현대(現代) 중국(中國)의 토지소유변화(土地所有變化)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A study on Land Tenure Systems in Current China)

  • In China, primary purpose of policy concerning land tenure system was to maintain social homogeneity among people and growth of productivity. Even before reformed by Deng Shao Ping's government, left wing who had placed more importance on the social unity. When they gained political power, pressing against market oriented agricultural policy for the collective farming system. However right wing prefered to adopt the productivity oriented policy, which might lead to individualized farming system at the cost of social unity. Since Chinese government following principles of social economy put more weight on social unities rather than productivity growth, farming system and rural community became developed into homogeneous structure across the nation before Deng Shao Ping's reform. Process for People's Commune, followed by first and then second level coperations starting from group farming so called Hozozo, was historical reflection of developing such land tenure system. However, even under People's Commune, farmers' efforts could be found to increase their own productivity along with emerged private farming, in which Posandoho with week private farming system was gradually developed into Pogandoho. As Deng's government encouraged farmers to increase productivity through the market oriented measure, there had been wide spread of Pogandoho among the farmers even before legal desolution of Peoples' Commune was realized.

Impacts of Social Media (Facebook) on Human Communication and Relationships: A View on Behavioral Change and Social Unity

  • The impact of social networking is varied from good to bad. Online activities have also been categorized into pros and cons of social networking, either as reported as hiding Internet activities among teenagers or killing loneliness among elderly. In terms of relationships, there have been argument over its closeness and quality of an online relationship in Internet settings. Looking at the contradiction in an innovative interaction between classic community communication and social media, there is an unknown scent of the future struggling and challenging both human communication and relationships in the presence of digital culture. This research uses Diffusion of Innovation to study the wide and continuous spread of digital culture in human communication; and, Media Dependency in learning and structuring the cognitive, affective and behavioral effects of social media on each person uses the media in different ways. This research will be using online survey to gain opinions from a social network site as an update of views and reflection of self-awareness to all levels of people. Social media like Facebook (FB) is perceived as a good tool of communication that it is able to bring closeness among the family members. The results show that social media like FB brings positive impact towards family members; it would help to build a better and harmonic society; and, relationships among family members and communication shall be improved and enhanced to the level of a united society.

The Education of Henry Adams: The Theme of Aura and Tradition in the Context of Modernity

  • Walter Benjamin expresses his concern that the new technologies of mechanical reproduction robs the artwork of its own uniqueness, its "aura." Benjamin uses the word "aura" to refer to the sense of awe or reverence one presumably experiences in the presence of works of art. This aura does not merely inhere in the works of art themselves, because Benjamin extends his notion of aura to the level of how he both understands and positions the modern subject in the world of uncertainty and transitoriness. The theoretical framework of Benjaminian aura becomes a crucial and efficient strategic apparatus to read The Education of Henry Adams. As for Benjamin the modern implies a sense of alienation, a historical discontinuity, and a decisive break with tradition, Adams observes that modern civilization has wiped out "tradition," a mythic home in which man can experience order and unity. Adams claims that the growth of science, reason, and multiplicity at the expense of religion, feeling, and unity has been accompanied by a parallel growth in individualism at the expense of community and tradition. To Adams the collapse of traditional values such as maternity, fecundity, and security in America is a waking nightmare of the moral dilemmas of a capitalist society, in which the cruel force of the modern Dynamo is becoming a prime governing principle.

에클레시아와 에스포지토의 면역 개념에 입각한 신앙공동체 이해의 새 지평 (A New Horizon of Understanding of the Faith Community Based on the Concept of Immunity between Ecclesia and Esposito)

