We propose a novel approach for stereophonic acoustic echo suppression using spectro-temporal filtering based on soft decision. Unlike the conventional approaches estimating the echo pathes directly, the proposed technique can estimate stereo echo spectra without any double-talk detector. In order to improve the estimation of echo spectra, the extended power spectrum density matrix and echo overestimation control matrix are applied on this method. In addition, this echo suppression technique is based on soft decision technique using speech absence probability in STFT domain. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves compared with the conventional approaches.

Modern technology in the development and convergence of art brought the rapid development of the media arts actively accommodating 'media art' digital media. It has to go to expand the area and limitations as a basis of communication in the 21st century, a new artistic creativity, through the gathering of the existing chain of modern digital mobile technologies and new genre public art that is based on interactive communication break down the boundaries between sectors It has evolved into. This fusion of high technology and the art of mobile interactive media art is to overcome the limitations of time and physical space, as an active subject of interaction and participation, and expanding the range of experiential communications, such as art and science, cultural industries giving provides a flexible platform for a variety of applications. This study presents an expanded paradigm of the new communication and interactive media that define the reporting year review through the literature on art, experiential mobile communications through a case study of mobile interactive media art that is used as a medium of artistic expression the interactive effect was analyzed as a possible new public art. Convergence and interactivity, mobile interactive media art as a buzzword experience has proposed a new approach to high-tech and art and meet the new sensibility of our life and communication, unlimited possibilities worthy of the contemporary trend of convergence and consilience with a new art genre is expected to continued to evolve and develop.

The recent H.264/AVC video coding standard provides a higher coding efficiency than previous standards. H.264/AVC achieves a bit rate saving of more than 50 % with many new technologies, but it is computationally complex. Most of fast mode decision algorithms have focused on Baseline profile of H.264/AVC. In this paper, a fast block mode decision scheme for P- slices in High profile is proposed to reduce the computational complexity for H.264/AVC because the High profile is useful for broadcasting and storage applications. To reduce the block mode decision complexity in P- pictures of High profile, we use the SAD value after $16{\times}16$ block motion estimation. This SAD value is used for the classification feature to divide all block modes into some proper candidate block modes. The proposed algorithm shows average speed-up factors of 47.42 ${\sim}$ 67.04% for IPPP sequences.

Mass media in the digital age are not only one of the most important elements of the information society but also a strategic resource for its development. Effectively implemented communication makes it possible to build connections not only between individuals, but also between social institutions and representatives of various generational groups of the mass audience, as well as ensure information security in a crisis period. At the same time, in the context of a constantly increasing amount of information flows, more and more often "a person loses the ability to independently think, analyze, and critically perceive information." At the same time, "imposing" on the representatives of this or that society, through the content of multi-format mass media or active authors of social networks, a certain point of view on the problem becomes a completely realizable task. Thus, the main task of the study is to analyze the anti-crisis communications in legal discourse in terms of ensuring information security. As a result of the study, current trends and prerequisites of anti-crisis communications in legal discourse in terms of ensuring information security were revealed.

원활한 방송 서비스를 제공하고 손쉬운 방송망 구축을 위해서 가장 중요한 것은 서비스 하 고자 하는 주파수 대역과 환경에 맞는 전파 모델을 선택하는 것이다. 적절한 전파 모델을 선택하여 수신 전계 강도를 정확하게 예상함으로써 효율적인 방송망을 설계할 수 있는 것이다. 방송망 주파수 대역에서 전파 분석 시 널리 이용되고 있는 모델은 ITU-R 권고안 P.1546 모델이다. 이 모델은 기존의 Okumura 나 Hata 모델처럼 측정을 기반으로 하여, 송신단 높이, 수신단 높이, 주파수, 거리, 시간율, 공간율 들을 고려하여 완성한 점대 영역 경로 손실 예측 모델이다. 측정을 기반으로 완성된 경로 손실 모델이기 때문에 실제 환경에 적용하기 위해서는 전계강도 예측 지역의 수신 환경 특성을 반영한 보정값을 더해줘야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 ITU-R 연구 3그룹은 지형 프로파일에 기반한 새로운 모델들을 개발하였다. 송, 수신단 사이의 지형 데이터가 고도화되면서 좀 더 정밀한 송, 수신단 사이의 지형 프로파일을 추출해 낼 수 있으며 이는 정확한 전계강도 예측을 가능하게 하였다. 이에 연구 3그룹은 고도화된 디지털 지형 데이터를 이용하여 자유 공간에서 경로 손실, 지형에 의한 회절 손실, 대류권 산란 손실 그리고 ducting 현상을 반영하여 전계강도를 산출해 내는 ITU-R P.1812 모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서 우리는 ITU-R 권고안 P.1812를 분석 구현하고 기존의 대표 모델인 P.1546 모델과의 비교 분석을 시도하였다.

In this paper, we show the convergence of approximate solutions to the convective porous media equation using methodology developed in [8]. First, we obtain the approximate transport equation for the given convective porous media equation. Then using the averaging lemma, we obtain the convergence.

In this paper, on-demand service streaming protocol for user-created contents in digital cable broadcasting environment is considered. In order to provide variety media contents service like UCC in digital cable broadcasting environment, the same service model as RVOD(Real Video on Demand) is required and the different interface for each broadcasting platform is needed in a current OCAP environment. Using return path based RTP, we separate existing VOD stream band into broadcasting and VOD stream band. In order to broaden On-demand service, consistent expansion of the infrastructure same as live broadcasting system is inefficient in the digital cable broadcasting environment. Using existing network protocol, the service which is insensitive to the infrastructure for VOD service becomes possible. Therefore we considered the analysis of the class of download available structure in the Set-Top-Box for RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) and designing the decoding available streaming server for UCC transcoding and transmission in the receiver. Designing a efficient VOD service and system under the broadcasting environment gives a expansion of On-Demand service and more chance to upload and utilization of contents.
