치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위 영향요인: 공감역량과 소진을 중심으로 (Factors Influencing the Communication Behavior of nurses caring for people with Dementia: Focused on the compassionate competence and Burnout)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치매대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 공감역량과 소진이 의사소통 행위에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 연구 설계는 서술적 조사연구를 사용하였다. 연구대상은 B시, U시 및 Y시에 소재하고 있는 9개 요양병원에서 직접 치매 대상자를 돌보는 간호사 190명이다. 자료수집기간은 2018년 6월 20일에서 7월 1일까지였으며, 자기보고식 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여, 서술통계, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구결과에서 치매 대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통 행위는 공감역량 및 소진과 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 치매 대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 공감역량과 소진은 의사소통 행위에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수의 총 설명력은 31%이었다. 따라서, 추후 본 연구결과를 토대로 치매 대상자를 돌보는 간호사의 의사소통행위를 증진시키기 위해 공감역량을 증진시키고 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발과 평가를 위한 지속적인 연구를 제언한다.

  • 조직 내부의 정보 노출 위협에 대한 관리가 조직 전체의 정보보안 목표 달성에 기여할 수 있음이 밝혀지면서, 조직들은 내부자에 적용되는 정보보안 정책을 엄격하게 구축하고, 보안 시스템에 대한 투자를 높이고 있다. 하지만, 정보보안 사고는 한 명의 고의적인 정보 노출에 의해서도 조직에 피해를 주므로, 심리적 측면에서 내부자의 정보보안 준수 행동 강화를 위한 노력을 하는 것이 요구된다. 본 연구는 정보보안에 대한 불확실한 조직환경이 어떻게 개인의 정보보안 관련 행동에 영향을 주는지를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구는 정보보안 정책 구축 및 활용하는 조직의 내부자를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 440개의 표본을 활용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 정보보안 기술 및 커뮤니케이션 불확실성이 정보보안 예상 불안을 통해 정보보안 제언 행동을 감소시켰으며, 개인의 정보 영향 민감성이 정보보안 기술, 커뮤니케이션, 그리고 예상 불안에 의해 변화되는 제언행동을 조절하였다. 연구의 결과는 실무적으로 불확실한 정보보안 환경의 보완 필요성과 개선 방향을 제시한다.

  • Damage to natural resources from inappropriate visitor behavior is a problem faced by National Park management. Based on the data gathered by personal interview and mail questionnaire, this study examines the effects of communication strategies to reduce depreciative behavior in Carlsbad Caverns National Park. One-quarter of Carlsbad Caverns visitors indicates that they have noticed damage to cave formation during their tour. Almost 38% of visitors say that they have witnessed someone touch a formation inside the Caverns. This is a relatively high percentage compared with other depreciative behavior research to refrain from "tattling" on fellow visitors. Two-thirds of the respondents recalls touching formation replicas before entering the Cavern, while almost all visitors (97.9%) say that they have heard the ranger's talk about not touching formation or leaving the trail. Visitors feel that the ranger's talk is more effective in reducing depreciative behavior than the formation replicas, although at least three-fourths of all respondents believes both techniques are effective.

Effects of Communication Company's Safety Management System on Workers' Safety Consciousness and Safety Observance Behavior

  • In this study, the effect of a telecommunication company's safety management system on workers' safety awareness and safety behavior was empirically verified. The main findings are as follows: First, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and level of industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on workers' safety awareness. Second, workers' safety awareness was observed to exert a significant positive effect on their safety behavior. Third, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on the safety behavior of workers. Fourth, although the telecommunications safety management system factors, such as management supervisors' capability and industrial accident investigations, were found to have a positive effect on workers' safety awareness, they had no mediated effect on workers' safety behavior through safety awareness.

  • This study is to focus on the users of mobile communication services in Pusan metropolitan city. First this study measured the levels of consumer dissatisfaction and consumer complaining behavior. Second, this study analyzed a causal-effect on variables affecting consumer complaining behavior. The findings of this study are as follows ; 1) In area of contract and cost, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, age, consumer knowledge, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction. 2) In area of use, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, consumer knowledge, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction. 3) In area of services, variables directly and indirectly affecting consumer complaining behavior were sex, consumer knowledge, consumer function, complaining behavior experience, attribution, and consumer dissatisfaction.

Impacts of the Establishments' Safety Behavior, Safety and Health Delivery and Communication on Occupational Safety and Health Policy Satisfaction

  • In this paper, we conducted a study to understand the impacts of safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication, which should be managed for the establishments' safety and health control on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction to utilize that as a material for preparing policy support and preventive measures. For this purpose, we conducted a statistic analysis with 2,970 establishments, utilizing the material, "2015 Occupational Safety and Health Company Survey". As a result, in the manufacturing industry, it turned out in the establishments with more than 300 workers, safety behavior, safety and health delivery and communication of the cooperative firm of the prime contractor were high. In addition, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the manufacturing industry and safety and health delivery and communication had the biggest impact on occupational safety and health policy satisfaction in the construction industry and other industries. As for the relationship between companies, it turned out that safety behaviors had the biggest impact on that between the parent company and a cooperative firm of a prime contractor while safety and health delivery and communication on that between the prime contractor and the subcontractor. Through the results of this study, it is necessary to build up safety and health behavior and safety and health delivery and communication systems for the characteristics of the company, and it is expected that the effect of the safety and health control will increase when policy support is made accordingly.

  • In this paper, the conceptualization and the measurement of service quality and the relationships among service quality, consumer satisfaction, value, and post behavior (post behavior and recommendations to others) are investigated. The results suggest that service quality is an antecedent of consumer satisfaction and that consumer satisfaction exerts a strong influence on payment value and post behavior.

  • In this paper we will assess the feasibility of some insect behavior-modifying chemicals for insect control, such as male orientation inhibitor, female calling interrupter and female attractant of cotton bollworm Helicoverpa armigera. These behavior-modifying chemicals have advantages of simple chemical structure, easy to synthesize and low price of products. The effects of sub-lethal insecticides on insect chemical communication system and the differences of pheromone communication systems between the resistant and susceptible strain of H. armigera will also be discussed.
