임상 간호사의 괴롭힘, 간호근무환경, 현실 충격이 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Workplace Bullying, Nursing Work Environment, and Reality Shock on Turnover Intention of Clinical Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between bullying, nursing work environment, reality shock and factors of influence on turnover intension. Data were collected from 381 nurses who were under the charge nurse at a hospital with more than 600 beds in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS24.0 program. The mean score for turnover intension was 3.61 ± 0.89. The intension of turnover was correlated with bullying in the workplace (r=0.197, ⍴=.001), the nursing work environment (r=-.409, p=.001), and reality shock (r=.572, p=.001). Variables affecting turnover intension were the work department(β=-0.018, ⍴=.049), working environment(β=-0.424, ⍴<.000), and reality shock(β=0.654, ⍴<.000). The total amount of explanation for turnover intension was 37.3%. The degree of turnover intension of nurses was affected by work in general wards, the experience of workplace bullying and the nursing work environment. To reduce turnover intension, nursing work needs to be analyzed and efforts are needed to establish an effective communication system.

SNS 사용자의 이용습관과 감정적 요인 관점에서 기업 SNS 계정의 지속적 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Continuous Use of Corporate SNS Accounts from a Habit and Emotional Perspective)

  • Since social network service (SNS) has been widely used as a effective way for people to connect and communication with each other, the use of corporate SNS account also has increased. However, compared to a private SNS account, only few people have a continuous relationship with their corporate SNS account because the use of corporate SNS account tends to be one-time and temporary activity whenever the users just need events and information. Given the psychological side effects of using SNS, the relative lack of empirical studies on the impacts of emotional factor in SNS prevents the deeper understanding of the intention to continuous using corporate SNS account. Therefore, this study aims to explore key determinants of the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account from a habit and emotional perspective. To bridge research gap, we attempt to divide emotional factor into the following 5 factors based on Mehrabian and Russell model (1974): intimacy, enjoyment (positive factor), privacy concern, anxiety (negative factor), arousal (arousal factor) and (dominant factor). The basic model is proposed to explore the effects of habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. We then examine how the effects of habit and emotional factors differ depending on social media types (e.g., facebook and twitter). The results indicates that habit is related to emotional factors, and each emotional factor differently influences the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account. The results also confirm that the effects of the habit and emotional factors on the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account differ according to social media types. This study provides practical and useful guidance and the strategic marketing insight for managers in maintaining and improving the intension to continuous using the corporate SNS account.

디자인에 대한 디자이너의 커뮤니케이션의도와 소비자의 의미재생산에 관한 연구 (Designer's Communication Intension and Consumer's Signification for Design)

  • 본 연구는 디자인이 시장에서 실패하는 이유 중의 하나로 디자이너가 디자인을 통해 의도하는 디자인커뮤니케이션목표와 소비자가 디자인에 대하여 의미를 산출하는 의미재생산간의 차이에 의해 발생될 수 있다는 전제에서 출발하고 있다. 따라서 디자이너는 디자인전개과정에서 자신이 사용하는 디자인요소 혹은 전반적인 디자인이미지에 대하여 소비자의 의미재생산과정을 이해하고 검토해야 할 필요성과 방법을 제시하고 있다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 다양한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 소비자의 의미재생산이해과정을 수단-목적 모델을 기초로 하여 가치의 유형화, 소비자세분화, 주타겟소비자집단의 가치파악 및 타겟집단의 가치와 디자인속성과의 연관관계 파악이라는 절차를 통해 소비자의 의미재생산이해가 가능하다고 제시하였으며 아울러 각 단계에서 필요한 내용과 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 위한 분석기법으로서 래더링기법을 제안하고 실제의 사례연구를 통해 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 과정을 통해 특정 디자인에 대하여 시장에서의 실패가능성을 줄이고 성공가능성을 높일 수 있는 방안중의 하나가 될 수 있을 것으로 제안하고 있다.

교육용 모바일 앱의 ARCS 요인과 학습지속의도에 관한 구조모형 분석 (Analysis for SEM of ARCS Factor and Persistent Learning-Intension in Educational Mobile App)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰에서 사용 가능한 교육용 모바일 앱에 대해 ARCS 모델을 적용하여 질적으로 평가하고자 하였다. 평가는 2012년도 H대, S대, D대 3개 대학에서 '정보교육론'을 수강하는 학생 60명에게 스마트폰에서 사용 가능한 교육용 모바일 앱을 자유롭게 선정하도록 한 후, 이에 대한 ARCS 동기 전략과 학습자 관점에서의 학습지속 의도를 측정하도록 하였다. ARCS 동기 전략과 학습지속의도 변인 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감, 만족감 4 요소와 학습지속의도 변인에 대한 구조모형을 설정하고 이를 PLS를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육용 모바일 앱은 동기전략 중 주의집중이 가장 높았고, 만족감이 가장 낮았다. 둘째, 동기전략 중 관련성은 주의집중, 자신감, 만족감에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 점과 주의집중, 관련성, 자신감은 만족감에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 동기전략 중 학습지속의도에 영향을 미치는 것은 관련성 요인인 것으로 파악되었다. 끝으로 교육용 모바일 앱의 개발에 있어서 교수-학습적 분석, 평가가 병행되어야 함을 제언하였다.