  • 본 연구는 이기성과 폐쇄성으로 사회적 공신력을 잃어가며, 전염병에 의한 사회적 거리두기가 확산되는 상황에서 신앙공동체인 교회를 이해하는데 있어 새로운 지평을 여는 목적으로 진행하였다. 첫째로, 교회를 나타내는 대표적인 용어인 '에클레시아'의 개념과 의미를 역사적, 성서적, 신학적으로 연구하면서, 이 용어를 빈번하게 사용한 바울의 의도를 탐구하였다. 둘째로, 공동체와 개인의 관계를 면역학적 개념으로 풀어간 에스포지토의 코무니타스와 이무니타스의 고찰을 통해 신앙공동체의 새 지평을 탐색하였다. 최근 교회는 다양한 원인으로 사회의 신뢰를 잃었을 뿐만 아니라, 의도치 않게 아주 일부의 교회가 전염병 바이러스의 전파자로 지적되어 신앙공동체의 약화 또는 상실의 위기에 봉착해 있다. 코로나 19 이후 2차 유행도 예측되고 있어, 일상의 부분적 상실과 더불어 교회에서의 모임 예배나 교제의 어려움도 불가피한 형국이다. 앞으로의 교회는 면역 개념을 이해하며, 예수그리스도의 정신과 삶의 향내를 드러내면서 사회의 변화를 이끌 수 있는 참된 신앙공동체의 구축이 필요하다. 이를 위해 급변하는 시대와 상황에 맞는 신앙공동체 패러다임의 혁신과 실천이 요청된다. 본고 1장에서는 사회적 공신력을 잃고, 사회적 거리두기의 대상이 된 교회와 신앙공동체의 문제점들을 이기성과 폐쇄성으로 지적하며 혁신을 제안한다. 2장에서는 신앙공동체 패러다임의 전환을 위해 고대 그리스에서 사용한 '에클레시아'를 연구하며 분석하며, 사도바울이 '에클레시아'를 교회라는 신앙공동체에 적용한 의도를 파악한다. 4장에서는 면역 개념에 대해 알아보고, 부정적 면역을 넘어 긍정적 면역의 개념을 통해 개인과 공동체의 관계를 고찰했던 에스포지토의 재해석을 정리하며, 다양한 공동체와 개인, 교회의 신앙공동체 변혁을 위한 적용점을 도출한다. 5장은 결론으로 '에클레시아'의 의미를 통해 약화 및 상실되어가는 소중한 모임과 참여를 회복시키고 더 높은 차원의 공적모임, 민주적 참여로의 확장을 제안한다. 그리고 면역 개념의 재해석에 입각해 다양한 개인 안에서의 연합, 연합 안에서의 다양한 개인을 교회와 신앙공동체의 대안으로 제시한다.

중국 윈난성(云南省) 소수민족 전통마을 청쯔고촌(城子古村)의 공간 인지 특성 연구 (A Study on the Spatial Cognition Characteristics at Minority Traditional Village of Chengzi in Yunnan Province of China)

  • Chinese ethnic minorities are inheriting their own traditions based on thousands of years of community life. Yunnan province in china is a castle in which many ethnic minorities have been living on the basis of various natural environments. Their traditional village can be regarded as a place reflecting minorities' thousands year of history and culture, and elements of positive social spaces are seen from the old village. Streets and places of the village are accumulated as images for residents. Based on their imagination-concept, sketch maps, reflecting residents' cognitive perception were collected. Analysis of 21 sketch maps shows that architectural elements, forming a unique landscape and community life contribute to establish a unity of one nation. the oldest tree in the village has a strong specificity as a place with the belief that the tree protects all residents in the village. Space in the head of the residents and Social spaces, embedded in the memories of the residents living in the community continued organically and the roads of the village showed clear recognition. Following this, the analysis methodology of social spaces and sketch will be examined in depth.

역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기 참여에 따른 주민인식변화 분석: 충청남도 공주시를 사례로 (Analysis on Changes of Residents Cognition According to Level of Participation in Community Building around Empowerment)

  • 본 연구는 충청남도 공주시 살기 좋은 희망마을 만들기를 사례로 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기 참여에 따른 농촌주민의 인식 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 희망마을 만들기 참여가 주민인식변화에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 참여빈도가 높은 주민일수록 인식변화 정도가 크고 참여빈도에 따라 변화된 인식요소가 다르다는 결과가 나타났다. 희망마을 만들기 단회 참여 주민의 경우 거시적인 농촌 현실에 대한 인식변화가 나타났으며, 3회 이상 참여 주민에게는 현재 자신들의 삶터에 대한 인식 변화가 나타났다. 마지막으로 5회 이상 참여 주민에게는 성공적인 마을 만들기를 위해서 주민의 참여와 협조가 중요하다는 인식이 자리 잡은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기는 주민 인식 전환과 주민단합의 매개체로 농촌커뮤니티 복원에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 지속적인 역량강화 중심의 마을 만들기는 농촌에 새로운 변화와 농촌 커뮤니티의 회복, 농촌경쟁력 향상에 영향을 미칠 것이다.

