드론으로 촬영한 영상물의 증거능력 확보방안 (How to Acquire the Evidence Capability of Video Images Taken by Drone)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래와 함께 드론(Drone)의 활용이 다양한 분야에서 급속도로 진보하며 진행되고 있다. 이제 수사(搜査)의 영역에서도 드론이 광범위하게 활용될 것이다. 그동안의 형사사진이 2차원적 디지털 영상에 머물렀다면 드론을 활용할 경우 3차원 영상의 촬영뿐 아니라 그러한 영상물을 3D 프린터로 인쇄할 경우 사건현장의 재현이 가능하게 될 것이다. 일차적으로 수사기관이 드론을 이용하여 촬영하는 영상물은 디지털 영상증거로써 증거능력 확보를 위한 요건은 디지털 증거의 증거능력을 갖추기 위한 조건과 다르지 않다. 다만 드론이 과학수사의 새로운 영역으로 자리하게 될 때 드론으로 촬영한 영상물의 진정성을 확보하고 증거로써 활용할 수 있도록 시스템화 하는 것이 긴요한 바 본 논문에서는 드론으로 촬영한 디지털 영상물의 증거능력 확보방안을 제시하고자 한다.

블라인드 채용 시 방사선사 직무기술서에서 요구하는 직업기초능력 수준 분석 (Analyzing the Levels of Vocational key competencies Required by Radiological Technologist Job Description in Blind Hiring process)

  • 본 연구에서는 방사선과 대학생을 대상으로 블라인드 채용 시 방사선사 NCS 직무기술서에서 요구하는 의사소통능력, 문제해결능력, 자기개발능력, 대인관계능력, 직업윤리의 직업기초능력에 대한 수준 분석을 통해 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 2018년 11월 19일에서 11월 30일까지 S 대학교 방사선과 재학생 2, 3학년 총 79명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 직업기초능력에 대한 수준을 조사 분석하였다. 직업기초능력 수준 분석 결과 대인관계능력이 2학년 71.2점, 3학년 74.9 점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 문제해결능력과 자기개발능력이 2학년과 3학년에서 낮게 나타났다. 대인관계능력의 하위영역에 대한 분석 결과 갈등관리 능력이 3학년 80.5점, 2학년 77.5점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 리더십능력이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 자기개발 능력의 하위영역에 대한 분석 결과 자아인식능력이 3학년 74.8점, 2학년 70.0점으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 경력개발능력이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 블라인드 채용 시 방사선사 NCS 직무기술서에서 요구하는 직업기초 능력 향상을 위해 대학에서는 임상과 잘 연계된 맞춤형 정규 교육과정 개발이 필요하며, 다양한 비정규 프로그램 운영을 통해 빠르게 변화하는 의료환경에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 방사선사 인재 양성을 위해 노력해야 할 것이다.

The Performance Analysis of Cognitive-based Overlay D2D Communication in 5G Networks

  • In the near future, it is expected that there will be billions of connected devices using fifth generation (5G) network services. The recently available base stations (BSs) need to mitigate their loads without changing and at the least monetary cost. The available spectrum resources are limited and need to be exploited in an efficient way to meet the ever-increasing demand for services. Device to Device communication (D2D) technology will likely help satisfy the rapidly increasing capacity and also effectively offload traffic from the BS by distributing the transmission between D2D users from one side and the cellular users and the BS from the other side. In this paper, we propose to apply D2D overlay communication with cognitive radio capability in 5G networks to exploit unused spectrum resources taking into account the dynamic spectrum access. The performance metrics; throughput and delay are formulated and analyzed for CSMA-based medium access control (MAC) protocol that utilizes a common control channel for device users to negotiate the data channel and address the contention between those users. Device users can exploit the cognitive radio to access the data channels concurrently in the common interference area. Estimating the achievable throughput and delay in D2D communication in 5G networks is not exploited in previous studies using cognitive radio with CSMA-based MAC protocol to address the contention. From performance analysis, applying cognitive radio capability in D2D communication and allocating a common control channel for device users effectively improve the total aggregated network throughput by more than 60% compared to the individual D2D throughput without adding harmful interference to cellular network users. This approach can also reduce the delay.

