갤로핑 측정을 위한 가속도 센서 드리프트 보상 알고리즘 (Drift Compensation Algorithm of Acceleration Sensor for Galloping Measurement System)

  • In this paper, we deal with two drift compensation algorithms of acceleration sensor for measuring the galloping on power transmission line. Firstly, the block diagram of galloping measurement system is given and a galloping model is presented. Secondly, two compensation algorithms, a simple compensation and a period compensation, are proposed. A simple compensation algorithm uses the drifts of velocity and distance at fixed periods, so it is useful for constant drift case. Next, a period compensation algorithm can compensate a periodic drift. This algorithm uses the previous measured data and compensated data for constant period, where the period is obtained by FFT method. Lastly, the effectiveness of proposed algorithms is verified by comparing between two algorithms in simulation, and its characteristics and the drift error bound are shown, respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 3개 이상의 기둥그룹에 대해서도 일반적으로 적용 가능한 기둥축소량의 최적보정기법을 제안하고, 이를 실제 시공된 건물에 적용하여 그 적용성을 평가하였다. 제안된 최적보정기법은 성능 및 시공상의 제약조건을 만족하면서 보정개소를 최소한으로 할 수 있는 층그룹 및 이때의 보정량을 산정하며, 상대보정뿐만 아니라 절대보정을 고려한 혼합보정도 가능하다. 최적보정에는 시뮬레이티드 어닐링(simulated annealing)이 주요 알고리즘으로 사용되었다. 제안된 기법을 실제 축소량 보정이 수행된 61층 건물에 적용한 결과, 보정량을 쉽게 산출할 수 있고 또한 실무방식보다 보정개소를 줄일 수 있어 적용성이 뛰어남을 확인하였다.

  • Basically, the mis-convergence, which is inevitable in CRT Projection TV. is the degree of deviation of red and blue from green beam. The cause of mis-convergence is the change of magnetic field and electrical characteristic in deflection circuits and convergence amplification circuit. A new and easily implementable mis-convergence compensation algorithm is presented in this paper. The proposed algorithm does not needs any compensation devices. It uses only TV OSD and a remote controller and anyone who wants to compensate can easily correct the mismatch. Through real compensation experiments, it is found that the proposed algorithm is useful and effective one.

  • 정합과 노출 보정을 동시에 최적화하기 위하여 반복적인 정합 알고리듬인 Lucas-Kanade 알고리듬을 히스토그램 변환에 기초한 노출 보정 알고리듬과 접목하였다. 단순 회귀 모델에 기초하여 비매개변수 추정인 실험적 조건 평균과 그의 다항식 근사를 이용하여 노출 보정을 시도하였다. 제안한 동시 최적화 알고리듬은 각 최적화 과정의 분리화가 가능하므로 기존의 Mann이나 Candocia의 동시 최적화 알고리듬에 비하여 구현의 융통성 측면에서 유리하다. 투사 공간 변환 관계를 가지는 실영상 들을 가지고 모의실험을 수행한 결과에서 보면 노출 보정을 고려하지 않은 경우에 비하여 좋은 성능을 얻음을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • A conventional fire detection has been developed based on images captured from a fixed camera. However, It is difficult to apply current algorithms to a flying Quad-rotor to detect fire. To solve this problem, we propose that the fire detection algorithm can be modified for Quad-rotor using Ego-motion compensation. The proposed fire detection algorithm consists of color detection, motion detection, and fire determination using a randomness test. Color detection and randomness test are adapted similarly from an existing algorithm. However, Ego-motion compensation is adapted on motion detection for compensating the degree of Quad-rotor's motion using Planar Projective Transformation based on Optical Flow, RANSAC Algorithm, and Homography. By adapting Ego-motion compensation on the motion detection step, it has been proven that the proposed algorithm has been able to detect fires 83% of the time in hovering mode.

  • 본 논문에서는 적응적 중첩 블록 움직임 보상 방법을 이용한 새로운 양방향 프레임 율 향상 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법에서는 참조 영역의 움직임 복잡도에 기반한 적응적 중첩 블록 음직임 보상 방법이 사용된다. 움직임 복잡도는 이전에 부호화된 움직임 추정과정에서 판단되므로 중첩 블록 움직임 보상 방법에 적응적 기법을 추가적인 계산 복잡도 없이 적용 가능하다. 실험결과는 제한한 방법이 기존 방법에 비해 객곽적, 주관적 화질에서 우수함을 보여준다.

  • This study proposes an AC servo motor control program structure and its implementation method to efficiently integrate 13 types of additional compensation algorithms into the basic FOC (field-oriented control) algorithm program. Various compensation algorithms are necessary to enhance the stability and performance of machine tools by compensating for interference from disturbances and vibrations. Each compensation algorithm is implemented as a separate, independent function and called from a switch-case statement in the ISR (interrupt service routine) of the PWM (pulse-width modulation) device. The advantages of this approach include facilitating not only debugging and testing but also reducing the possibility of errors during the program development phase. Thus, it is easy to add and activate each specific compensation algorithm for the program update during the program operation phase. The implemented motor control program was experimented with a single-axis feed shaft testbed driven by a commercial AC servo motor control drive board and a 750 Watts SPMSM (surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor), and the results verified its normal operation and performance improvement.

  • This paper describes a compensation algorithm for a measurement voltage transformer (VT) based on the hysteresis characteristics of the core. The error of the VT is caused by the voltages across the primary and secondary windings. The latter depends on the secondary current whilst the former depends on the primary current, i.e. the sum of the exciting current and the secondary current. The proposed algorithm calculates the voltages across the primary and secondary windings and add them to the measured secondary voltage for compensation. To do this, the primary and secondary currents should be estimated. The secondary current is obtained directly from the secondary voltage and used to calculate the voltage across the secondary winding. For the primary current, in this paper, the exciting current is decomposed into the two currents, i.e. the core-loss current and the magnetizing current. The core-loss current is obtained by dividing the primary induced voltage by the core-loss resistance. The magnetizing current is obtained by inserting the flux into the flux-magnetizing current curve. The calculated voltages across the primary and secondary windings are added to the measured secondary current for compensation. The proposed compensation algorithm improves the error of the VT significantly.

  • In this paper, we propose the edge compensation algorithm which connects the adjacent edges without losing the information of the skeletons on the edge image. The proposed edge compensation algorithm is composed of succeeding two steps. In the first step, the uplifted image is obtained by applying the uplifting process to the edge image. The next step is to extract the edge image from the uplifted image using the skeleton extraction algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed method connects the adjacent edges without the distortion of the original edge information compared to the traditional method