경로당 이용 여성노인의 건강생활에 관한 문화기술지 (An Ethnography on the Healthy Life of the Aged Women Participating the Senior Centers)

  • Purpose: This ethnography was performed to explore patterns and meanings of healthy life among aged women using senior centers. Methods: The informants were 21 individuals aged 65 years and older at 2 community-based senior centers. Data were collected from iterative fieldwork through in-depth interviews and participant observations and analyzed using text analysis and taxonomic methods developed by Spradley. Field notes were used with follow-up interviews and dialogue between authors to enhance interpretation. Results: Patterns of healthy life among aged women using senior centers were categorized by age groups within the context of the four cultural elements of taking care of the body, relationality, temporality, and spatiality: active and passive control, maintenance of interdependence and individuality, expansion and maintenance of the daily routine, unity of peer relations and sustenance of family relations, spending time productively and tediously, and complementary and alternative space of the family relations. Conclusion: The informants in this study demonstrated healthy life by maintaining and strengthening continuous relationships developed in the senior centers without being isolated from the family and society. Patterns of their healthy life differed across age groups within the socio-cultural context. Therefore, interventions should be tailored to address age groups and community needs.

환경친화.자원절약형 농촌마을 계획기술 및 배치모델 연구 (The Planning Techniques and Layout Models of Sustainable Rural Villages)

  • This study intends to select the planning techniques and develop the layouts of environmentally friendly rural villages. As the results of this study, the planning techniques of rural villages are as follows: (1) Development of agricultural technology(organic farming), (2) Environmentally friendly layout considering natural energy, conservation of natural landscape and ecosystem, and sewage and rainwater, (3) Community restoration considering joint work, economic interchange between urban people and rural residents, and unity of rural resident's opinion, and (4) Activation of rural tourism considering satisfaction of tourists, conservation of ecological and cultural resources, and resident's income increasement. According to these 4 techniques, this study also developed 4 general models: (1) land-use and flow, (2) green and blue networks, (3) networks of ecological and cultural resources, and (4) finally residential model, divided rural villages into 2 types. Therefore when we develop a countryside, we can apply to these models, considering the current ecological and cultural resources conditions.

유럽의 지역축제에 나타난 토테미즘 복식 연구 -융의 상징이론을 중심으로- (A Study on Totemism Costume of Europe Local Festival -Based on the Symbolic Theory of C. G. Jung-)

  • Traditional costumes have evolved while reflecting the social, cultural and psychological values of the era. Costumes gain meaning by being worn that also allows their various symbolic meanings to be derived. Costumes worn in festivals by specific societies and organizations have especially apparent symbolism pertaining to their purpose. Most countries have traditional festivals that embody the country's distinct culture, history and traditions. These festivals are acts of consciousness expressing a special meaning of the community. Costumes represent a glimpse of life and culture during a festival period; in addition, the costume's style, color elements and decorations are expressions of community values and a distinct symbolic mechanism. Totemism (a significant element of these festivals) has been passed down for many generations. The current costumes for Totemism are distinct (compared to normal festival costumes) and embody a more symbolic meaning. This study deduces the exaggerated style, the concealment and disguise of the human body, and the pursuit of pleasure expressed in the Totemism costumes of regional European festivals. The symbolization theories of C. G. Jung and an analysis of Totemism costumes allow an understanding of their existential significance, their role as the medium between consciousness and unconsciousness, their meaning of symbolic transcendental unity, and their meaning of giving consciousness to the mind.

전남지역 문화관광축제의 공간적 전개과정과 특징 (Spatial Evolution and Characteristics of Cultural Tourism Festivals in Chonnam Province of Korea)

  • 본 연구는 전남지역에서 개최되는 문화관광축제의 공간적 전개과정과 그 특징을 고찰하였다. 전남지역의 축제는 1995년 이후에 주로 많이 만들어졌다. 개최시기별로는 가을과 봄철에 48개(82.7%)의 축제가 집중되었다. 1960년대부터 목포시와 여수시, 구례군에서 개최된 지역축제는 1995년 이후 전남의 전역으로 확산되었다. 축제의 공간적 확산과정은 초기단계(1995년 이전), 확산기(1995${\sim}$1999년), 심화기(2000년 이후) 등의 3단계로 구분되었고, 단계별로 뚜렷한 공간적 차이를 나타냈다. 확산의 초기단계에는 21개(36.2%), 확산기에는 30개(51.7%), 그리고 심화기에는 7개(12.1%)의 축제가 각각 새롭게 개최되었다. 전남의 문화관광축제는 초기에는 주민화합형 축제가 확산기에는 관광형이 많이 개최되었다. 축제주제는 지역의 전통과 문화, 자연특성과 관련된 축제가 초기에 많았고, 최근에는 생태환경과 역사의 축제가 많이 개최되고 있다. 축제의 전개과정 또한 초기의 토착형에서 토착진화형으로 그리고 최근의 상업형 축제로 전환되었다.
