본 논문은 부패상품의 수송시간 제약조건 $L^*$이내로 총 수송비용을 최소화시키는 물류센터 위치를 결정하는 문제의 단순한 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 문제에 대해 Lee[4]는 후보 물류센터 위치를 선정하고, 각 물류센터의 총 수송비용을 구한 후, 상위 2개 물류센터에 대해 최적의 위치로 이동시키는 복잡한 방법을 제안하였다. 반면에 본 논문에서는 서브트리 개념을 도입하여 $L^*$ 이내가 되는 후보 물류센터의 위치를 간단히 결정하고, 근방 개념을 도입하여 요구량이 집중화된 지역 상위 2개 지역에 대해 총 수송비용이 최소화되는 지점을 단순히 최적의 위치로 결정하였다.

Installing caching and computing facilities in mobile edge networks is a promising solution to cope with the challenging capacity and delay requirements imposed on future mobile communication systems. The problem of optimal facility placement in mobile edge networks has not been fully studied in the literature. This is a non-trivial problem because the mobile edge network has a unidirectional topology, making existing solutions inapplicable. This paper considers the problem of optimal placement of a fixed number of facilities in a mobile edge network with an arbitrary tree topology and an arbitrary demand distribution. A low-complexity sequential algorithm is proposed and proved to be convergent and optimal in some cases. The complexity of the algorithm is shown to be $O(H^2{\gamma})$, where H is the height of the tree and ${\gamma}$ is the number of facilities. Simulation results confirm that the proposed algorithm is effective in producing near-optimal solutions.

최근 스마트폰의 폭발적인 수요 확대와 모바일 관련 기술이 발전함에 따라 오프라인 현장에서 언제 어디서나 온라인 정보를 활용하여 실시간적으로 의사소통 및 업무처리를 할 수 있는 시스템의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 본 논문은 공동주택 및 각종 시설물 하자 관리와 유지보수 관리 업무에 적용될 수 있는 안드로이드 기반의 모바일 어플리케이션을 개발하여 스마트폰을 이용한 실시간 시설물 유지관리 시스템을 구현하는 방안을 제시한다. 제안하는 시스템은 시설물 유지관리를 위하 제반 데이터의 분류 및 표준화를 통해 웹 기반 시스템과 모바일 시스템간의 상호유기적인 통합관리 시스템 개발을 목표로 한다.

본 연구에서는 매립장의 체적관리를 위한 체적 모니터링 시스템 구현에 대한 연구에 대해 논의한다. 레이저 로봇 기술에 기반한 삼차원 스캐너를 제작하여 삼차원 물체의 표면에 대한 포인트 클라우드(point cloud)를 이용한 매립장의 쓰레기 체적 감시 시스템을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 연속적으로 매립장의 쓰레기 체적 변화를 감시할 수 있게 되었으며 매립장 수명의 가용한 쓰레기 매립 수명을 예측할 수 있게 되었다. 그리고 완성된 매립장 체적 감시 시스템은 안성시 매립장에 구현되었다.

This study aimed to provide data for planning of a small-sized complex-cultural facility for not only artists but also the common. The main interest of the study was to make them understand spirit related to the culture to each other. The data was collected from 100 artists in various art fields and 100 the common by a questionnaire and a visiting survey. The result of this study indicated that people had a little of chance to share their cultural opinions with others because there were not enough appropriate places even though they wanted it. Besides, they would like to use the place for their communication which consists of a range of their needs such as watching a play, listening to music, spending tea-time, etc.
