Process contained classification of client. nursing diagnosis and nursing intervention. The majority of clients were men (56%). The service was used mostly by people aged over 50 (82%). The most frequent nursing diagnoses were altered urinary elimination (23.2%). impaired skin integrity (21.8%) and risk for infection (17.6%). As Internet and World Wide Web become more popular in our society, the interests in effective application to the field of rural development and agricultural extension service are increasing. The potential in Web-based agricultural extension service is expressed in many areas, such as agriculture information, Web-based training and education, and virtual rural community for rural development and agricultural extension service. The research on the Web and its related issues has been conducted in many ways, but the interests in the competencies and skills of staff who are in charge of Web developing and managing have not been exposed yet. The purpose of this study was to investigate the important competencies and skills for Web developing and managing for enhancing the effectiveness of rural development and agricultural extension service. Twelve extension service staff and on staff in the extension service support center were interviewed. The results of study showed that there were eight essential competencies; competencies to understand rural community and agricultural extension service, to understand the farmers as Web users, to design and develop effective Web sites, to understand the nature of hypertext, to utilize instruction theories, to absorb new technology, to manage projects, and to utilize external sources. The results of study also showed that there was lack of support systems for Web development and information. Overall, the findings of this study suggest that establishing long-term education and training system for technology, electronic performance support systems, and cooperation with universities and colleges for technology are of particular importance for promoting Web-based extension services.

Purpose : The home-visiting exercise guidance service is a component of the community-based integrated care policy in District J of Busan Metropolitan City. This study aims to investigate the effects of the service provided by physical therapists on depression, pain, and balance among the elderly. Methods : Three elderly individuals were selected as study participants. Depression was assessed using the beck depression inventory (BDI) and the short geriatric depression scale-Korea (SGDS-K). Pain was evaluated using the visual analog scale (VAS). Balance was assessed using the berg balance scale (BBS), functional reach test (FRT), and timed up and go test (TUGT). The evaluation data were compared by averaging the values from the first and eighth sessions. Additionally, the overall satisfaction with the home-visiting exercise guidance service was surveyed. Results : In the depression assessment, the beck depression inventory score decreased (by 16.67±5.69 points), and the short geriatric depression scale score decreased (by 4.67±2.52 points). The visual analog scale score for pain decreased (by 2.67±0.58 points). In the balance assessment, the berg balance scale score increased (by 7.67±2.52 points), the functional reach test distance extended (by 4.67±0.58 cm), and the timed up and go test time decreased (by 5.33±0.58 s). Overall satisfaction with the home-visiting exercise guidance service was high (4.26±0.14 points). Conclusion : The home-visiting exercise guidance service received high satisfaction ratings from the participants. It was effective in reducing depression and pain while improving balance, potentially reducing fall risk factors among the elderly. These findings suggest that the home-visiting exercise guidance service, delivered by physical therapists, could significantly enhance the quality of life for elderly individuals by addressing issues related to depression, pain, and fall prevention within the community. Consequently, it is recommended that this service be continued and expanded as part of government policy.
This study examined the current status of the service networking experiences of workers in community child centers and the impact of various individual, organizational, and environmental factors on their service networking experiences. Structured questionnaires were mailed to the all community child centers in the Kyungnam area, and the data thus collected from 128 workers were used for the analysis. The findings indicated that most study participants did in fact possess service networking experience; however, the frequency was relatively low and the types of agencies in which this networking experienced was gained were somewhat limited. The results from the hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that being licensed social workers, the number of years in which a center had been operating, the numbers of workers and volunteers, the capacity of the centers, and workers' participation in work-related training were significantly associated with the frequency of worker's networking experiences. Based on the findings of this study, the implications for practice in promoting service networking among community child centers and other community resources were also discussed.

The physical therapist's participation in community based rehabilitation(CBR) is necessary, in a variety of ways, to ensure the disabled quality service. Although CBR needs the Physical Therapist's help, participation is limited due to unstable CBR policy, and because there is a lack of financial support, skilled Physical Therapist's are usually not hired. Physical Therapist's themselves do not seem to completely understand this. The experts active participation is needed for effective rehabilitation service. Therefore, the trained Physical Therspist's participation is absoutely necessary is CBR policy if it is even to provide completely effective service.

service(2.21). Positive correlation showed between all parts of family burden. And, positive correlation showed between psychiatric medical service and interrupt of daily life(r=.281, p<.01), psychiatric medical service and effects of physical health(r=.355,p<.01), social service and effects of mental health(r=.213,p<.01).
Conclusion: The family burden for care giver of mental patients was related with all parts of family burden and mental health service needs of family. Thus, these results should be considered to reduce family burden for care giver of mental patients in community.
Purpose: This study aimed at identifying the factors affecting the service satisfaction of urban elderly, focusing on the outreach community health service in Seoul, and suggesting policy directions for the successful implementation of community care. Method: Individuals aged 65 and 70 who used the outreach community health service from July 2017 to June 2019 were eligible for the survey. A total of 2,028 people were sampled using a proportional allocation method for each autonomous district in the survey which covered 25 districts. A multi-level logistic regression analysis was conducted, taking into account the individual's socioeconomic level, health status, type of service provided, and the healthcare-related environment and service provision period of the autonomous district. Result: The results revealed that the health status of the urban elderly, the type of services provided (health screening, linkage to community health center and clinic/hospital, medical checkup results counseling, frailty evaluation), and personal experience of the service were the major factors associated with the satisfaction with the outreach health services. Conclusion: The development of customized health services based on the close relationship between visiting nurses and the elderly may be considered to promote a sustainable community health care model.
