 수도권, 제주권, 동남권이 비교우위에 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
