고차변조방식을 사용하는 광대역 시스템에서 평탄도(Ripple) 보상 필터 구현 (Implement a ripple Compensation filter in wideband system using high order modulation)

  • 고차변조방식을 사용하는 광대역 시스템은 무선채널환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 baseband 신호가 RF 장비를 통과하면서 발생할 수 있는 평탄도(Ripple) 특성 변화에 민감하다. 따라서 평탄도 특성 변화를 최소화 할 수 있는 설계와 RF 튜닝이 필요하지만 시스템 구현이 어렵고 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 baseband 신호가 RF 송수신 장비를 거치면서 왜곡되는 고정적인 평탄도 특성을 분석하여 보상 필터의 계수(Coefficient) 값을 추출하고 수신부에서 보상 필터로 보상을 하는 기능을 256TCM(Trellis Coded Modulation) 방식으로 구현하였다. 또한 시스템에 적용하여 시험한 결과 RF 송수신 장비의 평탄도 특성이 좋지 않은 주파수대역에서 디지털 보상필터를 적용하여 SNR 및 수신감도의 개선이 있음을 확인하였다.

  • This paper deals with the indoor localization problem for a SSMR (Skid Steering Mobile Robot) subjected to wheel-ground friction and with one LRF (Laser Range Finder). In order to compensate for some friction effect, a friction related coefficient is estimated by the recursive least square algorithm and appended to the maneuvering command. Also to reduce odometric information based localization errors, the lines are extracted with scan points of LRF and matched with the ones of the corresponding map built in advance. The present friction compensation and scan map matching schemes have been applied to a laboratory SSMR, and experimental results are given to validate the localization performance along an indoor corridor.

온도 보상기능을 갖는 내장형RC OSCILLATOR 설계 (Design of an Embedded RC Oscillator With the Temperature Compensation Circuit)

  • 본 논문에서는 시스템의 클럭을 안정적으로 공급하는 집적화 한 내장형 RC oscillator의 구현에 관한 논문이다. 기존의 RC oscillator는 온도에 따라 주파수변화가 약 15%정도 변화가 있는데 이는 온도에 따른 저항값의 변화와 schmit trigger의 기준전압이 온도에 따라 변화하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 온도에 따른 주파수 변화를 최소화하는 방법으로 CMOS bandgap과 온도에 따른 전류의 변화를 이용하였다. CMOS bandgap으로 기준 전압을 얻고 온도에 따라 증가하는 전류원과 온도에 따라 감소 하는 전류원을 서로 합하면 온도에 따라 일정한 전류를 얻어 주파수의 변화를 약 3%이내로 유지하는 회로를 제안한다.

전단 압저항 효과를 이용한 실리콘 압력센서 (Silicon Pressure Sensor Using Shear Piezoresistance Effect)

  • The thin, square-diaphragm silicon pressure sensor utilizing shear piezoresistance effect was designed and fabricated and its characteristics were examined. The sensor has only one diffused resistor, whereas conventional full-bridge sensor has four. Sensitivity is somewhat lower but temperature compensation is easier than the latter. The proposed sensor was fabricated with only one p-type diffused resistor of the dimension of 113x85\ulcorner\ulcornerlocated near the center of the edge of the diaphragm. The resistor was at 45\ulcornerwith the edge of the diaphragm. The sensitivity of the sensor was 36\ulcorner/V\ulcornermHg and was linear in the pressure range from 0 to 300 mmHg. The temperature coefficient without temperature compensation was 55 ppm/\ulcorner and it was decreased to about 0.17 mmHg/\ulcorner with compensation in the range from 10 to 60\ulcorner.

  • This paper describes online stator-resistance estimation of a linear induction motor(LIM) with cage-type secondary using direct thrust control(DTC), where the resistance value is derived from stator-winding temperature estimation using thermocouple. In this paper, corrected stator resistance has an error in actuality measurement resistance. So compensation coefficient $\kappa$ which is decided through comparison and verifying several times relation of calculated resistance and measured motor line-line resistance. The stator-winding temperature information can also be used for monitoring, protection, and fault-tolerant control of the machine. Also, this paper reports the LIM's responses of the flux measured by the proposed stator resistance compensation algorithm.