  • This paper proposes maximum torque control of IPMSM drive using Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro controller and artificial neural network(ANN). The hybrid combination of neural network and fuzzy control will produce a powerful representation flexibility and numerical processing capability. This paper proposes the analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the Adaptive Fuzzy-Neuro and ANN controller.

  • 국내 많은 기업들이 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration) 모델을 도입해서 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스를 구축 및 내재화 후 CMU(Carnegie Mellon University)의 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)로부터 인증을 받고 있지만, CMMI Maturity Level 3 이상 인증 받은 조직에서 조차도 프로젝트 지연 및 품질 문제가 자주 발생한다. 프로젝트 지연 문제는 개발 단계 이후에 대부분 발생되고 있으며, 이는 현저히 낮은 소프트웨어 개발 생산성의 영향 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 개발 생산성에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인을 분석하고, 이에 따른 작업의 가치를 결정하는 방법을 제시한다.

A Novel Multi-link Integrated Factor Algorithm Considering Node Trust Degree for Blockchain-based Communication

  • A blockchain is an underlying technology and basic infrastructure of the Bitcoin system. At present, blockchains and their applications are developing rapidly. However, the basic research of blockchain technology is still in the early stages. The efficiency and reliability of blockchain communication is one of the research problems that urgently need to be studied and addressed. Existing algorithms may be less feasible for blockchain-based communication because they only consider a single communication factor (node communication capability or node trust degree) and only focus on a single communication performance parameter(communication time or communication reliability). In this paper, to shorten the validation time of blockchain transactions and improve the reliability of blockchain-based communication, we first establish a multi-link concurrent communication model based on trust degree, and then we propose a novel integrated factor communication tree algorithm (IFT). This algorithm comprehensively considers the node communication link number and the node trust degree and selects several nodes with powerful communication capacity and high trust as the communication sources to improve the concurrency and communication efficiency. Simulation results indicate that the IFT algorithm outperforms existing algorithms. A blockchain communication routing scheme based on the IFT algorithm can increase communication efficiency by ensuring communication reliability.

  • The latest development flow of MCCB(Molded Case Circuit Breaker) is largely separated from which are high capability of interrupting compact of size and multi-ability in functions. As follow of development of industrial system. MCCB which are including communication function and having a ultimate interrupting capability is required in electrical system. to attain an effective limitation of the peak let-through current and the let-through energy, the arc has to move rapidly off the contacts and has to increase the arc voltage which mainly effect to interrupt. In this paper. we made high performance circuit breaker which including current limiting unit which is attached to the main which is simulated by CAE tool that are repulsion force and mechanical dynamics after that we tested and finally selected optimized for circuit breaker.

APP campaigning: How presidential candidates present themselves by LINE and the responses of voters in the 2016 Taiwanese presidential election

  • LINE, an instant message App with a powerful capability of transmitting various forms of data, has been overwhelmed in Asia since launched in 2011. Due to its popularity, LINE was first used in the 2016 Taiwanese presidential election. This research utilized a functional approach of campaign communication discourse and political visual images to analyze how candidates managed and presented themselves by textual and visual information on LINE. Regarding the textual information, results revealed their strategy inclined to reverse gender stereotype because the female candidate emphasized policy over character, while the male emphasized character over policy. Both candidates did not fully employ ten image functions because they utilized mostly the emotional and image building functions. The female candidate message achieved the largest total amount of 'like' and 'share'. This study probes into the App campaigning and improve the feasibility and practicability to share knowledge of political communication by new media.

  • This paper presents a reconfigurable digital signal processing(rDSP) architecture that is effective for implementing adaptive digital signal processing in the applications of smart health care system. This rDSP architecture employs an evolution capability of FIR filters using genetic algorithm. Parallel genetic algorithm based rDSP architecture evolves FIR filters to explore optimal configuration of filter combination, associated parameters, and structure of feature space adaptively to noisy environments for an adaptive signal processing. The proposed DSP architecture is implemented using Xilinx Virtex4 FPGA device and SMIC 0.18um CMOS Technology.
