간호대상자로서의 지역사회 개념 및 지역사회간호사정에 관한 문헌분석 (Literature Review on Community Health Assessment based on the Concept of 'Community as Client')

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the concept of community and community health, community health assessment tool, and community health nursing diagnosis based on the concept of 'Community as Client'. The method for this purpose was to search the articles and textbooks related to community assessment and review the contents by the researchers who were 5 community health nursing faculties and 1 doctoral candidate. The sources of articles were limited in Public Health Nursing and the Journal of Community Health Nursing. As the result, three types of conceptual model were classified: epideiological model. fuctional model. system model. System model by Newman and Helvie included more comprehensive concept of community health than others. Helvie model suggested the most specific indicators among them. The components of nursing diagnosis in the system model had the subjectives. problems and the related factors. It makes the nursing care plan related to the nursing diagnosis. But there was no nursing diagnosis system among the three model. It is needed to compare the nursing intervention based on the concept of 'Community as Client'. It will be helpful to the community health nursing practice to develop the nursing diagnosis system based on the system model. For the community health nursing education, it is suggested to try the case study by the using three types of model. Finally, it is needed to validate the community assessment tool in Korean setting.

학교보건에서 환경의 영역 (The Scope of Environment in School Health)

  • This study redefined school health environment in Korea, especially inter-school environment, according to the comprehensive meaning of health. The scope of inter-school health environment was classified into physical environment, biological chemical environment, social environment, and mental. emotional environment. While the environment management was classified into safety management, hygiene management, and living management according to management method, These analytical tools will contribute to a better understanding of the scope of school health and will be an available resource in school health practice.

  • 이러닝에서는 학생의 중도 포기율이 높기 때문에 학생의 학습의지를 어떻게 장려할 수 있는가가 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학생의 학습의지에 미치는 여러가지 영향요인 중 공동체의식을 주요 요인으로 파악하여 그 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다. 아울러 이러한 공동체의식이 이러닝 교육기관에 대한 충성도에는 어떤 영향을 미치는지도 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통해 공동체의식은 학습기관 일체감을 형성하고 이러한 학습기관 일체감은 학생의 학습의지와 학교에 대한 충성도를 증대시킨다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • This study was conducted by community survey of 215 community health practitiner's posts and literature review of official documents. The result was as follows ; 1. The role and responsibility of community health practitioner's post must be studied by the community health practitioner and the community health leader, and on the basement of community health needs, community development plan, and reforom of health care system. 2. Comprehensive health care of community is very important role and responsibility of community health practitioners. However, it was supervised by the senior community health practitioner in provincial government. 3. The community health practitioner must be trained by formal inservice educational program focused on comprehensive health care. 4. The community health practitoner must be the health guider and health leader as the member of community.

한국 교사의 심리·사회적 근로환경과 우울 위험의 관련성 (The Association between Psychosocial Work Environment and Depressive Symptoms among Korean Teachers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the association between psychosocial work environment and depressive symptoms among Korean teachers. Methods: Data on 235 elementary school teachers and 341 middle and high school teachers was obtained from the 2014 Korean Working Condition Survey. The effect of psychosocial work environment on depressive symptoms was determined by multiple logistic regression analyses. Results: The prevalence of depressive symptoms was 18 % in elementary school teachers and 24 % in middle and high school teachers. When adjusted for demographics and other socio-psychological and environmental factors, 'social community at work' served as a protection factor for Korean teachers' depressive symptoms. In addition, 'cognitive demands' in elementary school teachers and 'social support from supervisors' in middle and high school teachers were found to be predictors of depressive symptoms. Conclusion: Interventions to increase 'social community at work' and 'social support from supervisors', and to decrease 'cognitive demands' may be helpful for Korean teachers at risk of depression.

청소년의 사회적 자본과 주관적 건강수준의 관계: 탄력성의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Social Capital and Self-rated Health in Korean Adolescents: Mediating Effects of Resilience)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the this study was to examine the mediating effect of resilience on the relationship between social capital - family, school, and community - and self-rated health in adolescents. Methods: The study is a secondary data analysis based on a cross-sectional design, using the data of 2016 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The study analyzed the data of 2,001 adolescents by descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and structural equation modeling, using the SPSS and AMOS program. Results: The model's fit was adequate ($x^2/df=4.51$, CFI=.98, RMSEA=.04, SRMR=.02). The adolescents' social capital - family, school and community - had direct effects on their self-rated health. Resilience was found to play a partially mediating role in accounting for self-rated health. Conclusion: Resilience partially mediated the relationship between social capital and self-rated health in adolescents. Based on the results of this study, nursing strategies to build and strengthen social capital at the family, school and community level and to promote resilience are needed to improve the health of adolescents.

청소년의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 초등학생과 중학생의 비교 (A Study on Factors Influencing on Adolescents' Multicultural Acceptability : Compared Elementary School Student and Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 초등학생과 중학생의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 비교하여 차이를 파악하고 그에 따른 구체적인 실천방향을 제언하고자 한다. 본 연구는 5차 한국아동 청소년 패녈 데이터를 통해 초등학교 5학년과 중학교 2학년 학생 4,092명의 자료를 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 요인을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다: 첫째, 다문화 수용성의 정도는 유의미한 차이가 있었는데, 초등학생의 다문화 수용성이 중학생보다 높았다. 둘째, 초등학생과 중학생 다문화수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 차이가 나타났다. 초등학생과 중학생의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 공통요인은 어머니의 학력, 삶의 만족도, 또래관계, 교사관계, 공동체 의식으로 나타났다. 그러나 초등학생의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 주관적 학업성적, 지역사회인식, 문화적 활동경험, 해외방문경험이 발견되었으나, 중학생의 경우에는 가족 및 단체여행경험이 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 이러한 연구결과는 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 증진시키기 위해 아동과 청소년의 발달단계에 따른 적절한 프로그램이 제공될 수 있어야 함을 보여주는 것이다. 즉, 중학생들에게는 공동체의식을 증진시킬 수 있도록 또래관계 증진 등의 그룹프로그램에 다문화이해 내용을 제공함으로써 다문화 수용성을 증진시킬 수 있도록 하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 초등학생들에게는 지역사회에 대한 인식과 공동체 의식을 증진시킬 수 있는 다양한 활동중심의 비교과 프로그램, 다문화 강사 등을 통한 다문화이해교육 및 지역사회에 대한 관심을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육을 교과와 연계하여 제공하는 것이 필요하다.