개선된 CTAT 보상을 가지는 저전압 CMOS Bandgap Voltage Reference (Modified Low-Votlage CMOS Bandgap Voltage Reference with CTAT Compensation)

  • In this paper, a modified low-votlage CMOS bandgap voltage reference with CTAT compensation is presented. The proposed structure doesn't use PTAT current. The proposed structure is more simple than the existing structure and doesn't use the eighteen BJT. The modified low-votlage CMOS bandgap voltage reference with CTAT compensation has been successfully verified in a standard 0.18um CMOS process. The simulation results have confirmed that, with the minimum supply voltage of 1.25V, the output reference voltage at 549mV has a temperature coefficient of 12$ppm/^{\circ}C$ from $0^{\circ}C$ to $100^{\circ}C$.

  • 고도보정 노즐은 모든 고도에서 최적의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 고안된 노즐이다. 발사체의 비추력을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로는 연소실만의 특성인 특성배기속도를 향상시키는 방법과 노즐만의 특성인 추력계수를 향상시키는 방법이 있다. 고도보정 노즐은 동일한 연소기에서 노즐의 성능 개선을 통해 발사체의 성능향상을 가능하게 한다. 고도보정 노즐에 대한 연구는 독일 DLR에서 활발하게 진행되고 있으며, 미국, 러시아, 영국, 호주, 일본 등 항공우주선진국에서도 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고도보정 노즐에 대한 기술 현황 및 특허 동향에 대해 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 고도보정 노즐의 기술흐름을 파악하고 발사체 성능향상 연구에 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다.

간호사가 지각한 보상 공정성과 이직의도간의 관계 (The Relationship between the Justice of Compensation and the Intention of Turnover Perceived by Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to measure the justice of compensation (distributive justice, procedural justice) and the intention of turnover perceived by nurses, and to identify the relationship between these two variables. Method: This study was a cross-sectional survey. From May 26 to June 30, 2008, data were collected from the 300 nurses working at 6 general hospitals in 5 cities, Korea. Result: The score of compensatory justice was 2.47(distributive justice was 2.46, procedural justice was 2.48), and the score of turnover intention was 3.39. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient between these two variables was -.496. The perceived compensatory justice(distributive justice, procedural justice)by nurses, their age and working periods were the affecting factors on their turnover intention, and the power of explanation of these affecting factors was 43.4%. Conclusion: According to the results, procedural justice is the most powerful factor among these affecting factors. Therefore, it is concluded that to decrease nurses' turnover intention, nursing or hospital managers have to fairly operate their compensation system, especially procedural justice, in their organization.

다중경로 환경에서 다중빔 탐색레이더에 적용 가능한 표적 고각오차 혼성 보정 기법 (Hybrid Compensation Technique on Low Elevation Angle Errors for Multibeam Surveillance Radar in Multipath Environment)

  • The multibeam surveillance radar is a state-of-art of 3D radar technology. It applies the stacked beams realized by a digital beamformer. In this paper, a hybrid compensation technique on elevation angle errors for low elevation angle targets over the sea in multipath radar environments is proposed. The proposed method can be applied to stacked beam radars. Double null algorithm based on maximum likelihood method in 3-D beamspace domain works well unless the phase difference between the two rays(direct and specular path) is close to $0^{\circ}$ and the magnitude of reflection coefficient is close to 0. To overcome these problems, we propose a hybrid compensation technique which uses the selective double null algorithm and the beam-ratio compensation technique for low-elevation errors on a log scale. Results of computer simulation show that the proposed method outperform conventional monopulse method and double null algorithm only under various multipath environments.

산재보험 사례관리자의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도 (Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Workers' Compensation Case Managers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore job stress, job satisfaction and their relationship among Workers' Compensation Case Managers. Method: 137 Workers' Compensation Case Managers (89 case workers and 48 nurses) responded to a self-administered questionnaire. The data were collected in october, 2006 and analyzed using t-test and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient with SPSS WIN 14.0 program. Result: The mean score of job stress of nurses was 2.60 which was higher than that of the Korean female workers'. The mean score of job satisfaction was 2.30. The significant inverse correlation between job stress and job satisfaction was found (P<.01). In regard to the 7 items, the significant inverse correlations were found in lack of reward, interpersonal conflict, organizational system, insufficient job control, and occupational environment. Conclusion: The result indicated that the Workers' Compensation Case Managers have higher occupational stress and lower job satisfaction. To improve their job satisfaction, it is necessary to reinforce reward, organizational system, job autonomy, and cooperative occupational environment.
