프로세스 재정립을 통한 레미콘 운송 효율화에 대한 사례연구 (A Study on Process Improvement of the Ready-Mixed Concrete Truck's Transportation Using GPS)

  • Ready-Mixed Concrete transportation business has been managed by the manual operation and intuitive decision making. This study is on the process improvement on ordering process, and allocation/transportation of trucks commuting between the batching plant and construction sites. Processes of order collection, job dispatch and allocation, and on-time-delivery are analysed and improved. The logistics control system, with GPS system, was developed and implemented based on the reconstructed processes. Performances are evaluated after improved business process and logistics system was applied, and it is shown that waiting time loss is decreased by 55%, and that efficiency is increased by 15%.

  • Due to dramatic changes in the trend of corporate management in economics, labor and government, companies are being asked to adapt creative and innovative organizational culture in order to keep sustainability. Under the circumstances, flexible working hour becomes one of very effective method for organization culture improvement. Recently, M company has introduced the new policy of working hours that employees can choose a couple of different time options depending on their personal situations. And it turns out to be very effective to work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, recruitment of core human resources, and prevention of deviation; both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.

대구 도시철도 경산 연장에 따른 대구-경산 간 대학생 통학통행의 도시철도 전환수요 분석 - 개통 전 SP모형과 개통 후 RP모형의 비교 - (Analysis of University Students' Modal Shift for Commuting Trip Due to the Introduction of New Urban Rail Transit in Gyeongsan City - Comparison between SP Model Before the Introduction and RP Model After the Introduction -)

  • 본 연구에서는 대구 도시철도 경산 연장에 따른 대구-경산 간 대학생 통학통행의 도시철도 전환수요를 분석하기 위해 대구 도시철도 2호선 종착역(영남대역)의 직접적인 영향권에 있는 영남대학교를 사례지역으로 선정하여 대학생들의 도시철도 연장 개통 전과 후의 교통수단의 변화를 분석하였다. 분석대상은 대구광역시에 거주하면서 경산시에 위치한 영남대학교로 통학하는 대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서는 도시철도 연장 개통 전과 후의 통학통행을 위한 교통수단 선택의 변화를 분석하기 위해 개통 전(2011년) SP자료와 개통 후(2013년) RP자료를 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다. 그리고 수집된 SP자료와 RP자료를 활용하여 도시철도 연장에 따른 교통수단별 도시철도 전환율을 분석하고, 도시철도로의 전환 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 두 가지 자료(SP자료와 RP자료)를 활용하여 별개의 로짓모형을 추정하였으며, 그 결과를 논의하였다. 아울러 분석결과의 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 개통 전(2011년) SP자료와 개통 후(2013년) RP자료 모두에서 스쿨버스와 버스의 도시철도 전환율이 승용차의 도시철도 전환율보다 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 SP자료를 활용한 로짓모형 추정결과 통행시간 절약 변수가 도시철도 전환 여부에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인된 반면, RP자료를 활용한 로짓모형 추정결과는 거주지(거주지 동의 도시철도 통과 여부) 변수가 도시철도 전환 여부에 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다.

사천공항의 지위 변화와 여객 배후지 (Air Passenger Hinterland and Position Changes in Sachon, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 지방공항인 사천공항의 지위를 파악하고, 승강객의 속성과 여행목적별.요일별 승강객의 배후지 분포와 그 공간구조를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 그 내용을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 점이 밝혀졌다. 여행목적별 배후지의 분포는 친지방문이 업무의 배후지보다 넓고, 배후지의 중간적 규모가 관광이며, 통근.통학의 배후지는 진주시만으로 구성되어 있어 여객의 사회활동 범위가 경제활동 범위보다 넓다. 요일별 배후지의 분포는 평일이 휴일보다 넓으나 진주시로의 승강객의 집중은 휴일이 더 많다. 이상에서 사천공항을 중심으로 한 배후지의 공간구조는 제1차권에 진주시, 제2차권에 통영.사천.거제시, 제3차권에는 광양시와 남해.산청.고성.하동.의령군이 속한다. 이러한 배후지는 진주시에 거주하는 초.중등학교 교원의 역통근권과는 부분적으로 다르게 나타나는데, 이것은 항공여객이 공업.관광도시에서 많이 발생하기 때문이다.

Occupational Injury Statistics in Korea

  • Objectives: The occupational accident rate was officially reported to be 0.77 per 100 workers in 2001 and 0.70 in 2009. The stagnant decrease in accident rate raises a question about the effectiveness of prevention activity because there have been active prevention efforts in the past 10 years. It is also necessary to know the exact status of occupational injuries to direct a prevention strategy. Methods: The author re-analyzed occupational injury statistics to find the reason for stagnant decreases in occupational injuries. Compensated occupational injuries cases were used to calculate fatal and non-fatal injury rates. Injuries from commuting accidents and sports activities were excluded as well as occupational diseases. The number of workers was adjusted to that of full time equivalent employees. Results: The fatal injury rate excluding injuries associated with commuting accidents, sports activities, and occupational diseases decreased from 12.59 in 2001 to 8.20 in 2009. In 2007, 67.5% of accidents that involved being caught in objects, which are mostly caused by machines and equipment, occurred in the manufacturing industry; this type of incident has decreased since 2001. The fatal and non-fatal injury rates in the manufacturing industry have continuously decreased while the rates in the service industry have not changed from 2001 to 2009. Non-fatal injuries might not be reported in many cases. The number of insured workers was underestimated as long working hours were not adjusted for in the reporting system. Conclusion: The occupational fatal injury rate has decreased and the non-fatal injury rate might have decreased during the last 10 years, although the statistics show stagnancy. The decrease of the injury rate was countervailed by various factors. Hence, the current accident rate does not reflect the actual situation of accidents in Korea. Korea needs to develop an improved system to more accurately calculate occupational fatal and non-fatal injury rates.

