  • The 21st century society has entered the fourth industrial society of machine to machine from the information society of human to machine. Accordingly, countries around the world are always operating efficient crisis management systems that can quickly respond to disasters or crises. As cyber attacks such as cyber warfare are actually progressing, countries around the world are conducting defense training in response to cyber attacks, and reflecting the results of simulation attacks in improving or building security systems. In this paper, we would like to consider the future cyber training development guide by comparing and analyzing the trends of cyber training in domestic and foreign countries.

  • In this study, we analyze the credit information (loan, delinquency information, etc.) of individual business owners to generate voluminous training data to establish a bankruptcy prediction model through a partial synthetic training technique. Furthermore, we evaluate the prediction performance of the newly generated data compared to the actual data. When using conditional tabular generative adversarial networks (CTGAN)-based training data generated by the experimental results (a logistic regression task), the recall is improved by 1.75 times compared to that obtained using the actual data. The probability that both the actual and generated data are sampled over an identical distribution is verified to be much higher than 80%. Providing artificial intelligence training data through data synthesis in the fields of credit rating and default risk prediction of individual businesses, which have not been relatively active in research, promotes further in-depth research efforts focused on utilizing such methods.

  • This paper covers the individual with mild autistic disorder complementary and alternative communication Support program by using Android. The complementary and alternative communication is the communicative system to help handicapped people who have problems with colloquial and non-colloquial communication. In this research, we will introduce the communication manner of autistic disorder, the method of how to measure the language disabled people's selection and frequency of the words, and the basic training method of Autism people's communication ways. In this paper, we developed complementary and alternative communication system which used language representative method to encourage language disabled people to study on communication in effective way. We utilized 'TTS technology' to enable handicapped people delivering their mind with the voice; moreover, by listening their voice by themselves, we accelerated their studies on communications. In addition, by offering 'Painting function', we promoted handicapped people to deliver their purpose widely and efficiently. Also, we built the smart system in 'Painting function' to collect frequency and educated degree data from the users by using this function, we can analyze the percentage of conscious and unconscious communication way of Autism cases to help them.

  • Objectives: This study analyzes factors related to English communication skills in the dental health services of clinical dental hygienists who provide dental medical services to foreigners. Methods: Surveys were conducted to measure students' English communication skills. Participants comprised 195 clinical dental hygienists working at dental English study cafes or who provided dental medical services to foreigners. After analyzing the differences in English communication skills, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed on the factors related to English communication skills. Results: English communication skill of dental hygienists was 1.96 points out of 5 points. The factors related to the English communication skill of the clinical dental hygienists were foreign patient care, language training experience, overseas living experience, and certified English proficiency. The adjusted explanatory power of this model was 53.0%. Conclusions: Dental hygienists in charge of foreign patients have experience in language training and overseas residence, have a language qualification certificate, and have higher English communication skills. It is necessary to develop English language learning programs based on metaverse to develop the English communication skills of dental hygienists who provide dental health services to foreign patients and to operate a creative educational environment to increase interest in learning English.

  • This paper will describe the structure and characteristics of operator training system which was developed to maintain the quality of operational ability for COMS (Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite) operators during a long-term nominal operations of missions and a contingency operations against an occurrence of anomaly. In particular it will present benefits and expected effects of the training system with a focus on three parts which are functions especially for trainer-friendly failure injection, an automatic sequencer of training scenario based on the predefined plan and additional functions of the existing COMS simulator. Furthermore, it will present a practical example of training on the training system to understand the overall mechanism of training process.

  • The study for enhancing the data transmission rate of the next generation wireless communication system using MIMO system operating in the frequency selective fading environment is currently actively conducted. Mixed signal from each transmitted antennas are received at antennas. The training signal with orthogonal property is needed to separate the mixed signal and enable to estimate channel and time synchronization. In this paper we introduce several training sequences used in MIMO communication system and proposed the modified WeCAN sequence with good auto-correlation property in interested area. We compared auto-correlation property of each sequence via simulation and compared the performance of sequences in doppler shift and multipath fading channel.

  • The purpose of this paper is to consider how the Korean major broadcasts employs their broadcasting human resources and makes use of them in connection with broadcasting education as media education in universities. The problems deals with broadcasting education in universities, particularly with regard to the point of broadcasts view, with the training & reeducation systems and with the academic-industrial cooperation. By using depth interview with experts(directors of personnel management of the broadcasts), this paper explores meaning of media education for the training of broadcasting human resources. In the opinions of the responsible officers for personnel management, it distinctly exists different points of view between the related academic circle and the broadcasting on-site. The related academic circle criticizes the chronic invariability of broadcasts, and the broadcasts the impractical broadcasting education of the academic circle.

  • Based on the previous reports that majority of teachers have negative perceptions on food additives, a teacher training program called 'Let's teach food additives correctly' was developed and applied to improve teachers' unbalanced perception on food additives and let them teach students with sound scientific background. The 15-hours training program consisted of understanding of food safety and food additives, education materials on food additives, development of teaching-learning plan, meeting with professionals from Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS), visiting MFDS labs, application to school class, and evaluation. A total of 63 teachers participated in the training through 2 sessions conducted in August 2016. As a result, teachers showed high satisfaction rates (4.2~4.5 in 5.0-Likert scale) and 91.5% answered the training helpful for the school class. Although their initial intention to participate the training was to know the details of negative intake effects of food additives, their such perception was totally changed in addition, they suggested a continuous training for teachers and immediate correction of incorrect information in school textbooks. Also, post-training education for 1,172 students by these teachers appeared to improve the understanding of and the native perceptions on food additives significantly (p < 0.001). Above results showed that the training program could solve the problem of transmitting unbalanced information on food additives to students by training teachers, and such channel could be used to facilitate food-related risk communication.

  • This study was done to develop a human relation and communication course combined with a convergence communication training program and examine the effects of communication self efficacy, communicative competence, and interpersonal relations in nursing students. The study was designed using a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design, data were collected between September 5 and December 13, 2016, Participants were 83 1-year nursing students in 1 College of D City, and were assigned to an experimental group (n=41), or a control group (n=42). The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, t-test, and ${\chi}^2$ test with the SPSS/WIN 21.0. After receiving the program, difference was observed in communication self-efficacy(t=15.23, p<.001), communicative competence(t=11.42, p<.001), and interpersonal relations(t=19.24, p<.001) of the experimental group. It is expected that these results would be helpful for increasing communication self efficacy, communicative competence, and interpersonal relations in nursing students on human relation and communication course combined with a convergence communication training program.
