PET Dyeing in Black Shade with Disperse Dyes of Three Primary Color

  • PET fabric was dyed in black shade with disperse dyes of three primary color. The effect of combination ratio of dye concentration and energy type of disperse dye on dyeing and color property of black dyed PET fabric was investigated. Dyeing compatibility of disperse dyes of three primary color on PET was evaluated by comparison of dyeing rates of them. From the results, color property was dependent upon the combination ratio of dye concentration. In order to obtain low lightness ($L^*$) and black color, blue dye should be added enough. S-type disperse dye and $130^{\circ}C$ dyeing was suitable rather than SE-type dyes or $120^{\circ}C$ dyeing. Disperse dyes of three primary color used showed good dyeing compatibility at high dye concentration. Washfastness was fair to moderate and lightfastness was moderate.

  • 하이드라진 추진시스템은 위성 및 발사체 추진시스템에 적용되는 액체추진제 중에 가장 안정적이고 신뢰도가 높은 추진제로 평가받고 있다. 현재 국내에서는 다목적실용위성 사업을 수행하며 단일추진제로서 하이드라진을 운용 및 시험한 경험을 갖고 있으며 이를 바탕으로 하이드라진 추진제에 대한 소개 및 Material Compatibility, 운용 및 취급시의 주의사항 그리고 향후의 하이드라진 시스템의 발전방향 등에 대해 간략히 언급하였다.

  • Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) was used as a screening technique for assessing the compatibility of some drugs with excipients. On the basis of DSC results, interaction of ibuprofen with PVP K40 was found and eutectic formations with PEG 6000 or magnesium stearate were demonstrated. Fenoprofen Ca was found to interact with PEG 6000. Naproxen showed interactions with PEG 6000, PVP K40, PVPP and Mg stearate. Interactions of tiaprofenic acid with PVP K40 or PVPP were found and eutectic formations with PEG 6000 or Mg stearate were observed. Bisoprolol hemifumarate, metoprolol tartrate and penbutolol sulfate were found to interact with lactose.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relative importance of seven JIT operational techniques in Domestic industries. These techniques are used to improve manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency such as : Setup time reduction, Kanban, Multi-functional worker, U type layout, Andon(line stop), Atonomation, and Smoothing production. The new analytic hierarchy process(AHP) model is used in order to evaluate the relative importance of the seven JIT operational techniques which are used to increase the manufacturing effectiveness and efficiency. To aggregate the multi-divisions priorities, in this paper, we suggest a way which decision maker can exclude outlier matrix from group by using the concept of the compatibility in AHP.

  • The properties of concrete can be affected by high range water reducing agent and cement. The data for compatibility and effect of fluidity is reported already according to the mixing proportion of kinds of cements and high range water reducing agents. Moreover, the international market of construction has been opened, the international standard of capability has been promoted and the international exchange of construction materials has been brisked. This study investigated fluidity properties of mortar due to kinds of cements and high range water reducing agents which are producted in different nations. Also studied were the compatibility effect of cements and high range water reducing agents.

  • This paper describes a practical formulation of Non-Bernoulli-Compatibility Truss Model. Not only equilibrium conditions but also some approximations are employed to solve for the unknowns included in the proposed model. By assuming that the ratio of $V_a$ to V remains to be constant along the shear span, the relationship between $\alpha$ and z is mathematically established as an arch shape function. $V_m$ is also approximated to be an empirical value that is equal to the least membrane shear strength. The coefficient a is made utilizing a nonlinear finite element analysis. The adequacy of the model is examined by test results available in literatures, and the predicted values are shown to be in excellent agreement with the experimental results.

  • 최근 전장 시스템에서 부품의 개수와 주파수가 급증함에 따라 전자파에 의해 오동작이 발생하는 전자파 간섭(EMI: electromagnetic interference)이 자주 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 EMI 필터, EMI 차폐 물질, 분산 스펙트럼 클록 등 다양한 전자파 적합성(EMC: electromagnetic compatibility) 대응 기술을 살펴보고 각 기술의 장단점에 대해 설명한다.

  • 인터넷의 대중화와 더불어 인터넷의 활용 분야가 모든 산업 분야에 파급되고 있는데 특히 마케팅 분야도 인터넷에 의해 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그 중에 한 분야가 쇼핑몰인데 기존의 조립컴퓨터를 판매하는 쇼핑몰들은 단순히 부품을 조합하는 방법을 사용하기 때문에 부품간의 호환 정도를 고려하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터에 전문적인 지식이 없는 사용자를 위하여 부품간의 호환 정도를 고려해서 온라인을 이용한 구매자에게 컴퓨터를 구입하는데 편의를 제공하는 쇼핑몰을 구현하였다. 구현된 지능형 에이전트는 퍼지 값을 이용하여서 부품간의 호환 정도를 충고해준다.

  • This paper investigates the relationship between the fleet-angle of the hoisting rope and the swaying and pitching angles of a cargo in container cranes. It is found that for a given disturbance, when the fleet-angle is large, the sway Angle becomes smaller, but the pitching angle becomes larger. Therefore, for a quick suppression of a sway motion, it is desirable to have a large fleet-angle. The compatibility and bifurcation conditions, regarding instability, are characterized.

  • Full wave electromagnetic simulation or fabricated models of an antenna are used to predict its radiation characteristics. In this work estimation of radiated power of an antenna based on its electrical model is presented. The computed radiated power using the electrical model have good agreement with the radiated power results obtained through the full wave electromagnetic simulation of the antenna model. The presented approach offers the advantage of saving of computation time of the full wave EM simulation.