  • 유치원이나 어린이집 통학 차량의 탑승 사고는 여러 가지 정책적 조치에도 불구하고 꾸준히 발생하고 있다. 이를 최소화하기 위해서는 운전자가 간편하게 조작할 수 있는 차량 탑재형 안전 통학 관리 소프트웨어와 아동의 안전 통학 여부를 관리하고 부모에게 적시에 알려주는 모바일 앱의 병행 사용이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이 중 안전 통학 관리 모바일 앱의 설계와 구현에 대하여 설명한다. 이 안드로이드용 앱은 학부모 모드에서는 정류장마다 GPS를 이용한 버스의 현재 운행 상황 및 아동의 개인 탑승 여부를 알려주고 동승 교사는 RFID 미소지자나 미인가 동승자(부모, 조부모 등)의 처리 등 예외 상황 관리도 가능하다.

발달장애아의 조기치료에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis of Factors Influencing on the Early Treatment of Children With Developmental Disability)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate factors influencing on the early treatment of children with developmental disability. Data was collected from 102 mothers of children with developmental disability who were treated at 4 rehabilitation facilities in Kyunggi-Do and Kangwon-Do. The results were as follows: 1) Of a total of 102, 63 children began to receive rehabilitation therapy during the period 0~12 months (early treatment group), 38 children after 1 year of age (delayed early treatment group). 2) There were statistically significant differences between the early treatment group and delayed early treatment group for prematurity, low birth weight, the time to discover developmental abnormalities, the time of first diagnosis, and first treatment (p<0.05). 3) There were no statistically significant differences in the two groups for level of education, economic status, risk factors (except prematurity and birth weight), home care, family's cooperation and commuting time (p>0.05). Based on this study, the important factors for early treatment were early detection, early diagnosis and constant follow-up for high-risk babies.

광역 교통권 설정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of the Metropolitan Transportation Area)

  • The research deals with the establishment of transportation areas in the metropolitan cities. The purpose is three-fold ; 1) to review the existing literature : 2) to analyze the commuting (work and school) pattern and interregional movement pattern of passengers and freights ; 3) to establish the metropolitan transportation area based on the above analyses. The transportation area is defined by the analysis of trip pattern to the center city of each metropolitan area. The detailed indices for establishment are selected by the rank-size and time-distance analyses. For the operational purpose, the study defines 3 different transportation areas as follows : the first transportation area means the directly effecting region of the center city ; the second means the region with many reverse trips and development potentials ; and the third means the indirectly effecting region. It can be concluded that the first transportation area includes 10 cities and 5 counties in Seoul metropol tan region, Yangdsan-Gun, Kimhae-Gun and Kimhae-Si in Busan, Dalsung-Gun, Chilgok-Gun and Kyungsan-Gun in Daegu, Hwasung-Gun and Raju-Gun in Kwangju, and Daeduk-Gun in Daejun. These results could be expected to have many implications for the establishment of area-wide public transportation network, the metropolitan transportation decision-making bodies and others.

Variable Suspension Design for Active Pantograph

  • There are a lot of traffic jams in the metropolitan area and the commuting time has been longer nowadays. So the urban people has been interested in the GTX(Great Train Express) project in Korea. The GTX is the train which runs at 200km/h speed in underground tunnels. If the train also operates at high speed in tunnel section, the pressure wave will happen and the uplift force of pantograph may vary abruptly. If the rigid trolley bar system is used in tunnel section, it is difficult to improve the commercial speed of train. In order to improve the train speed in tunnel section, this paper presents the new pantograph concepts which can change the suspension stiffness and deals with the dynamic behavior characteristics of pantograph according to the parameter variation.

어린이집 교사의 특성과 보육의 질과의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between Caregivers' Characteristic Variables and Quality of Child Care)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between caregivers' characteristic variables and quality of child care and to investigate the magnitude of the association between variables and quality of child care according to children's age. The following factors were suggested as the caregivers' characteristic variables: Total years of caregiving experience, educational level, job satisfaction, amounts of turnover, time for commuting, salary, pay step, years of work in charge of current children, perception on the recommended caregiver/child ratio. The results of the study were as follows : First, it was found that caregivers' salary, total years of caregiving experience, pay step, perception on the recommended caregiver/child ratio, age, and amounts of in-service program were significant among caregivers' variables. Second, when the caregivers' characteristic variables were examined in terms of children's age respectively, the effects of teacher-related variables to influence the child-care quality were significantly different according to children's age group.