  • 행성 탐사의 첫 번째 단계는 일반적으로 자율적 탐사선을 사용하여 수행된다. 이 탐사선은 자신의 길을 찾고 행성표면에 대한 실험을 수행 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 각 에이전트의 지식과 노력을 공유하기 위해 블랙보드 시스템을 효과적으로 활용하는 다중 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 에이전트는 BDI (Belief Desire Intension) 모델의 조합으로 반응 모델을 사용하고 최단 거리를 계산하고 행성 표면에서 이동 경로를 계산하는 경로 찾기 알고리즘을 사용한다. 이 접근법은 짧은 시간 내에 주어진 지형에서 표면 탐사를 수행 할 수 있다. 블랙보드에 수집 된 정보는 상세한 표면 토양 변화 결과를 산출하는데 사용된다. 이 연구에서 제안된 다중 에이전트 시스템에 의한 탐사는 다양한 지형 크기별로 잘 수행되는 것으로 나타났다.

한국 수산물 가공식품기업의 이미지가 제품 평가 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the Enterprise Image in Korean Processed Marine Product Industry on Consumers' Product Evaluation and Purchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is examining an influence of a corporate on processed marine product's purchase intention with moderating effect of consumers' product evaluation adding processed marine product's evaluations as new variable. The hypothesis of a positive influence of processed marine product's corporate image on processed marine product's purchase intension is partially supported. Specifically, product itself, service, reliability, and communication among the factors of a processed marine product's corporate image significantly affect processed marine product's purchase intension whereas corporate social responsibility does not affect processed marine product's purchase intention. Processed marine product's evaluation also positively affects processed marine product's purchase intention. It implies that there are somewhat differences between influences of various factors of a processed marine product's corporate image on processed marine product's purchase intention but are overall influences of a processed marine product's corporate image on processed marine product's evaluation both directly and indirectly. Nowadays, consumer considers not only good quality of product but also its invisible image and value. Therefore, future studies should consider various ways to investigate a processed marine product's corporate image and processed marine product's product evaluation.

간호사가 지각하는 내부마케팅활동 정도가 간호사의 이직의도, 간호업무수행 및 간호업무생산성에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of Nurse's Perception of Internal Marketing Activities Affecting on Nurse's Turnover Intention, Nursing Task Performance and Nursing Productivity)

  • Purpose: The purpose was to analyze the effects of internal marketing activity factors on nurse's turnover intention, nursing task performance and nursing productivity. Methods: The subjects were 355 nurses who were working at the 3 universities hospital over 1 year. The instruments were used of internal marketing activity factors(Lee, 2001), turnover intension(Lee, 1995), nursing task performance(Park, 1988) and nursing productivity(McNeese-Smith, 1996). Results: The mean score of internal marketing activity factors was 2.79, education and training 2.97, individualization 2.93, communication 2.87, promotion 2.76, work environment 2.63, reward system 2.62, and management vision for employee 2.61. The turnover intention was 3.12, nursing task performance 3.49, and nursing productivity 3.38. The internal marketing activity factors were negatively correlated with turnover intention(r=-0.37, p<0.0001), and positively correlated with nursing task performance(r=0.29, p<0.0001) and nursing productivity(r=0.30, p<0.0001). The key predictor of turnover intension was reward system, education and training, communication, and salary. They explained 35.0% of the total variance. In nursing task performance, communication, management vision for employee, salary and unit explained 26.0% of the total variance. In nursing productivity, communication, reward, education and training, salary, and position explained 24.0%. Conclusions: To increase nurse's nursing task performance and nursing productivity and to decrease turnover intention, it is necessary to concentrate on improving communication and reward system in the internal marketing activity factors. Through these activities, the effectiveness of internal marketing strategies will be enhanced and finally, nursing organizational outcome will be increased.

온톨로지와 시맨틱 중재 에이전트를 이용한 실시간 통합 환경 구축에 관한 연구 (Real-time Data Integration using Ontology and Semantic Mediators)

  • The objective of this research is to develop a formal framework and methodology to facilitate real-time data integration, thus enabling semantic interoperability among distributed and heterogeneous information systems. The proposed approach is based on the concepts of "ontology" and "semantic mediators." An ontology is developed and used to capture the intension (including structure, integrity rules and meta-properties) of the database schema. We also develop the agent communication protocol for semantic reconciliation, which is based on the theory of speech acts and agent communication language. This protocol is used by a set of semantic mediators, which automatically detect and resolve various semantic conflicts at the data- and schema-levels by referring to the ontology. A mediation-based query processing technique is developed to provide uniform and integrated access to the multiple heterogeneous information sources. Prototype tools are being implemented to provide proof of concept for this work.
